I have been a patient at Jiva Med Spa for several years. The service from the moment you enter is very welcoming and caring. Mila is excellent at providing care. She always takes the time to discuss your concerns and makes the best decisions for her patient. Recently I started receiving facials from Lily she is wonderful.

I have had an amazing experience at Jiva Med Spa! I can’t say enough great things about Erin, she is the best! She is so kind and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The treatments were quick and effective, and Ive already noticed fantastic results. I highly recommend Erin for anyone looking for laser hair removal!

Tisha is great, she is always welcoming!!! I receive tattoo removal here it’s fading nicely and my provider Tisha is wonderful. The process only takes minutes to do. What an awesome experience! The facility is impressive from the outside in. Very clean, sleek, and modern, the lobby area is welcoming with a friendly front desk staff, coffee station, and ample seating. The area is flooded with natural lighting and quite comfortable. This was my first visit and checking in was a breeze. I worked with Erin, who was very friendly and informative. I had some bloodwork done and didn’t even feel the needle! I also had a consultation with Dr. Nanda, who was very much as hospitable and informative! I look forward to working with them for many services going forward.

I love love Erin she has changed my life! The things I was insecure about, she has fixed and helped me gain my confidence back! She is a very sweet person, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming!

Being sick the week of my wedding was definitely not apart of the plan! The staff here was able to get me in on short notice for an IV and help get me ready for the big day! Loved my experience here. All the employees are so personal and friendly! I got microneedling done for the first time and felt very well taken care of. When I came here for the first time in March, Dr. Nanda was very patient with me during my consultation and allowed me to explain how I was feeling while he listened and wrote notes. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the treatment I am receiving, I have since lost 12lbs and I am very very pleased with these results so far!Julie administered my injections and she is incredibly kind. Today I was running a half hour late (due to traffic issues on my drive down from Michigan) and she had absolutely no problem waiting for me to arrive to provide me my service.Alanna, one of the front desk girls, is very friendly! She is extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She goes through the forms with you if you don’t understand too! She was patient with me while I looked at my calendar to see when I could schedule my next appointments to drive down.It’s always very clean when you walk in here, and I feel very welcomed when I visit!

Very nice people and skilled! Ive been going there for my sessions for a tattoo removal service. Its been great so far, and they are very knowledgeable with answering all my questions and concerns. Pricing is also very fair for what needs to be done ! Super in and out quick too, but efficient. I hardly have to wait to be brought back. Tattoo is fading nicely with no scarring or problems.

If I can get more than five stars I would. Tisha and the staff at Jiva Med Spa are top notch and were able to completely remove my tattoo effectively. So glad I went there for the procedure. Second picture from before last treatment!

Dr. Nanda,Alanna, Debbie were all awesome! First my appointment was at 3:30 I showed up an hour late and they still let me be seen :) It took five minutes to get my sun spot on my face removed! Nice fast and easy!! Definitely recommend 😀

Overall, a seemingly very competent practice. The front desk staff are welcoming and, quite honestly, immaculately elegant in their composure. My experience was mostly with Erin for laser hair removal and she was phenomenal. She was welcoming, warm, and exceedingly considerate. I was very nervous about the process overall and she completely put me at ease. Frankly, I had been undecided about having laser hair removal on any other areas of my body (legs bikini, underarms), but if my budget allows, I plan to book further appointments with her. She really did make it a positive experience. I would recommend anyone to put yourself in her hands and trust in her care and skill.

Right as I walked in the lady at the front desk was so welcoming! She also helped me with any questions I had! Her name was Marissa, she was so sweet!

With just a few sessions got my calf tattoo lightened up enough to cover just one week after getting the tattoo. Laser didnt hurt as bad as tattoo did in my opinion, as Jiva med spa has a more holistic laser that targets the tattoo ink instead of burning skin. After my last session, the tattoo continue to lighten up for the next few following months.I was able to get my new tattoo in July 2024 got my first laser in Nov. 2023. Could have gotten a month or two sooner just happened in July due to tattoo scheduling.Pictures display before laser, after laser, and halfway done with tattoo cover up.

Today I had my 6 treatment of the Venus legacy and I am ecstatic to say I have lost 5 inches on both sides of my arms. Nancy is not only very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body, she is so caring and attentive to everyone of her patients, she treats you like family. Erin is truly wonderful!!! My daughter is legally blind and developmentally delayed. Her father and I got her a laser treatment package for Christmas 2 years ago so she never has to worry about shaving her underarms, bikini area or legs. We just completed her laser treatments and are extremely pleased with the results!! Erin was so kind and caring, always making sure my daughter was comfortable and knew what to expect. Dr. Nanda has done an amazing job helping me clear up my skin with laser services combined with amazing products!! My skin is 10x more clear and brighter than it was this time last year.

My initial visit 5/2/24 was good. Informative. However, I was convinced to go back in the next day 5/3/24 to do a blood panel. I was told results would be done in just a few days. It has now been two weeks and I still have not heard from anyone re: my results etc. AND I paid $250 up front for this panel. Needless to say, I would just like to get my $250 back and don’t care to see any results at this point. I received a text 5/18/24 to review my visit from 5/2/24. Well, here is your review.

Absolutely love that I am finally getting results!. Since I switched to Erin B. I have been seeing immediate results, she is so knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I look forward to every single one of my visits with her.

SCAMMERS!! This med spa treated me with Botox and i spent almost $800 for the areas i wanted treated and got ZERO results. After going back for my follow up i brought up how the effects did not set in yet and i have never had this issue with botox before. They then injected me with a different form called dysport and did more units and i still have no results in my forhead, 11s, crows feet, lip flip or masseter for my TMJ. I gave ample opportunity for Jiva to make it right by requesting a partial refund even though i got NO results i felt a partial was fair. I was offered nothing more than 5 addition units which equals $50 LOL truly comical. Why would i want more injects when it’s proven whatever they are using there isn’t working. Avoid this place at all cost as they don’t care about customers or services they provide. Clearly they don’t stand behind making things right here! I would give negative stars if i could!

This was my first time at Jiva Med Spa and the services are exceptionally wonderful! Dr. Nanda was very thorough with answering all of my questions, Julie was wonderful with my treatment and Hayley and Kennedy at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place!

Third visit for an extensive procedure. I don’t think there are two people better in their careers than Kyla and Mila. Kyla has helped me with scheduling, she has always found a way to work with my busy schedule. In fact she was in the office on a Sunday answering questions, and scheduling. She runs an amazing practice.I have so much respect for Mila, she has so much knowledge, customizes each procedure for each patient, you can tell she really wants the best results. I’m so comfortable with Mila that I would travel hours just to have her do simple procedures. I fully trust her work, advice, and care. Jiva’s, quality, care, and service are second to no one. I am so happy to have found Jiva, Dr Nanda, Kyla, Lexy, Mila & the rest of the amazing staff. I have taken advantage of so many of their services and I couldnt be happier. Some have been life-changing for me. Cant recommend Jiva enough and Im always happy to refer them.

Went in today for a skin evaluation with Dr.Nanda. The woman who checked me in was lovely, everyone else, not so lovely. The woman who took me into the office was alright. Told me she’d get me water and never did. The doctor doesn’t even evaluate your skin, a machine gives him numbers and he reads them off not explaining what the numbers even mean. Shows me a binder of pictures and says I need a laser not even explaining what the treatment is. More of a salesman than a doctor, but not even a good sales man. After I told them $4,000 was out of my budget I was told 3 BBls would be $2,000. This makes no sense. I’m no mathematician but the math doesn’t add up, so maybe there is something else they’re trying to sell. Possibly skin care but I wouldn’t know because instead of explaining the price break down they kick you out the door. Honestly I’m curious where that price came from or if they are just trying to upsell.2 stars because the lady at the front counter was lovely.

10/10 recommend Jiva med spa! Have been coming here for over a year to get laser tattoo removal and I am always met with a smile and exceptional service.

Nice staff, beautiful place, hopefully their equipment has a stronger laser removal and their business model has improved from their past. I was taken advantage of . I was faced with high pressure and urgent sales tactics to get me signed up: I get it : new business: new clients: etc…Was wishing to remove my 4 finger tattoos. The laser that Dr. Nanda unfortunately did nothing for my removal. I understand the removal process is tedious: one however would see SOME process. But there was no process of change at all. Just$629.26 respectfully thrown away. Not only was I over priced to remove my tattoos I also payed for “gel enhancer” This recommended gel lacked a label to show ingredients or even what the product was, just an a half torn expiration; that’s shady…I mentioned in passing another place I was looking to get my tattoos removed. Not only was I uncomfortably asked for their name Jiva Med Spa tried to slander them. That’s pretty distasteful as a company. Overall, I’m disappointed with this model of business and hope that it has changed tremendously.

The entire process was explained, every member of the staff was genuinely nice & personable & I cant wait until my next appointment to see how far Ive gotten so far. I had a horrible experience here. I wanted part of my tattoo removed. The doctor said it would take 12 sessions to remove. I told him I was only here for another 3 weeks and he said well let’s do 1 and really go at it. He charged me, a recent college graduate with no money, $400 for one session. He assured me it would at least fade, but my whole tattoo is fully visible. The original tattoo was no more than $100 and I wanted less than half removed. If he knew it wasn’t going to work and told me so, I would have walked out, but instead I was taken advantage of. Absolutely ridiculous. Seemed more like a salesman than a doctor. Do not recommend. The photo is 4 weeks post treatment, where I was told it would be at least faded by 2 weeks.

BEST hormone Doctor in Columbus. Dr. Nanda has incredible bed side manner. He teaches other doctors “how to” all things hormones. His Med Spa also has the latest and greatest in skin, his staff is welcoming. Love this place.

Tisha is always so sweet! I am about halfway through having a tattoo removed, and she’s been so great about checking in on my recovery between treatments, as well as explaining the process as we go along. Everything has been healing up so well, and I can’t wait to see the final result!

I went to Jiva in Columbus on 11/8/2023 to inquire about a small (pinky nail sized) previously microbladed eyebrow area removed. I only needed the small area on my right eyebrow removed due to asymmetry. I did not need the entire area, nor both eyebrows treated. Dr Nanda was fast talking and was quick to show me photos of previously performed tattoo removal from their office, including one of their employees that only required one treatment for her entire microblading. I was quoted $300 for my treatment, which I feel is pretty expensive for such a tiny area, however being led to believe I would likely only need one treatment, I was willing to go for it. Keep in mind microblading is not as deep as other tattoos and so should respond better. After I agreed to the procedure, Dr Nanda advised that I would need this Pracasil cream from their office to apply twice a day after my treatment, bringing my total all together to $396. He also suggested that I purchase a oral medication as well to help with results but I drew the line there. The treatment lasted less than 30 seconds, I followed Dr. Nandas directions exactly. Now fast forward to today 2/6/2024, the area that I had treated remains red constantly requiring me to have to cover up the area. Also, I do not see that big of a difference in the actual lightening of the area treated, nothing like the photos that I was shown of others (yes i know that everyone is different, but for nearly $400 I would have liked to see some difference). Overall my experience with Jiva was not a pleasant one. Too expensive, pressuring sales, and unsatisfactory results.

This med spa offers everything in one spot. All of the staff is exceptional from the receptionists to the doctors and providers. I have several friends going there now and they all agree. This is the best you can do anywhere. Kathy

Professional, she took her time, she explained everything, she was so patient and friendly and really made me feel comfortable. I felt zero pain as well. I cant wait to work with her again. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming as well. The space is very relaxing and there was hardly any wait. And when I flubbed up on something, they were more than happy to attend to me and take care of me and never once made me feel like I was a bother. I love this place. Top notch service. Authentic, just enough pampering but not over the top with alot of silly frills that I dont need which also means I have to pay for it. When I compare to what my other gf get, it is also an incredible deal. Totally go with the membership tooooo!!!!

I picked up a nail fungus in college, one of those things that you just try everything to get rid of but nothing works. Finally after years of trying creams and such, I heard about Jiva from my mum who was getting a tattoo removed. I’m about halfway through the process and what a difference it has made! Tisha (the tech who does all the laser work) has done an AMAZING job! She is really knowledgeable about her work and remembers everything. What a wonderful experience. Hayley, the receptionist, is incredibly friendly and a delight to talk to. It feels like every time I come in we pick up right where we left off in the conversation.

I’ve been getting tattoos on my hands and neck removed and a lot of them are almost off! The building is really clean and pretty inside too and they offer a lot of different complimentary drinks. I’m only getting tattoo removal but they offer a ton of different aesthetic procedures as well which is really cool. The staff is very kind and professional too.

Debated leaving a review because I didnt receive a service, because my consultation went so poorly. Dr.Nanda was pushy and cared more about selling me something at a discounted rate and guaranteeing me a price so low Id never see it again(it was still a higher price that most other med spas in the area) I have never once have a doctor spend so little time talking about treatment and so much time talking about price. Its the end of the year, Ill give you this crazy low price BUT only if you sign a contract today and he offered to waive the taxes???(Is that even legal?)I certainly dont want any medical spa or doctor who can offer such a sale (thousands of dollars off) a procedure to perform any services on me. The doctor also saw me about 20 minutes late because he was pushing another sale on someone else, discussing the costs at the front desk. Its a shame because the receptionist was so incredibly friendly and welcoming, I thought i was going to have good appointment and planned on paying for the service that day in full,but chose to get my service somewhere else because of the doctor. The actual facility was nice and clean, and I had planned on purchasing facials and filler, but chose not to persue those due to the reasons above.

Mila is amazing! She is incredibly talented and an absolute joy to work with. Her “table side” manner is phenomenal. She is gentle with treatments and ensures that you are completely comfortable throughout the process. Nobody enjoys needles in their face and Mila makes sure it is as pain-free as possible. I was a nervous wreck waiting to get my injections and Mila completely calmed my nerves after the first injection. I didnt even feel it!! She also takes her time to ensure that everything is complete and symmetrical.

Love Nancy. She is very knowledgeable and takes a human approach, explaining what each service is about. I am more interested in wellness and don’t find most mainstream Drs, have any expertise in this area. All they want to do is give you a pill, and if that doesn’t work, give you another pill.Nancy listens and only recommends what she thinks will help.

I allowed the doctor to pair me with a wonderful woman Erin who has just made my first laser hair removal process just so perfect. She is personable, knowledgeable and fast. I had no prior knowledge of laser hair removal and she explained everything I needed to know. I’m 6 sessions in and still loving the results! She’s amazing!!

I have been seeing Erin now for 3 years and have had the absolute BEST experience with her. She was referred to me by a friend and now I have sent 2 other friends to see her as well. I would just love to say this they have a beautiful peaceful and the staff and Drs. are beautiful and professional and very caring and friendly. The dr is kind knowledgeable and he listens. He doesn’t push other things on you unless you askI did the emsculpt 4 sessions and the first session he tayed with me the entire session. He told me it was equivalent to 20,000 sit-ups.Then they gave me a bottle of melting fat lotion you use it on a clean area of the area you are getting emsculpt at because it melts fat . Then use it one time a day. This lotion and the emsculpt turn your fat with heat and the vibration and it goes way below your fascia. It’s only been two weeks since my last session. The Dr. said it takes about 5 months. Before the real results kick in . Like breast surgery. I already went down two sizes.The office is clean and beautiful. The employees are even more beautiful . I signed up for the jewel membership and I get my choice of facial and discounts on on certain products and services .I did the hydrafacial. The girl who did my my facial wa so sweet and kind. She had a soft to the touch. She told me the instructions for next day. And she complimented my skin and treated me so well. The last facial I had another salon where I broke out everywhere.if I could I’d give Jiva 10 stars. The emsculpt has done wonders to me and my self confidence. Next will be filler and Botox

I turned 50 this year and was having a lot of difficulty adjusting to hormone balance post menopause and I still wanted to feel feminine and attractive. I have worked out all my adult life and was not seeing the results for all of my effort with body recomposition and a waistline that I could be proud of. I was also struggling with sexual vitality. Dr. Nanda listened to all of my concerns and put together a plan that accomplished everything I was hoping to achieve. I did the pellet therapy which produced results of energy, sexual vitality and am seeing positive body composition. I had my first Brazilian session with her today and was happy with her attention to detail, and how much she actually cares for her work. I received Ultherapy with Nancy last November and I could not be more pleased. I had my eyebrows tattooed, a method called powder brows. They were not to my liking. Dr. Nanda was amazing and got me taken care of. Most of the tattoo was removed in one session. Not sure yet if another session is needed but I’m extremely happy with my results.

I had microneedling done at Jiva and am so happy with the results! Before the appointment, the team was quick to respond to questions I had and made me feel at ease about what to expect before, during, and after the treatment. Ive had microneedling done at other places, and this was by far the most comfortable experience - I couldnt feel a thing thanks to their numbing cream and Elyse took extra time to make sure everything felt okay. I will 100% be back!

I have had 2 experiences with this location. My advice however for people planning to make a commitment to the laser hair removal experience is to 1) plan ahead for extended trips out of town and 2) read the fine print related to obtaining the treatment plan and CareCredit option if you choose to take it. The first time my daughter used their services she ended up going to Italy for a semester which interrupted her treatment. At that point she was maybe halfway through the process and when she picked back up it was basically like she had never had the treatment. The second time she went back she signed paperwork too quickly. Long story short she decided to go with another company and even though she’d only had the initial office visit, because she had signed documents we were locked in. The reason why I have rated the service a 4, is that I feel like once we had a break in the treatment plan that we should have developed a plan B to take into account the study abroad disruption and its impact on our sessions. Also I feel like there should have been an opt out clause established especially if you have only had the “free” consultation. I will say this though- they did work with us by giving us an opt out for a fee that we were told could be applied at a later date should we decide to get another treatment. There was one female staff member she really liked during her first treatment. She was not as complimentary of the office staff the 2nd time, she felt rushed, she had to wait a long time to be seen and her skin was not tested. Overall I’d give it a B-, the cost is probably fair considering what other places may charge... In my interactions with the doctor he seems pretty nice and knowledgeable.

I am pretty disappointed with my experience. I have been getting a tattoo removed for about 5 months now. When I went in for my consultation I was faced with high pressure and urgent sales tactics to get me signed up. I ended up agreeing hoping it would be worth it. I have an old small only black tattoo that should have been pretty quick to remove so we agreed on 4 sessions. I saw hardly any results (if any) the first 3 sessions. Session 4 after voicing my concerns seemed to magically start to work and I bought a 5th session and again it did nothing. The nurse seemed to think they did not bump the laser up to a high enough level even though I had no issues at all with it. I just feel like they were after the money and didnt care at all to help me so they kept the laser to a low level and charged me more than I think it should have cost. I have had 5 sessions and the tattoo is hardly faded. Very disappointed in the service and Jiva Med Spas tactics.With that being said the remainder of the staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and beautiful and in an awesome location.

I had Laser Hair Removal done by Erin, and a facial done by Lillie and I absolutely loved them both! Erin made me feel so comfortable, and I had amazing results. I didnt have to shave for weeks! Erin also followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly and to talk about my next appointment. I look forward to moving forward with this treatment. I have had an incredible experience with the Jiva Med Spa team in Columbus. I was not familiar or comfortable with med-spas or many of the services offered. I reviewed the information online and decided to book a consultation. If you are curious, you should absolutely take the time to DO THIS FOR YOURSELF. Not familiar with the procedures and pricing, I was a little nervous going in for my consultation. I met with Dr. Nanda. He was very approachable, easy to talk to and I did not feel rushed - not at all. He was very knowledgable, had great suggestions and knew all the pricing. They added the consult info in my profile. Honestly, some of it sounded too good to be true. I started small and found that what he suggested for treatment did EXACTLY what is was supposed to do, in the time he said it would do it. I was thrilled with the initial results and started adding in other services as initially discussed at my consult. The team had a record of it in my file, so it was really easy to do. Amber, TJ and the rest of the staff are the best. They are on time, responsive, very professional and just fun people to be around. Ive seen Dr. Nanda several times since my initial consult and I love that hes so accessible. It feels like the team there keeps close tabs on my procedures and results. If Dr. Nanda said it will take X treatments of Y amount of time, its spot on. For example, Ive been doing BBL laser treatments for red and brown pigmentation. He said it would take 3 months, three treatments and I would be good to go. I was impressed after the first, but hes exactly right, three is the magic number. I am so happy with the value for the money spent. The treatments are more expensive than my standard salon chemical peel or facial, but Ive been getting those regularly, buying and trying expensive skincare products for almost 2 years with okay results. After all that time and money, I am finally getting exactly what Ive been searching and hoping for in 3 months and I am now more educated on how to properly care for and prevent hyper-pigmentation in the future.I am so happy to find such a great company and team to work with moving forward. Erin is amazing. She’s administered my laser hair removal treatments for over a year now. She is so knowledgeable and caring in her craft. Remembers who I am and what we discussed in my last treatment even if six months has passed. I highly recommend her services and Jiva med spa for their stellar service and commitment to quality.

Avoid this place, especially if you are a young woman. Male Dr and male staff member is super pushy and intimidating. Not to mention, I was lied to about the procedure and expectations. It was a ploy to literally take my money. This was 3 years ago, but I’m comfortable talking about it now.
