Good quality & affordable jewelry.Though by my personal preference, I would not allow anyone to use a piercing gun on anyone. They are unsanitary as they technically cant be cleaned 100%.

My daughter got her ears pierced 13 days ago. She loved the associates that pierced her. Fast forward to last night. She came to me and was crying , her ear bleeding. One of her earring backings was too tight due to her earlobes being thick. The earring stone had been pushed completely into her earlobe from the front. I thought the stone and setting had broken off and the post and backing was all that was left. I tried to get the post and backing out. I could not. I cleaned it and bandaged it. I called Banter by Pagoda atPeachtree Mall first thing the next morning. I spoke with AJ, whom told me, Bring her in and it would be resolved. I got her there that day, AJ went right to work trying to remove it. His associate returned from a break to inform us that the actual earring had been pushed into her ear. Latrese went right to working on her, reassuring her throughout this process.She got the stone back out with her gentle hands. AJ and Latrese were FANTASTIC through the whole process. Then to top it off, made sure that she got the correct XL post she needed. She did not charge me full price, simply the difference! I will never by jewelry or have ears pierced by any other company.Banter by Pagoda has my business FOREVER

Absolutely love my new piercings!!! I’m mad I didn’t get the girl name at the kiosk, but I’ll definitely be returning for a couple more! She was so patient and she helped me decide which earrings I wanted for the look I was going for.

Good quality jewelry at a decent price.Kind staff though I wouldnt trust anyone with a piercing gun. They are unsanitary and cannot be properly cleaned.

Ms. Latrease is an award winning sales person. It was the persuasiveness for me. Very convincing that I needed some jewelry in my life. I kept telling her no I didnt want the payment option but when she said no credit needed, I just couldnt refuse it. She is just absolutely amazing. She will sell the shirt off your very own back to u if you didnt watch her . Banter needs many sales rep like her... Its just something about her that you cant even tell her no because she just doesnt take NO for an answer lll

I visited several stores in the mall looking for a necklace. They all tried to give me a price and then start about getting a credit card or today only the price was this instead. But at Pagoda the girl showed me the options told me the prices, explained the warranty, and asked if I needed help with anything else. I didnt feel pressured and I got what I wanted with a warranty for cheaper than the other stores. Very happy with my purchase. I cant remember her name but she was working Friday September 23rd at 3ish and was very helpful.

I went to location in Columbus Ga Peachtree Mall yesterday. Saw this necklace that I wanted in the case. The guy took it out for me. He walked around with it in his hands,talked to the other sell person for at least 15 minutes about me purchasing it. Doing paperwork to purchase it . Then at last minute, she says the other customers wanted 2. They only had 2. If they was going to purchase both why was 1 still in the case. I thought that was bad business and wasted my time.

Just took our daughter who is about to be one to get her ears pierced today. The employee who was working was so nice and helpful. They had a great selection of jewelry and the customer service was great. Highly recommended!

I got my two year old daughters ears pierced here over the weekend and i was honestly so amazed and shocked by our service. both team members were so knowledgeable about the different ear piercing earrings they had, what most toddlers get and how the process would take place. my daughters ears look great, they were both very expierienced. i was more scared about getting it done than my daughter was but they made this experience one i will never forget. they even gave her a lollipop after! highly recommend. i wish i could’ve caught their names!

!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!HIGH DOLLAR, PLATED COSTUME JEWELRY. Asked associate to show me SOLID GOLD EARRINGS, and she showed me a section where the selection had gold price tags and explained that meant they were solid gold. Paid $185 for PLATED GOLD for my little girl, irritated her ears, made her skin peel and itch! Stem of jewelry changed color!

I wanted to see if I could get my babies ears pierced but the only person there was a lady with red dreads talking on the phone. And when I came back she was gone. No one was at the kiosk.

DO NOT take your baby here for ear piercing. The lady got the piercing gun stuck in my babys ear and kept pulling her ear to get the gun unstuck AND she pierced her ears crooked - one earring is noticeably lower than the other
