Very rude and unprofessional. Wasted my time and they didnt care. I made an appointment for the following day after work to get my daughters ears pierced. Verified my appointment, rushed over...only to get there for the cashier to tell me that I had to wait two hours for the person to get there to do it. She even had my phone number... not even a courtesy call to let me know. Dont go to Sunland Claires 🙄 We ended up going to Banter right there in the mall lower level. EXCELLENT SERVICE and much better quality earnings!. Highly recommend Banter!!!

Make sure to ask for prices.i went to go get my ears pierced and i didnt ask for the price, on me but also the employee didnt mention the price, which i wasted like 100 dollars. i couldve just done it my self tbh.

3 people working. No one ever greeted us. 2 left and 1 alone on a Friday night. Doesnt seem like thats good time management. Then again Sunland is a dying mall..... Cant afford to treat customers badly need every customer that comes in. Needs to retrain team on selling and customer service.

Horrible service by Adriana Store 05743, she stated that I was a liar because her nail polish are dry and horrible... worst attitude and the manager is the same told her not to refund back my daughter her money.... people like that shouldnt have a job, she must go work to the street where she belongs!!!! Yelling at your customers wont do, plus your store is always empty and pushing away one more customer???? Good luck Claires at Sunland Park Mall....

Adriana is the best employees that works there always has a smile on her face. Help with a lot when I needed it. Great customer service. :)

Manager and Employees are extremely rude !!!!!!! You wont even imagine how rude they are. Poor customer service. Plus, theyre liars ! Dont waste your time ! If you got to go to Claires, choose a different one !!!
