I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done by Dominic Craft , and I couldnt be happier with the experience! Throughout the entire process, Dominic was patient, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable. He explained each step and made sure I was happy with the progress. I had my first experience with Dom at The elegant elephant tattoo and couldn’t have asked for a better one. Dom absolutely killed the piece he did for me. It was a memorial for my best friend that passed. There are tattoo artist everywhere but It’s hard to find a good artist and a good customer service. Dominic cares so much about his clients and his art work. I told him a few things I wanted and he drew up a design for me. He is very patient and accommodating. All-around one of the best tattoo experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t waste my time or money with Dominic he is unprofessional when it comes to his set appointments, rescheduling you time and time again with a million reasons why he can’t ever finish his part of the deal set in stone. I paid my tattoo off with a false advertisement he made where he mentioned if we paid our current tattoo off he would give us a free tattoo…. Well I did that and since then he’s been rescheduling me with a bunch of excuses why he can’t but when I asked for my money back he still has the nerve to “sorry hun, I don’t do refunds” leaving you with no choice but to wait till he’s good a ready to do his job. On top of rescheduling me numerous times I showed up to his shop 3 other times when I had appointment’s set: twice I showed and the shop was completely closed and the 3rd time he had someone else on the chair for my appointment slot. You can get better prices, tattoos, & someone who will respect your time and value your business elsewhere.

Being new to Denver I was in search of an artist. I reached out to many and Dom was the only one that responded. I must say he is a professional, very skilled, and takes pride and ownership. I definitely will be booking with him again.

Dominic was my artist and he is also the owner. His creative mind helped put together what I was thinking in my head but just didnt know how to put it into image. Some people just have it and he definitely does. Putting together a nice piece of art into drawing is one thing...making the tattoo look as good if not better is another and Dominic nailed it. Craft is in his name and you can tell that tattooing is his for sure. Hes the most talented artist Ive been too and I will be going back in the future. The Elegant Elephant is a great tattoo shop with a great location in Lakewood. The shop has plenty of parking, very clean and is very accommodating with beverages and friendly staff. Dominic the shops owner has done my last 5 tattoos and his work is spectacular. His latest piece is a tribute piece for the Avalanche winning the Stanley Cup. I gave him my idea and he put in his own touch and it came out amazing. I was blown away. I would recommend booking ahead with him as he gets busy.

I got a cover up completed this past tuesday. I had such a great experience. The second I walked into his shop he was so welcoming and made me less nervous. We decided to go with a beauitful peony flower and I went out of my comfort zone and went with color for the first time. I was absolutely blown away at how good it turned out.
