If you are looking for a phenomenal piercer, Stormi is the best! She went above and beyond for me to ensure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the entire process. She has so many amazing tricks up her sleeve and I will forever go back to her from now on. Cannot recommend her enough! Her attention to detail blew me away. She took her time on placement and made sure that they were absolutely perfect. The shop is very nice and clean inside. Everyone was extremely welcoming. Prices were very reasonable. Anna and the rest of the staff were all very kind and professional! I love how spacious the new location is, very welcoming. Anna was my piercing artist, she is incredibly friendly and respectful. She was very detail oriented, she took her time with placement and made sure I was happy with it. She explained every step of the process which very much put me at ease. I brought my daughter to Anchors End for her 15th birthday gift to get her nose pierced. I decided I was going to get mine done as well. We were lucky enough to get Jeff as our technician. He was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and was extremely patient. I would highly recommend coming here for a piercing!!!

While on a girls weekend to Duluth my sister and I, spur of the moment, decided to get our noses pierced. Anchors End was very accommodating in getting us in same day. The facility is large and very clean! Anna, who pierced us, was AMAZING. She walked us through everything and was very informative. My piercing looks great. It honestly feels like it’s already healed as it has not been red, swollen, etc. I have had zero pain. I would highly recommend Anna and Anchors End Tattoo!

I just got my tattoo done here a couple days ago by Riley and it’s bottom line epic. I have multiple tattoos and the one he did has become my favorite. I intend to come here again. If I could add stars I would. Thanks Riley for this outstanding ink work.

I went for a walk-in on my birthday last July. I ended up with Aaron and he was amazing! My tattoo covers my entire upper arm and was a good price, and the atmosphere was so fun to be around. Healed well too. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Called for a spontaneous appointment, and they got me in within 20 minutes! Amazing place! The atmosphere was super rad. Anna did double nostril piercings for me, and I seriously couldn’t be happier! The whole process was amazing, and she walked me through every single step. She took extreme care with me, especially when figuring out the placement-seriously, it’s insane how well she did! I definitely recommend Anna as a piercer, sweetest lady EVER!! When I come back to duluth on my next trip, I will definitely be coming back here! EDIT: A year later & I have been returning to Anna and have had a total of 5 piercings done by her, she is the bomb!!! This will forever be my piercing destination.

This was my first tattoo at Anchors End, the whole process was so smooth and efficient. Jessie changed her sketch for me a couple times to make sure it was perfect. She was super fun to talk to and such a sweet gal, Id 100% get another tattoo from her.

My boyfriend and I decided to get spontaneous tattoos during our vacation. We saw that AE has been around the longest and had great reviews, we now see why. They have an open area, there are also private rooms dont worry, and the staff are wonderful. We came in for a walk in and gave our numbers, we were 3rd on the list, then left to explore a bit of the area for about an hour and some change and they called. Aron is amazing at thin line art, we wanted a simply line art tattoo and he performed exceptionally! He even drew it well from the very hazy picture we had. Great conversationalist and a steady hand, the tattoos themselves didnt take long and Im so happy with the outcome. Very clean and very professional work, highly recommend, and if Im ever back in Duluth and in need of more thin lines I know exactly where Im going.

One of the cleanest shops I have ever seen !!! Super warm and inviting the minute you walk into the shop , not like most dark and kinda scary shops !!! Super prompt when I walked in the door . My artist to be /apprentice was Tiff!!! Where to even start , she was super inviting and had amazing bedside manner , she did absolute great work , we even had a few chuckles through out , super polite, offered me a break if I needed . She did both of these tattoos better than I could have dreamed ! I was only in town for a few days and she squeezed me in , I will definitely be back in the fall to see what else she may have up her sleeve !!! Super pleased with this whole shop ! From all the employees to the art work I walked out with !! Hands down 10/10 shop ! Also let’s not forget Stormi Lee , for the double lobe piercing and lower helix , the best piercer I have found this far , super clean piercing room , amazing bedside as well , she really explained the healing process in great detail . She also made sure to explain everything she was doing while it was happening , not many piercers explain a lot of the process so this made me feel really comfortable! I will be back to see both of these ladies very soon !! In the end it had to be Anchors End ! Thank you again !

Got a piercing done yesterday by Anna. Hands down the best piercing experience I have ever had! She really took the time to explain things and was honest with me about what she felt would work or wouldn’t work best for me. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back in the future to see her again! The shop had a great atmosphere as well, everyone was really friendly and approachable.

Walked in and was met with hostility.I just had a couple questions to ask and this dude was rude to me and dissed other artistsIt was just my experience, the front desk lady was very nice but still cant get over the hostility

Great place for piercings! Friendly service, be prepared to wait a bit for walk-in service. Can call ahead, but I couldnt get ahold of them. Piercer said he had 15 years of experience and seemed very relaxed and knowledgeable. Our group got lobes, rook, and conch piercings.It is not the absolute best selection of jewelry Ive ever seen but a wide variety of colors and natural stones for sure. Piercings were also reasonably priced (about $60). The new location is very open concept and spacious. Hopefully, they will get their AC fixed quickly!

The environment was so welcoming for my first two tattoos. Everyone was so sweet and encouraging. Summit was so kind and caring, and she did an absolutely amazing job. I highly HIGHLY recommend Summit. Definitely will be going back for future projects.

My artist was Riley and as my first tattoo I don’t think it could have been a better experience. The atmosphere of the new shop is awesome & the entire staff was great.I came in without a design but some idea what I wanted. Riley was beyond helpful with creating a full sketch. I had the best experience at this shop and with my piercer, Stormi. I had never gotten a piercing before so I was really nervous but my piercer was so professional, fun, and kind that she was able to make me feel better and have a good experience. She didn’t pressure me or anything and she was reassuring and helped me understand what was happening to me. I got my septum pierced and it barely hurt and the piercing station was so clean and spacious that I was impressed. Stormi took safety and sanitation as a priority and was really careful about making sure that I was going to leave the shop with a high quality piercing and a high quality experience. This was such a fun and exciting time and I would 100% recommend Anchor’s End to anyone looking for a piercing in Duluth. Also don’t forget to ask for Stormi!

My favorite place in the area, they do a fantastic job and are super friendly. Ive had a tattoo done by Nick and a few done by Tiff, and have absolutely no complaints. Everything always heals well and looks fantastic. The line work is on point (which is a huge deal if youre having something like Celtic knotwork done) and their artistic talents are amazing. I highly recommend going there if youre looking for a new piercing or tattoo.

My nose ring was pulled out while traveling and we found Anchors End Tattoo. Loved the over all design and options for a new nose ring. I was in and out under $25 + tip in 15 mins or less.

I had a huge life altering situation happen and it left me wanting a little bit of my real self back. So I decided to come in to get my nose pierced again. I had Anna help me and I’m so happy I did. She was kind and especially caring. She all around had a vibe that you just connect with. I gave 5 stars because not only did I appreciate my piercer but I appreciated the atmosphere too. I went and got a septum piercing at Anchors End not long ago. I have never gotten anything other than my lobes pierced so I was a little nervous, but my piercer Stormi was incredible. I felt assured and supported from the moment she introduced herself. She walked me through the entire process and was incredibly kind. My piercing looks wonderful, Stormi made sure to go over all questions I had regarding aftercare and the experience was everything I could have asked for and more. I was so impressed and appreciative of the service I was given. I highly highly recommend Stormi to anyone who is interested in getting a piercing!

These stars are for the piercer. Not the owner he would get one star. But she is amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I was irritated because of the jewelry I got that the owner refused to swap out eventho it had bent and kept falling out.. She kept her cool and did what she could to help me and I left apologizing to her and thanking her for her patience.

One of the best shops I have ever been to! From our initial stop in to make the appointment, to getting our work done a couple days later, the staff was incredible! The shop was pretty busy, but the staff was very friendly and did not make us feel rushed at all. Very clean and welcoming environment.My husband and I both got tattoos from Brie, and she did amazing work! We emailed an example of what we wanted and her drawing was perfect. It was exactly what we had in mind, even though it was harder than I thought to explain it or come up with a photo to send for reference. Our tattoos turned out perfectly.While there we were able to see the other artists work and they were incredible as well. I went to anchors end and got four lobe piercings and a cartilage piercing and I had Anna piercing my ears and she made sure to throughly explain everything with sizes of everything and she had an extremely radiant positive energy and made the air much lighter for 5 piercings. I would 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back for more piercings!!

Had my first piercing (a septum) done here a few days ago. Setting up an appointment was easy, and staff were very kind and courteous. Stormi was my piercer, was very informational about the whole process and made sure I knew all of what was going to happen. Their piercer is the onlyyy person I trust from now on to go to get my piercings I had 2 messed up from a local shop so I plan on making the drive everytime I want something new and my first tongue piercing experience was very traumatic for me my lower face was in pain for 3 days straight I had to eventually take it out I let it heal went to anchors end and told him about it, he did amazing! Absolutely no pain at all and was very reassuring. Absolutely love the environment and how kind and welcoming everyone is there also :)

Stormi pierced my septum, and she was so supportive and patient! I have some fainting issues when I get really anxious and it hurt a little and I was feeling lightheaded. She let me lay there for like 10-15 minutes until I was feeling better. She brought me these little tablets to bring my blood sugar up and gave me some water too. She was so cool! She also gave me a great rundown of the healing process! She was so kind !! Totally will recommend to anyone who needs piercings in Duluth.

Nick was fantastic during the whole process! I changed my idea last second and he rescheduled only a week after my original date that Ive been waiting a month for. He brought my idea to life and looked better than I had expected. He has a lot of knowledge that saved me from making some mistakes quite a few times. His tattoos are very crisp and detailed exactly what I wanted after seeing his portfolio on the website. Im getting another tattoo from him as well. High recommended. Very clean place. I wanted to finally get a nose piercing while I was doing forestry work in the Superior National Forest, and this place came highly recommended. And for good reason!The building layout was comfortable and open and everyone was immediately welcoming. Our artist, Stormy, took excellent care of us and made the whole experience wonderfully worry free. If I was living in the area, I wouldnt hesitate to return for more piercings or tattoos.

I went to Anchors End in Duluth for a Daith piercing. I have never been to this shop before, but a friend recommended the place. We were greeted right away and shown a nice selection of jewelry to choose from. Stormi was great! She was so friendly and explained everything so well. I was nervous, as this was my first piercing in 25+ years and didnt really know what to expect. She explained what she was going to do and why it was important. She also told me how to properly care for my piercing and invited me back if I had any questions or concerns. Very professional and the place is very clean! 10/10 would recommend!!

My tattoo was wrong, Tiffany went asking the other tattooists what to do. I was told to scratch at it when it began scabbing to pull the ink out but it ealed too fast. I went to my appt to fix it, she handed me off to Dean who would charge $200/hr to fix her mistake, needless to say its not fixed. :(

I went here for a nose piercing and a tattoo. It was my first experience for both and it could not have gone any better. Overall the staff was so friendly and did a great job at being informative about each process. They talked me through everything, step by step and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I was very nervous about both, but those nerves quickly went away with the great conversations I had with the staff. They make it feel as though you are talking with an old friend. I sent in in advance a photo of what I wanted my tattoo to look like. The artist went above and beyond to make it perfect for me. Both my piercing and tattoo healed perfectly, I didnt have a single problem with them during the healing process. I will definitely be going back again!

My girlfriend and i went in on a saturday as walk ins for a small 444 tattoo on our forearms. Jay came off very friendly until my girlfriend asked to move her stencil and he seemed annoyed. Her tattoo came out very sloppy and it was obvious he was rushing it. All 3 of the numbers look different and the lines are different sizes. He also didn’t ask either of us if we were happy with the tattoos. Mine also didn’t turn out great, one line is much thicker than the others. For such a small, simple tattoo, it’s ridiculous how messed up it is. Very bummed and will not be returning :(

My friend and I were there for piercings. A nostril and Medusa. Stormi is a very fun, high energy, and cleanly piercer. This was my 4th mouth area piercing to date and Ive never had one that swelled so little. Ill definitely be back.

So I just got my tattoo done by the owner of the store. I can’t describe how amazing of an experience it was to get my first tattoo ever! I was really nervous, but I was welcomed to the place which helped me call my nerves down.Now when it was time to get the tattoo the artist was absolutely great! I had to talk in order to not feel the pain. But he was just a great person.He did an absolutely great job and even got an extra detail on my tattoo a water fall. OMG I was getting people just talking about the shading, the trees, the mountain and the most favorable one was thewaterfall. I came in for a walk-in on Saturday with my wife and my father-in-law. We are all so happy with our tattoos! Special shout out to Nick, who did a gorgeous tattoo of an owl on my forearm. Ive only gotten piercings here but I definitely recommend them. They helped me make educated choices with my piercings and make it a clean and comfortable experience. I first came here when I was having issues with my surface tragus bar and Stormy was excellent at removing it and helping me figure what was wrong.

Today was my first time here. Everyone seemed really friendly and was willing to answer any questions I had. Jeff did an awesome job on my piercing and was very friendly. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you!

My wife and I stopped by Monday afternoon for a walk-in. We had a general idea of what we wanted. Brie was able to make the tattoos exactly as we wanted and was very good at listening to our wants. She did a great job and the place was clean and prices were great.

I went in and I got my navel and my doubles pierced. I was greeted by a bubbly staff and I had a great experience with Stormi, who comforted me throughout the entire piercing process! I went to Anchors End this previous week for my first tattoo. I had Jeremiah as my artist and he made me feel welcome, comfortable, and included me in every aspect of getting a tattoo. He was nice, kind, and relatable. With all that out of the way the tattoo was amazing and came out perfectly how I wanted. I cant thank Jeremiah enough and highly recommend him.

I got my first tattoo through Anchors End. The service was absolutely amazing and I was so pleased with the result! My artist was Joseph John and he was so helpful and reassuring the entire time, not to mention funny. My best friend and I both got our tragus pierced today and Jeff did an amazing job! I have 8 other piercings done by a variety of piercers and Jeff was by far the most thorough and professional. This is the only tattoo shop I go to; they are worth the drive. The shop is always clean, they staff is amazing, and the price is right. Janelle is one of my favorite artist to go to. Her work is stunning. Josh has also done some fantastic artwork on me too! Really you cant get a bad person here!

I went in on my eighteenth birthday to get a tattoo done. A week before I had scheduled it and done a tattoo consultation with Jay for a lotus flower and a strength symbol. I came back that next Wednesday and it turned out beautifully. He drew the tattoo and it was just awesome. I had no doubts about the work he was doing. He asked me questions for everything that I wanted with color and how it was laid out. It took about an hour and forty five minutes. It was a fairly low price for the work he had done. Jay guarantees all of the work he does for a year if any of the tattoo fades during and after healing. Im definitely going back and Id recommend this to anyone. Very clean shop and the staff is helpful and friendly.

This place is so professional. I went for a piercing and it went smoothly with the help of stormy I was able to relax and she comforted me during my piercing. Shes awesome! VERY friendly, awesome, and AMAZING staff!!! Right away when I walked inside I noticed how all the artwork on the walls dit the place perfectly. After arriving, I knew I had chose THE PERFECT PLACE! Unbeknownst to me tho, I quickly learned that they had a last call time that began one half hour before they closed at 8:00PM for getting piercings. I arrived after their last call time, and before I could leave the shop bummed out and without the new piercing I desired, the very beautiful and talented female artist working (I wish I would have at least asked her name to request for future piercings) said she would still do my piercing for me before they closed, even though it was past the ending time!! She was very nice and had no problem answering any and all of the questions that came to me. She made getting my new lip piercing a memorable and comfortable experience!! Jeff did my septum ring and I couldnt be happier. It has been a few weeks, it has already almost healed. He was very professional and friendly. He went over everything and answered any questions I had. When he says you will boop your nose all the time, do not question him. It will happen. I will definitely be coming back to Anchors end!

I came in for a nose piercing not knowing exactly what I wanted, but they explained anything I had questions about and helped me get the piercing I love today! All the staff were extremely friendly and helped me out when I got lightheaded. Everyone knows Anchors End is a great place, and I personally could not be happier with my first experience there. Brie is a talented artist, and she was so wonderful throughout my whole tattoo. 10/10 will get tattooed by her again.

I went here for my 3rd tattoo & Dustin worked on mine. It was a small & simple diamond, but he did amazing work & took his time! I went to a different place for my 1st two tattoos & Im not nearly as happy with them that I am of the one I got at Anchors End from Dustin! Thank you so much! I will definitely be returning for the next tattoos that I decide to get! Definitely a place to go to for any tattoos you plan on getting!

My first big tattoo on my forearm working towards a sleeve and i had the best experience with nick, just had an idea of what i wanted and he created a really beautiful mandala style design for me. he has the best vibe made me very comfortable. nick is awesome. have another session to go to add shading. i look forward to creating more pieces with him in the future

Best piercing shop in Duluth. I’ve had bad experiences in others, this place was by far the most kind and professional. I am definitely coming back and highly recommend this place. I went for a piercing and they said if I had any complications w the size of jewellery they would replace it with a larger bar for free which shows me they care don’t just do this for the money. They are quick to respond via email or voicemail and very happy to answer any questions you have.

Dean has done two tattoos each for my wife and I. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Amazing attention to detail, and nailed what we asked for. Highly recommend Anchors End, and especially Dean as an artist!

This is great for body piercings. I pierced my bellybutton here and it turned out great and I love the options especially if you have extremely sensitive skin. I am going back to get my cartilage double pierced I wish i went here for my lower earrings. The large selection of navel rings is a plus I replaced all mine with this store product It looks good and didn’t you’re a Tate my extremely sensitive

Referred my friends to Anchors End, sadly they had a terrible experience. The tattoo was rescheduled already due to a snowstorm, they sent the art two weeks prior to the artist Aron, they wait 45 minutes then are told Aron is sick and someone else could do the tattoos. They can literally see Aron eating pizza in the back. There was no receptionist or anyone up front to help, sadly it was not great for them though it has been for me 2020 and prior.

Stormi did a fantastic job! She made me feel so comfortable and supported during the piercing process! I will be going here again!

Just got a tattoo done by Andy, and it was an amazing experience. I went for a walk-in and didnt think theyd be able to fit me in but they did! (Im from out of town so had a limited timeframe). He was thorough with my drawing up my design based on my ideas, and created something that was beyond what I had in mind and made it very beautiful. Ive gotten multiple piercings here and their staff is so super friendly and professional. They are clear on how the actual piercing will go and all the aftercare instructions. I havent even considered going anywhere else after my first time getting pierced here.

I went in knowing only parts of what I wanted. Dean was the artist. I told him what I wanted to incorporate and then to use his imagination for the rest. When making my appointment, I was directed to Dean because he specializes in flowers so I felt really comfortable and was in good hands. I’m in love with my tattoo and when I tell the story of not knowing exactly what is going to be going on my body and kind of letting the artist go nuts, people think it’s crazy. I couldn’t be happier with how Dean made my arm!

I went to Jay for a memorial tattoo on 2/14/20. I had an idea and showed him some lettering fonts. Honestly it came out better than I even imagined! I couldnt be any happier. He also did my girlfriends tattoo that was amazing as well. Thats why I went to him. Strongly recommend

Good work, decent prices, nice people on staff. Sometimes, you have to be a bit picky about the design, but whats on the stencil is what will be on your skin. If they miss anything on the stencil, theyre more than happy to fix it for free. Your first touch-up within a year is free.The only thing they could do better would be to use saniderm, or whatever that cool plastic wrap is.

I waited months to get my first tattoo. It was incredibly important to me and they cancelled my appointment so suddenly they didn’t even have time to give me a call. I travelled 40min to get to Duluth. I was ready to get one tattoo and plan for another. I’m not even going to bother a reschedule. What an absolutely disappointing waste of time.

They called me to make me reschedule 3 times and by that time i wasnt able to come in because i moved out of state. I was bummed because i was never able to finish the color in my tattoo, so i had to leave with a unfinished tattoo. I had also driven 2 hours to get my tattoo before they called to reschedule. Saying all that, they do great work and i highly recommend them, i think i just got screwed.

Walked in off the street, Told Nick what I wanted, 10 minutes later he had it drawn up, and we tried several spots for placement, 30-60 minutes later Ive got a great tat with nice clean lines, and great shadeing! Not sure how long it took cause Nick was very friendly!My wife and I are gonna get matching tats and Im gonna request Nick to do it!

I had both my nose and tongue peirced here. My tounge ring came undone a couple days after I got it done..they took great care of me. Changed my nosw ring for me aa soon aa they said sage. Not a problem with either piercing. I love them both..thinking about getting more..and putting some color on me!! Awsome place to go!. Very clean.

I was visiting Minnesota from South Florida. The purpose of the visit was to meet five grieving mothers who were members of a grief group I facilitate on social media. As part of the weekend, we decided to get a small heart tattoo in remembrance of all our children that had died. Anchors End was recommended to us. We went as a group of six and waited on November 11, 2017 for our matching tattoo hearts. While I was waiting, I started to look at the piercing area of the facility. Taryn walked over and answered some of my question and suggested a small diamond like stud for a nose piercing. She then did the piercing of my nose. I returned home to Florida 3 days later, continuing to use a saline spray I purchased from Anchors End, as instructed. After about one week, I was looking at the outside of my nose and I could not see the diamond stud., even though I could still feel it slightly. By ten days, the stud was completely invisible and I could not feel it. I looked inside my nose and the entire post from the stud was hanging inside my nostril all the way down to the base of my nose. In that I had never had a nose piercing before, I asked a few people about my concerns. They all told me that there was something wrong and advised that I seek out help. I was recommended to go to Piercing Pro in Boca Raton, Florida. When I called the owner, and explained the situation, he told me immediately that the piercing was done incorrectly and that he strongly suggested coming into his facility. He said it could be infected as well. I left work early and arrived at the Piercing Pro. The owner who has been doing piercings, and only piercings for over 20 years, examined my nose. He told me again that the piercing was done incorrectly. He explained that the diamond like stud was too small that was used and had eventually imbedded itself in between the outer skin of my nose and the inside. Upon further examination, he said there was signs of an infection growing with pus. He removed the piercing and strongly suggested I seek out medical care. I then followed up with a visit to the emergency room where I was put on a course of antibiotics for 10 days as well as a follow up with my primary doctor. I called Anchors End 3 days later in that my husband was taken to the emergency room the following day and was admitted for chest pains. I spoke to Nick at Anchors End and explained the entire story. I told him that not only did I have an infection now, and was told that the piercing was done incorrectly, but I had incurred a total of $545 between the charge from Anchors End, the kind owner of Piercing Pro and the ER. I asked to speak to the manager regarding having my monies refunded as a small token on their part for all that I had to endure. Nick assured me he would have the manager call. Three days went by and I still had no call from Anchors End. I called them again today, on November 27 and spoke to Taryn. I asked to speak to Nick but she refused to do so. I proceeded to tell her I had explained my situation with Nick prior and was waiting for a call back from the manager. She said I know all about your story and we are not giving you a refund I told her again what I had to go through and she said that I should have called them. I said that would not have been possible at the time, because I was in Florida. I reminded her that I did call 3 days ago after I got my husband back home and stabilized. She then ended her conversation telling me that I had signed a waiver. I responded that the waiver was to hold them harmless, but not for negligence. With that, the conversation was ended. I then wrote a review on their FB page, which Jeff from Anchors End responded back that I had sexually harassed one of the tattoo personnel during my visit with the other grieving mothers. I was appalled by this. I am a 63 year old grieving mother. At this point, I am left with a huge bill and no compassion from Anchors End.

Went in for a memorial tattoo of many friends and family who have passed these last two years and for my brother who is passing now of cancer. I was so lucky to have Andy who took the idea in my head and brought it to life. I knew I wanted a frog standing up wearing a gray fedora hat with a horseshoe around his ankle and throwing a dart.What Andy came up with was above and beyond expectations and his saturation and blending of colors along with cool little shadows were impeccable.Give your tattoo artists the chance to do their jobs!!! Let them design...they will BLOW YOU AWAY with their skills! Andy....I LOVE LOVE LOVE! Super job and awesome awesome talented tattooer ~~

Just got a cover-up on the back of my neck witch was a little larger then the size of my hand. It came out very beautiful but when I talked to somone about the cost they said it was going to run me close to $350 when i was making the appointment and when finished with my tattoo he said $600 so i was a little shocked and felt a little ripped off. The tattoo I got on my leg witch is the size of my whole calf costed me the same somewhere else. I would recommend them if you dont mind spending a arm and a leg lol but also getting a very pretty tat. I honestly wont be going there again.

Wonderful facility. I came in with a drawing I had of my idea. Dean took it and had a beautiful tattoo ready when I came back a day later. He helped me make sure that everything was spelled right and that the placement was where I wanted it. Couldnt be happier with the work that was done.

SO RUDE!!! DEAN IS AN ASS I went with my friend to get hers here and we brought her 7 month old daughter because she didnt have a sitter and she is usually well behaved. And one of the tattoo artists (DEAN) that was just there sitting with the actual workers had the audacity to tell my friend that she was being a horrible mother by bringing her daughter and that is was a hazard zone because of the dirty needles and that he would never bring his kid here even tho it was in the waiting room not even by the needles. And then he backed it up by saying well she might distract the artists. It mightve been alright for him to just say that from the beginning but making her actually cry and continue to her harass her saying its a hazard zone and shes a bad mother is just belittling her!!! And when she messaged her artist Dustin saying sorry for leaving you worked so hard on the piece her artist just backed him up and said sorry maybe we can do it a different day when you arent busy!!! Never ever going here again!!

My tattoo turned out poor and jagged, the artist that did it seemed to rush it and it felt like he was like he was a heavy handed inker. I’ve had a tattoo from here before and it turned out great. I’ve seen many master piece tattoos come out of this parlor but mine was the poorest I’ve seen, I hope no one has the same issue with the artist I had.

Asked for a small circle- it was very expensive for something so small and simple, very uneven :(, and they said they would do a free touch up, but then when I tried to go in for a touch up they said they dont do touch ups on the weekends. As I live a couple hours away, a touch up to fix the tattoo is not possible on a weekday. Would not recommend this tattoo parlor.

Brought my daughter for a piercing, the front desk was professional and kind and the gentleman who did the piercing was also professional and kind. Very happy with their services.

Took girlfriend there for a very small hand tattoo. Expected it to be about $50 but once the tattoo was finished they said there was a $100 minimum on hand tattoos. Would be fine if they told us ahead of time but after the fact made us feel very ripped off.

If you or your kids are the type to pass out with a piercing, let me say theres probably nowhere Ive ever been thats more prepared for fainter 😂😂😂 I didnt pass out but was on the cusp (which isnt uncommon for me on many settings)... And they were 10000% prepared to handle it.

I have now come to the shop on 3 separate occasions during their stated business hours to find the shop closed and locked. There has not been any notice posted at the shop or on the website saying that there would be a change to their hours. Today when I went I could see someone through the window, but nobody answered the phone when I called.

Unable to get their act together. I drove a hour and a half for two separate appointments both times the artist wasn’t ready so they cancelled. I won’t ever do business at this place!
