My daughter came here with my wife for ear piercings about two months ago. She was so nervous and anxious. It was getting to be after closing hours and Savannah didnt try to rush her or make them feel bad for keeping her late. My 10 year old SCREAMED so loud during the piercings that youd have thought she was getting her ears chopped off!My daughter and I came back just today and asked about a broken ankle bracelet that my daughter had. The exchange process was great! My daughter remembered Savannah from last time and was so happy again. This great customer service time and again is how you keep customers for the long term. Thanks Savannah!

Savannah was so patient and kind with my little girl while trying to get her earring back in. We failed to get her earring back in at home. My daughter was terrified of putting her earring back in, but Savannah calmed her nerves and was successful. I’m beyond thankful for her help!

The manager is extremely rude, she yelled at me and my 85 years old mother at this store when we asked for a customer service email. My mother pierced her ears 7 months ago and they offered a free earing once a month for 12 months. The earings never came! I went to the store today and the manager gave me a false phone number for the customer service, the phone is from a healthcare company. I politely asked for the email for the customer service, she purposefully yelled at me with non-sense repetitions, stating she is an employee. The childish manager wanted to create a scene to falsely acuse me of disturbing the peace and called the security. The chief of security apologized and gave me the manager of the mall contact to escalate the case. My 85 years old mother and me suffered with this low level malicious manager.

Savannah was so helpful! The store was insanely busy but she took the time to help us find these.

Great service! We visited the location during a Girl Scout event and the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service!

The young woman at the store was working her butt off handling customers in the store as well as ear piercings. She seemed to be the only one working. She was great! Although I dont know why the ear piercing was being done just outside the store instead of inside. That was odd.

Went to this store hopeful and excited to find new items as this was one of my favorite stores. But the manager Savannah seems to have an attitude problem which was a turn off and I wont be returning to this location because of it. She feels the need to rude, sarcastic and condescending to every customer that comes in. She is not helpful when trying to return items shes scoffed at me for trying to return a pair of earrings that I bought a week ago for a gift that immediately broke when given to my 13 year old niece.

Very rude experience, I go to this mall to enjoy myself and get out when I’m not working and I decided to head into this Claire’s just to find some cute things but the female manager I believe her name is Savannah pretty much bullied me out of the store, she had a terrible customer service and honestly reminded me of why I don’t frequent Claire’s if ever.0/10 do not recommend

I cant believe about this store managers rude and condescending attitude. I came and asked for a piercing, but her rude and very poor customer service put me off and I just walked off the store so sad . Its a big lose for Claire to put such a dry and annoying person in their store while a customer is there to pay for a service. Shame really. Never again at this store.

I don’t normally like to leave reviews unless it’s something absolutely amazing however this manager Savannah legitimately gave Claire’s the cake for being rude and condescending? I have no idea why but it’s giving “I peaked in high school” vibes. TLDR pick me manger bullies customers because her lack of popularity

Amazing! I just had my ears pierced and felt the piercer was knowledgeable and clean. I bought some sterling silver and GOLD earings (I didnt even know they sold anything other than mixed metal or maybe stainless steel). I bought around 6 pairs and only spent $20!! My piercer, Savannah, taught me how to clean them and prevent infection. Placement was perfect. What more could you ask for? Oh yes, cute piercing jewelry!!! The jewelry does not LOOK like it was just pierced but has charm. I will be back for sure!

If you plan on buying anything from this Claire’s, DON’T. Savannah made my experience horrible and I will never go back. She definitely needs some more training on customer service.

Randomly walking by and decided to get a cartilage piercing at Claires! The two women in this store, Savanah and Diana are so wonderful! I am the biggest baby ( I was literally shaking 🙄) and Diana had me laughing, distracted and at ease in no time! Not to mention her piercing was painless! So much so that I walked out turned right back around and got another one 🤣 Equally as painless and just as much fun with Diana at my side! Ive been back to shop (visit) twice and both Savanah and Diana recognized me right away. Talk about customer service!!! Oh yeah Claires is great too! But, these ladies make the whole store!!!

Ok, Ima give a legitimate review cause usually I dont. Clairs was pretty nice actually. A lovely french goth did mines and my younger siss ears. The service was pretty nice.Now time to ruin it, there wasnt any bacon strips 😠

Got my ears pierced here and after 2 weeks one of them got embedded because the piercing was too small, and the other was put on crooked. Wouldve gotten infected if I didnt catch it. I was also told that they would help with any problems I had, but they refused to help me with my ears and I had to go to an actual tattoo parlor to get some decent help. Nobody should ever get their piercings done here with their untrained employees.

Associate was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made my granddaughter feel more comfortable while getting her ears pierced.

They took their time and pierced my five year old in a way that made her comfortable! Lots of options for first earings! Its a store that will suck in the young ladies in your life!

The girl doing the piercings was amazing, she was short handed and it was pretty bust, but she did great.
