Michaela did my eyebrow piercing and it was a great experience! She talked me through each step of the process and helped me when I got a bit light headed/passed out afterwards! She was very sweet and professional and made sure I could take my time to feel better before leaving.

Colleen is an absolute badass. She really did a phenomenal job on my tattoos. She was super patient, made sure everything was how and where I liked, and then just did an incredible job of making them come out better than I had hoped. Absolutely happy with how these turned out! All the folks at the shop were super nice, helpful, and just fun to be around. Highly recommend giving them a visit!

I was absolutely impressed with the quality of my tat. And it was a special one for me too. It was a memorial piece for my mom who passed away a week before Thanksgiving. I have been waiting for a while to get this done. Chris did an amazing job with it. I can definitely see myself getting my future work done with her. I also got my nose pierced for the 3rd time and it didn’t hurt as much as the first 2 times. These lady’s really know what they are doing.

The staff is extremely professional and attentive. I got a cartilage piercing a few weeks back and I can tell the staff knows what they’re doing! The entire process was fairly quick and I left the appointment feeling very satisfied with my new piercing! Everything in the shop is very sanitary and well kept. I’ve come back twice— once for their free piercing replacement which is an awesome and convenient option for flat back jewelry, and a second time to address an infection that cropped up after I went to the beach (infection was my own fault for not keeping up with sanitary maintenance!) The staff advised me on how to delicately care for the healing piercing and address the infection. And she is so friendly!! I highly recommend Stigma for anyone looking to get a piercing

I needed a jewelry change in my helix piercing after the earring fell out on a hiking trip. Claire was SO kind and helpful and walked me through it even though I was nervous about the pain. I had a really positive experience and will definitely be going back!

I’m not one to review places but this tattoo shop is amazing. All the people who work there are the most lovely people you will ever meet and very talented in their fields. I’ve gotten two piercings and two tattoos from here and I love them!! I had gotten a cartilage piercing from another tattoo shop and it got infected so I went into here because I had been before and loved it and they did not hesitate for one second to help me out even though it wasn’t their work. They changed out my jewelry and didn’t even charge me even though I was persistent in trying to pay them. Overall I love this place so much and I highly recommend going here for any body modification you may want. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!

I got my first tattoo from Aisha Saturday. Im so happy with it. She explained the process very well and the environment took away any nerves I had about the experience. She took her time making sure it was perfect and printed out multiple pictures to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great experiment overall !!

I came in with my sister and cousin to get memorial tattoos and the artists (Gracie, Brandon, and Chris) were all amazing, wonderful, talented people. They seemed as excited as we were about our designs! The shop was interesting, clean, and aesthetically pleasing with plants galore. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO PIERCINGS INCORRECTLY! Got an industrial done here about a month ago. They pierced it in the wrong area, and now it will take twice the time to heal, and I might even have to remove it(as stated by another tattoo/piercing shop). THEY OVERCHARGE AS WELL! DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!Edit: I got an industrial and helix done which costed me $220( plus tip). I will show you receipts.

Best tattoo shop I’ve been to! I’ve been going to Stigma for 3 years and gotten 7 tattoos from them (many more to come) I’ve had SEVERAL artists tattoo me and everyone has been so kind and fantastic! About 2 weeks ago I reached out to Stigma Ink about a daith piercing as all my local shops were unavailable but Stigma Ink said I could do a walk in. i drove over an hour to Stigma Ink for a walk in, they fit me in within minutes, super friendly, clean environment, knowledgeable and offer a very fair price especially considering the prices around my area! Last night the ball on my daith piercing bar fell off and no one locally would help or had the knowledge of how to put it back on so I called, drove over an hour and within minutes they had me fixed up. I highly recommend these ladies to anyone and everyone wanting a daith piercing!! They are the best!! I wish I could give them 20+ stars.

I love coming to Stigma. I was antsy at first since moving to find a tattoo shop that’d fit me, but after doing a bit of research they fit the bill. Meeting the artists and piercers solidified my decision to have this as my permanent tattoo studio. I’ve gotten 2 tattoos and two piercings so far and am working with my artist for more. The atmosphere is friendly, everyone is very accommodating and nice, and it’s a great place to go for either need (tattoo or piercings). I recommend them to everyone that’s trying to find a studio.

Cris is an amazing tattoo artist. She’s funny and she does a phenomenal job with talking to her clients and getting her job done to her best ability. I’m definitely coming in soon for a second tattoo and a touch up! Her and the other artist made the environment so laid back and like I belonged in the room. They definitely make it their goal to welcome clients and make them feel like they’re at home!

The service was amazing! I got my industrial and rook. It took 25 minutes max, from filling out the forms to payment. She was very observant of how I was reacting to make sure I was doing okay, very sterile area as well. The place was very cute and welcoming! I will be coming again for the rest of my piercings! Absolutely love the piercers here! Came here to get my septum and both sides of my nose pierced and they made me feel so comfortable and badass. When I returned with a small jewelry issue, they took care of it with no charge and a lot of class. Highly recommend making an appointment!

Miceala is a great tattoo artist very beautiful work and line work is AMAZING she killed both my tattoos plan on her being my only tattoo person! gracie is awesome at what she does as well she did my husbands tattoo an he will be using her! The shop is beautiful well cleaned and very perfessional.

I have been in Fayetteville for 13 years and have gone to many a shop for my tattoos, not a one have I been to a second, or even third time, other than Stigma! I got tattooed here by Brandon a few months ago, and let me just say, I am so so happy with my tattoo and the entire experience. He made sure I felt comfortable the whole time, and did better than what I anticipated! I also got a septum piercing here too, and it wasnt painful, and healed great! I am delighted with my experience here. I was nervous since I was receiving my first tattoo, but Chris was amazingly chill and gentle. Not only did the design come out exactly what I wanted (a small bow in place of a wedding ring since I work a trade), but Chris patiently answered all my after care questions. She was honest with me about what to expect as my tattoo aged from the start so that I could make an informed decision. I 100% will go back to her for any future tattoos.

I went in there today to get a few piercings, a septum, a nose stud, and my ears. Unfortunately when she went to do my septum, it ended up crooked. She was incredibly upset with herself and offered to give the piercing for free. She clearly felt incredibly horrible about messing it up. Sadly, on the second go around we had the same problem however, it was nothing that she did wrong. I just have a silly nose.The other piercings went perfectly and she gave me great instructions for aftercare.My friend also got a tattoo while we were there and he loves it, he keeps showing it off.While it does suck I didn’t get to have the main piercing I wanted due to funky nose, I’m very happy with how professional everything was handled.Definitely coming back for at least a tattoo.

Had not gotten a tattoo since 2017 and saw they had a deal for Friday the 13th. I was pleasantly surprised that they allowed you to bring your own designs, so my friend and I decided to go to get our matching tattoos. Although the design was too intricate for a 1 inch design, I love the simplified design just as much. The tattoo artists were very thorough in the cleaning process and did a very good job of making sure that you were happy with the tattoo placement and were comfortable while creating the tattoo. I hope this is the beginning of many tattoos to come and I will definitely be back to this lovely place. 😁

Very late writing this review, but I feel it needs to be out there. I went in about a year ago to get my dimples done. The lady that pierced me did not give me dimples, but dahlias. And then said something about how “ if she pierced it wrong I would be drooling for the rest of my life “ like… okay? Pierce it correctly? And then she didn’t. One of them is fine. Kind of scrapes my tooth. But the other one literally goes through my lip. She did not check her placement before piercing me. She seemed to be in a rush. I was VERY disappointed. As someone who had done all their piercings themselves, my first professional piercing was a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend you guys to anyone.Considering they will probably cross check when I came in and tell me I haven’t, my name isn’t Iris. It is probably under Macey Banks. And if you need proof there’s a picture attached below.Edit: my piercing was done INCORRECTLY. I left the parlor with my piercing in my lip. It did not migrate. And if it did, it was slight. I think I would remember where it was placed. Considering it was a very uncomfortable recovery. You guys not admitting fault and instead attacking me is extremely unprofessional. While I did consult you guys on a tattoo after the fact, was only due to the special going on. I hope you guys can learn to be more professional and stop attacking people who warn people about your business. GET BETTER PIERCERS.And then, deadnaming me even though my name is obviously IRIS. Is incredibly rude.

I originally went to another parlor and wasn’t pleased with the turnouts of my tattoos, so I decided to look around and stumbled upon stigma ink. I am absolutely pleased I did. The service, prices, artists, etc are incredible. I don’t plan on going anywhere else now.

I do all my own piercings and this was my first time ever getting one done professionally. Ive walked into many other shops and they all looked sketchy but this place has the nicest shop and sweetest people. Claire did my piercing and they did such an amazing job and made my experience great.

The studio is bright and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly, and very reassuring. I took my brother here for a sibling tattoo, and we both really enjoyed the process! Our tattoo artist, Alma, checked in with us often to see how we were doing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the sizing and placement. Did not honor the appointment that was set. Sat in the lobby as it filled up and then was out of order based on service because the front desk was not keeping track of anything. Everyone that came in behind us as walk ins went first. Waited 30mins past appointment for nose piercing. Will not be back.

Dan Reese did an awesome job. Got a chemical compound tattoo and his lines are near perfect. It looks awesome. He was very nice, and made both myself and my wife feel very comfortable. I would recommend him and Zodiac over Brainstorm.

Called the shop at 12:30 for walk-in availability, the shop confirmed that they could fit me and my husband in at 5 after seeing and approving our designs. 4 hours later we came for our pre-approved designs. Chris is awesome love her! My husband got his first tattoo with her and it was amazing. Otherwise, I was yelled at by my artist for a complicated design of the state flower...I also saw my artist and another artist doing questionable things in the back when I went to use the restroom... Dont think I would come here again...

I’ve been to lots of different tattoo shops all over the country, but Stigma is the only one that has made me feel the most comfortable. I’ve had my septum pierced here and it was so fast that I didn’t even realize it was done until the lady told me. Gracie did a tattoo for me that is for a nephew that passed away last year and she was very respectful the entire time. I enjoy going here every time!Edit: Still absolutely in love with this place. Chris helped me with a tattoo that I’d been wanting forever and that another shop had messed up. It’s gorgeous and it was so much fun to be tattooed by her!

I am very happy with my flash tattoo! It looks just like the design and I love the size and placement. Micaela was very kind and we were able to have a great conversation while she did my tattoo. Simply amazing. Aisha got me right in, I picked a font, she tweaked it exactly how I wanted it and spent several minutes with me trying to figure out exactly where I wanted it. She was a doll! The tattoo itself is exactly what I wanted, PERFECT! The environment is inviting, bright and warm, not your typical biker shop, and the energy is a whole vibe. I had a great experience! I originally went to get a septum piercing, but unfortunately had a personal problem while getting it done. However the staff handled it wonderfully and efficiently and I felt safe and welcome the whole time. I came back and I ended up getting an eyebrow piercing instead which was quick and efficient. The staff is super friendly and carefree while also taking their job very seriously. They truly care about the well-being of their customers. Highly recommend!

Came in for a simple earring change and waited over an hour from the time a guy came and talked to us and said the piercer was with someone. never saw anyone walk out from the piercing room. piercing girl had walked past us and never talked to us, had to ask someone again about an update and they walked around and never got back to us. over an hour later, the guy told the piercer we were there and she was like oh! she gave me the piercing, but didnt offer to change it (the only reason i came) but i was over it and the only person that was like yall have a good day was someone who didnt even work there. looks like they need better communication between customers and workers.

So I have a phobia of blood and have been to a couple different places for piercings, this is by far the best experience I’ve had! The piercer was so calming and attentive, she did an amazing job! The nose piercings are $50 and the studs they pierce you with are small and pretty

I went in on a Saturday evening with my mom and sister and was blown away by the amazing tattoo artist Alma. She is amazing, she took her time making sure the tattoo looked perfect and was exactly what we wanted. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a tattoo/piercer.

I went to knight piercing they messed up on my piercing. They put a short bar in ear but you need to have a long bar for the swing to go down and I went to them and they fixed what they messed up. I am about to go back to them to get my tongue pierced after Christmas

Asked if the had anyone for a walk in, got told they had artist call in ( I understand you were busy). Then asked to email for a walk in appointment, but thats not a walk in? Then was left hanging awkwardly in the front. I had wanted to check out the shop because I had heard good things but that was the most unwelcome I have felt in my 9 years of being tattooed. (The hours on the door said you were open and the door was unlocked) the owner needs to stop being so dramatic when someone tells about their bad experiences here. Not a good look from a business 👍

I had my bridge piercing done by Michaela and it’s been 2 years and is still my favorite piercing, and it’s placed perfectly. I’ve also received several tattoos from the Stigma/Stigmata family and I couldn’t be happier!

Ive had two tattoos done here by Alma (I believe she may be an apprentice) and they have both turned out perfect! Shes easy to work with and is very patient when placing the stencils. You can really tell that she cares about doing a great job and making sure you love what you get. Both tattoos Ive gotten have turned out perfectly! I will continue to keep getting more by her!

Micaela and the whole crew are wonderful. She has blown me away with the detail and realism of my tattoo. It is beautiful. I will only go to her from now on. I cant quit looking at it.

Personally, after getting my first tattoo with another tattoo shop, I was too scared to go get anymore tattoos. I walked into stigma and felt comfortable and safe. Especially with Alma as my tattoo artist, she is kind and funny and goes above and beyond with her service! Because of the treatment I have had in the shop, I wont go anywhere else for my tattoos. I would recommend stigma to anyone wanting to get tattoos!

I have not received a service here yet. My roommate has gotten a tattoo that was done beautifully by an artist there, I just have yet to figure out what I want. BUT my boyfriend and I came to look at septum rings today because he lost his ball. A very kind woman helped us and gave us a new ball at no charge. We will definitely be back. Very kind staff

Queer, disabled, and neurodivergent friendly!!!This is such a great place. I highly recommend Chris (Kris?) and Kiki. Chris fixed/finished an incomplete stick and poke whale on my right forearm and I love, love, love it. She listened to my wants crazy well and does amazing shading/line work. We had awesome conversation about oddities and paranormities too.Kiki also is an amazing artist who revived my love for piercings. I went to Stigmata a few months ago for a septum piercing and the piercer (no longer there) did poorly. For a while I was nervous to go back and get it redone, but Im so glad I did. Kiki is gentle and kind and I hardly felt the pain (heads up, piercing and tattoo pain is subjective, but this time, the pain was less than the first time).The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I and a few other disabled and neurodivergent people come and have come to Stigmata and felt safe. Theres no loud and overwhelming music, the lighting is soft, and the artists listen to clients needs well. I definitely recommend Stigmata both for people needing long-term artists and for walk-ins. ALSO, theyre so sweet with kids. While we were there, a parent was getting tattooed and their child was with them. Stigma helped make it a safe space both for other clients and for the parent and child. Wonderful business with skilled artists.

The picture doesnt do it justice. Had drove around visiting different shops trying to set up an appointment for my birthday. My usual shop were surprising jerks who said they wouldnt be able to do the design unless I made it 2X as large. These ladies didnt hesitate to say yes. I left feeling confident in making the right choice. And Chris did not disappoint on a tattoo that means the world to me! The atmosphere of the shop was so laid back and friendly.Would definitely recommend.

I just got my industrial piercing done today!I was surprised they were open earlier than other places, with all of COVID-19 going on, but the staff was incredibly careful with pandemic-protocol. They had me come in at 5 and was able to take me in immediately; without any rush, I was in-and-out withing 15-20 minutes!I was super nervous, especially since Id come in alone and I absolutely dread needled. But Jackie was so sweet and talked to me throughout the entire process. Still hurt, but I was incredibly comfortable!10/10 service, 10/10 cleanliness, 10/10 qualityHighly recommend this place, especially if youre getting piercings. I went in to get 3 piercings done as a walk in and was able to be seen within 10 minutes of being there, and the actual piercing experience took 30 minutes tops (part of that being due to me getting faint halfway through.) I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get work done. The pricing was extremely affordable, especially considering the level of service received.The staff were very friendly and the shop was very clean and professional. The piercer I had was very kind and friendly and made my first piercing experience go much smoother and faster than I thought it would. I will be recommending going here to friends!

I am very disappointed in Stigma Ink after my most recent time getting piercings from this store. I had two piercing appointments here last August (helix) and December (tragus and lobes) and both went smoothly. Both these appointments took place at the Pluto Drive location, which is no longer open. The most recent time I went in to get a rook and middle cartilage piercing. I wanted to get my rook piercing first, the piercer then explained that there are two methods of getting a rook piercing, one involving just a needle and another involving a tube with a needle. She then asked ME which method I would prefer. I have no knowledge of piercing methods and I am not a trained professional. She first pierced my ear with the needle method and when she tried to fit the jewelry in my ear it kept getting stuck in my cartilage. After trying to force the piercing through my ear, the piercer informs me that she will have to repierce my ear with the tube method because my cartilage was too thick. This process was extremely painful and I almost started crying in the chair. My cartilage piercing went smoothly during the appointment but, after closer examination I realized she pierced my ear at an angle. The jewelry was diagonal in my ear instead of straight through it. This caused my ear to become so swollen from the irritation that the jewelry almost became engulfed in my ear. I had to end up removing the jewelry because of the immense pain it was causing me. After getting pierced at Stigma, I ended up wasting $40 and going through an extremely painful and unprofessional piercing experience. Please save yourself the money and do not get piercings at Stigma.

I got my first tattoo from Stigma, had the BEST experience, 1000% will be coming back, and here are three reasons why this shop is worth your time.1. The shop vibe? Immaculate. The shop is bright, welcoming, and covered with the artists artwork in a way that is not overwhelming.2. The artists are real people. They are professional, but relational. You won’t have to sit through a piece in silence or in underwhelming small talk. They’re funny and welcoming, which helped my nerves when getting my first tat.3. The work is quality work. The artists KNOW what they are doing, and if they don’t, they own it. This isn’t a place where you’re going to pay for something you don’t love. They are ARTISTS, they care about their work, and this about you.I don’t know what else to say, their work speaks for itself.

I was just messaging them to get my first tattoo done a while back and the responses were unprofessional and they never messaged back when we were going to set up the date. Why entertain the idea with no intention of following through or could’ve let me know straight up that they didn’t want to do it instead of just never saying anything. Idk this was my personal experience with them and it didn’t go well when I had higher expectations for them then that.Don’t get me wrong tho the work I have seen done by everyone here is really good like that’s why you guys were my first pick originally of where I wanted my first tattoo done at I just I wish it went better.

I went in about two months back for a walk in piercing. I got snake bites, she marked them, everything was good. Except she didnt pierce one of them on the mark. It was much higher than the other. I didnt notice until days later. My piercings also kept bleeding constantly. I work in food service, so that wasnt okay. It was bleeding at least once a night. I didnt want to deal with it anymore so I took them out. Turns out they didnt even use the right jewelry. It was way too long and at least one gauge thicker than it needed to be. I still called to set up a repiercing once theyd healed. No response. I called them at least once a day and left voicemails with my number. They never called me back or picked up.I would suggest Element for your piercing needs. I went there to get them redone, theyve healed so nicely, no bleeding at all, and theyll change out the posts for you if you need to, no extra charge. Theyre very patient, a little more pricey, but you can also get different fronts for your piercings. Theyre also higher quality jewelry that uses push pin type closures instead of the threaded ones which can cause irritation.

This store is so cute and cozy. I love the decorations and the relaxed atmosphere with the staff.I had my vertical labret pierced by a really nice person, her name was Kiki.Unfortunately, Im having to upload an edit of my review due to newly discovering the placement having been off a considerable bit.This was hard to notice up until now, 6 weeks later, as the length of the barbell made me uncertain, but I had been a bit skeptical when I got home to begin with.I understand, as it is a challenging area to get just right, but I believe it to be unsatisfactory and therefore am going to have to let it heal, perhaps to be redone some other time when I can afford it again. :(

Love this place! Ive been coming here for years anytime I have money for tattoos, this is the only shop I get them from. I, personally, always get mine done from Micaela, but everything Ive seen from all their artists has been amazing! The service and the tattoos are both top notch, and its just always a great time coming here!

Great experience at Zodiac! I had my nose and helix pierced a couple weeks ago and so far so good! Micaela is a rockstar; she was super efficient with the piercings and very helpful in answering all my questions. 5 out of 5 stars for her!The parlor seemed a bit disorganized and slightly dirty, but the piercing tools were clearly sterilized and clean. Definitely will come back for more piercings later!

Awesome place. I highly highly recommend for piercings. Pierced my nose at Brainstorm before but it was put in the wrong place and hurt to even try to repierce in the same location. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of who did it & who helped because it was busy and quick. Though the staff was very helpful with placement and aftercare of my new piercing. I came by to get my nose pierced, and even after some problems with the thickness of my nose, Kay was SO nice and encouraging. She did all she could to make it work, and in the end I came out with a beautiful nose piercing! I dont want to go anywhere else for my future piercing or tattoo needs!

Guys, I know this is long. Please read before booking with this shop. Tldr; dont expect your appointment to be booked or honored.I set an appointment through Messenger, sent a picture of what I wanted. Discussed the price and that I would be seeing Kiki. Something happened and I needed to reschedule. When I *finally* reached someone I was told my first appointment had never been booked. Ok, thats unprofessional enough but mistakes happen. I set a new appointment and moved on. My appointment should be right now but instead Im in my car writing this. Why? Well, when I came in I had been booked as a piercing she (Kiki) now had a client she had been talking with for an hour about a piece and could I please come back another time. I told her no thanks and left. Unprofessional is an understatement and a kind one at that.Edit to reply to owner.1.My initial appointment was never canceled, this is a flat out lie. I have messages and phone records that show my initial appointment was booked and I spent a week calling multiple times a day to reschedule. I even tried Messenger since thats how you booked me. I almost went in to your shop in person, I was that desperate to reach someone. I wish I just stood you up instead.2. Kiki told me my initial appointment from Messenger was never booked. I have witnesses who were with me during this call, which I had on speaker.3. Less than 5 minutes late because I took the wrong turn. Hardly an excuse to take a walk-in over an appointment. (A walk-in time you advertised on Facebook 2 hours before my appointment. Just, why?) Even if I had been booked as a piercing, why was my artist setting up for someones tattoo? Would she leave the tattoo to do my piercing? Unprofessional.4. Please show me the footage of my fit, because that never happened. You are blatantly lying. I literally only said the words No. No thank you. And left. I didnt even make it past reception.5. All your replies to negative reviews have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. Show some accountability.

First of all, I got a great deal on a tattoo, I paid $100 for a at least $150 tattoo, follow their Facebook so you don’t miss out! But I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted, Derek was very patient and helped me finish up the design before we made the stencil. And then he executed the best result I could’ve expected. I love my tattoo, couldn’t be happier!

This place is literally the best tattoo/piercing place i have ever been to. staff was beyond helpful and very well educated. the piercer, i didn’t catch her name, but she was super helpful in helping me fix an old problematic piercing and was super friendly while doing so. will definitely return for more here!

Went there this past weekend to get a tattoo with my siblings. They are SO friendly! The tattoos came out amazing and exactly what we wanted. Two years ago to my review now, the owner himself did a shoulder tattoo of double skulls and flowers for me. I brought in a couple ideas for it and he put it together and cleaned it up perfectly first time around. It is still beautiful to this day. I later returned for a few smaller pieces that were on their reoccurring sales. Cannot wait to return for quality work from Zodiac.

Shop has issues holding to their appointments. My girlfriend made several appointments with them.first time the artist never showed up. The second time, the artist flat out said she wouldnt do it today with no prior attempts to call to cance and then laughed about it. We have used them several times in the past and we both have tattoos from this place . however its gone down hill and I wouldnt recommend them any longer

I really wanted to like this establishment bc it is lgbtq+ and women friendly and i am not the type to write nasty reviews but i am writing this review out of genuine concern for anyone who goes to get pierced here. i have had two piercings here that were both very problematic bc the piercers put in the wrong jewelry both times. their inexperience is very dangerous. they helped me to change the jewelry both times but i unfortunately cannot consider coming back again.

Went in for a special a couple of months ago. Got some script work done. An i wasnt dotted and some ink didnt set in. Contacted artist...Micaela....for a touch up after 45 days via Facebook. Got an appt. set. Showed up. She didnt. Shop wasnt very helpful. Showed the Facebook message exchange. Shop called her. No response. Told to message her again. She never responded. So, went to see my regular artist..D-Man at Zodiac. He fixed it. I had scarring from a heavy hand and ink was blurring. Learned a lesson. Wont be going there again.

Went in to have my cartilage ring that fell out put back in and the guy, Phoenix was incredibly kind. Everyone there seemed to be in an upbeat good mood and the place wasnt overwhelmingly depressing looking with all kinds of dark decor like most places. I actually went to a diff shop aboht 2 mins away right before and they were pretty rude saying they couldnt put it in (I think the old guy just didnt want to). Anyways, I will definitely be coming to Phoenix for my next piercing. The nicest guy in a tattoo shop Ive ever met. 👏🏽

Karissa pierced my tragus, daith, and nose at the same time. I didnt even feel my tragus or daith! She was super supportive when my body started to reject the daith and helped me removed and clean the area properly so it would heal. She also helped when I wanted to replace jewelry. Definitely recommend 👌🏼

Micaela was absolutely amazing! I have really small ears and was worried about getting my tragus pierced but she was able to do it, no problem.The pain was almost non-existent. I will be going back soon for my industrial, very soon!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I walked in at 7:45PM and was asked if I needed help and I told them I was waiting on a friend to show up. My friend showed up and we were the only people in the lobby, and 30 minutes had passed and no one had offered to help again. We told a man working there we were coming in for a piercing and he told us just to give him a few minutes to clean up and put a stencil on a girl and he’d be right with us. 45 minutes later and we were still waiting, so at 9:00PM we got up and left. Terrible service and management, would not recommend giving your money to these people.

Covid guidelines are obviously not being followed at all. The girl piercing my ears seemed distracted for the majority of the time. Earring backs were put on way too tight and caused irritation. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.RE: When I first came in no one was wearing a mask in the small and crowded building. Also, when I was checking out, the piercer took her mask off to talk to me. It was not something I threw in as a scare tactic. It is the truth. Very unprofessional response, but also not super surprising coming from you guys.
