Mandi does an amazing job! Her loft is super cozy, and her work is solid. She does a complimentary touch up 8-10 weeks after your first visit. After my first visit my brows faded a lot, but she prepared me for that. Since the touch up, they are holding up great! She works fast, does an amazing job, and educates you on what to expect!

Great experience! The shop is just a touch tricky to find, but that kind of gives it a fun, Speakeasy feel and it is absolutely gorgeous inside! Everything was immaculate. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease.Mandi is doing an AMAZING job on my lips! She really took her time to talk with me to get an idea on my usual daily vibe and what my goals are as far as my permanent makeup. I always have an excellent experience when I get my eyebrows done with Mandi. She really listens to what you want your eyebrows to look like and executes with precision. The atmosphere is gorgeous. So far so good! Had my first session yesterday and Im loving my new microbladed brows. Mandi was super personable and funny and good at what she does. Pain was minimal, aftercare seems simple. Faux Freckles Online Course.This review is not going to be nearly long enough to express how freakin amazing it is!!!First I’ll start with this … I have the confidence after taking this course knowing my results are going to have people coming back for more and new clients lining up at the door!I’ve taken other freckle training courses and this one surpasses them ALL 🙌🏼I’m a hands on & visual learner, the extreme close-ups of Mandi doing the freckles was SO APPRECIATED! We see videos of Mandi working on someone new and someone who is coming back. We also get to see videos of healed results 🤭The quality of the videos, I wouldn’t have seen it better actually being there in person!You get PDF files of colour theory (I mean extensive colour theory) & why we choose certain pigments for freckles, intake forms, consent forms, waiver forms, understanding pigments, taking procedure notes and the list goes on!

I have a type of scarring alopecia and had completely lost my brows. My dermatogist recomended Mandi, and Im so, so glad that she did! The nano brows she gave me look so natural and I feel like I look so much younger than with drawn on brows! Mandi was so great and took her time making sure that my brows and the color were perfect. The first week was a bit a rollercoaster, as Mandi said it would be. They were very dark for a few days, but were perfect after a couple of weeks! I just had my touch up and cant be more pleased!!! Mandi spent the entire day on me lol 😆 she explained every step in detail and took her time. I had some lip swelling the day of the procedure but had zero pain the following day with little to no swelling! Her cost is more than others but I feel it was worth it. I will post my final results in October after my final touch up and healing are complete.Color boost lips and brow and new lash line. Mandi is so gifted I highly recommend!

I have had my eyebrows and eyeliner done by Syd, and I am so glad I did! It’s worth the money and time to feel more confident. My morning routine is much simpler now, and I’m going barefaced more often. I was afraid to go too bold and wanted a subtle look, and I appreciate Syd’s cooperation and understanding. She did give me a fantastic winged eyeliner job, but I’m planning to go back and get it thickened up because I feel comfortable she’ll be able to make it look great! Plus she and Mandi are both so laid back and nice, and they follow universal precautions and Covid precautions so I feel safe in their hands. The salon has beautiful décor and everyone was very friendly and I was so excited to get my eyeliner tattooed. I wish I could say I was happy with the end results. Within 5 days there was no signs I had anything done. My husband and I have several tattoos and were very shocked at the results. I cancelled my touch up appointment as there was nothing to touch up and I wasn’t willing to spend almost three hours having this reapplied and endure that much pain at the risk of it not taking a second time. I would reconsider if you were willing to spend that much money and run the risk of no results five days later. I wish someone would have provided me with this information before I took the gamble.

I’ve been Mandi’s client for 4 years. I have zero regrets. She is so talented. She is so patient. I continue to recommend her to family and friends. Always will. Her work speaks for itself. I really appreciate the fact that she offers microblading AND machining. Most only offer the blading and blading just doesn’t work well for my skin. But the machine hair strokes look identical to the blade strokes so having that option for something that my skin will actually hold is fantastic! Another great thing is that Mandi’s pricing for touch ups beats everyone else’s by a long shot. It makes it very easy and affordable to get touch ups when I want. I love Pretty In Ink!!!

Syd did an amazing job and Mandi runs a gorgeous salon! I have had my brows laminated and micro bladed. The lamination is super fun and gives you that feathered brow look. I decided to try micro blading so I could have waterproof brows for the summer. My brows look perfectly feathered like actual little hairs and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Pretty In Ink!!

So thrilled with my eyeliner! These will look even better after my touch up app in about a month. The owner of Pretty In Ink, Mandi, was very welcoming and calming. Her studio is a beautiful space, and very clean. I was a model for a training session there, and Syd did an amazing job. She was very thorough in communicating with me, so that we could both achieve my eyeliner goals! We did a modest look, then I will follow up to tweak them more. As Syd told me, “You can always add more pigment, but you can’t take away.” I’m going to love not having to line my eyes everyday, esp when I’m in a rush or on vacation! I will definitely be back for my touch up, and some brow work!

The first time I went to Mandi a few years ago, I had basically no brows. I’ve had regrowth, and she was spot-on building my brows where they would/did naturally grow! I got a classic full set done yesterday with Judy! She walked me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly before we got started. She also mapped my lashes to see what would be the right fit for me, and for the kind of look I was going for too. I didn’t want anything too over the top this time, so I got a classic set! They look elegant and natural but are still super full and pretty! She took her time explaining but was still efficient! I highly recommend going to Judy for all of your eyelash extension needs!

I had my brows down in January of this year and I LOVE them!! I wish I would have found PII long before I did because I would have done my brows sooner. The studio is so pretty & relaxing. I found Mandi and Pii 5 years ago when I was looking for someone to help with my total lack of eyebrows. I had my brows done almost 6 months ago. I purposefully waited to give my review so I could comment on the longevity of the service. Let me just say..... my brows are SO on point. All the time! Its so nice to actually have brows when I wake up! They are very natural looking and I get compliments on them all the time. People cant believe they arent my real brows! Mandi is a miracle worker. Even my mom is tempted to fly in just to have her brows done by Mandi! So, so pleased with my service.

This was my second time having microblading services done but first time at Pretty In Ink and I was extremely satisfied. Mandi takes her time to make sure you are satisfied but if you are not a brow expert she will assist you with her expert opinion on the options available. This service isnt cheap but the last time I got it, it lasted several years and changes your entire face for the better. It looks very natural as well. The pain isnt bad at all either. The salon is very sanitary and efficient. I also liked that Mandi has a lot of experience and that she owns the salon so the style and decor of the studio is very welcoming. If you can do one thing for your face, microblading is the best bang for your buck for sure.

Mandi was very thorough beginning with the email exchange prior to and after scheduling my appointment. When the day finally arrived, we discussed my life style (I workout a lot) and my expectations. She then discussed the different options to help me decide the best technique for me. We also discussed the color and shape of my desired brows. Next she was very meticulous in drawing out my new brows prior to any permanent ink. I loved every minute of it. She explained exactly what to expect once the machine started and she was right. It made me trust her immensely. On my follow up appointment we looked over how my brows have healed and before I left the chair we went over my brows quite literally with a comb (aka spoolie) to make sure I was happy. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. As a fair skinned red headed lady, having brows so perfect that my momma didn’t even notice they weren’t real is worth every penny.

I can’t say enough about Syd and her work! I shopped for months before intimately going with Syd because between her and Mandi the information I received was so informative and transparent. I am a natural redhead and my brows are very light. Pigment matching for redheads is difficult in general, but Syd took the time to make sure the shade and shape met all of my expectations. Mandi spent time reviewing what was being done to me with the perfect amount of critique. The shop is just the right amount of chic. I’ve been here once before to have freckles tattooed and I had a great experience so I returned to get eyelash extensions. Jenna was the lady that did my lashes and at the appointment she didn’t show me my options or give any sort of guidance considering this was my first time receiving this type of service. I did tell her I wanted something more natural looking and she began the process. After a couple days I decided I wasn’t very happy with them and reached out to let her know, in which she responded that we would attempt to make them more of what I would like at the next appointment.I ended up going to a completely different place to have my lashes removed and replaced two weeks later and upon removal the technician showed me several lash extensions that had two of my own lashes attached to it. She explained that attaching two lash to the extensions led to damage and I now have to allow my natural lashes to grow back in before I can get extensions again.I simply feel that Jenna is perhaps inexperienced and needs a little more time. She was a very friendly girl, but I’m definitely unhappy about the damage that’s been done to my lashes.

I got microblading done by Syd and it went great! She took the pain staking time (2hours!) to make sure my eyebrows were correct. I really appreciated her attention to detail and really taking the time to listen to what I was looking for.She has a very gentle touch, didn’t hurt at all. Can’t wait to go back for my follow up!! I had virtually no eyebrows. Yes, it was a process to build the brow, but the results are spectacular. I could not be more thrilled with the results. Syd is also amazing. She keeps you comfortable through the whole process and lets you know exactly what is going on and what to expect not only during the session but during healing the process as well. She was also super responsive and got back with me quickly when I had questions. Thank you so much!!!

We looked all over Columbus to find a tiny tattoo artist, because my husband and I wanted to get finger tattoos. Most people wont do it, but Im so glad we found Pretty In Ink! Makayla did a great job, spoke from experience on what methods/sizing would work best, and we loved the environment. It definitely makes me want to go back and get more tiny tattoos! Check them out!

I had researched for several years and looked at many artists to ensure quality work. Mandi exceeded my expectations. I have complete strangers stop me and ask me who shapes and waxed my brows. I love to surprise them when they hear where and how I got them done. I have had so many women ask me if it was worth the cost and I tell them that as a mother, I rarely spend money on myself. However, I would have some this ten times over!

I went back to Mandi for my first yearly touchup this week! TRUE STORY:I spent years (32 years to be exact) with NO eyebrowsWhen I was about 17 years old my eyebrows, hair, lashes, and skin were singed off when an other teen thought it would be funny to play with fire.For a few years I thought about getting my eyebrows “tattooed” on. I kept seeing “the old technique” of tattooed eyebrows...They were solid and colors were typically blackish; that ended up fading to an ugly gray color. For yrs I had no self confidence due to having to draw on my eyebrows.
