Karen at the Kiosk has the worst attitude. I felt completely humiliated. Because I was returning a necklace and charm due to personal reasons she stated that I just shouldnt buy anything. Then stated that I not come back as I walked away and held up an X with her fingers. Id give this review a 1 star but the other girls are absolutely amazing and always so pleasant and helpful but Karens bad attitude and poor customer service skills overshadow the experience. I really dont believe anyone with such poor people skills should be working with the public. I pray whatever is making her so bitter towards people gets better.

My brother went there to get his chain repaired. They had them come back 3 to 4 days later to pick it up. Decent service. Very nice store inside a mall.

We went today when they had a sale going on. Yes the gold is real there but they tried telling us they sold real diamonds. So we had a store rep walk with us to Zales and had them tested. The Zales representative stated that it was in fact fake diamonds (Cubic Zirconium) They have pendants up to $1,400 stating they are real diamonds and they are in fact fake. I recommend going there for gold only and not for diamonds.

I got my favorite belly button ring from here alot of the stuff is really cute but I got my nose pierced here and they used a gun which I later found out you’re not supposed to do! The jewelry didn’t even go through all the way!! I had to go to a professional and get it repierced after it healed. I had a hard time picking out nose jewelry because the lady working there told me I could get a small thinner nose ring which apparently was wrong according to the piercers at the tattoo shop. I’ve also had my ears pierced here and they were uneven lol. So pretty much just buy jewelry but don’t get anything pierced because they don’t know what they’re doing. But on a positive note the ladies there are nice.

My daughter’s ears were pierced using gold studs at Piercing Pagoda. Less than one week later we are at Urgent Care because the actual earring - stud went inside her earlobe, and could not be removed. It was a painful and traumatic experience . It appeared the staff at Piercing Pagoda was trying to suggest my daughter pushed it into her earlobe. Unbelievable. I will not use Piercing Pagoda again. My rating would be a zero if it were an option.
