Very unprofessional... I setup an appointment for my wife through living social. They were quite rude when setting up the appointment and unwilling to answer questions. However, due to the good price at living social, I did proceed to setup the appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, my wife fell sick. I called twice that day to reschedule. However, they did not pickup the phone. So, I left voice mail twice. However, the same night, I got a mail charging 25 dollars no show fee. I am not sure if they listened to the voice mail. However, I feel this is unprofessional and rude, which is not surprising to me after the first encounter. If you want good service and not get cheated, avoid these people.

My first appointment, I had to wait an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time to be seen, the second appointment I had to wait an hour past my scheduled time. They seem to always overbook their clients, then when you arrive on time for your reserved time, you have to wait ridiculous amounts of time just to get what you paid for. Additionally, twice when I have had an appointment scheduled, their receptionist has called to tell me the doctor wasnt going to be in that day, so they told me I had to reschedule. Each time this happened, the next available time to reschedule was a month away, even though THEY cancelled the appointment. Very frustrating overall experiences. I would recommend avoiding these frustrations and spending your money at any of the MANY other medical spas in this area that respect and value their clients time much more.Added 7/19/18: My wife is your client and wrote this review from my computer which is why my name is not in your datatbase. Advanced Laser Skin Center impressed me at minute one. The office is warm, inviting and well decorated. The location is very easy to find and access. The staff could not have been friendlier. I was most impressed with my doctor. I have received injections for years and been in an out of the office in minutes with little dialogue. The doctor mapped out and explained every injection and the units used. I was given more post care directions and explanation than any other doctor I have seen. He also took the time to explain other procedures I am interested in. Hands down a wonderful experience all the way around and I will most definitely be returning.

Purchased Groupon, and scheduled my appointment. Received a call hours before my appointed time, and was told there was an emergency and they needed to reschedule me. I rescheduled my appointment for the following week, only to get an email 2 hours before my appointment time requesting to reschedule. When I called the office to inquire, I was told they had a bunch of cancellations today, and because that created a gap in the schedule, I would have to reschedule my afternoon appointment....again. No Thank You. Would not give them the time of day. On top of that, they want you to confirm the appointment after it is scheduled, then again via text or email a few days before. Unprofessional.

Avoid this place at all costs. I worked here and the experience was so bad and would urge customers to not support this business. Ilona, the woman who owns this place, is awful. She used me as her personal assistant, made me watch her kid, made me run silly errands, all for $10 an hour. She would call me at 4 am and make me cancel people’s appointments last minute because she wouldn’t come in that day. She would scold me if I wasn’t on call 24/7 even on days I wasn’t working or clocked in. I didn’t get breaks. Being only 18, I didn’t realize how unacceptable this was until I told my parents. A woman who got hired as an esthetician just didn’t show up after two days of training because it was so bad. Ilona would schedule people’s appointments, and just not show up, leaving me in the office alone to deal with the angry client. Read other reviews and see this showing up for an appointment with no one there is a common experience Worst yet, after I quit, she refused to pay me for hours I had worked. I had to take her to small claims court, and I didn’t receive my check until a year later. Horrible business, horrible ownership. I’m not sure how this place hasn’t gone under yet. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Well, I was getting ready to make an appointment, however after reading the reviews I’m a bit skeptical! I’ve had 3 chemical peels (not here) Although I did see improvement, I still need something else. I was told micro laser would give me the results I am looking for. (Acne scars) (tightening)I’m not looking for baby butt smooth skin, just a 50% improvement and I’d be happy! The problem I have is.... I set appointments, consults, ect. And no matter what it is I TRULY need, I’m always sent in whatever direction that will fill their pockets, whether it’s beneficial for me or not. So..... Reading these reviews is extremely discouraging and most likely the reason I will avoid this practice. 😟

Highly recommend Ilona Thomas for any skin issue. She is a registered nurse in addition to being a skin esthetician. She knows and understands skin better than specialists that Ive consulted with because her results are 1,000 better. Her prices are affordable and she is thorough from the first visit.In the past Ive been given prescription creams, lotions, shower gels and medicines that never worked.She confronts the issue with a strong plan of treatment and you will see the difference after the first visit.Ive had microdermabrasion before but she paired that with several other peels, brightening and medical grade exfollients to address my condition. As it was my first visit for this issue with her, I was apprehensive and honestly, even lowered my bar of expectations because of my previous experiences.During the appointment, I knew she was different because I could feel it. Parts were uncomfortable but safely performed and necessary for best results.Today, she checked my skin and my sons skin (same issue) and I begged her for another treatment because I loved the results so much, I am excited have it done again.She said that we both are still recovering: peeling and so on and that we need to wait 21 days in between treatments.

I was really pleased with this place before they moved to Polaris. Its not the laser hair service Im disappointed with, but the service. I had an appointment scheduled and when I showed up they were closed. I called and left a message and the receptionist apologized saying they didnt have me on the schedule. I decided to give them another chance and scheduled an appointment that was then cancelled 2 days later by text message and they didnt even get my name right. I will not be going back.

I have been using ALSC and Ilonas expertise for over 10 years. I have yet to find someone with better knowledge regarding PREVENTION as well as treatment. I wanted an intense peel for years but was advised to wait. I was finally able to have a VI Peel and the results were amazing. The pre and post peel care were great! The care and concern for patients is evident- the staff are concerned about clients holistic experience not just pushing trendy products and procedures. I will always be a fan of ALSC because I truly feel that my best skin interests are being served.

Very accommodating to ones busy schedule, friendly knowledgeable staff. Establishment is very clean; doctors are educational being sure to find the best & appropriate procedure tailored to each individual client. I was quoted in my original consultation only 3 tattoo removal sessions, since my tattoo was only a few months old and I had a time frame to remove it. Though it had be delayed to 6 removal sessions and still not any real sign of it going away in one or two more sessions. There was zero communication between the technician, doctor or the receptionist, in fact in my last visit the receptionist was argumentative with the technician and the doctor hide out of site during any type of questions or fallow ups. Do not go here if you’re seeking professionalism.

Terrible. Avoid this place if you dont wanna be scammed. The people are nice to you but their treatments dont work. I got laser hair removal done here. Spent a few thousand dollars here and a year of my time, and saw zero reduction.

Both Dr. Neff and Dr. Laperna are experienced and capable physicians and i highly recommend them, without any reservations. They are professional and caring doctors, highly trained and specialized.

I called and left several messages to schedule an appointment with no response. Scheduled an appointment online and when I went (which is during their posted business hours) to the appointment no one was in the office. Called several more times and no one answered.

I had a great experience at Advanced Laser Skin Center, very nice staff, appointment time was honored, and I liked the results

If I could give Advanced Laser on Polaris Parkway zero stars I would! It has been one bad thing after another. Please save yourself the headaches and money.

Very convenient to schedule/reschedule. Information was clear and concise. All questions answered and I felt very appreciated. Highly recommend.
