Kirstie was the best! My 12 year old had a wonderful experience. They took their time and collaborated to mark the perfect spot. They treated her with such care and respect. 10/10 would come back again!

We had a great experience at Rowan today! The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The space is bright, inviting & clean. They have so many cute & quality options for piercing. Indy was our nurse. She was professional & thorough & really took the time to make sure her marks were in the right place. I will highly recommend Rowan to our friends!

I would highly recommend Rowan at Easton. It was a spur of the moment decision for me and my daughter after walking in. They made us feel so comfortable. Kirstie did mine and my daughters. My daughter was very nervous and Kirstie was so patient with her. This place was clean and they know what theyre doing.

My 7 year old was scared to get her ears pierced for the 1st time. they did both ears at the same time and made sure she knew every step. it was so so quick and easy. thanks for the good experience.

Took my baby to get her ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The place was very clean, cute, and each employee smiled and greeted us and were friendly and helpful. The entire piercing from when we walked in and left took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

A friend referred Rowan after she had such a good experience with her daughter’s second holes piercing. We just went for my daughter’s and Indy was amazing. She was patient, reassuring and quick. I would recommend Rowan to anyone…it was a fun but safe environment and I like that the technicians are licensed nurses.

We took our 5 month old to get her ears pierced today. i was so impressed with how nice their staff was! they were quick and efficient! they even added a certificate and extra goodies for us to enjoy! will be going back for future piercings

Was a tad skeptical of a piercing chain, but decided to do some research and I’m so glad I did. I love that they use only NPs and the piercing jewelry is a bit pricey, but it’s good quality, so just make sure you research prices and are comfortable with it. I stopped in and was able to get a walk in appointment with Indy, who was wonderful. I will be back for more piercings!

I brought my daughter in for her first ear piercing. We were walk ins and seen right away. All the girls did great making her feel comfortable and welcome. Halie was our piercer and made her feel so comfortable! Great find while strolling through Easton!

Indy was so amazing and really calming! The whole appointment went so quickly and easy, and I got four piercings. They are lined up perfectly - 10/10 would get pierced at Rowan again.

Randomly decided that I wanted to get my thirds and helix pierced today so went into Rowan. The staff were very helpful and kind. Indy did my piercings and I was nervous about the pain but she reassured me that it would be easy and it was! I was shocked at how little pain I felt having her pierce my ears and I got three. I would 100% recommend going here and am probably going back again in a few months for my cartilage.

I took two of my granddaughters, ages 11 and 15, and both love their new ear piercings. This was the first time for them and they loved how they were treated, how everything was explained and the selection of earrings from which to choose. I highly recommend Rowan piercings to anyone.

We had a great experience here, the ladies working there were very kind. The girl who did our piercing was wonderful, took her time to get it right and we both liked her. The only thing was I felt like they werent totally open with costs. She breezed through the intro of device vs. needle piercing and when I checked out she had a bag with solution in it. There were two of us so I asked for an additional solution and when she rung me up, I was charged for the solution. I was not aware it cost for the solution, I assumed it was a part of the piercing so that was frustrating. Be sure look that the actual piercing costs $50 plus the earrings which range and the solution. Coming to $130 for a piercing, plus tax plus tip and they only take Credit Card. Ill be back but now I know how much it costs!

Indy was amazing with my daughter. They made her feel comfortable and explained the process for her. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Very easy ear piercing, clean, and comfortable environment.

Went to go get my conch pierced a few days ago here and I loved it! All the workers are registered nurses (so you’ll be in good hands), and the piercing has healed well so far. 10/10 experience would get pierced here again.

We came to Rowan on opening day to get my two girls second love piercings. Stephanie was pleasant, patient and very sweet with my girls and did a great job! She also fixed a spacing piercing for me and I’m so happy! Thanks, Stephanie and Rowan!

This place is amazing if you are looking to get ears pierced. The girls were super helpful in deciding on the piercing and jewelery. Indie did an amazing job of explaining the process, keeping the environment sterile, and calm. Highly recommend this piercing store.
