I don’t like to leave negative reviews. But it’s fair for potential clients to have a full picture before choosing. My experience was similar to other negative reviews here. My tattoo removal has gone on well beyond the time I was quoted. Enough that I sought a 2nd opinion. The 2nd clinic felt I was being taken advantage of and with their first removal I saw a huge difference in pigmentation. I’ve never seen results like this after a session with ink b gone. I had more than 10 sessions at ink be gone and my tattoo was still fairly dark. I shared my experience and asked for a refund of the one remaining session from the last package I purchased and was met with hostility and was told I had been rude, which I had not. Losing a session that I paid for is a disappointment, but I won’t be going back and I would not recommend this clinic.

I came in and started my ring finger tattoo removal. Paid for 7 sessions up front and going on session 4 or 5. I now bring my 6yo with me, and yes, she does love learning about the removal. Sad the laser is so fast. She wants to see it working.Love them. I am looking at getting facial rejuvenation treatment. Pictures to come.Session 7 complete. 2 more to go.UpdateI will never get another blue color tattoo again. Im on session 10 and need a few more.

The staff is friendly and they are very available with their schedule.The process is Painful Painful Painful but it lasts for less than a minute or so. Hurts worse at first and gets easier (or you just get used to it).After 4 sessions my tattoo is starting to fade. The whole process takes ~2 years and 6-10 sessions depending on what your tattoo looks like. Looking forward to the end result.

I’ve had four sessions on two different tattoos so far. I won’t go anywhere else for tattoo removal. They are honest, have fair pricing and easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I had my last laser tattoo removal session today. Ana is great!! she is supper friendly and welcoming. I had 7 sessions as of today and I believe this was the last one, my tattoo is basically gone! this is a great place! & has the best pricing I found in the state for the removal of my small quarter size tattoo. Just started my removal process and I am very happy with how kind the staff is and the process overall.

I had a tattoo removed by Ink B Gone many years ago and a great experience. I recently moved to Grand Junction though so when I was ready to have another tattoo removed I just went to the highest rated derm that did removal in my area. Big mistake, they mutilated my skin! I came back to Ink B Gone after giving my skin many months to heal from the trauma inflicted by the other place. I cant tell you how much I regret going to that other place. Please learn from me and just stick with the experts at Ink B Gone. Anna was caring and knowledgeable and did such a great job making me as comfortable as possible. And I havent had any of the horrible blistering that i got from the other place. I really cant recommend them enough!

Theyre the best, and theres really not much else to say. I started my tattoo removal journey less than a year after I got the hideous tattoo that is now almost invisible on my arm that I cant believe I got (on a whim while traveling in India mind you), so it was SUPER fresh/dark/new, and they informed me it would take a while to remove it being so new, and they werent kidding. (I think I hold the record for Most Sessions LOL) but Ill happily take that title!Looking at my arm now I can barely see it, and it was so worth the hassle and expense. The ladies there are beyond professional and so easy to work with, and they absolutely know what theyre doing.Without the numbing cream they were able to provide me, Im not sure I wouldve been able to endure the pain of the laser, but that stuff is amazing, and it ended up being not painful at all. MAKE SURE YOU APPLY IT TWO HOURS PRIOR!Bravo to Ink-B-Gone for being my saviors and allowing me to get my confidence back. Ive been going for a shoulder tattoo removal. Ill update this posts with photos once finished but I’m only on my 3rd appointment. Their customer service made me want to write a review early! They are so accommodating and kind. They will either let you disassociate in silence or hold a good and distracting conversation. I messed up my appointment and they were nice about it and let me immediately reschedule with no issues. They are ready to go as soon as you arrive and do specials if you buy multiple sessions at a time.

Saw Ana today, she was awesome. Super kind and took her time explaining everything to me. This is only my first treatment so I cant speak to results but Id highly recommend this place from my first experience. Price was very fair and I appreciated that even though they offer discounts for packages, there was no pressure to purchase more than one session (I chose pay as you go). She also did a patch test, pre-cooled and provided me with ice packs immediately after treatment. I will definitely be going back.

Shelly was great! I went to her for laser tattoo removal because my old ink was blurring and not recognizable anymore. Ive been going here for several sessions and overall had a good experience, especially with the owner Shelley. However, today there was a situation that really rubbed me the wrong way with a different technician (I believe her name is Ana but I could be wrong). I came in promptly at 11:30 for my appointment. The only woman working was in the back room and I could easily hear her entire conversation with another patient as I sat in the waiting area. Loud and clear, every word could be heard as I waited. Around the time I arrived at 11:30, I could hear the laser machine so I knew there was an appointment running overtime which is completely fine and I was waiting patiently. Within a couple minutes after 11:30, the sound of the laser stopped and then for about 20 minutes straight there was no sound of the laser and only the two of them having a friendly conversation about random miscellaneous things. There was nothing in this conversation about tattoo removal or anything related to the patients appointment, just about topics two friends would talk about over lunch, for example. So after 24 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, not being told by anyone that an appointment was running over, and 20 minutes of overhearing this chit-chatty conversation that told me the service of laser removal was complete, I decided to knock on the door to that room to make sure I was still on their schedule, and to make sure the woman didnt forget about the 11:30 appointment since that is definitely what it seemed like. My tone was respectful and polite. In response, the woman working told me several times that I was very rude for knocking to check that I was still on their schedule. She said like any other clinic, I would have to wait. I can understand that, but at the same time, any other clinic I have been to had someone check me in within at least a few minutes to tell me they know I have arrived, or update me if an appointment was running overtime, and certainly no other clinic I have been to has been unprofessional by running 20+ minutes past an appointment time, completely due to friendly conversation unrelated to the service being performed.I had a tight timeframe to get to work, and never would have knocked if I wasnt sure that the appointment was finished based on their conversation turning to all sorts of unrelated topics, with no evidence of the laser removal occurring. Later during my treatment and as the woman continued to drone on about how rude I was, she also told me that the appointment before me came in late and thats why they were running over; But I am sure they were just carrying on conversation which is what caused it to run so long over time, and the fact that right after I knocked, the two woman left the room and the patient was checked out, also told me that they were in fact done with the appointment and were just chatting.Now I know not to schedule appointments before work, although prior to this, the service has always been very timely and Ive been in and out within 5-10 minutes. Sure, maybe it was rude to have knocked under different circumstances (and I 100% wouldnt take back my action if I could, since 1). I probably would have been late to work if I didnt intervene in this rambling conversation, and 2.) I knew she wasnt even performing a service at the time I knocked and it is ridiculous to have me wait just to have a friendly conversation). I am a paying customer with places to be and I did not appreciate the service and treatment I received today. And truly, I think it is very rude that the technician had me waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time for her to engage in social time with another patient, and it would have gone on even longer had I not intervened.I am giving 3 stars because the service I received at prior appointments has been good, and like I said have always had respectful interactions with the owner.

Had my first treatment session today. It was a fantastic experience! Firstly, I felt safe the moment I stepped inside with the protocols they’re using. Once I was inside I quickly had paperwork filled out and had a rapid, but EXCEPTIONALLY thorough consultation. The laser treatment itself was much easier than I anticipated, and I was kept informed of everything to expect before it happened. It was quick and less painful than I had anticipated it being. Immediately after my treatment I had aftercare instructions, my next appointment scheduled, and I was on my way. At the end of it all I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!The price can’t be beat and it’s clear that the team at INK-B-GONE is top notch in knowledge and care, and they are dedicated to making an intimidating process as comfortable and easy as possible. I’m incredibly glad I chose them for my tattoo removal service.

I have a small piece on my wrist that just wasn’t done right. And from the moment I started talking with INK-B-GONE, I felt very comfortable with the idea of getting it removed. During my trip to Denver, I showed up in the early morning, filled out a little paperwork, and got this thing zapped! The site was blasted with cold air beforehand to numb my wrist a little, which was necessary because the laser is “spicy!” as Shelley put it :) It absolutely stings, but my small tattoo removal lasted maybe 15 seconds, and it was done! It’s a great value, I felt prepared and well-educated on the process, and I cannot wait to see how my body metabolizes the ink. I may be due for one more round and will report back once my removal is complete! I’m 3 days in, so I’ll update this in 6ish months. NO RAGRETS

I dont like leaving negative reviews so Im sorry in advance, but I had a dozen sessions here w meagre results each time. I was advised it would take several more sessions to remove my unwanted tattoo at ink b gone. The last three sessions I had almost no skin reaction or ink disappearance afterwards. Im not paying to be blasted w lasers for fun, I want results. I switched to a new tattoo removal place and she was able to get the entire remaining tattoo removed in one session, with limited pain and comparable cost. My referrals will absolutely go to my new tattoo removal technician and not ink-b-gone.

I have been going to Ink B Gone since August 2019. I have two very small tattoos that I have been getting removed and they still are not completely gone. I understand they need time to heal in between sessions….but 3 years…that is ABSURD. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I do not recommend this place as I don’t believe for quarter sized tattoos it should be taking this long.

So far have had only positive experiences here with my sessions. My recommendation would be to temper expectations on a specific number of sessions for full removal. From mine and friends experiences, each tattoo is different and can take shorter/longer based on color, type of ink used, location on body, etc. Ink-B-Gone has always been honest about this fact and refused to sell me more sessions than they knew I would need at a minimum. I think a lot of people hear the optimistic minimum number of sessions and are dissappointed when you need to pay for additional.For reference I have a 4x4 black ink tattoo at the top of my spine that Ive been through nine sessions on over the course of two years and Id say its roughly 90% gone. Latest thought is that it will take (2) additional sessions and potentially some spot treatments on stubborn areas. Some go faster, others slower. Just know that it is a process that wont happen overnight.

I just had my appointment and immediately came here to put up a review. I went in with a lot of anxiety thinking if it was too painful Id be too scared to come back for more sessions. It was nowhere near as bad as I thought - not even close! Shelly was wonderful and did such a great job.

I went here to get a simple tattoo removed and was quoted 4 to 6 appointments. 10 appointments and over $1000 later, the tattoo is still visible. I felt duped by this business for quoting me half of what they charged. I do not recommend this place at all. The tattoo is still clearly visible on top of everything.

Had a wonderful experience at Ink-B-Gone for my 3+-year-old microbladding. I had saline removal done by a different provider, and it was not doing the job fast enough. I had a consultation, and the technician gave me a transparent overview of the process, from laser to healing. The brown has been completely erased, but I have a little red pigment left that will need to be saline removed, and then I will have a completely bare canvas for getting new microbladding done!

I had my first appointment a month ago and it was such a pleasant experience! Shelley did a great job and made me so comfortable when I was so nervous (I quickly learned there was nothing to be nervous about— if you can handle a tattoo, the laser removal is totally bearable too!!). She was so nice and knowledgeable and made me feel right at home when I was originally very nervous. You can already see a difference in a tattoo behind my ear— it’s already faded a bit after just one session. My next appointment is tomorrow and I am really looking forward to it!!

I came home from my appointment about half an hour ago. I was in and out in less than an hour, which included my consultation and my first treatment. Simone provided my service today, and she was absolutely phenomenal. I was pretty nervous about the experience, and she was extremely friendly, patient, kind, and understanding. She answered every question that I had honestly and precisely. She gave me multiple options as to how to proceed, was very authentic and upfront, and I cant appreciate that any more than I already do. The last thing anyone wants in this experience is to be told incorrect information. I did my research in finding a laser that I thought would work best on removing my tattoo of various colors, and they had clearly done their research too. The tattoo removal was SO fast and extremely affordable- especially considering you wait about 6-8 weeks in between treatments. I was so nervous it would hurt but decided to bite the bullet and do a free test spot. I was so surprised because I could hardly feel it- the cold air helped immensely. The worst pain part now is just the healing- which I would describe as the feeling that I got rug burn or scraped the area. I even got a sweet care package of bandages, cold packs, ointment, and instructions for after care. I am so pleased with my experience, and Im actually quite excited to return for my next treatment!

There was absolutely no pressure to move forward with the procedure but after talking things over with Shelley I felt comfortable with giving it a try. Atmosphere is clean and welcoming and Simone does such a great job of making you feel as comfortable as possible. Like many of us, I was young and dumb when I got it and as I became a Mom in my thirties...that butterfly on my boob wasnt so cute anymore. I had many consultations with many different offices. I absolutely LOVED this place. Everything is so professional and clean. The owner helped me and she was a delight to be around. The service is EXCEPTIONAL! I walked in only expecting to get some information on how things work, however I was pleasantly surprised to be taken in for a session immediately. The technician that helped me check in and complete my first session was absolutely phenomenal. She answered any questions I had and explained the process in detail step by step. It was quick, easy and simple. Did I mention this office has great prices. I looked into removals at numerous different locations and Ink-B-Gone was the most reasonable all around. I finally worked up the courage to get a tattoo removed that was a burden and gave me much shame. I had went to other places and was given expensive prices or told to pay all this money upfront. Amazing! I had a horrible experience with tattoo removal previously - huge blisters and horrible pain. There was absolutely none of this here! Simone is wonderful and made the process seamless and honestly very easy and as painless as possible. With a large tattoo that covers my whole foot I was worried about recovery, but within 48 hrs my foot was back to “normal” and feeling great. Would recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

They are so wonderful, I had a very bad eyebrows tattoo, and Shelly, took care of removing it with laser, I didnt even feel anything, procedure went super comfortably, and my results are very good, from dark brown ink after only one time laser removal, I can barely see the ink now, it became very light. Super clean office, wonderful and knowledgeable staff, and very affordable pricing. Soon I will finally get rid of that horrible eyebrows tattoo. Just a couple sessions and the ink is gone. Great place! I rarely leave reviews but I’ve been coming here for about 7 treatments and I can’t tell how amazing and knowledgeable Shelly is. It’s hard to find honest and realiable professionals especially in the laser world. Being an African American woman, It is not only hard to find the right laser for your skin tone but to trust that the individual knows how to treat you. They not only make the whole experience comfortable but you leave feeling like they took care of you! That type of service is hard to come by. The staff were great. They answered all my questions and some. Making an appointment was super easy and they made sure to have time for me the same day since I wanted to try the numbing cream and it took 2 hours to take effect. Its been just over a week and my tattoos are showing great improvement, some more than others but overall I am very impressed. I cant wait to make my next appointment!

Im not sure if there are enough good words to describe this place ! I had my second treatment on Saturday. The service is amazing. Unfortunately I am in that inner circle of people who have their exs name on me, but not for long !!!!! I love coming here! I was going to a doctors office and the Dr., for a lack of a better word, simply didnt care about anything about me. He didnt like me asking questions from my consultation, didnt give me any take home instructions, didnt even do a full treatment but I paid full price with him. Ink B Gone was recommended by a friend of the family so day 3 after my treatment, I called them up. The lady who answered my call was the owner, Shelley, who was extremely nice and professional. She was so nice and really seemed to care about me and I never even met her! I told her my situation and she said put some cold packs on it. The blisters went away immediately! Then she guided me on what I should do for the pain management. She was absolutely amazing! I set up a meeting so she could look at my tattoo and we could get going. I was in and out in no time, she had the cold air blowing on it which felt amazing, I didnt have that at the Dr.s office, and the conversation was great! I was really nervous about going in because I have to get my tattoo removed for medical reasons and they are making it so nice and easy. Shelley called me up a few days later while she was away on business just to check and make sure I was ok. I would highly recommend Ink B Gone to anyone wanting to get some tattoos taken off! My other experience was extremely painful to the point I was crying mid-session and they didnt seem concerned. Simone at Ink-B-Gone asked me every few seconds if I was doing ok, and recommended a numbing cream which helped a ton! I will never go anywhere else for tattoo removal, this place is #1 and I highly recommend them if youre considering removal.

I was very nervous about getting one of my tattoos removed. It took me forever to call (years) as I was embarrassed and a bit scared. After the first phone call and session, I was put at ease. Everyone is so sweet there. I have gotton lost all 3 times I have driven (a 4 hour drive for me and it is worth it!) for my appointment and they have always been so understanding and patient of what a goof I am for always forgetting or loosing my directions. The place is very clean, proffessional, and relaxing. And even with the pain of the removal sessions, they are very gentle and quick. I find their prices very affordable and worth every penny. I would highly, highly reccomend Ink B Gone to anybody and plan on having a few other tats removed as well even though it is so far away.

Very professional and friendly staff! They went over everything thouroughly. I’ve only had one session done so far but the tattoo already looks like it’s going away...inside they have lots of successful tattoo removal sessions that they’ve done! Price is very reasonable in my opinion. Just be sure to have some food in your body before getting it done otherwise you’ll feel really lightheaded afterwards and feel like passing out lol so don’t go on an empty stomach!! I highly recommend coming here for removing any tattoo! I’m confident mine will be completely gone after a few more sessions!

Wow this place exceeded my expectations. Too of the line equipment friendly kind staff and great results. I was pretty nervous because I’ve had Tattoo laser removal at a Dermatologist office up in Boulder That was so painful I stopped after two sessions. I came to ink be gone and had a much less painless experience also and effective treatment.

Pretty top-notch tattoo removal service. The place is very professional and they absolutely know what theyre doing.Tattoo removal is pricey but Id rather have it be done the first time (especially because it hurts) than have to go back several times. Im deeply disappointed. I was so enthusiastic when I found them, and contacted them initially. I saw the pictures online and thought I should give it a try. I dont remember the exact figures they gave me, but the price per session ended up being about double what I thought it would be. (I have two very small tattoos, one the size of about 3 pennies, and the other maybe a little bigger than a dollar coin sized. Ive had them both for about 4-5 years. Again, I dont remember the exact numbers that they estimated, but I am sure that I was told they believed they could be removed in less than ten sessions. Ive been going since February and though they are lighter, they are nowhere what I thought they would look like after spending around $1,000. Im pretty upset that I was given information that made my hopes so high, and Im not really sure what about this procedure makes it so expensive. If there are no risks for the technician or for the patient, why is it so expensive? Because they know that people who want their tattoos removed are desperate, and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I skipped my last appointment and I will not be going back. I will have better luck getting a cover up. The tattoos I got were from a time in my life that I wish not to remember, and this process was extremely sentimental and emotional for me.

Oh my goodness! I literally stumbled across this place when I made a wrong turn after dropping my son off to school. When I saw it, I decided to check the Google reviews to see how good they were. Wow--5 stars?? AND they were open.... So I decided to walk in and check things out. Immediately I noticed the awesome before & after pictures on the wall. Shelly came out shortly after to greet me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about her craft.... So I said what the Hay, Ill give it a go. The process only took about 15 minutes and I was able to go to work immediately afterwards. I just received my FOURTH treatment today and I must say my tattoo is fading beautifully 😁. I thought I would be stuck with this tattoo for life--not anymore!! Thanks Ink-B-Gone!!

I met with Symone, and after our consultation, had my first treatment. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I have only had three treatments, and the tattoo is more than half way removed. I am so pleased with the results and service, that I will continue to get more of my unwanted tattoos removed. I highly recommend Ink-B-Gone. I have been going here for the past few years to get treatments for a very stubborn cover-up tattoo. It is large, dark and also has the stubborn colors of blue and green. I cannot begin to say how wonderful the staff is , professional, knowledgable and hopeful. I really thought there was no hope for removing the bad tattoo I had. It had already had a bad cover-up so there was a lot of ink. I now have hope and the new laser that targets the blue and green will hopefully remove the tattoo completely when originally I just hoped it could fade.Thank you Ink-B-Gone !

Age spot the size of a dime dead-center in the middle of my forehead. Went in on 8/10/2021 and Ana zapped it with the Pico laser for about 5 minutes and it is completely gone and completely healed. Tried other places with cheaper lasers that did absolutely nothing, despite multiple visits. Highly recommended.

Really friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. Of course the actual laser hurts, but they do a good job trying to make it as painless as possible. The prices arent bad either.
