My experience today was great the employees were very nice and out going I went to get my belly re- pierced and it didnt hurt at all. I will recommend anyone who wants pierced go to banter they did really good

Was told I could walk in, no appt necessary. Called at 5:15 in a Sunday (they close at 6 on Sundays) to say I was on my way. Said she was closing at 5:30 depending on what I was getting. Told her I would be there well before that for simple ear love piercings. Then she says, “Well I really don’t do any piercings past 5:10.” Lol. I get wanting to leave work early, just say that. I don’t appreciate the run around at all.

We got my chain replaced by Jerrika, very nice and helpful! 10/10 would come back!!!👍🏽

Friendly and helpful staff! I hadn’t worn an earring in my piercing in over 10 years, the piercer was able to find my original piercing (none of my friends or family had been able to find it for me, I was afraid it was closed forever), help me find the earrings I wanted and put them in for me! My entire visit was less than 15 minutes! I’m very happy with the speedy, helpful and kind service.

Wonderful! Highly recommend just took my daughter here she is 26 months old and this was to get her bottom ear lobes done. The two ladies working are amazing. Knowledgeable, very nice, great with my daughter and super patient. I love that compared to most places they use the piercing earnings and can do both ears at the same time! They both double checked the marker spots for the piercing and then had me check as well. their placement was spot on perfect. They also have a great selection of earnings and great prices. Extremely happy with my experience today.

Great experience! Aisha (sp?) was sweet and helpful, and spent quite a long time trying to even up my uneven ears. She did a great job; I dont even have an extra thing to be self conscious about. The prices were ok, the starter earrings are nowhere near my style, so I got the cheapest, and you have to buy their care solution, no choice. Still, a pretty good deal, and Claires is no longer in the mall, so this might be the only place to get piercing done. So, it was a good time, part of a splurge day that she helped make special.

Went here to have my daughter‘s second ear piercing done. I was told we had to buy the insurance in case an earring should break. We bought the forced insurance. The piercing went well, but within three weeks one earring broke while she was at practice. She was unable to find the earring that fell out. Remember, these are piercing earrings that shouldn’t fall out or break. She replaced the broken/lost earring with the piercing earring from her original set (which she has has for a couple of years). This would keep the hole from closing until I could get back to Pagoda. Well guess what! The forced insurance doesn’t cover “lost” earrings. She wouldn’t have lost it if it didn’t break. They weren’t supposed to even be removed yet. I understand the reasoning for not replacing lost earrings, but if it is within the first 4-6 weeks it should still be replaced. Also, this “insurance “ should be optional. If they want you to have it, it should be included in the cost of the earrings. Of course, they wanted to sell me a new set.

We went for lobe piercings, and as soon as we showed up we were immediately helped. The staff were very nice, thorough and helpful. There were plenty of options for jewlery, in all price ranges. There is a cost for insurance however.

Well it started out shakey. There was a girl there that basically pawned us off onto another girl who was already helping another customer. Finally Iesha asked us what we needed and we told her earrings and a piercing. She happily obliged us once she was done with her other customer. She was very nice and apologetic for the behavior of the other employee. She saved the visit.

I would not recommend this place for children’s ears. They only do one ear at a time. After 2 hours my daughter walked away with only 1-ear pierced. My 8 month old had a successful piercing with little pain but her earrings fell out 3 times in a week and a half. One whole is now closed up. I now have 2 daughters with 1 ear pierced. I feel like a horrible parent for having them done now & would not recommend them for this reason.

My son wanted ears pierced but only ended up wit 1 done. The lady & man tried to do both at same time. The lady on left ear was done fine. Guy on right ear bad experience gun got stuck wit earring that didnt go all way thru my sons ear. They lady had to grab guys gun on right side & pry off my sons ear cuz it was stuck on there His ear is now infected/red cant even touch it! He has been in pain since we left there! Im going to see what his doctor says for me to do cuz his ear is now infected. Lady said it wouldnt get infected cuz of stuff she sprayed on it so I asked for extra bottle of solution but it didnt do any good on ear that wasnt done right! Now we waiting for hole that is there but not all way thru to grow over. U can still see the hole where he earring didnt go all way thru. I really dont think the guy done it right I think he acted a bit nervous. So I think that y his side didnt go well at all. NOT happy at all!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Took my 7 month old to get ears pierced. Staff were knowledgeable about what earrings were best for infants and the placement is perfect! No complaints.

Outstanding experience for granddaughter and beautiful jewelry. Excellent people working there, will be back for more earrings. I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting ears pierced to go there.

Had a very painful nose piercing experience there. When piercing my nose the lady jerked the gun with it still in my nose causing a lot of pain. Got the jewelry changed about a week later and my piercer said he has never seen a nose ring like that in his 20 years of piercing. I would not recommend getting pierced there, spend the extra money and get it done by a true professional!!
