I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done by Gil at Pumping Ink, and I couldnt be happier with the experience and the final result. From the moment I walked into the studio, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Gil is an incredibly talented artist. He took the time to listen to my ideas and worked with me to create a custom design that perfectly captured what I had in mind but better. The final tattoo exceeded my expectations and the overall design looks even better than I imagined. I will definitely be returning for my next tattoo!

First and foremost let me start by saying the experience that I had from beginning to end was so comforting and welcoming. The wait time was super minimal. My artist was Pablo He really listened and delivered on what I asked for. Definitely check him out you won’t be disappointed. It was a great conversation definitely will be back in the future to get more work done by him. Love that they make things so convenient by being open 7 days a week. Once you walk in the shop you can tell they take pride in what they have created.

Gonna give this place a solid 10/10. The vibes are great and staff is very friendly and helpful. Front desk girl Jessica is very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will be back and recommend to my friends and family 💯

Idk how this tattoo place even has this rating but don’t be fooled. I was young when I got my tattoos here in 2018/19 and finally writing my review. not knowing what’s professional/not professional and the ink I have on my body is horrible. The lines are not good at all. The other one, the artist offered me a shot before hand (I thought it was normal at the time) and now this tattoo is covered up. But the artists here are not good at all, over charge, take advantage of military members especially. I got my nose pierced here before but the jewelry that was used was a flat bar…. And it was short L, No way that healed. There’s way better tattoo shops out there, please avoid this place.Replying to their response: it’s really gaslighting to invalidate my experience and call me a liar. I finally grew the courage to leave a review. The guy Vegas was one of the tattoo artist and I can’t remember the other guys name. Anyways, that response is the only one needed to prove my point of how unprofessional they are.

Got my sleeve done by Pablo. Its amazing. Great place and great group of artists. Very professional and very friendly. These guys know how to make it happen. Stop by and get your tat done. You wont regret it.

Hannah is the bomb! Me, my husband, and my best friend have all gotten tattoos from her. She’s so talented and a really cool person. I love her art style, and definitely plan on going back to her!

Ive gotten 3 tattoos with artist Omar. Hes amazing! His art work is awesome, his lines are clean, He is friendly, and always makes sure you are comfortable. His hand is so light you hardly feel the needle. I definitely want to continue to get more of his art work. 👍🏼👍🏼

I got a tattoo from here a few months ago and my artist, Hannah was an absolute gem! Not only did she do great work and was dope as hell, she made the experience as smooth as possible and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend her as an artist and will definitely be going back to her for some more ink in the future!

Kenny Munson is incredible!!! Hes quite OCD when it comes to cleanliness and detail. I asked him to tattoo a sentence from a letter my mom wrote before she died when I was 19 yrs old. The penmanship is ON POINT. He took his time and completely understood what I was looking for. We shared a moment afterwards...I was so happy with his work and he seemed honored to be the one to do the job. Kenny, Ill be back. This is beautiful!!! Look for him! You wont be sorry! He was also thorough about aftercare.

Omar was the dopest guy to get tatted with, went in and he showed me his stile of tattooing, at first I honestly wasn’t into his style but he worked with me and I worked with him, he made sure to go out of his way to find a style I liked and procceded to draw something I was comfortable with 😮‍💨🙏🏼 loved the end result would definitely go back to him 😮‍💨🙏🏼

Hannah did my first tattoo and totally rocked it the red ink looks sick and her lines are great!!! She also made sure I was comfortable and in as little pain as possible 💖

A great shop filled with great artists and a place i would definitely recommend. An artist there name Omar has worked on me about 3 times and has been amazing every time. He cares a lot about the cleanliness of his station, he’s pays extreme attention to detail when he tattoos, and he’s genuinely a great person to be tattooed by. 10/10 for both the artist and the shop.

No other place in El Paso I’d go for a tattoo. Friendly staff and great prices considering the great quality of tattoos they produce. Couldn’t recommend Omar enough. --The service was great. Pretty fun dudes. Kept us entertained, and it was worth the wait. Two things and a complaint though:1. Waited too long bc even though I was next, the dude took two people before me. I dont care if they were quick piercings, I was there first.2. Price was ok for the detailed of my dreamcatcher, but when I reminded the artist what he had forgotten, hed get an attitude. Im sure it was just joking around bc we laughed it off, but I still think he wanted to cut corners bc it was getting late and I was the last one. Not my fault he took two people before me when it was my turn. He was cool though. He did add the requests.Lastly, it did look great (the dreamcatcher) until now thats healing. You can see he missed a few spots. I highlighted and put this pic on black and white so you can see the spots he missed. If you look closely, the gray ish spots, theyre pieces missing. Or not enough ink. It looks awful. It looks like my little brother drew it on with sharpie.I will be calling you guys. And once it heals and make sure it is missed spots, I will fly out there for you to fix it. Oh yeah, I am not from Texas. I was there on vacation. And now I have to fly back bc of their rush.

I took my 5 year old here to get her first ear piercing. Kenny did a great job. He was training someone, so it took a little longer but I honestly didn’t mind because he did a very good job going through each step. He was great with my daughter. I can see myself and my husband coming back to this shop if either one of us wanted a new piercing or tattoo. *I also wanted to note that although it was a piercing and not a tattoo I didn’t feel the service was overpriced. It was $80 including a nice pair of earrings.*

I’ve gotten multiple tattoos by Hannah, and she has done amazing work on all of them! She is very friendly and has always made me feel welcome and happy to tattoo me. I am absolutely in love with this tattoo shop. I have never been to a tattoo shop where they work around your hours and go above and beyond to create your stencil and perfect it to a T. My artist was Hannah Valentine. The literal best tattoo artist in that entire shop. She did my whole half sleeve in 5 hours and gave a break when we both needed one. She was so sweet and kind and had a fantastic sense of humor. She made the tattoo feel like light work ( it was my first tattoo ) and just made the overall environment of the tattoo a safe space. She also comforted me during the painful parts and was super motivational ans positive. My cousin was visiting for the week and we decided to get tattoos while he was here. We ended up walking into Pumping Ink and were almost immediately referred to a couple of the artists there. Mario was a good dude and extremely talented. Very professional place and artist. I love how he finished up my sleeve.

Very happy with my experience! My Medusa piercing was done by Melissa and she was so sweet, professional, quick, clean, and even let me kids watch and she was so kind to them. She also wore a mask while she pierced me which I appreciated. She made sure I was happy with the placement before she pierced me, and when I wanted it slightly higher she happily marked it again perfectly! I ended up with exactly what I wanted. ☺️ Altogether everyone I spoke with at the shop was super nice and friendly. It made me less intimidated which I always am when I walk into tattoo shops 🤣 Will probably go back soon for another piercing!

Tattoo artist was great. He works on tattoos on himself to make sure you are getting the vest experience you can possibly get. The place is honestly great and was open on a Sunday which most days a lot of shops are close. My man, I didnt get his name, bout to go tip him extra, fixed my liner after he pierced my septum. I know where my family is going for piercings and tats. Much loveIf I could leave another review I would. Went back after two years to get my septum re-done. I swear they are the only ones I trust. Amazing job. Great people. Chill atmosphere. Prices that cant be beat.

Came here specifically to see hannah! She was so understanding and really took the time to listen to what I wanted which is important to me as it was my first tattoo. Ive been going to her ever since especially for my white ink tattoos! I now have 6 tattoos from her and anticipate getting more.

Overall, great experience! Very professional and friendly staff. The tattoo artist was very talented, professional and consistent with quality (we did a group of 13 guys). The shop itself is very inviting and the atmosphere was amazing. I will be using their services in the future!

Very nice indeed. So I got my nose pierced just today, and it was a very fast and pleasant experience. We go in and pay at the counter and waited for barely five minutes. The man who did the job was fast and efficient, genuinely gave me no time to panic. Which personally I thought was really funny.All in all its a really cool place and good atmosphere.

Shop took my momma, brother, and I as walk ins. Within five minutes of talking to the staff at the front desk, we each had an artist ready to work with us. The entire shop was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our individual artists were attentive and their work was nicely done. Junior worked on my design and I absolutely love it. I wouldnt go to anyone else. Rob did my mommas first ever tattoo and was in tune to her discomfort and knowing when she needed a break. Long story short lol great place to go. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to the price being a bit high for the size, but at the end of the day, better to pay more for quality. Happy we found this shop.

Please, please do not go here. Just recently went to get nip piercings. I don’t remember the piercer name, but nothing had been sterilized, including my own skin, and when asked about it I was told “it’s good”. I should have just stopped right then and there, but I paid upfront. However, it gets worse. The same needle was used for both, with once again, NO sterilization. The left one is almost vertically pierced and the right is almost pierced through the very top. Super butchered. I should’ve stopped at the start, so please, do not go here.

Pumping ink is amazing! Friday I went in to get my septum pierced (4th time getting it done) and she did an amazing job. The clamp was too tight and it felt weird but she loosen it a little. Everything went great and Im happy with the service!!

Had such a good experience the first time I had to get my wife in for her tattoo asap. She was tattooed by Mario and he was able to turn her idea into reality. We couldn’t be more happy with this shop and Mario!

Had made an appointment for Saturday at 3 pm to get a forearm piece done. I show up to my appointment and am told that they had booked me and three other people at the same time. So I would have to come back at a later time. So after several failed attempts to get in contact with my artist to change the time I finally just called the main number for pumping ink. Talked to them and schedule my new appointment for the following day at 1 pm. I show up and get told that I was an hour early that we had agreed my appointment was at 2pm instead of 1pm. I end up staying and waiting for my scheduled time and when i finally get called back my artist who was supposed to already have started working on drawing up my design that I showed him days prior is barely starting. He cut out a lot of detail from my original idea and I didn’t know this until after he finished. Very disappointed.

I finally found a great tattoo artist who knows what their doing..Sal is great hes given me a very colorful sleeve, exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be going back to Sal for my tattoos!!

I got my first tattoo here & they charged me 250 for a small tattoo. the tattoo looks like the picture i wanted, but the lines aren’t even & i can’t believe i was scammed out of that much. now after going to professional shops & getting quality work, i know this place scams. women don’t go alone to this tattoo shop if it’s your first tattoo or if you don’t know much about tattoo prices. they take advantage of us.

I came in to see Hannah (@hannahveld on Instagram) and I cant say enough good things! She was absolutely lovely and understanding....my nerves disappeared after arriving. She did everything she could to understand exactly what I wanted! I got two symmetrical hand tattoos in white ink and Im in love with them. The design is super cute and she made sure I was comfortable with it before beginning to tattoo. Not only do I have two great pieces but I have an amazing memory to walk away with! Ill be back soon just for Hannah!!

It was wonderful amazing, clean and everyone is proper and funny. Also great with kids. I had a great man named Alex who had such a light touch I didnt even notice he was doing my tattoo. I also had a friend there as well who got one done where every place said for 800 dollars and they did t for 400 and it turned out better then any other place could of done. The skill at this shop is legendary in my eyes, I advise all to go to pumping ink I promise you, you all will not be disappointed from the experience. Everything is reasonably priced and there always willing to work around schedules. There is so much more, but you need to head down there and find out for your self😁

I went to get my tattoo to cover my scars and my amazing tattoo artist WISH did an amazing job covering them. I went back to get my other piece done she never disappoints me great work and quality job. Recommend her 100% for all your needs. Definetly getting more work done by her.

Lady In the front is RUDE . She needs to work on her customer service because she looks like she’s having the worst day in her life . I don’t think you guys should keep her in the front if you still want customers to come in .

I’ve been looking for “my” tattoo artist for over a year and I finally found my perfect match in Hannah 🖤 she’s been working on my sleeve and she’s nailed every idea I’ve brought to her, plus she’s super cool and we vibe super well. I can’t wait to see her again for the next part of my sleeve 😤 (I don’t have a good pic of the tarot cards she did most recently but I do have the skull!)

Both my mom and I got tattoos done by Alex. Super clean studio, awesome customer service and overall amazing atmosphere. The entire studio was talking with each other and talking to my mom and I as we were getting our tattoos done, they were super friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a place to get some ink done, check this place out, I recommend it and I would definitely go back.

Man was the service great! We went in for matching tattoos and Jacob aka Horse did them and it was an overall great experience we talked and jammed and felt right at home we will definitely be coming back for more!! I would definitely recommend this place to all everyone!

So I’ve had tattoos done here before so I’m not complaining on this portion, dude did great. On the other hand, I got septum piercing done a few days ago. The ring is way to big to flip and my lip hits it when I go to eat. I understand if it’s the only size they had but this is painful. Right after he put the ball on, he didn’t clean the blood running down my face. He said “your done” and went to go talk a coworker. No after care. None. Now, a few days later, something is not right. I’ve been through a number of piercings, including my nose, and I have never been in so much pain.

Sal is a very talented artist. I came in for a consult and they got me in same day, people were friendly and the shop is clean. I can say this is by far the best tattoo on my body. Worth the 80 minute drive and a much appreciated piece on my forearm. I plan on going to sal for my next piece already.

First off thank you Gibby for my cover up. I went in and they immediately wanted to help me out with my cause. Got a bad tat years ago that I’ve allowed to take up real estate on my calf. Decided to get a quote and a better idea and these guys from the front desk to the seat just kept saying we can do this and this or this. My idea turned out much better with their help. Gibby took me on right away and didn’t even hesitate to get the work done. Price was good to me, it did turn out a little pricier from the original quote but the work turned out a little bigger also, so I’m satisfied with the price. Great friendly place to go. Thanks for the sick tat! I’ll have to come by for more work.

First had to wait 2 hours for the tattoo artist to show up then he over charged me ($100) for a 2x2 wrist tat that wasn’t even in the right color, i asked for red and got black; also i got my septum pierced and they did it too low on the cartilage and claimed that i moved which i did not because my friend was recording..and didn’t give me an option for a nose ring just gave me a big thick nose ring. i will not go back here ever again,terrible customer service and terrible prices.

Omar is goated, went in as a walk in for a quarter sleeve with a lot of detail, shading, and color and he absolutely crushed it! 10/10

Went in, and Vegas was drinking on the job before my tattoo. I thought he would be fine and I let him tattoo on me, but he ended up tattooing crooked lines and bad spacing. Did not use lubricant either. After sleeping on it to see if it looked better in the morning. I decided to go back in to touch up with a different artist because I was afraid of him messing it up further. I didnt give this review a 1 star only because the tattoo artist named Star saved my tattoo. Thank you to her, she did AWESOME. Was very professional and great. I learned a great lesson from this, which is dont give the artist the benefit of the doubt when you feel in your gut that theyre not the one. Good looking tattoo place, but I would not recommend anyone else but Star.

I live out of state and contact Pumping Ink online and asked if they could fit a whole sleeve in, I booked LilAlex for 2 back to back sessions. From the moment I walked in I felt like family, every artist in the shop is amazing. My sleeve ended up taking 19 hours and 3 days back to back to back but it came out perfect and Alex made sure of it. Couldn’t ask for a better artist or a better shop. I’ve already had him start on my next tattoo design. If your in the market for a new tattoo Pumping ink is the only place you should go.

I came to El Paso for a month and wanted to get a El Paso inspired Tattoo, since I was born and raised here.I found Wish through insta (@bluegreen9474) and man between her portfolio and personality she was definitely a great fit for me. I ended up getting 2 tattoos in the month, so far, with another one with her this coming Monday. I am happy I have a tattoo artist here in El Paso now👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥In regards to the tattoo shop, it is a really cool place and very clean. The people working there are all friendly and even offered me cake when it was one of their birthdays.Overall this place is definitely 5⭐️

I just loved my two experiences at Pumping Ink. Although it is on the higher end of price it is well worth it. Both My experiences I had the pleasure of getting my work done by STAR! She is Amazing and a great person To be around. Her work is Beautiful and well detailed. I even had her redo one of my old tattoos and fell in love with her version of it. I would definatly recommend Pumping Ink to anyone looking for their first or next tattoo.

Went into the shop without appt and looked at portfolios. For the work I needed done Alex’s was the best in my choice. I’ve gotten tattoos for the last twelve years and this is some of if not the best work I’ve had done. Staff was funny and all around good people. I’ll be heading back soon for more work. If you go here get Lil Alex, he is very professional and does an amazing job. He tattooed a rose on my girlfriends shoulder blade and it looks amazing, like there is a real rose on her back. It was done quickly but not rushed, and the price was really fair. I highly recommend getting your tattoo done by Alex.

Such a great place-- have and will go back! My artist was Wish (IG: bluegreen9474) and would absolutely recommend.Wish promptly responded to my dm inquiry on Instagram and we set up a time later in the week to do my line-work tattoo on my forearm. This tattoo has a lot of meaning for me and I was excited to finally get it and very confident that she would do a great job. She nailed it, and was very personable during the appointment.I went in again with a friend who got something similar but with shading (Wish added white highlights which look a m a z i n g), and am going back with another friend later this week.

Went in to get a traditional cross, the artist told me to wait an hour which was fine. Then the artist left because he had an important call and had to leave. He then tells me that he was going to set me up with another artist without informing me that he is an apprentice. Wish they would have consulted with me first, I felt majorly disrespected and as if my time and money were not valued here.

Got my first tattoo done here by Jacob. My tattoo was very difficult and tedious work for him to do but he tackled it with a great attitude & it turned out amazing. The people are friendly & willing to help you get exactly what you want. I probably had Jacob re-draw my design 5 or 6 times but he had no problem with it cause they wanted it to be exactly what I wanted. Thanks Pumping Ink!

Stilo did both mine and my friends nose ring. He was so calming, patient, and made sure that we were comfortable and okay. He was super fast and careful at the same time, all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Me and my best friend did a walk in. Everyone was super nice and had great personalities. Wish did our tattoos and she was nothing short of amazing! She even helped come up with a design!!!

I literally loved how fast and clean it was , i got my nose pierced and sergio did it fast and i didn’t feel a thing. he gave me little time to panic or think and made sure i was comfortable as i’m super anxious around needles, everyone was super nice and funny the environment was super friendly .I will definitely be coming back here.

I went to get a tattoo here and on my second session I couldnt take it so one of my artist says it cool come back in a month itll be no charge since we didnt finish. Called he back but he NEVER EVER answered or got back to me. Even tho he would reply to my text before that situation. I understand youre busy but when your word is given its given. Beautiful work but poor in that area. You represent your store.

Went to see Lil Alex for my first tattoo. What an experience! He eased my fears and took his time. He showed me everything before he started and explained everything. I had a great time, from the friendliness of the staff and visitors to the great conversations and the music selections. I will be back!!

Ive been coming for years and I always get the best work done by most of the artist and never left unhappy. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Hands down the best in El Paso. I have never had a bad experience in all the years and Im a cry baby when it comes to pain and they dont care that I scream in pain lol they get the job done.

After 6 months, my industrial piercing began to push its way out. I went in to fix it and had to pay full price plus some for just the top piercing when I had itdone in the shop originally.Yes I did speak to management. All she said was its still $60

I took half a dozen other military guys from my unit to this shop and we all had the same opinions. As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere of Pumping Ink was totally different than the dry, grungy condition that this part of El Paso maintains. Its a clean, cool establishment with all modern equipment and lots of natural sunlight. The shop is equipped with an excellent sound system and jukebox that rivals most bars, so you can jam to your favorite tunes while getting inked. There was a cute chick covered in tats (which every shop should have) handling the transactions and paperwork. All of the employees were down to earth, friendly, and very helpful when figuring out what each of us was looking to get done. I personally dealt with Mike Aragon, who was a cool dude and very talented.Prices were reasonable, and everyone was more than satisfied with their finished works of art. Anyone on or off post looking to get work done, this is THE legit spot to go.THANK YOU PUMPING INK!I also have a response for the negative review left by Jessica:They print right on their damn receipts that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If I owned a tattoo parlor and some disgruntled customer threatened me with with legal action over $60, I would screw you over too just for being a prick. Next time try reasoning with the owner instead of threatening them, and dont go leaving bad reviews without a solid reason.

Got a tattoo here by Vegas, it is terrible and over priced.. I look at it everyday and I hate it.. I went back in to have Meteor fix it. He did what he could and made it better than before but I honestly hate this tattoo..the roses, my daughter could drawl better ones no dimension to them and all the shading is him taking up space on my beautiful skin. The beads dont even have a starting or ending point, I hate this tattoo. 😢 the ppl are nice and a good time though. David the manager did try and do right for me.. But the damage was done already. If u go here dont go with Vegas unless all you want is a drinking buddy.

I searched a few places but they were eager to have my business and their prices were substantially cheaper than other shops near by. I recommended some friends to come here also and they were also happy with the quality of work. The atmosphere was great with tattoo paintings and they had great music as well. If I’m ever down this way again I’ll be sure to save a spot of skin for these guys.

Went here to get a cover up done paid 600 upfront, half way through the session Gibby had to leave. I had a clear picture of what i wanted done. The lines were crooked and half of them dont even connect. It was simple feathers, but you cant even tell what they are on half of them. I stated that the lines he drew were way to big, but he proceed andways. He colored my leafs brown, even though they were black and white in the picture. Now im out 300$ that was never finished. I have and even worse tattoo that i need to clean up, and now that its so bad no one will touch it. Wont even call me back to finish up the work. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you like being ripped off and your in a hurry.

First time getting a tattoo and Ricky did an amazing job! He tried his best to be gentle and was very professional both mine and my boyfriend’s tattoos came out great!

Came here to get a septum and it got pierced crooked. Although the issue was fixed, the time my friend and I spent waiting for the septum took long because the piercer was talking with his friends and walking around the shop for 20 minutes. While he was piercing my septum, he was yelling and talking to his friends across the room while the needle was through my nose. Didn’t get any tips on how to take care of it either afterwards, and my nose wasn’t disinfected before the procedure. Really unprofessional, do not recommend at all.

I’m not sure how septum piercings are usually done but I would assume you would clean the area before piercing like any other piercing I’ve had done, this was not the case. Besides not cleaning the area before, I was not told what size he pierced my septum with or how to care for it other then sea salt and water, I also was not offered to see the piercing before I left which at the time I thought was odd but I trusted him. When I got home I noticed it was crooked and very low on one side. I removed it and will be going elsewhere to get it repierced. Only reason I have two stars is because when I walked in I wasn’t clear on what part of my nose I wanted pierced and he charged me for the side of my nose instead of septum which is more and didn’t charge me the full price thank goodness, and they were also very friendly.

First time going here and Star did a phenomenal job with my piece. I will sing her praise for a long time because the tattoo was everything I wanted. Very reasonable price, comfortable, and true professional.

Paid 1200 for a half sleeve, my artist wouldn’t even call me back to finish the tattoo after I finished paying… had to have a different shop finish it… also the tattoo is terrible doesn’t even look like the original drawing

The tattoo is great but unfortunately many employees, including the tattoo artist that was working on me, were not wearing a mask. I went in last week and I have been feeling sick since last night. I havent seen anyone else so Im pretty sure I got sick there. A shame cause Im all for ppl working during covid but this happened and I felt embarrassed to tell them to put a mask on. Wish I had done it cause now Im sick and potentially can get my spouse sick as well.

Great walk-in service! Very professional clean and clearly show you that the equipment they use for your art is straight from the sterile package. My artist Angel did great fade work on my tattoo.

I believe in you get what you pay for deal but asking 80$ for a quarter size, black and white heart is just ridiculous. The guy in the desk was cool but the guy who was going to do the tat was a dick. He kept pressuring me to get it in a certain location and I kept refusing but he kept poking at it to change it. Annoying..I didnt want it to be visible for many reasons but he kept judging me for it. Instead went to a shop up the street, got a bigger size and better design, on the place I wanted to get it on, for 40$ and the guy was awesome!

Go check out Vegas and his guys! I came out to this shop from Bliss with a couple of friends and we all got tattoos there. The staff there were so awesome I came back the next day with more of my friends the next day so we could all get more tats. When we get back from deployment, I am going to bring bring the whole unit out here for end of tour tattoos.

I am only rating them a 1 star because that is as low as it can get. January 12th I paid a 60$ deposit to Vegas to draw up the picture I had in mind, he said it was a deposit on the tattoo, and it was a shop policy. We had a meeting a week later, and he didnt show up. The next week he didnt show up either. A different tattoo artist said he would do it, and I said okay, and 2 weeks later there is still no drawing. I spoke to the owner yesterday asking what he was going to do about it, and said I wanted my $60 back, and he said he didnt have it... I said that didnt work for me, and then I said, I would hate to have to contact a lawyer or something to get back 60$ and he said, How can you prove it? I said I have the receipt and at that point he just walked away... Seriously what kind of owner wouldnt make good on his employees failures? do NOT go to this shop, I encourage all other military in this area to choose any other shop, they might be convenient to drive to, but their customer service leaves me wondering about the quality of their work.

“Doubt” did my dermal neck piercing and was struggling throughout the whole session. When I got home I barely touched it and it fell out. Dermals are the hardest piercings to come out so I know for a fact that he didn’t do it right! Never again will I let him pierce me again, and when I went back I asked if I can get another piercing for the same price and of course they said no. I’m so upset

I definitely could’ve gotten this tattoo for cheaper elsewhere and it probably would have looked better. It’s not terrible and the staff was super friendly. But the line work is crooked and it’s just not something I’m very happy with. 500 dollars was not worth it.

I went in for a percing. The person that did my piercing wasnt friendly at all. He didnt make me feel comfortable and was rude to my friends and I. He didnt tell me the steps on how he was going to pierce it, or what type of jewelry or size he was putting in my nose. After he finished my piercing, he also didnt tell me the steps on how to clean it either. Which I would assume all these steps are very important, especially if someone has never gotten a percing before and wanted it to be professional done. After a couple weeks, I went to another percing place and she said he did a bad job, luckily she saved it, and now its so much better.

This place is absolutely amazing and good at what they do, everyone is friendly, they will help you out and work with you. The pricing is really fare. I had LilAlex as my artist and he did a great job. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been going back and forth for years about getting this piece done and I gave this guy nothing to work with and it blew my mind. Amazing place to go. The prices are very reasonable and the people are amazing. I had a 6 hour session with Meteor and he was amazing. I will not be going to any other place than this one. They make you feel like family and not just a client.

Got home from a 9 month long deployment and wanted to get some ink. Came in and showed what I wanted and payed $180 up front. Got assigned some artist who took 2 hours to draw up some simple trees and 2 words. Finally got to the tattooing, dude wouldn’t stop complaining about how he wasn’t comfortable tattooing because it wasn’t at his station and kept getting more and more adgitated. Guy didn’t even ask me before putting colored ink into the tattoo that I wanted black and grey.... The tattoo itself healed and showed to be less than satisfactory, the shading doesn’t show in 75% of the piece, the lines are crooked and incomplete, and to top it off, color didn’t even stay in the tattoo at all. Don’t waste your time and money here, whole lotta pain for nothing worthwhile.

I came here a couple days ago to get a dual tragus piercing. There were quite a few things I wasnt happy about with my experience at Pumping Ink. I got both of them done for $60, but that seemed overpriced. After I left, I looked up other places who did it for way cheaper. My piercer didnt clean my ears before he pierced me, I didnt get to chose which earrings I wanted (I assume he put in nose studs), took a long time for him to pierce me, and he gave me no information on how to take care/clean my piercing. Lastly, my piercing was stuck half-way out of my tragus when I woke up. So I had to pull whatever they left in my ear out and find a different earring then painstakingly open the hole back up. This place was suggested to me but I wouldnt suggest it for any piecing and will not be coming back for anything else.

I got a tattoo finished up today by Alex Inostroza & it turned out absolutely wonderful..& it is a pretty big traditional style flower back piece.. I love the atmosphere in the shop.. everyones really friendly.. & I would definitely recommend getting work done by Alex to any of my closest friends.. great place!

Not a great energy to this place. The people are drunk and rude. The lady at the front was helpful but everyone else there only seemed to care about who was buying them cigarettes or showing up with more beer. Completely unprofessional and I wouldnt risk getting something permanent done there.

I understand there is an overhead but went to get a name and a crown and the price I was quoted was more than double at another place. Than as I was leaving the tattoo artist was rude and said he wasted his time for nothing...when all he did was print an image from a computer...Not professional in my opinion.

Best place Ive been to get a tattoo, I was able to finish off my sleeve with STAR and every where I go I get complemented by the fantastic artwork she made, definitely recommend her to her a masterpiece
