I love coming to laseraway. It’s always such a quick in and out experience for me, and they’ve helped a lot getting all of my projects financed so it’s easier to afford. I’ve been getting laser tattoo removal from them, and while it’s a painful experience the nurses are always super nice and patient and are always down to yap with me for the whole session.

Technician scarred my tattoo with laser.I went in for a hair removal treatment on my upper lip. the technician said she had to test the laser before using it on my lip.afterwards, when I expressed that the area had become lifted and very painful, she agreed and said that the entire area was getting red. she told me multiple times that she did not touch my tattoo. i was not angry and believed her because i know they have steps to make sure that this doesn’t happen. now 3 days later, my tattoo is raised and scarred. it actually may be infected. I also am extremely prone to keloid scars, I have several two being on my face. i really hope it doesn’t scar

Today, I underwent the fifth generation Thermage treatment here and it was wonderful. Alice was both friendly and professional. I have previously received similar treatments in New York, California, and Connecticut, but todays experience was exceptional. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I love laser away. I’m on my third laser hair removal treatment and my hair is already growing in so much thinner. I hardly have any left in my underarm area at all.The staff is so sweet and helpful. 10/10 will be going here for all my cosmetic treatments.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the office suite. I had my first CoolSculpting appointment towards the end of September 2024. I arrived early for my appointment because I didn’t know what to expect. I was brought back to the treatment suite almost immediately. Every aspect of my visit was explained to me in detail. The CoolSculpting process was virtually painless. I look forward to my next appointment in two weeks. I wanted to say how much I appreciated the time Rebekka spent with me over text and emails. She took the time necessary to find the right program and number of applicators needed to meet my needs and budget. She was truly a godsend.

My injector alex was so wonderful!! she made the whole lip filler experience painless and quick. she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, along with the front desk women as well. my lips came out amazing and exactly what i wanted, i am for sure coming back for every touch up and any other service

The worst experience I have EVER had with a spa/clinic. They canceled my first appointment only minutes before the set time, while I was already on my way. I was able to change my entire schedule around to make it in another day, and they promptly canceled my appointment AGAIN (less than 24 hours before the appointment). They offered no kind of compensation for my troubles besides adding on a service I was not even interested in at all. Very upsetting and I would never recommend this spa to anyone .

I went for underarm laser hair removal. It was so fast (I brought my 2 kids 4 and 2 and they sat in the waiting room easily). The treatment took about 5 mins total and it was 100% painless. I was expecting a little pain. They used cold air and that made it so comfortable. The nurse was so personable and friendly too. Great experience. Thank you!

I’ve done 5 sessions now for my underarms and Brazillian. I’m always in and out in less than an hour and everyone there has been so kind. I’ve noticed significant hair reduction in these areas and I’m happy I don’t have to worry about shaving every other day. Also, they always have good deals going on!

Had another great Clear and Brilliant appointment at the Cherry Creek office. My technician was very gentle. She also noticed something with my skin to follow up with my dermatologist and gave me skin care product advice. After this visit and her suggestions I feel even better about my treatments. I highly recommend Laser Away and the beautiful staff at this location. I have never felt more welcome than when the big smiles of these ladies greet me at the front desk. Thank you!

Great experience! All the ladies are so extremely nice and comforting. It was my first time getting lip filler and they made me feel very comfortable. Unlike other places Ive gone to get Botox, their numbing cream works wonders. 30 minute numbing, not just 5 minutes like other places. I will be going back.

Overall I’m happy with the results, and the treatments I’ve gotten from Laser Away.. Took a star away because of an incident that happened 6 months ago where the clinics in Denver had to close for some reason and I didn’t find out about it until I was almost there. It was inconvenient due to the fact that neither clinic is close to home (4 hour travel time) and all I wanted was a call back from a manager or suggestion box, somebody to discuss how ineffective the communication was but I never got a call back. It might not be a big deal if you live close by but it is for those who have to make plans around the whole thing, the point of mentioning this too is what if it was more serious? Tell somebody who cares? Long story shot, the system it works great 90% of the time, the people are friendly (nurses and front desk), results are awesome, and it’s overall a pleasant experience, but when an issue comes up you might just get ignored.

Sydney was my tech for my most recent treatment and she was hands down the best I’ve had. She was super thorough and I was very happy with my experience. I’m even going to request her next time I go in.

Sydney at the CO Blvd and 9th location is amazing. She is so easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. She recommended I went to a higher intensity and I am already seeing drastic results. I saw Sydney for lip injections at the location on Colorado Blvd! I was blown away because I had gotten lip injections last year in a different state, and when I first got them, it was a super painful experience/I left with awful bruises. I never thought Id get them done again, but I decided to give it one more try. The experience with Sydney at LaserAway was COMPLETELY different! It didnt hurt anywhere near as bad as the first time I had them done, and I left with the most minimal bruising. I could go out to dinner that night and not be embarrassed of how I looked; it was a complete 180 from my first injection experience! I will absolutely be going back and requesting Sydney; whatever technique she uses WORKS! I couldnt recommend her enough. My lips still look natural while getting a small boost - I am sooo happy with the results!

While on hold trying to get pricing, someone came back on the phone after a couple minutes of holding just to say “ok bye” and hangs up. Then I get a text message from their text service telling me they called several times and left a vm, which was NOT true. And when I try to explain to them what happened they try to make an excuse as to not having good service. Yet someone clearly told me bye and hung up. Don’t know who you have in your Denver Cherry Creak office but very unprofessional office staff.

I got laser hair removal here for Brazilian and underarm. Overall very clean clinic and very friendly staff! I love how actual nurses are doing treatments and the equipment is top-notch. Always prompt with appointment times and communication is very clear. Pricing is not very transparent and you kind of have to haggle a little bit when it comes to what you get and what you pay for. Also at least the first few times you return they will push you to get add-ons or upgrades. If you’re not ready to stand your ground then be careful! With my package I purchased they gave me 16 free units of Xeomin which they try to get you hooked on too lol!As for the results I am almost halfway through with my treatments and I am already seeing results with no adverse side effects. Overall if the pricing was more transparent and the sales tactics weren’t quite so pushy then I would give it 5 stars. However I have had a great experience and would reccomend to anyone interested in laser hair removal.

Always a wonderful, professional experience with LaserAway Cherry Creek. Ive seen numerous nurses there over the past year and every time the experience is 10/10. They are thoughtful, excellent at their job, and provide great tips depending on specific needs that day. I highly recommend this laser location for full body and face.

Please dont believe what laserAway said if they allowed you to finance your payment. Its a scam. The interest rate is 19.90% and if you dont make the full payment on time, they will charge you an interest even thought they said they wouldnt and make sure dont sign up with UAG finance company. They are a scam and you will not be able to get a hold of the finance company. It is so good to be true but bunch of scammer. Ohh and dont worry your hair will grew back even though you did the nine session. Waxing is cheaper and better.

My recent appointment I received free 10 units of Xeomin, it was a special for people to sample and try out that day-no catch! I have to wait the full 2 weeks to see the results, but no negative side affects so far. I’m excited to see how it works as I have always been curious.

Absolutely upset! The lady from the start had an a bit of attitude with me and started to laser my face and was doing it very quickly and got my eyebrow! I was crying she burned me when she got my eyebrow I am super upset. I dont even know how she did this but just an apology and she went along as nothing. I dont even want to finish my session with this place because of what she did to me today. I am supper upset and once I told the lady upfront she said it doesnt even look bad, I wonder how they would feel if they walked out with there eyebrows burned off because I cried on my way back home.

Please do not use this company for laser hair removal. I paid over $3000 for a package for my bikini area and it gave me subpar results. As for the Groupon I bought for a different facility for $200 for my underarms worked almost perfect. I’ve had several friends that vouch for going the Groupon route. Further issues are how I asked to sub out the underarm promo they gave me with my bikini package for the less comparable upper lip. They said it would not be and issue, but later changed their tune after I purchased the package. Also when purchasing a clear and brilliant service, they “misunderstood” my request for 1 and took out a clear and brilliant 6 pack at $1800 on a credit card. Luckily, I realized this that day and had all transactions canceled. They refunded me immediately and told me how this was an exception they would make for me. Wow, gee thanks! I could go on and on, and I’ve complained to their Corporate offices about this oversight, but they were not nice or empathetic. Positives, the ladies here are all nice. But this company as a whole is overpriced. Laseraway has made no effort to improve my experience. Maybe a few more laser treatments? Maybe actually let me switch out treatments areas like agreed when I first purchased instead of changing your mind once you have my money. That’s all.

Very flakey scheduling system. I book appointments 6 weeks in advance only to be informed the day of that a nurse called out sick. If they don’t want work weekends, they shouldn’t list that in their availability.

I recommend getting laser hair removal but not at this location. I have been to 9 sessions at three locations: Los Angeles, Lone Tree, and Cherry Creek. When at the Cherry Creek location, I dont feel anything during the procedure and the results have been poor. The staff is very new and at one point forgot to turn on the cold air. Even after communicating this to my tech, it didnt feel like there was a difference in quality. I have since switched to the Lone Tree location (even though it is further) and I am much happier there. I wish I didnt waste so many sessions at Cherry Creek

2 stars because the front desk people are always super nice and welcoming. I got Brazilian and underarm lazer hair removal. It was going fine at first but I stopped seeing results after the first few sessions. Hair would thin out after the session but it would go back to normal after a couple weeks. I told the people treating me and they adjusted setting on the machine but it literally made no difference. I bought extra sessions. I have 1 or 2 left but I’m not going to go because there’s zero point. I spent 2 grand (closer to 3 I think) for nothing. The hair is slightly thinner but it’s going back to normal pretty quickly and now when I shave under my arms I get horrible razer burn which I never got before. One of the girls treating me in the beginning told me id see results and she said it would either be peach fuzz consistency or there would be nothing left. very much not the case after 9 sessions. I’m sure their other services are good considering their near 5 star rating, but I was very disappointed by the laser hair removal.

I went to Laseraway for laser hair removal and clear and brilliant facials. Loved my experience with the laser hair removal, however the clear and brilliant facials were the worst investment I’ve ever made. These damaged my skin to the point of permanent redness that is going to take time and additional money to fix. The front desk staff here is very friendly, however DO NOT do the clear and brilliant if you have sensitive skin.

The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly. I will have to update with results from the laser treatments when I’m done with my package.

The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean, they are quick and efficient. My only hold up is the touch up policy. If you are planning on wrinkle relaxers I recommend you get your treatment 3 weeks in advance as no adjustments or touchups will be allowed prior to a 2 week follow up per their office policy. This is not the case at other offices, ie your local dermatologist.

I have done IPL’s and they are good, but Clear and Brilliant at LaserAway has been a whole new experience. The girls at the Denver location are amazing and so good at their jobs. SADAF and all the other nurses thank you for great service.

I think the staff has been super helpful in my experience and the service quality seems good as well - not that I’m a pro with judging laser hair removal quality since this is the first place I’ve tried, but I wouldn’t say I’ve had any service issues. I will say however that communication could improve. I don’t feel like it was ever made clear to me that I was committing so much of my money to an 8 session package for laser hair removal to then at the very end of my series (one appointment left) be told about the continued maintenance that’s “standard” with laser and was quoted $1100 for 3 more sessions. The more I asked for information on how necessary or beneficial the maintenance would be, it feels like the more I was just being sold stuff. Literally like skin services I don’t want, and the maintenance package went from being possibly 3 sessions, to 8, to a few a year…indefinitely??? They were also running a promotion that was ending the day they gave me this info, so I felt like I was being baited and rushed into spending money without time to think about my purchase, since, again, this maintenance thing was somehow not on my radar until practically finishing my laser series. Really friendly staff, but it’s gotten difficult to ignore the sales tactics and I’m disappointed cause I’m kind of feeling ripped off. Writing reviews isn’t usually my style but at this point I could use the $50 credit they’re offering for a review since I’m now looking at spending even more to keep the progress I’ve made with laser.

Very professional staff. I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. I’ve gotten lip fillers, xeomin, cool sculpting and laser hair removal here. One of my favorite things about them is they have a lot of different choices here when it comes to different types of Botox and fillers. My body metabolizes juvederm and Botox really fast, so it’s great that they have alternatives. I also like the staff as well. Everyone is a nurse which makes me feel confident in their abilities. Also laser hair removal is a must. After only four treatments I’ve noticed a significant change in the density of my hair down there. And it was black and coarse before so I’m very happy.

This is my third time going to LaserAway and as someone who is completely new to laser and lip filler I have never felt more welcome. Everyone is genuinely nice and they really take the time to learn what you want. I have been wanting lip filler for a while but was always scared that it would make me look like a clown since I have such thin lips to begin with. Hannah took the time to hear what I wanted and give me exactly what I was looking for. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and did such an amazing job. This company is a complete SCAM! I did an over the phone consultation for laser hair removal and everything seemed great. Not ONCE did anyone ask me my hair color. When I came to the facility for my first treatment NO ONE said anything about laser hair removal not working on red hair. They just let me waste my time and money. I even brought it up throughout the treatments that I didn’t feel like it was working and NO ONE said ANYTHING about it being because of my hair color. Finally on my 5th treatment I brought it up AGAIN. And someone finally told me it was because my hair was red. I was offered a refund in store and then when the customer service called me they said they couldn’t give a refund for rendered services. THE FIRST THING YOU SHOULD ASK PEOPLE IS WHAT THEIR HAIR COLOR IS!!!!! If I had ANY idea that it wasn’t going to work I would have NEVER spent my money and WASTED MY TIME in this place! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will always find a reason to tell this story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to ANY Laser away. They don’t know how to train their staff properly as to not waste people’s time and money!!!!!!!!

And to be honest, it was not painful at all. It took less than 5 mins total from the moment I entered the room to the moment I left. After only one treatment I’ve had great results. I got the treatment 1 week ago and I haven’t had to shave my underarms, but one time and that’s huge compared to my previous daily shaving routine. I went to laser away for Juvéderm lip injections. My technician was Amanda from the time I walked into the door until the time I left it was nothing but great customer service. The woman sitting at the front desk is so professional so attentive to all the customers and they were all beautifully dressed with beautiful nails as well and beautiful make up. During my service Amanda explained everything that she was going to do she reassured me I wouldn’t be in pain and I wasn’t. And I was more than pleased with my results when Amanda was done. Their customer service was great and all until I had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency. When I called in to cancel and I would no longer be able to go through the treatment they were very push to not let me cancel until I paid what I owned. But here’s the funny thing about all this I had a week before I began treatment so it was more than enough time to cancel before any payments or treatments began. I didn’t even a consultation set up or anything.They also work with a loaning provider named ally. I was going to take that route but because I had to cancel I either had to pay my loan in payments with no treatment or pay in full with still no treatment. I tired asking why I still had to pay and they said it’s cuz of the loan provider ally and because of ally there was no way out. And if I didn’t pay my credit was going to bust so I had no other choice to pay my way out. The only way out was to pay full out of pocket. So unless you wanna pay without treatment go with them. But make sure nothing gets in the way of your treatment or you would be losing about 2k. And ever since they took my money no one has been reachable or able to fix this situation.

I love LaserAway in general and this location is no different! I went recently for injectables and left so happy. The nurse answered all of my questions and did a great job! The staff is so friendly. I will definitely be back!

Friendly knowledgeable staff the whole experience was much more comfortable than I thought it would be. Put it off cuz I thought it would be awkward, painful and expensive, but it was not. Karli is great! Her professional and fun demeanor keeps it from being awkward. I wish I had started this process earlier.

I received a Juvederm treatment here with Amanda and am so happy with the results. Amanda helped comfort my nerves, understood how to achieve my desired results, and explained each step thoughtfully. And shes funny! She made the whole process so much easier. Definitely recommend.
