This place is a major SCAM. If you were thinking of buying a Groupon & going here do not. The lady I had a consultation with told me to not use Groupon because I may get shady service from lazer tattoo removal businesses & then proceeded to give me the shady service she was talking about. She put the lazer on super high & zapped me with it for like half a second and said I was all done. Major rip off I do NOT recommend

Tattoo removal. So it was a long process which I stopped due to scarring and white pigmentation now discoloring my skin. There was incredibly high turn over at the Lakewood location and nothing was communicated about my removal process to the next-in-line removal specialist. I regret continuing to go there after Johnny left. This location had inexperienced workers and an environment that felt unwelcoming. I dont know what its like now. Also, he was late and I called several times only for him to call me an hour later after my appointment time to giggle and tell me over slept and was still in Fort Collins. Dont deal with this business. It will deain your account and ruin your skin. Do not go here. Get a professional consultation in a clean professional setting.

I’ve been doing laser tattoo removal for a while now and even though I really HATE it, the staff that has worked there and is currently working there (Madeline) have made the process so much better. Madeline has made me feel really comfortable and trusting. She was also the first one to suggest a numbing cream and is always concerned about the healing process. I personally think laser tattoo removal is something very painful and vulnerable and having someone like her administer it makes it so much easier.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went against my better judgement after reading the reviews but the owner is in fact a scam artist. I went for my 4th appointment and the technician would not unlock the door for me like she always had to let me in. I left 3 emails over a week requesting a call back and never received one. This was over a month ago. I was promised they would treat me for $200 total until the tattoo went away and seems like they got their monies worth and did not want to uphold their promise. Very weird establishment and super sketch. Go somewhere more professional, you’ve been warned.

I have had an incredible experience working with both Johnny & Madeline for my tattoo removal. They were both super friendly and talked me through the entire process which made it much less intimidating & comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I went in for a free consultation a few months ago. The tech was nice enough, however, the interaction was all a bit weird and a bit of a pushy sales pitch.I was brought into the room by the tech where the laser was and showed her my tattoo I wanted removed. She sent a picture of the tattoo via text to a salesperson NOT IN THE BUILDING and then left the room. The salesperson then called me on my cellphone and said it would take 10-13 sessions and would cost $850. I did not have a good gut feeling about the entire thing and was wishy washy with my responses over the phone. The salesperson was extremely pushy, dropped the cost to $700, but I had to “get zapped today.” How would a person not performing the procedure know how long it would take without touching/looking at my skin in person? How could they tell the exact wavelength needed for the color of ink and depth the ink was in my skin from a phone picture? I hung up the phone after a long and uncomfortable call and walked out of the room before the tech could even come back in.I am currently getting the tattoo removed elsewhere in town and am much happier with the staff, price, effectiveness, and timeline. I have had 3 sessions and will need probably 3-5 more, not 10-13 as the salesperson on the phone suspected at Laser ALL…

I had my first consultation with Carissa (and second tattoo removal session overall, first at this location) and it was as pleasant an experience as it can be! She was kind and explained everything for prep and aftercare, and the procedure itself, that I feel like I didnt get for my first experience at a different company. I am appreciative of her attention to detail during the process and patience in letting me take as many quick breaks as necessary. I did not feel rushed at all and am happy to go back for follow-up and continue this removal journey!

Was nervous about getting my tattoo removed. But now I’m on session #6. Progress is being made! Carissa is great to work with. She answers all my questions and sends appointment reminders. I will first say that Carissa is amazing. She was kind and thorough and made the painful laser tattoo removal process go as quickly as possible.That said, I will not be back. Their new consultation format is awful. I spoke with Johnny (John?) on the phone who spent 15 minutes harassing me about purchasing a $1,000 package for the rest of my tattoo removal!! I’ve already had 4 sessions and was told at my last place I would need 2-3 more. It makes no sense to pay for a package for a service like this: what if it’s gone in 2 sessions? What if it takes 12? And the way that he tried to bully me into purchasing was just GROSS. When I said there was no way I’d spend $1,000 he kept going, trying to negotiate at lower prices. He suggested me getting a care credit card to do this! Are you joking me? I’m not doing a payment plan to get a small tattoo removed. I will 100% be looking elsewhere to finish this removal.

I first came to LaserAll a few months ago in hopes of removing a tattoo on my arm that I just don’t love as much as I used to. For my consultation appointment, Melissa thoroughly explained the process to me and gave me a realistic timeline for how long it would take to remove the tattoo. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable at all during my consultation, which was super important to me since laser removal is a pretty big commitment. I could tell from the very beginning that Melissa cares about providing a quality service and a great end result to her clients, which is unlike a lot of other laser tattoo removal places that I’ve heard about. At each appointment Melissa has always been so welcoming and kind, and she always makes sure that I am comfortable before beginning the laser process. Ive had a great experience here. Its always clean, the staff is very nice, and scheduling is easy and flexible. The package prices seemed like a lot to me at first but since its for a lifetime its actually a really good deal. Theres always a few stubborn hairs that just dont want to stay away, but now I dont have to worry about them. Its a very nice feeling.

Johnny was great! My first hair removal appointment was on a Saturday. I received a text reminder the day before and day of and he even sent parking instructions. The space he does hair removal out of is locked on the weekends, but I was prepared for it and he left was quick to let me in when I arrived. His office is clean and very comfortable. I was a little nervous about the lasers, but he made me feel at ease! I highly recommend Johnny and Laser All!

They guarantee results and they are not like so many other places that require you to pay per session but instead they charge you for the procedure and they see it until it’s completed. Have been going here since September, 2019 for laser hair removal. All around professionalism from the entire staff. I come to LaserAll for tattoo removal and it is working! The complete process of removing the tattoo takes longer than what YouTube videos would lead you to believe, but each individual session is short and does the job. I can believe how far along my tattoo is considering it was basically a black blob before I started coming here. Melissa is phenomenal and easy to be around. She is always happy and talks to you during your session and is extremely knowledgeable on tattoo removal- from healing time, to how it works and more. Every time someone notices I’m getting a tattoo removed they always ask about it and I give them all the details. This is the place to go! I see Melissa at Laser All in Lakewood. I had a horrible Microblading experience. The woman that did my eyebrows took advantage of me not knowing that if I didn’t like her original mapping that she needed to remap my face to make changes (not freehand it). She also mentions while tattooing my face that she was squinting too much because she wasn’t wearing her glasses! The result is HORRIBLE. I saw Melissa immediately and she really helped me understand my options. The relief I felt just after the consult was huge. Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Even after just one session the appearance of my eyebrows is vastly improved. I am confident that Melissa will be able to make this nightmare disappear as quickly as possible. When I have after pics from my sessions I will post here so folks can see how good Melissa is!

After looking at reviews for this place to do tattoo removal- I saw on Google that Melissa as the go to person to go to Laserall Lakewood. She had great reviews. So with high hopes and expectations, I made an appointment. I live far away but since this was suppose to be the best, I didn’t mind making a far drive.After waiting 20 minutes, the receptionist finally asked what time my appointment was. I showed her my email confirmation. She let me know that Melissa won’t be in for another 2 hours and likely won’t rearrange her time for overlooking the appointment made. I don’t understand why they made an appointment for me for someone that wasn’t coming to work that day. Melissa did not see me at all. Perhaps there is a reason their schedule is wide open for consultation after all.No thank you. Poor communication. unprofessional. Beyond disappointed.. I’m taking the red flags I was shown and finding a different facility that will respect my time and treat me professionally from the start.

Super fast and nice to work with.Edit: the is a few years later, my tattoo was quoted to me for 15 sessions. I did more than that at roughly $2000+ cost and my tatto is still here. Wouldn’t recommend now. Super costly and not very effective overall. I think the owner(at the time idk if it has changed) did my first 8 or so sessions and then he started getting more help and I started not seeing any change in my tattoo. I think they were either not trained properly or actively not using the correct settings because I don’t think it changed much after he stopped personally doing the sessions.

It’s been an extremely easy process so far. For started right away for my consultation and scheduling and reminders have been a breeze. After visiting a few others I knew this was the place I wanted to go for my tattoo removal. Johnnie’s been extremely accommodating with my schedule as I am trying to meet a deadline for my wedding.

If I could give 6 stars I would! The staff at the Lakewood Laser All is fantastic. The Hair removal tool they have there is awesome too. I’ve had about 8 treatments and my hair is basically gone. Huge fan of this place and being hair free.

LaserAll in Lakewood CO is really a life saver. I was a little skeptical & nervous abt lasering a tattoo from everything I heard, which is scarring, & that it only removes dark colored ink. But johnny educated me that, that is not the case @ all & made me feel comfortable & gave me all the information to relieve me of my worries & myths. What really caught my attention is the price its so affordable & they have financing. They also offer before the procedure a type of mist freezing to take some of the edge off the pain. My tattoo is almost gone thnk u for giving me my freedom back!

I paid 400 down to get 8 tattoos removed. I didnt like the quality of the service so I never went back. I only had one treatment. Im getting harassing phone calls saying I owe 889 more and that I owe it cause treatment was completed in one session. They even put it on my credit report I asked numerous times to refund my money and no one ever called me back.

Everything was going well until Annie, the previous tech, bumped up to the highest setting for no reason and left a scar on me. I have been using scar cream for a month with no changes. This place runs through techs like water. I hope they can find more stability because for this much money I shouldnt have a scar from an unknowledgeable tech.
