Laser Lights Cosmetic Laser Center

I have been going to Laser Lights in Duluth for about 10 years now. I have had the co2 laser for my whole face at least 5 times now from sun damage over the past years. I recently just had another co2 laser facial done and in the healing process which takes usually around two weeks to totally heal for me and always looks great. I always see Vita which is the best and very good at her job. She has the most experience and has been there almost as long as I have been going there. The whole staff there is wonderful including Diana up at the front desk. I will continue to use them in future for my facial needs even though I live about 40 miles north of them. In my opinion I feel they are the best for Laser facial needs in the Atlanta metro area.

Love, love, love this establishment! The staff is so personable and welcoming; they make you truly enjoy coming in and spending your hard earned money! :) how it should be! I have had several procedures w/ the laser center, so I will briefly touch on each. Vida-handled all of my tattoo removal, she is amazing at what she does and kind-she will ensure that you get the best results possible. Oreta- performed my body contouring, she is patient and soft handled; always made sure to focus on my trouble areas to achieve the best results. Dawn- is helping w/ weight loss, she is very informative and will not recommend anything if you are not a good candidate, she is good at what she does! Dawn will also do my fillers which I’m such will be amazing as her work is just that. Lastly, Diana the front desk receptionist is accommodating, always pleasant and just so down to earth. Love this place- they are like another friendly family. I highly recommend Laser lights and feel confident whatever Procedure you’re having done will be done with patience, care and knowledge.

I just had the best, most amazing facial by Nicole! My skin looks and feels amazing. Diana was so helpful booking my appointment and checking out at the end. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and this place knocks it out of the park!

Nice location clean and tranquil environment. Front desk is very friendly. Nicole Powell gave me my consult to have a tattoo removed. Altho the price was higher than I wanted to pay I still decided to go with this company. They are connected to a plastic surgeon so thats why I think they are priced so high. Nicole made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process to me and helped me manage my expectations. I feel like I will be in good hands when I start my lazer removal next week. Over all recomend!

I just came from Laser Lights acouple of days ago to get a tattoo removed but let me tell you Laser Lights is the BEST place to go for all of your cosmetic needs they offer so many great services and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have DEALS and MEMBERSHIPS and so many great things that other places do not offer. I been to 3 other places fro my tattoo removal but this is the place to go. I’ve been there about 5 times already and I recently got serviced by VIDA and she was so great and professional and helpful. Nicole and The front desk lady are great as well !! cannot express enough how much I LOVE laser lights Duluth. Everyone in the staff is great it feels like a family that I can count on. Vida and Diana are the bomb. My tattoo on my finger which was very hard to get off and it was covered several times. If you know anything about tattoos on a finger tattoo the ink goes into the bone. Vida and Diana at front got it all off and now my daughter won’t know her dad did something stupid when he was younger so unless she sees this post lol

It was a lovely experience! The doctor was very kind and initially I came with my face filled with hair and in 6 months it was an amazing transformation. 👏🏼

The services provided at laser lights are truly magnificent. The staff members are great to work with and easy to talk to. Having a scar removed can bring a variety of uneasy feelings but Nicole and Diane make the process very comfortable by being straight forward and truly caring about results. I have received laser hair removal service from Laser Lights for many years. Their rates are comparable to other places. They are excellent and take in providing laser hair removal to dark skin. I have tried other places in search of a deal and they simply don’t measure up to Laser Lights. I always return to Laser Lights.

Everyone there are the sweetest people. Diana the scheduling coordinator and Nicole the laser specialist are the best. Accommodating, knowledgeable, they show a genuine interest in you and the prices are the best Ive seen when I was shopping around before I started with them. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ive been going to Laser Lights for laser removal on my birthmark. From my initial consultation, Ive been thoroughly impressed by friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and services I have received.Vida is incredible. Shes so sweet and transparent with everything! I was afraid that the laser would be painful and she assured me that it was nothing to worry about -- she was right! I was offered a special price for a 6 treatments package, however, I declined that simply because I was skeptical of it not working. Big mistake on my part because I have been thrilled with my results thus far.I will definitely recommend Laser Lights to everyone and I look forward to trying their other services that they offer.

If I could give this place and this team negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. They are NOT experienced and you would think they went to school online for this — clearly they practice things for the first time on their patients. They severely damaged my face and it has never been the same since. I chose to stop coming for treatments when I noticed my face getting worse and worse until I saw it looking severely damaged after several months still. I contacted them to received my money back for the treatments I had already paid a premium price for but never gotten. And they refused to give me my money back even though I didn’t even finish the treatments. The lady who works at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about and told me she would give me a call back but haven’t heard from her since. I’ve tried calling and their phones are always “down”. I don’t how that lady got hired to be honest. None of them are experienced.

I came in for a freckle removal laser treatment. Freckle removal is a routine procedure that I do from time to time (not at this place). Nicole tried to sell me some type of chemical peel, which she wants to charge almost $500 for it. There was a march special for the peel which was advertise for $421. She told me that it was a typo, even though that sign is posted throughout their office. Nicole told me that the laser machine was broken and she wouldn’t be able to do it on my face. So I told her I’ll just go somewhere else. Somehow the laser is “working” now and I was scheduled an appointment for it and an add-on of a $50 whitening cream. I came in for my appointment and the laser treatment barely lasted for 2 min. She was quick to say that I will have to come back for another session. It’s been a month now and the result of the laser treatment is subpar. I knew it was poorly done on purpose so that I come back for another session. She was trying to compensate for the fact that I didn’t accept the chemical peel. This isn’t my first freckle removal laser treatment so I know when I’m being hustled.I understand that estheticians here are making money base on commission and on how much they can charge their patient. It’s quite unfortunate because this is close to my house and I’d love to be a regular customer, but sometimes their greed takes over and genuine patient care gets overlooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place for laser treatment and shop around before you do any treatment.

My face had a lot of acne spots and damaged skin. Everyone here has given me a lot of information on what needs to be done to get my face back to its normal skin . I had a reveal pill done and my face is starting to look better the spots are almost gone. Im really happy with the results. Im excited and cant wait to see when its all done. I had my first consultation and treatment today. The staff was super nice, the prices were great, and no one tried to up-sell me on anything. I was very impressed. I called Laser Lights to ask about tattoo removal for a small tattoo on my wrist and spoke to Stephanie. I was quoted $125 over the phone for the removal, and they were able to get me in for a same day appointment. When I arrived, I noticed the lobby was very clean and decorated nicely. Stephanie and another receptionist greeted me, and I could tell the vibes in the office were good. After filling out paperwork, I had a consult with Vida. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the cost per session would be lower than what I was originally quoted over the phone. Vida was professional and took plenty of time to make sure any and all questions were answered. Dr. Whiteman was at the office during my visit and came in to speak with me-great bedside manner. He was incredibly personable and sat in the room during my removal session. I was so surprised at how friendly the entire staff was, as sometimes going into medical offices can be intimidating. It felt like I had been a client there for years, that is how welcoming they were. I was sent home with aftercare instructions and plenty of literature about the center. The entire appointment didnt take more than 30 minutes, but I still felt like I got the appropriate attention and service. I am SO HAPPY I found Laser Lights and I will definitely be back!

Laser lights was very organized and very covid conscious! Vida was very comforting through my first laser hair removal. I was very nervous about the pain and the process not working on me. I am already impressed with the results after only one visit! She was also very precise and did a very good job. She answered all my questions and explained the process well. I frequent this facility when Im in town. I have been a customer for a few years now. When I had a bad experience, the situation was rectified appropriately. Depending on who you work with, be sure to communicate your needs and what you expect from your treatment. Service is swift and prompt. My only complaint would be the price increase for the touch up service, and sometimes its hard to get an appointment, but that means business is good right lol. I miss Jenny/Jennifer she was so cool n genuine, I believe she had a baby but havent seen her in long time so I dont think shes with them anymore. The new lady who services me is just as knowledgeable and kind so all is good 👍

Ive been taking my son to Laser Lights for several months to have a tattoo removed. Everyone there is always friendly, professional and helpful. The office is always spotless. Emily Hutchinson is our Laser Specialist and I dont have words to describe how great she has been. If you need any laser work done, I highly recommend Laser Lights and especially Emily. STOP: DO NOT go here for any facial rejuvenation needs.DO NOT let them touch your face. No peels, laser etc.Vida is such a little liar!!!! She messed up a relative skin of mine. When we call and explain. She she just LIES says she uses the treatment on her face. Her face is dark too!Others has complained about the same issues. Skin gets worse and darkens.They might be good at other things like hair removal etc. but don’t let them touch your face please!! DONT DO it!!

Love this place! I get the laser tattoo removal. They have really impressed me. I think I’ve had about five or six sessions. My tattoo was dark and on my wrists and now you can BARELY see it. I high recommend this place. They are also super affordable and open on certain Saturdays. Go here! You won’t be disappointed.

They’re nice but I felt the staff didn’t know what they were doing for my skin color when removing my tattoo. I got 2 different answers in regard to the level I was with the laser.Also after some research I found that their laser is outdated for tattoo removal. After going somewhere else I found that picoway was a lot better and less painful. Didn’t feel hot and leave blisters. It was also the same price. So for anyone getting tattoo removal unfortunately I wouldn’t say they’re the absolute best for this.

Laser Lights conducts excellent tattoo removal. I’m on my 4th session and my tattoo is nearly invisible. My removal procedure is relatively easy as the staff was well informed and skilled. Tattoo removal is a process and can be pretty lengthy.. as long as you’re patient and understanding you’ll see the results you want. 10/10 recommend

I have been going to Laser Lights since February for laser hair removal and am loving my results! Vida is experienced, professional, and informative. She is also so warm and truly makes you feel comfortable with your experience.At my first visit we also discussed treating my melasma--an incredibly difficult-to-treat skin discoloration usually due to hormones. She explained different ways it can be treated, but just how persistent and frustrating it can be even with treatment. With all this in mind, I chose to do the treatment she recommended and loved my results! Some of the hyperpigmentation has come back, because hormones and the sun exist--even with my use of hats and sunscreen, but thats just the nature of melasma. The treatment we did worked wonderfully! I plan on doing further work with her in the fall when the sun has lessened some of its summer intensity and it will be easier to get a handle on things.Overall, I have loved my experience here and will keep coming back for services even after I no longer need laser hair removal. Laser lights is excellent!

I feel like I need to write a little backstory so my feelings can be justified on how I feel about Laser Lights.TLDR; I got chest tattoo when I was 15, got it half removed by a shady business which left me scarred and every individual letter on the chest tattoo was raised up due to the burning of my skin.Present Day: Now Im 26 years old and decided to put my trust back into trying to fix my chest situation. I came to Laser Lights back in 2017ish I believe and they ended up removing the remainder of my tattoo, their after-care was MUCH different than the shady business I went to and they didnt scar my skin any further!(Just a heads up it didnt take 5 years to remove the remainder of the chest ink, I stopped coming to treatments for like 4 years due to personal reasons and just recently came back to Laser Lights)Im currently now onto the C02 Laser Treatment which is now the removal of the scarring.. Im only ONE session in and everyone who has seen my chest has told me that theres a HUGE difference of the appearance of my chest! I also ended up getting C02 Treatment on some scars and pigmentated areas (from previous surgeries) and that has also drastically improved as well!I still have some sessions left since my chest was very damaged but the fact that my family and friends can see a difference made me cry tears of joy, Ive been very insecure of my chest since it was scarred and damaged and I finally gained my confidence back because of Laser Lights!!!I highly recommend this place for tattoo removal and scar removal!

You become part of Laser Lights after your first visit. The ladies here are very welcoming and helpful. They are honest and will tell you if you will see results with the treatment you ware requesting or if you should try something different. Emily is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains each procedure, what it does, the benefit and result expectations. I highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience with this place; I ended up with a scar on my face that I didnt have before. They tried to fix it, but the procedure that was done didnt work. so now I have a scar on my face thanks to this place.

Terrible experience. Waste of time and money coming here. Came in for a birthmark removal with 8 visits! By the time I was done the mark was still there. The lady that worked on me kept on telling me ohhh it’s getting lighter each time. As she lied knowing it wasn’t doing anything. By the 6th visit was when she finally moved me to another laser room. This one was stronger meant for removing tattoos which I did not know about. I felt the intensity was stronger and after the first time I could clearly see that the mark was slightly lighter. Meaning had I started from that laser in the beginning I wouldn’t have had an issue. But instead the lady barely works on me but for 5min each visit and charges me nearly $100 each time while boldly telling me that it’s working and taking my money.

I am African American with a medium brown tone. I was referred to laser lights from my dermatologist office because they discontinued the service, after my first treatment at laser lights I noticed that the hair in the area where I was receiving treatment was not growing back between treatments which was amazing to me because normally I would see growth after four weeks at the dermatologist office and my treatment schedule was every 5 weeks so I was very happy, not only that but the staff who is doing my laser treatment uses a different laser on me which is virtually pain-free and she is very thorough. I would definitely recommend laser lights Duluth to anyone I know they do a great job and I feel I can trust them with all my skin care needs.

The best place to go in Atlanta for cosmetic procedures by far. So many great procedures to choose from. Theyre professional, thorough,experienced, and treat you like family. I used to live in Atlanta and now go back every time Im in town. Couldnt recommend them more!

After having acne for over 15 years and going through several different treatments/medicine during that time frame, I have never had as drastic results as I have here! They are very knowledgeable and take the time to plan the best options for your type of skin with the results you are trying to achieve. Where do i begin about about Laser Lights and the entire staff? You walk into this beautiful environment and you know you’re in great hands. I am a returning client here who is always satisfied. I love this cosmetic center! They are always friendly when I arrive. The services that I usually have done is the Micro Fractionated CO2 Resurfacing and its pretty painful but the end results are pretty nice so its well worth the pain. I would recommend this procedure to anyone with deep acne scar tissue.

I am a African American Male who was in need of tattoo removal. The dreaded tattoo was of my ex wifes name plastered on my chest and, I initially wanted to have it covered up (my new wife wasnt thrilled about seeing the name each time I took off my shirt). The tattoo shop referred me to Laser Lights to have the tattoo removed opposed to a cover up, and I am so happy they did! I hadnt done any research as I was running out of time to have it removed before the birth of our daughter, so I just stopped by. The environment was very welcoming and the staff was extremely friendly. I had my consultation with Christine and she told me it would only take 15 mins and was able to do it righ away, (which I wasnt expecting) but she made me so comfortable that I went through with it. I explained the situation and that my wife was pregnant and I needed it removed before the baby arrived. The name being removed was Felicia, so we joked that we would be saying bye Felicia. My wife was with me on the day of the initial treatment as I was only stopping to get information, so she sat in the car. After the first session was completed , Christine walked out to the car with me to tell my wife the good news. I figured my wife wouldnt believe me that I started the removal process, again I was only going in to get information and it took less that 15 mins. As I suspected, she didnt believe me, and Christine shared the joke that we said bye Felicia and that brought my wife to tears (happy tears that is). The removal only took two sessions which I was actually disappointed because I developed a great rapport and relationship with Christine and the entire staff at Laser Lights. I was however thrilled that the treatment was done before the birth of our daughter in February. Today, I received a call from a non stored number, but when I answered and heard Christines friendly voice on the other end, I completely lit up like a kid on Christmas. Laser Lights is indeed a 5 star facility and they make you feel like family. I highly recommend laser lights to anyone looking for laser tattoo removal as well as any other services they offer, you will not be disappointed!

Have been a customer a few years for laser hair removal. The girls that actually practice the procedure are always professional and friendly. Front desk is night and day. Over the years they have changed the front desk personnel but eventually goes back to rude and poor customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love the staff at Laser Lights. Oreta takes care of my skin tightening with Viora. Jennifer at the front desk can answer all your questions. Dr. David Whiteman is now the owner and with Jackie managing the office, you wont be disappointed. They have all the newest laser treatments available. I wouldnt go anywhere else because I know Im in great hands there!

She is an exceptional laser technician who listens intently and asks pertinent questions before recommending the appropriate treatment. The lady at the front desk is nice. I got a chemical peel (some type of peel) for my stretch marks. Didn’t work at all. The day I came to my appointment. The doctor didn’t even know what part of my body I was doing. It also felt very rushed like she was just trying to get me out of there so she can see the next patient and make more money. She made it seem as though little to no stretch marks would be left back. The peel was not intense at all. I would’ve been better off buying it from amazon. I think they just aren’t skilled in dealing with anyone mixed with or of black decent. Really bummed becuse it’s something I’m extremely extremely insecure about, I remember the day I got it I was crying becuse it thought this is it. Finally I can be confident. But nope.

The best place ever to feel comfortable, the staff is amazing specially “ Lesley” she’s great with clients and so patient.I have a laser treatment with “VIDA” she’s so professional & friendly her jobs is amazing I highly recommend her for anyone ask for a great result of the laser treatment :)

I been doing treatments at laser lights for more than one year now. I got done facials, hair removal and tattoo removal also.All I have to say is I love it.The people,the services and everything in general. Thank you so much.And thank you for beign sponssours at the MISS GEORGIA EARTH pageant.

This is the worst experience for me,I did a reveal first,because they told me it will remove my light pigments but nothing happen. Then paid for 6 times laser treatments,and nothing happened again! Then they moved me to another laser room told me that other laser machine r broken and they sold them! What! After this “free” charge new laser machine work on me for 2 times and now they kind of hiding from me!my face getting worse after I spent 700$ in this shop! Am going to ask my money back!!!!

I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had a laser treatment done on my face and it ruined my skin. I am left with many spots that have not gone away for several years, and thanks to them I have lived with depression because those spots look horrible on my face. (Treatment I did not need, they only recommend it to me just to get my money) I hate them.

I want to say that the staff that works here is incredibly nice and caring about your specific needs. They are willing to listen and show empathy to whatever you may be going through.I will continue to work with them and proclaim that THIS is the best place for your cosmetic procedure needs in Duluth.Thank you for everything.

I had a tattoo removal on a wrong eyebrow and when I went there to let them know, they said that they will see me again and I can have a microbleeding seccion there. The girl who removed my eyebrow or the manager of this place, never call me to apologized for this horrible mistake that end up leaving me with a red eyebrow (eyebrow that was just done on October 6th 2020) and when I left this Duluth office location on 11/13 I was so stressed that I had a car accident outside their premises. I need them to do the laser tattoo removal on the eyebrow that I paid and they keep saying that they think that one was done because it looks froste, but I know that the girl never touched that eyebrow because it was froste looking color before. Now because of this situation, I cant go outside, Im loosing time at work, I have a lot stress and I lost confidence.

I was so relieved to hear that this company was under new management! I went in and the staff was so nice and welcoming. Melissa is doing such a great job right now in the process of removing this awful regretful tattoo that I have on my hand! I was always ashamed of it and was the biggest mistake I ever made...She was super nice and cool about making me feel comfortable and welcoming. When I saw the numbing shot, I was like woah! But it didnt hurt one bit.!!! I gotta give her big kudos for that! Not going to lie, I was a bit intimidated when I saw the numbing needle that was going to be poked on my top hand lol! But I felt nothing and I mean NOTHING! The laser process didnt take that long and she did a fantastic job so far! Thank you Ms.Jackie for being so welcoming and brining me back to this company! And a BIG THANK YOU TO MELISSA AND THE STAFF FOR TAKING CARE OF ME!!!!! Cant wait to see yall soon!!!!

The staff here are very friendly and informative (specifically Lesly and Vida). Ive been coming here for a year and a half for laser hair treatments. The laser hair removal treatments have been very helpful!! Definitely recommend!

The staff at Laser Lights are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. A good day is to have Christine do a highly recommended iS Clinical Fire and Ice Facial which does wonders for those who are not yet ready for chemical peels or have Emily perform the signature Silk Peel (it leaves your skin smooth and bouncy with a light microdermabrasion process that also minimizes pores). The ladies of Laser Lights will treat you like family. They know their stuff. Other services include Viora - its less invasive and less expensive than lipo - let Oretta hook you up. I can go on and on. I live for the monthly specials. Shout outs go to Lesly - the happy face you see coming and going and Jackie - the personable, astute and organized office manager.

--- I am revising my 1 star review to 3 stars. I met with Dr. Whiteman a few days after I posted this review. Since then, I had 3 micro needling sessions + one laser treatment to flatten the holes. All free of charge. Now the scar pits are approx. 60-70% better.

Once I walked in this facility I knew this was the place, one of the best customer service experience I have received very and I mean VERY friendly staff especially lesly at the front desk prices are very reasonable and they accept care credit I recommend laser lights to anyone that is reading this review.

I have seen Jihan, Oreta and Vida for various treatments (SilkPeel/Chemical Peel, Réjuvapen - Microneedling, PRP, Hollywood facial and Viola Reaction Skin Tightening treatment) for the past year and I have always been extremely happy with my results and experience after every visit. I had laser treatment on face - the technician burned my face and left 3 deep scars that did not exist before. I have had this laser treatment before at a different clinic with no problems, no scaring, and no down time. After treatment at this clinic, my face had huge blisters / scabs for 3 weeks. When they finally went away, I was left with scars on my cheeks and chin.

I’ve gone through a package of 6 for a birthmark removal on my forehead and after the 2nd treatment, it started to improve so much. Very happy with results so far. Great customer service and prices.

The lady at the front are not friendly at all! N I have a burn on my hand when they try it in my hand! Show it to them , she say is like that, not every one the same! N they say is a 15 mins treatment But only give me around 5 mins n miss a lot of spots ! I make an appointment on Jan after the 1 st treatment, but I’m going to cancel it!

Don’t trust what’s told you over the phone. I took time off from work to have laser hair removal begin and was told the laser went out for maintenance an hour ago. Really? At the very least, call to confirm what you are scheduled for.

If u have a embarrassing tattoo u are trying to get rid of, do not come here! These women will lie to all come in the room and look at ur tattoo! One ladies said oh, let me get a another person to come look at it as 5 more girls will come in. Lying slick monkeys!

I have been going to this location for 6 years now. Every experience I had was amazing. I will admit that my services have been better since their management changed. They pay attention to every detail now and the staff is very pleasant each time I go and I go a lot. I tried other places when I moved but end up coming right back because I could not find service like I can there.

Waist my time today waiting to get laser done on my darkSpots ( did that before many times with Patty) and after talked to Vida and explain her what I want she walked out and come back saying the Maxine was broke and she couldn’t do it but for me to go back next day to get it done .They were 30Minutes late for my app ,did laser in 2 ladies before me and the waiting room was 3 ladies waiting to get some service done .I’ll never go back ! If you can get your service done do not book it .

My experience here was not great, I paid 200 for scar reduction or removal instead my scar became more visible and more noticeable, Im so ashamed to go out without makeup covering it up.. she knew she cant do and yet she collected the money and botched me I guess thats why they have u sign so you wont sure them.vida attended to me thou shes a sweet soul but I guess she didnt know how job

My fiance has been receiving laser treatments with laser lights to have tattoo removed...we have always been happy with the results and they have always been a welcoming staff...I need to give props to one girl specifically EMILY...if you go ask for her...she was exceptional and took extra time on us and we are very pleased with the results...thank you laser lights
