I received my first ever customized facial from Kieran and it was a wonderful experience! Kieran is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. During the facial each step was explained in depth and my comfort level was assessed each time. I came in for botox and a lip flip. To much was injected above my brows and now my eyes lid skin is hanged low and sitting on my lashes. Also my lip flip had zero results if anything I feel it flips under more. They not only blamed me physically, but mentally, and personality wise as well. I will not be returning to this office.

They are informed and educated; professionals who are invested in what’s best for your skin and not trending; and, they have true practice working with skin of color — across the entire Fitzpatrick scale.In January, another local medical spa and aesthetician in fayetteville performed a chemical peel that I was not a candidate for. It ruined my skin and disrupted my skins PH and barrier. I was devastated and scared to be seen without make up, but even when I had it on I was embarrassed. I had invested thousands of dollars into my skin to recover from acne and PIH for it to be ruined by another.Incoming two heroes: Susannah and Sierra who came up with a long term plan to help return my skin to health and once my skin was healthy (just recently) we have a plan to tackle the PIH that was the result of the unprofessional and quite honestly terrible job the other med spa performed on my skin. I am still in recovery and have ways to go but I could not be happier I’ve found a group of professionals committed to my skin’s health and beauty.My final acknowledgment is to Caitlyn: I struggle very badly with TMJ and have been a little self conscious of small signs of aging. Using Botox, Caitlyn has helped manage TMJ pain and has also helped me turn back the hands of time just a smidge to my crowsfeet and giving my eyebrows a bit of that lift.I’ve been on a hot girl streak recently, and this is the team to thank!

Pictures are 4 months after my first tox treatment and then 4 days after my second treatment. Amazing results both times. I was so nervous to start getting tox but Sierra is so knowledgeable and kind, it eased my nerves. I recently visited her new office and it is so cozy and welcoming- beautifully decorated with coffee and snacks available in the waiting room. I will continue using Sierra for all my beauty needs!

Sierra Arnold is incredible!! She was recommended to me by a family member. I travel from New Jersey to see Sierra for Morpehus8, CoolPeel and Botox treatments. She is so sweet and kind, and truly cares about her patients. My skin have never looked this good! She is so skilled and precise. She tells you exactly what you need and what you don’t, so you will never look over done or unhappy with your final look. I see a big difference in my face, to the point where I am only applying make up now when I go out to events. My skin is brighter and my pours seem smaller even after one treatment. About 3 weeks ago I booked an appointment with Sierra for a lip flip, I wanted something subtle to enhance my lips without getting full lip filler.
