Called to ask if the piercer was available today and they had said yes and that they left at 8pm.Pulled up at 7:15 and the whole shop was closed .Came all the way from the West side for nothing.

Clean and professional shop, @alwaysbig.j (IG) worked with me on two designs. One was a cover up on my arm and another a piece on my leg. He listened to what I was looking for and created several designs for me to see first. The other artists that I met were super talented as well. Definitely recommend.

Clean, safety and sanitation are well maintained. Being a 1st timer, I was a bit nervous, but happy with results and the way Jeremee answered all my concerns to include after care.

This was my second time coming here and I’m actually disappointed I got a cross with the word Jesus going down the middle I got this on my face but it was not placed where I wanted it it is not straight down the middle like I asked it is crooked going along my earlobe as you get to the last s the line is even more crooked going upward thanks for the flash sale but it looks like I’m getting a cover up

Got two piercing from him in two different visits. Aaron is fantastic. Went in, filled out the paperwork and was taken care of and out the door less than half an hour later, both times. He answers all the questions, with great patience and made me feel comfortable. $30 including the jewelry is a great deal as well. Would always recommend.

I walked in and it smelled clean, like they had just disinfected surfaces or something, which was reassuring. Once my turn to get my piercing was up, I was in and out. Efficient without feeling rushed. Plus, I didnt feel like I was being upcharged on extras. I think Aaron was the one that did it, and Im more than happy with it. Straightforward care instructions, and I was offered the chance to help with jewelry changing when it heals more.

When I went in they did my septum rlly quick, it didn’t hurt just a lil pinch like regular, the guy who was doing it were clean and even gave me a moment before piercing. The environment is very chill and comfortable, only thing is the employees could show a lil happiness lol😭

I got my septum pierced here yesterday. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and there were a few people ahead of me. They did so well, the piercing looks perfectly straight, and the service was exceptional. It stung a bit, but far less than the first time I had it done years ago. And only $30. Highly recommend.

I went in to get my nose pierced, and I didnt have to make an appointment or anything. I met with Aaron, who was very nice, respectful, and courteous. He was also very professional, in that he wore gloves, autoclaved the jewelry used, and explained every step of the procedure. He also volunteered to change out the starter jewelry, once my piercing healed. I recently returned to get the other side of my nose pierced, and I again met with Aaron. Same as last time. I highly recommend Aaron.

I wasnt happy with the first artist that I spoke with. His artwork wasnt bad it just wasnt what I was looking for and was referred to Ken. His work is phenomenal. Reasonable price. My tatt took about 7 hrs to complete.During the 7 hrs that I was there, I was able to witness some awesome work from the other artists. Expect great results. No bull.

Do not go to this place! I got an ugly a** tattoo at this place, plus they burn my skin i had blisters and the paint faded, i never asked for shadow and they did anyways, my “lotus flower” looks like a beetle or butterfly”instead 👎

Came on a weekday as a walk-in with my sisters. We were helped right away at the counter- the shop was very clean and everyone seemed welcoming! One of my sisters had Adrian, and my other sister and I had Jeremy as our artists. Both artists did a phenomenal job, and the prices were very reasonable for what we got!

I went in, asked about getting pierced, and it was quick. Piercer did a very nice job and I love my new piercings

Ken greater me and attended to me very professionally. He made sure that I picked the right size and colors of the tattoo. And his over all job was great. The price was fair.

I got both of my nostrils pierced here and Aaron did an amazing job! They healed quickly and were a 3/10 in pain! He also helped because I had gotten my septum done at Blue Panda and the piercer there did a horrible job. When Aaron saw the horrible job the other piercer did he fixed it, explained what the other piercer did wrong, and found a way to fix it. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and overall a very nice and helpful guy! I definitely recommend going here for any piercing!

This place is amazing!!! I had my tattoo done by Kenny Vandagriff. He did an AMAZING job. The watercolor and line work on my tattoo are perfect. He was very nice and the other staff that would come over and talk to me in the process were also nice. It was a great experience. I decided last minute to get my tongue pierced as well, and Aaron did a great job! My tongue piercing and tattoo have healed perfectly with the directions they gave for Aftercare. I found my go to place for any work I need done in the future!

Me and my wife went in for some flash tattoos that were posted online as 2 inch tattoos for $40 each. We both got 2 of these. All of them were half the size that they advertised at and one of my wifes tattoos were so thin that its barely noticeable, she will definitely have to have it covered. I dont hate on artists but that is out right false advertising

Bad bad bad. Don’t go here for piercings. Just had to go to a real *professional* to have the piercing removed only a half hour after leaving this place. The hole going in was higher than the hole coming out of the back of my ear, and both piercings were completely off! I left in tears. I called later in the day to see if there was anyway to refund me, solely on the principal of good business ethics to which they denied. So wrong...Lack of customer service and cleanliness tops my experience off too and will not be returning!Thanks guys, for stealing a veteran’s hard-earned money! 👍🏻

I got my nose pierced my lips and daith. Loved it. The guy that does piercing is very professional and does a good job at keeping your nerves down.

At this location, Aaron rocks. Great service, fast and friendly.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE OUR OLD REVIEW GOT DELETED!!! my friend and I went in to get our nose pierced back in january and they completely messed up the placement of my septum piercing and also didn’t use clamps to pierce it. also I thought it was very odd that they made us pay prior to the service rather than after like most shops do. I ended up getting a second opinion and they told me to take it out because there was no saving it and it was really painful and I went back here to get a refund for it. Friend had problems with her nose, but we shortly realized that the jewelry put in is not safe nor will help her piercing heal since it keeps moving around so much that it keeps opening back up. PLEASE for the love of god go somewhere else, they use cheap jewelry, didnt properly clean the areas they were piercing, and tried to tell us that it was our fault rather than their poor piercing skills.

Do not recommend got my belly button piercing there over a month ago and it hasnt healed at all. The ring was cheap I just got a new one hopefully that helps. Also, its crooked it didnt go through the dot he marked which is the last thing i care about at the moment but it is a little annoying when i look at it

I absolutely loved everything about this place. They were very helpful, safe and gentle throughout my piercing process. I just recently had my septum pierced with them and I plan to have my future piercings done with them. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Got my tragus piercing here and it was super clean and Andy was an amazing piercer and super nice!!

Would not recommend! Has a very awkward and unwelcoming ambiance. Yes a few are good artists I have to say. Also the piercer is never there when I wanted to get a piercing , they would always say come back which is inconvenient and unprofessional when it happened at least 3 times. Id say there are definitely better , more professional shops in El Paso then for the high prices there.

I dont even know any of the employees names, since they werent very friendly at all. It was my first time getting a piercing, which I got on my lip. They literally just pierced my lip and said I could leave. I wasnt asked if I wanted to see more jewelry or if I had questions on how to clean my piercing. I had to ask when I could change the jewelry instead of being informed. I felt pushed out, so I didnt bother to ask anymore questions. Ill definitely be going somewhere else to change my lip ring.

I got my lip pierced a few days ago I let him know this wasn’t my first time and it swelled pretty bad so with this knowledge he still put in a short bar. It swelled badly today so I called ahead so that he can remove it when I got there they told me he left to get more supplies and that there is no one here to help me . Poor customer they are terrible with having the supplies together avoid getting piercing there

My friend and I went in for nose piercings and we were greeted by Aaron who did both our piercings. He was friendly, attentive and courteous, he answered all our questions and did a great job on the piercings.

I went in to get a touch up on a small tattoo on my hand that I did on myself and ended up in tears on how messed up they left it. It was composed of a few straight lines. I was even complemented on how straight they were. I just wanted it to be darker and more uniform since it was a stick an poke. The first indication that I should have left immediately was when the little bench I had my hand on moved right as the guy was going in to touch it up which made him poke me and he had to make those lines longer to cover it up. My tattoo ended up being thicker, uneven, and way more crooked than I would have ever wanted. I can’t wait for it to fully heal so I can get it removed. I’m incredibly upset that now I’m going to spend even more money to remove it.

First I have to say I cannot comment on the artistry of the tattooers or piercer...I CAN, however comment on their customer service...or lack thereof. I’ve been wanting to get pierced and had this place highly recommended or rather their piercer miss aaron DuC-yo-messages. I called the shop initially a couple times with no answer and then resigned to contacting the piercer himself...I expressed my enthusiasm as well as the praise he received from this ominous ‘Buster’ character from another tattoo shop...all to be left on ‘Seen’ and never a response. You would think with as cold of a shoulder the vibe of this place gave, that I f***ed their mothers and stole their women and now their children call me ‘daddy’ 😂😂😂. But I have no ties to anyone that works here, was but a potential customer...happily took my business elsewhere.

Omg I got my medusa pierced for the 2nd time! The piercer was very nice and answered all my questions (first time, different place, didnt go well). My medusa is healing very well and I am SUPER HAPPY with the results

Loved the atmosphere of the location and the artists there. I am so happy with the work done by Bubba. I will more than likely fly back into El Paso just to come back to get tattooed here again.

I love my tattoo it was great. A very professional shop. Affordable great art and the experience was great. The only thing I would recommend is for the staff to have more people skills. But other than that you get what you pay for. Im very pleased. :)

I went recently for a tounge piercing. Everyone I interacted with was awesome. Piercer was excellent (I forgot his name) had me in and out within minutes. I will definitely be back for more!

Came at 8:20pm on a Tuesday & they were not open after I had called earlier and they said they closed at 9pmReply to owner: No, I had called earlier that day to both montwood and hawkins locations to ask what time the one on montwood closes and both people said 9pm. Also when I arrived at the montwood location, your door said you close at 9pm. BTW yes my review does count because I was going to get a piercing and wasted my gas driving there only to find that I was lied to twice about the closing time.

One of the best tattoo shops in el paso. George Galindo had been doing this for a long time and his artistry is second to none. George only hires artists that have just graduated art school and they have to complete a 6 month apprentice program. No previous tattoo shop jumpers here. All the artists here are extremely talented. The owner is a good Christian morale man. I will return.

The artist I had did not give me the tattoo I wanted. I showed him a picture and said I want it to look just like this and instead he took the easy way out trying to hurry and finish me since I was a walk in. I got an American flag and some of the stars are dots, the outline is thicker in places than others, the shading goes outside the outline and after talking to other shops and people I known with more experience getting tattoos I found out I was overcharged.

I was disappointed with my experience. At first, the artist quoted me 200 dollars for a single color 4x4 tattoo. After settling on 150 dollars he rushed through my tattoo in 30 minutes. The lines are crooked and uneven. The outline is blotchy and uneven.The artist was standoffish and I felt like I was dealing with a pawn shop instead of a tattoo parlor.DONT BE FOOLED. There are artists at this tattoo shop that do great work (i.e. John Sunderland). Take a look at his portfolio.There is not good consistency between artists. I would consider a different shop or at least research each artists portfolio.I was offered a free touch-up, but Im considering paying for a touch-up somewhere else.

Only thing I dont like, BIG TURNOFF, is the filthy music they play.Too loud, as well.Should consider that their customers are ALL AGES, not everyone likes to listen to this trash!On another note, Ken is great, and the staff is pretty friendly......Get some different tunes on!!!!!😜

I had these posers tattoo my little girls name on my arm and the lines came out all crooked. Not only did they mess up my arm but they tricked me into paying way more and charged a Dr.s wage.What goes up always comes down and these guys will eventually burn their reputation among El Paso.

I gave the guy the picture, a simple heart with wings thinking how can he screw this up? The wings are shorter and he shaded them in when I told him I wanted the exact ones in the picture. Its okay but not what I wanted.

Aaron has done all my facial piercings. Love the atmosphere here and 100% happy with each of my piercings. Go see Aaron for your piercings!!!

Been twice here and both times they’ve been fantastic! Ken did my newest piece and I can honestly say it’s my favorite one.

Had an appointment with artist “Ken”. Waited an hour past my appointment because he was working with someone. Asked how much longer it would be, told me another half hour which is ridiculous and unprofessional. Will never recommend anyone to go here, take your money to an establishment that respects their clients.

Crazy expensive and they did a horrible job. Had to go to another place to get it fixed. First time they messed up, I gave the benefit of the doubt. Tried a second time, still bad. No clean lines, uneven etc. Horrrrrrrrible.
