I decided to get a couple tattoos done and divine takes walk ins. From the second I got there it was a great experience. Erick was my tattoo artists and he took the time to listen and draw up exactly what I wanted. He was kind and informative. The work was the best part. 10/10 on the two tattoos. I will now definitely continue going there for future work. I absolutely recommend this shop.

Friends and I were just talking about the worst tattoo we have ever got and I realized I never left a review. We got matching tattoos the week you opened after Covid the guy was to the left but can’t remember his name. It was suppose to be the boxed letters for Ohio as Ib OH . The letters are not box the lines are so horrible. The tattoo is not straight overall out of 33 tattoos worst tattoo ever and completely sure it’s the easiest tattoo I have, not sure how you mess it up unless your high or suck! I went to Ally to get my conch pierced and she did amazing! She is very quick and thorough. I then just went back to get it downsized and she was amazing. I would will be coming back to get more piercings done by her.

Their piercer Ally is the only person I have ever allowed to pierce me ever since I got my first piercing, and since then she has done 3 pokes for me, in which I’ve had nothing but good experiences with. She is so knowledgeable, ethical and professional. One of the best in the industry for sure.Alongside that, their team of tattoo artists are insanely talented and I’ve had the honor to get 3 tattoos done by their artist Chelsea! Chelsea is so attentive, pays so much attention to detail, and is so informative on healing processes and proper tattoo care. She’s a very talented artist and I have been following her journey since her apprenticeship, and I’m so proud of how much she’s grown. I went to see Andy to have a tattoo covered up that I had done by somebody that claimed they knew what they were doing and did not. He is very professional hes very dedicated to his work very good at what he does and transformed what was a mistake on my arm into something that I get many compliments about. The workplace is very clean and is very thorough with their work and takes time out of his own life to draw something up or follow up with you to see if thats something that you like that hes drawing up for you. I will never go to any other tattoo shop as long as Andys still doing it and his business is still going. We have since added on to what he did originally and the transformation of my forearm is just amazing I usually get at least a couple compliments a week in the summertime when I have a t-shirt on and people can see it compared to what was there before I went to Andy and I got laughed at.

This is now my go to place! Everyones really cool and very talented, I e gotten tattooed by 3 people n pierced as well. The owner Andy is the shit, he did the portrait all 3 of my dogs and theyre perfect. Im so glad I chose him to do those cuz he RULES!!!

I live in Buffalo NY and i travel to this shop for all 11 of my tattoos done by the beautiful and talented azriel, i also got my belly pierced by ally. AN AMAZING shop, clean, welcoming, comfortable. The vibes are amazing. I love the team so much. Every single staff member is so funny and genuine and does any and everything to make sure everyone is comfortable. I will continue to drive 3 hours to this shop. I will never go anywhere else. Perfect for any first timers or people who are fully inked up. Overall absolutely outstanding, sublime shop. About 2 weeks ago I got my Septum pierced by Ally, and my friends got their ears pierced. We all loved Ally she made sure to inform us about everything we needed to know. She also told us step by step what she was doing. I will 10000% go back to her for any of my future piercings. Everything was clean and organized and just gave good vibes all around. I loved it!

Both of my kids received their first tattoos by Charles. He was the only reason we came to this shop. And now that hes no longer there, we will continue to go where he is at. Charles has always maintained a clean and professional workspace and a great attitude. The turnover rate is extremely high at this shop, which is concerning.EDIT:I find it extremely gross and unprofessional for a business owner to share any information about employees and their drama. This kind of childish response by the owner will not bring in clientele. 🤷‍♀️My shout out for positive has everything to do with how Charles treated us, and zero to do with the shop.

Today was my first experience here; WOW, I absolutely LOVE this place! A young lady named Andy greeted me at the door, and made me feel very welcome. Ryan was the one who did my Daith Piercing; Not only was he extremely careful and professional, he also gave me plenty of laughs (which I needed, as this was my first real piercing!). He explained each step of the process, which helped me relax. Excellent guy, I highly recommend!! Wonderful staff, great artistic atmosphere, just the best!

I am partially responsible for this disaster. I have had over 43 piercings, I moved to Cleveland from a different city and came here because of the reviews for a new piercer. I originally wanted my surface bar back in my forehead after it rejected the first time. The people here are SUPER nice, its very clean, and relaxed. This review is STRICTLY for the inexperience displayed piercing wise.She (idr her name) was going to freehand a barbell through my old piercing scars. Barbells are an absolute no for surface piercings, its setting you up for failure but the words freehand were such a red flag I took my old piercers advice and changed my mind last minute. I asked her what piercing she has always wanted to do on somebody, because I wanted to give her a chance since she is such a lovely person, and everyone starts somewhere. She picked places I was nervous to let her do because hearing her talk she sounded a little unsure. I settled on a cartilage piercing in the ear, since, well, honestly ears are easy even if you dont have a lot of experience. The process was quick, shes not heavy handed, it barely hurt, she talked me through the whole process and accommodated my anxiety. Honestly she has such a good presence I hope this doesnt come across in a hurtful way at all.The mistakes made were firstly, the barbell as a surface, thats a no all around, the pressure from this type of jewelry ensures rejection.The second mistake was the size of jewelry in my ear, you went too short on the bar, even if you dont THINK it will swell a lot ALWAYS go a size up. Its so easy to change it out later. The next mistake was using a flat back for a new piercing. ALWAYS use the balls, make sure both screw on and off in case of emergency. Which brings us to this midnight review.Luckily I have everything on hand here at my house, because my ear has been THROBBING and I didnt want to change it out and make a bad situation worse, but sure enough my ear started swallowing the ball.The hardest part is breathing through the pain to try and get ANY wiggle room on a flat back, if it were two balls I could just grab both and turn but this was an entirely different monster to deal with. I was contemplating ER to have it cut out but thats a bad experience, theyre not there to accommodate pain and will pull which ever way they have to, to remove an imbedded piercing. Eventually I got it out and got a more appropriately sized one in and the throbbing stopped and it started draining again (a good thing) some warm compresses and cleaning should fix it up it a few weeks.Im leaving this review because this process would not bode well for a child or somebody with less pain tolerance so its better to just do it right to begin with. Pictures to show the size of jewel used. My ears to show swelling (after new bar was put in), be it worse after the new trauma to the wound but pretty much what I was already working with. Wishing you all the best and hoping this review helped.

They are a great tattoo shop! Ryan is great for a beginner artist. I would have given 5 stars, but Ive never had a tattoo get so inflamed before and Ive had 5 others done before coming here Ill probably go back when I want something done local but it does make me think twice knowing how painful the healing process was. Dont let that stop you from going though they really were awesome and super friendly and reasonably priced!

I love this place! This was my second time here and I am very happy with the work and service. The first time I was a walk-in, but they got me right in and I was a client of Ryan. He did such great work that I wanted something bigger on my back so I made an appointment with him. I gave him a very detailed and line driven piece, but he made me comfortable the whole time and let me take breaks as needed. He’s super friendly and professional and I felt at ease the entire time. Everyone at the shop is friendly as well. Would recommend this place 100%!

My wife and I were celebrating a very important accomplishment, and came here for a few small finger tats. The owner seemed nice, but the vibe/attitude of the other artists REALLY dampened our experience. The shop states they charge $25 an hour. Our tattoos combined should’ve been done in about 45 minutes. We were in this shop for FOUR HOURS, and after his snarky comments about hating doing finger tattoos, Ryan charged us for all four hours PLUS another hundred dollars. Unreal. Will not being going back, and definitely won’t recommend this business to anyone i care about.

Andy has done multiple tattoos of mine and they are all amazing! He has been my tattoo artist since I was 18! I was looking to get 2 tattoos, 1 for myself and 1 for my daughter, on super short notice. Andy was suggested and when I called he was (unfortunately) already booked up. BUT, he was able to get two of his incredible artists to assist me. These tattoos were in memoriam of my late wife, my daughters mother, so they were obviously special. Jason, my daughters artist, was incredibly patient, and helped her with her first tattoo ever... a beautiful butterfly. Ryan, my artist, did some simple script work for me, but he did it exactly how I wanted, and I love it. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend you talk to Andy and his crew, when youre looking for your next piece.

Very knowledgeable staff, they are easy to work with. The artists are great at what they do and each one has their niche when it comes to different styles. The wait time was a bit longer than expected but it’s to be expected for a walk in and not an appointment. Elina did my labret and I absolutely adore it! I took my sister to get her ears pierced for her birthday, she’s 11. Elina did them and she was fantastic!! Elina was amazing! She was able to taper an old piercing I thought I would have to have redone. It was honestly less painful than when I got the piercing originally, and I’ve had little to no pain since. She was super patient and very informative.

I had an appointment at another shop but when I showed up the artist left an hour prior to my appointment and never called me. I called Divine, that told me to come in, and Matthew took care of me. My experience was neutral. The artists are clearly talented but none of them are engaging except the owner who is in and out on his own schedule etc. My husband and I called about walk ins, and the man on the phone had us set up and apt for 5pm for a few finger tattoos. In total between my husband and I, we had 9 fingers done with simple black outline images, see pictures attached. Ryan was who was given our tattoos to complete and he was all but reluctant. Although he was quiet and kept to himself unless provoked with conversation, he was nice enough in a general sense. It was a bit offputting for him to be Making comments here and there about how finger tattoos are basically pointless because they fade so fast or I hate finger tattoos because theyre so small and my hands are so big. Comments like these arent great at welcoming in your clients ideas, but we let it roll and continued onward because we were celebrating a recent surgery accomplishment. We got there at 5, and didnt leave til almost 9pm. Throughout those 4 hours, a few other clients came in for various things, but not slamming business by any means. At one point, around 7:45, after finishing my 5 fingers, he set up my husband with his carbon ink stencils on his fingers, and walked away to complete a piercing and said hed be back shortly. That piercing ended up taking him 45 minutes. Overall we got charged for all of the time we were in the shop, plus more according to their 25$ an hour pricing on their website, but after being there all evening, even with appts, we just wanted to get out of there. The work is clean and solid, not unhappy with it. Just unhappy with the workings of the shops efficiency and the lack of enthusiasm in its employees.

I have been going to Andy for about a year now and I will never switch to a new artist. I was super excited for him to be opening his own shop it is a very laid back and comfortable setting. Andy Zint does an amazing job at making you comfortable and creating whatever idea you have in your head onto your body! I 110% recommend stopping up or giving him a call!

I went to get one with my boyfriend and the owner and his apprentice treated us like family and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Not to mention the amazing work of art on my boyfriend.
