Took my daughter to get her second ear lobe piercing today. Could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Kayla did an amazing job. Took her time and explained everything she was doing. Daughter says that’s where we are going when she is ready for her next one.

Absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients!! I get my tattoos from Cynthia. She always does an excellent job!! I appreciate her so much. I will continue to get my tattoo from here!

Every artist here is phenomenal!! Ive had a couple with Maxx and one from his apprentice Bailey and Ive seen work from the other artists! All great work! Ive had a redo piercing from Kayla and was so happy I found her! The piercing was quick and the pain after was nearly nonexistent compared to the first time I had the piercing from an inexperienced shop. I highly recommend this shop!!

I got my first tattoo here from Mike and it looks amazing! All the staff was so nice and they got me in and out very quickly! Super pleased with my first tat!

I got a tattoo in the shop, I was very excited about it. I saw the sketch of the drawing and I was on the fence on it but I went with it…. When it was done, I was excited for it because I had so much adrenaline after it. When I went home, I cried about it because I noticed it looked nothing like I wanted. I wanted a realistic porcelain heart with gold in it. It doesn’t look realistic at all and porcelain should have multiple blues in it (light blue and dark blue) but it’s just one blue all around and the gold that’s supposed to be on it.. it’s yellow, not gold. The shading is so bad on it, it looks splotchy. The lines are not even. It’s so hard to find someone to actually fix it to what I want. Plus when I went in for the appointment, she was still working on the stencil. When I make an appointment, I would have thought that the artist would have worked on my tattoo and made sure it was right. It seems like she was rushing things since I was there for the appointment and she was NOT READY!

I scheduled an appointment with Cynthia Farris on March 13, 2024. I was verify specific that I needed a date of 3/22/24 because my daughter was coming from out of state for a visit and I wanted to surprise her with a session for her birthday. I requested to meet with the artist beforehand to discuss the drawing. I was informed she doesnt draw the image until the day before and she would sent me the drawing the morning of our appointment. At 3:12 pm on 3/22/24 I had to request a picture of the drawing. She sent it to me at 4:06 pm. Less than 2 hours from our appointment. The drawing was hideous! I tried working through changes with her and at some point she advised me we have different points of view and she is not the artist for me. She referred to detail, size, price etc., to which I responded that is why I wanted to meet with her. She informed me early on that an in person was not needed for this type/size tattoo. Clearly it was needed. The lack of professionalism and respect was astounding!! I will not refer anyone to this shop and especially to Cynthia Farris.

This is by far the best place I have been to. Bailey did all of these and will be doing more 🫀😈They are clean so no worries there. Feel free to ask all the questions you have about after care/ all that jazz.

I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced by Kayla. She was nice and explained things but the piercings themselves were awful. They were extremely uneven. The right ear bled the entire day. The left ear was pierced extremely close to her face. I had to take her to a different shop to get them fixed and the back of her ear was super bruised and she was irritated by the LIP RINGS she put in her ears that I wasn’t told about until after the fact. Do not recommend this shop for piercings

My son got his first tattoo here from Bailey! He loved her, I loved her, well be back!!!

Shadow did my tattoo ,which was cool he did an excellent job and especially for my first tattoo,he explained everything very well and was a pleasure to talk to,when Im ready for the next one I will definitely be going back to him.

Called got my tattoo priced and set up an appointment asked if they took Venmo and Cashapp and they said yes and my artist canceled on me an hour before my appointment because I wouldn’t pay cash everyone was super nice until right before it was not handled professionally at all

Kayla did my Septum Piercing and it turned out amazing! The placement couldnt be more perfect and symmetrical! She is very friendly and answered my questions no problem. I will definitely be going back for more as soon as possible. She knows exactly what shes doing and is very knowledgeable. I recommend 100% look no further.

I have 5 piercings, 2 of which have been done by Kayla. I have had THE best experience with the piercing itself, education on aftercare, and healing process.I am unsure if it is the particular piercings she has done for me, or if it is her expertise as a piercer, which she certainly has, but the two she has done have by far been my best experience.I recommend her any time someone asks or even compliments my septum, which she did.

I’ve had several tattoos (one by Bailey and three by Talynn) and a piercing (septum) done at Lost Boys. By far my favorite shop and I recommend this to anyone who asks about my tattoos. I have a lot done by different people, but I will never be able to say enough about the artists at Lost Boys. Truly an amazing group of humans. Planning on seeing Kayla for my next piercings and I can’t wait to get more tattoos done here.

Great experience from start to finish, Cynthia did a great job on my tattoo and was great to sit with.

Talyn/Tabitha Is who i saw, i loved my tattoo from my first visit but she was very rude and i was very uncomfortable. Planned to let her complete the second part of tattoo then never go back. Well I GREATLY REGRET letting her do the second session she was again very rude (which I completely expected)and the tattoo came out horrible (did not expect that!) I showed up for my appt & waited 40 mins then she informed me she is too busy with another customer to do my tattoo and I can come back tomorrow(I live 45 mins from there), I was understanding and came back the next day &she said were gonna have to make it smaller cuz she had another appointment in an hour and a half. Definitely not long enough to do what I originally asked for & we will have to make another session. I said no I want this to be the last sessions just take the time you have and do what we can as long as its complete. It looked like a completely different artist did it! Very dark and splotchy. So then I decide to let her try & touch it up some weeks later and made an appointmennt. I was 10 mins late and she was SO hateful about it sadher dog was more important and she wanted to go home & check on him instead of do my tattoo. Then rudely says let me see it whats wrong with it ? I showed her & she was rudely saying theres nothing wrong with it. I didnt let her touch up my tattoo she made me wayy too uncomfortable and I was afraid she would intentionally make it worse. I should have gone with my gut and never returned after the first visit. She did change her attitude as I was walking out and say it does need touched up and offered to do it. I calmly told her she has not been polite to me once and I was done with it.

Kayla is a phenomenal body piercing professional! She is very knowledgeable and caring. She makes sure you understand whats going on step by step. She is always available for more questions or concerns with aftercare. Her technique has definitely been finely tuned over the years making her the best piercer I have ever worked with. I got my nipples pierced by kayla yesterday. I was terrified and she made me feel extremely comfortable and kept me pumped while easing my anxiety the whole time. She took the time to educate me on any general piercing questions I had and was the best price Ive found. Im heavily pierced and these were probably the easiest piercings Ive ever had. I believe I found my new piercer! 10/10.

Lady at counter was nice, trying to be helpful. Asked if any artists were there to talk to, the other lady came over with a whatever attitude and totally discouraged what we wanted, acted like it was the worst idea ever. Visited another shop and they were very helpful, did a great job on our tattoos and got us in right away. We will not return to your shop for tattoos. Hope all your tattoo artists are not like her. On the upside, I was in about a year ago and got 4 piercings and that lady was great.

Kayla is so welcoming and comforting! She went above and beyond for my friend and I! I will most definitely be coming back when I’m ready for new piercings. Everyone at the shop is so nice and welcoming!

This is by far the most down to earth, friendly tattoo studio I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The girl with the blonde bangs at the front is absolute amazing. So friendly and welcoming. It was such a laid back atmosphere. Bailey Mayhugh is just insanely amazing. I did a last minute change to my tattoo and Bailey was so kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond on my tattoo. It turned out exactly how I had envisioned. Thank you Bailey for an amazing experience. I cant wait to set up my next appointment with her!

Heavenly was the artist who did my tattoo. Super nice, really talkative which is really good in my opinion cause no one wants to sit with a stranger in silence. She did my USMC tattoo and it turned out really good. Would recommend her, and this place overall

Kayla absolutely saved me the other week when I had a piece of jewelry stuck in my septum. Steadiest hands ever, very knowledgeable and makes you feel SO comfortable and right at home. I will be back to get a piercing from her

Stopped in so my date could get a few piercings, nipples & rook. While I was there I decided to get my daith pierced, its addictive...Very clean and professional, everyone was friendly and respectful.Kayla will be my go-to for piercings. She even replied to a Facebook messenger post when I lost a ball, and I was taken care of same day.

My first experience there was great but Ive been back several times with friends and my son and the piercer is never there. I even call ahead of time to make sure and they still manage to not be there when I get there. Ive waisted a lot of time driving to this place. This could be preventable if they made appointments but they dont seem care. Thats fine. I took my business somewhere else.

Lost boys, previously Ink or Dye & Studio 22, is AMAZING. They have moved from the downtown location they previously had but all media has been updated to reflect the new information.There is a variety of artist in the shop now. So, no matter who you book, youre in phenomenal hands. This crew stands by their work and high standards. Theyre incredibly flexible with scheduling and always make you feel at home!

My daughter had gotten her belly button pierced her a few months ago, and last week she lost the top ball to her ring. So I called Lost Boys and told them what had happened and they said no problem, come on in and get her another one at no charge. When we got there and walked in, everyone was very friendly. They knew exactly where a replacement piece was, and was very courteous. Next time I want a tattoo, I’m going to Lost Boys.

Got my septum piercing done the place is nice the people are nice theyre quick with their piercings my only hiccup is when she had done my piercing for months now ever since I got my piercing done the left side of my nose hurts where the piercing hole is...

Doesnt even deserve a single star, super disrespectful inside the store and on website chat, will not refer anyone here ever in store the questions were what happened to the previous owner and if the did walk ins and a disrespectful answer on both questions and on the website the question was if I could pay for a printed out design on a piece of stencil paper and a disrespectful answer on there as well.
