Comfortable environment, the receptionist is very kind, communicative, and understanding. I’ve been going here for my tattoos for a few years.. they did my very first tattoo. Now I have 9 tattoos and counting.. all of my inquiries about other services has been addressed in a reasonable and professional manner. I hope the customer service and atmosphere continues to be what it is- supposedly, not a place for yelpers!! (But a great place for anybody to get a tattoo/piercing)

These Artists know what the what. No screwing around here- accept walk ins and appts. You discuss, show, talk, & they’re prepared. E-mail your image right then and there, they print it, match up sizing for correct look, then an ink stamp on the location for good measure- ensures the image looks right and is to scale..you see it, mirrors all available, say yes, five mins later you’ve got a work of art forever. 🫶🏻♾️

This place was amazing! Me and two of my girlfriends went in for walk in appointments and the staff were not only kind but out of this world amazing! Matt and Eric were great artists that took the time to make sure we would walk out loving our tattoos. I will for sure be coming again for future work and touch ups. Keep up the wonderful work you guys!!!!

I have gotten 2 piercings here and they were both done so quick and easily!! i enjoy the environment and the artists work.

Don’t get fooled. They’re piercing placements are always so incorrect its crazy! They pierced my septum way too low and my tongue piercing was way too close to the tip. It was so quick and easy i shouldve rethought it but i highly don’t recommend this place at all. Every piercing ive gotten and my friends have, its always incorrect placement and so inconsistent. They didnt even sanitize properly when doing someones stud piercing.. i stopped going but i want to help people before they make the same mistakes i did and i did go again to give them another chance but everything they do is so wrong and i wont be returning.

Before I forget today I had to go in and get a thermal and body piercing. Mines by the way was long overdue. Thank you for the kind people at Indd out. I have in the past use them . why in the world I didnt just go back to them I guess being inpatient. Anyways i wont leave home again . What I mean by that is I wont go to another shop for work .Ill stay coming to Inkd out. Fast and friendly service and No wait . Definitely!!! 5 stars .. to bad I didnt get the piecer name I know he had told me it but anyways go there for your work ink or piercing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got my babies ears pierced here today and he was great with her. Made sure I liked the placement of the dot and made sure I thought they matched. Very clean and thorough. Would definitely go back for any of my piercing needs!! 10/10 recommend.

Literally best experience ever. I’ve been wanting to get my nipples pierced for two years now. Finally talked myself into since one of my bestfriends wanted them done for a long time as well. Jim, our piercer, was OUTSTANDING!!! Very professional and clean. Super chill and funny dude. My heart was beating out of my chest but his attitude made it all worth it. Every guy in the shop was wonderful people as well. Awesome facility with awesome people! Def would recommend him to anyone! Great prices! And if I could give them 5,000 stars, I totally would!!

Just got my tattoo yesterday from DJ and he did an awesome job!! I was very impressed with his work. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. I will definitely be back to get the other arm done soon. He didnt apply a whole lot of pressure (like some of these tattoo artists do) he let the needle do the work and I have a beautiful tattoo with very little scaring!! Thanks DJ!!

I cant say enough great things about this shop! I have 9 tattoos and 3 are from here. Adam is amazing and such an awesome person. His work is incredible and he makes your session very chill. Got my last one from DJ and love it! Every time they always make sure youre comfortable and like what you get. We live in Florida and literally will wait so we can get our ink done when we visit NC. Prices are freaking awesome for the artwork! Hailey and I will definitely be back!

Took me almost 19 years to get another tattoo. Due to not having a good experience my first time. I was skeptical to get another one. However, DJ was patient and very helpful. Staff was great and very friendly. Hopeful it will not take me another 19 years to get another one. Love the new Ink thanks Ink’d Out!

I was going to get a tattoo here cause it was close to hope mills and they take walk ins. the place was dirty from the start going up the steps then seeing some old flash on the walls. After seeing just that i left, i would rather set an appointment somewhere else in hope mills and wait rather than going to risk my health on this place. Clean your shop guys.

So I went to get a tattoo at Inkd Out Tattoos & Piercings Hope Mills Rd, Fayetteville, NCAnd as soon as I walked in everyone was very chill and friendly. The place was really nice and well kept!I got a tattoo done by Jesse and he was great! I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he drew up something really great for me! In the end I was happy with my piece! Definitely will come back!

Absolutely love this place they did my septum piercing and it was amazing it healed perfectly. They answered all my questions while I was there and all my concerns. I’m definitely gonna go there again.

Me and my finance got tattoos by eric, a month later after they healed up they were terrible. I got a cover up he basically shaded my whole bicep without focusing on the image to cover up my previous tattoo, you can barely see the work it’s just straight shading it’s a huge dark spot on my arm, my finance got simple wording nothing special and everything was crooked and terribly done. I contact the owner and he seem like he didn’t care. he said we didn’t properly take care of the during the healing, like really this isn’t our first tattoos 🤦🏾‍♂️. like I need a cover up for my cover up now, nothing is worse than having a terrible tattoo so visible

Billie is awesome. She has done multiple tattoos for myself and my daughter and does awesome work. She is the sweetest too! Go ask for her!

Love love love my new ink!!! DJ did one of my tattoos a few months ago and it turned out better then I expected and I enjoyed working with him he was great!!! Last week I went back and got the pleasure of working with Miss Billie shes phenomenal such a sweet woman and she also blew me away with her work! I will never let anyone else touch me they are now my go to shop and artists!!! Thank yall so much for everything and I will be back soon!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone my first tattoo I got done wasn’t the best , came to get my second tattoo I really liked that one then I came to get a tattoo covered up and the cover up artist (bald head man) reassured me he would do a good job but didn’t .. the way design came out sloppy and poorly done and I can clearly see my old tattoo through it I showed them the picture and everything and it looks nothing like it. Spent 300 dollars for this mess?! Terrible ...not to mention he shaded soo hard it literally dug a dent in my skin which is an open wound ! Completely too rough will never be back here

In general it was a decent place to go. The artist really did a good job, but we felt it was expensive for the size and effort required for the tattoo. The most off-putting part of the entire experience was the man at the front when we arrived. He was extremely rude and judgemental. It really ruined the experience for me and discouraged me from referring anyone asking for referrals in the area. I hope he was just having an off day because we could have been frequent customers. The artists did a good job on my husband and his friends, but the service up to that point was really upsetting.

I got my 😝 pierced about a month ago it healed beautifully... Then I went back after my 😝 got pierced and got my cheeks pierced its been @ two week and they are healing BEAUTIFULLY. I would recommend MY piercer to anybody, FAST clean n I love my piercings they are healing BEAUTIFULLY...I am coming back to get my cheek piercing bars smaller ONCE they heal Ill be thinking of what piercing I would like done NEXT then I will do a review on them as WELL...now I’m going to get my lip pierced I think

I wanted to rate higher but its pretty far from where I live and leaving this location is a bit of wait if traffic is heavy and they want u to park n the bk only?!?! The price was great and the service was super fast. My piercing has healed in two weeks. Not sure Id get inked here because guy seem rough to me.**I had to change my rating after reading how badly staff responded to negative reviews. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. I will NEVER do business here again and word of mouth advertising is key.**

Had a really good experience with this shop today! I came in just to purchase nose rings but Dale working the counter told me they could get me in for a tattoo so we got it done fast! DJ did my tattoo and kept great conversation with my husband and I the entire time. We will be back for sure!

Went here about 8:00 pm. It was closed. Why have your business on google say you are open till a certain time on a Wednesday night. And please don’t reply like you did on the other reviewers saying they lied, i will be glad to show you a time stamped picture of it being closed.

This was a great experience. The artist was very helpful with easing my nervousness and anxiety and answered ALL of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

The only tattoo shop I will travel 500 miles to go visit. DJ and his crew do amazing work. I live in Florida and will schedule appointments from here to get work done. They have no problem working with me. Thank you for the amazing art over the years.

Jim did both my belly and septum piercings and he was extremely kind and quick. I know if I ever need any help with my piercings then I know I can always come back and get a no bs answer. 😊 I’m extremely happy with my septum and belly piercing. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service.

Love this piercing place they do amazing and have an amazing staff. & I still give them four stars, although I was very disappointed tonight ,I called to see if they took credit cards and they told me they did not and asked if I planned on coming in tonight & I told them I did , they said they were gonna close early tonight but would stay open for me and I told them it took me about thirty minutes to get there & they told me that was fine. Arrived there 40 minutes later and they were closed. Had to go to another location to pay more & not get points towards my free piercing at my favorite shop.

I went in to get my chest pierced, and the first time he made one crooked so he tried to re pierce it again, and it’s still crooked. He seemed super annoyed with everything, and just acted like he didn’t want to be there. My friend got her septum done, and lone behold it’s crooked as well 🤦🏻‍♀️ They were cheap but I understand why.

Absolute WORST place to get a piercing or tat. I shouldve trusted my friends! They are very unprofessional and clearly dont understand the basic fundamentals of piercing locations! They use externally threaded jewelry, and try to tell you that cleaning piercings with saline or salt water is bad! It dries out the skin. Its supposed to! If a wound is constantly wet and irritated it wont dry, its supposed to heal like a scab. You go to any other piercing place and theyll tell you saline and saltwater is fine. And even better than antibacterial soap. Ive never had such a horrific experience like this. They may have reasonable prices, but what do you want? Quality or quantity? Thats all these guys care about. They are NOT professionals. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. They even tried to talk me into nipple piercings, ugh!!!PLEASE JUST SAVE SOME MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

I’ve gotten my Medusa, nipples, industrial, and tongue pierced here and have had nothing but the greatest service. I won’t go anywhere else for my future piercing needs. Everyone is friendly and professional, and everything is very sanity. 10/10 recommend!

I brought my daughters here recently for some piercings. Lima got the one on the tip of her tongue. She was about to pass out right after and they started laughing at her!! Once we got home and she felt better , we looked at the piercing and it was completely crooked! So she had to take it out. Very unprofessional and rude.

Got my baby girls ears pierced today. Atmosphere is relaxed. Everyone was very nice. My daughter barely cried she was more upset about me holding her arms still than she was about the actual piercing. As soon as it was over she was back to all smiles. There was no rush and he took his time to make sure she was relaxed. Will definitely come back for other services!

Friend and i went to ask prices for tattoos. when we approached the building the tattoo artist was smoking a cigarette. the piercer was nice. the tattoo artist though, he was rude about everything we asked and wanted $80 for a tiny tattoo. when i said ill be back, he proceeded to say, “uh you won’t”. i just found the experience very off putting and i’ll never be back.

Place is very unfriendly, after showing my idea the man kinda giggled at me and said you dint want this tattoo and tried to change my mind about getting it, I truthfully dint think he was capable.

Had my 3 month old daughters ears pierced today and they were PHENOMENAL!!! So happy with the experience. ❤️

Got a medium sized butterfly & was super cheap and amazing work. I wish i got the lady’s name, but she was super polite && super chill. This is my go-to place now!! :) Everyone is super nice.

Eric Lewis was a perfectionist and true artist. This was no slap on tattoo. Placement took a good hour. Reason the six hour tattoo went past closing. Only artist Ill go to in Fayetteville. Price was insane. You will not get a better tattoo for the price. Shop was not like the flashy tattoo shop. Simple and professional. Thanks Inkd Out. We will be back.

I got the Scoop piercing and everyone in the shop was super nice and welcoming. The man doing my piercing made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be going back!

If I could give this place 0 stars for the piercer I would. I came in and got both rooks done and my right tragus. First of all, the piercer was rude. He didn’t even mark where he was going to pierce. Out of all 3 of my piercings only 1 came out right. My right rook is tucked so far in you can barely see it and I don’t have enough room to take it out or change it. Also, my tragus piercing is on my face not even my ear. Since it is up skin tight against my face, I can’t take it out so if you’re looking to get a new piercing DO NOT GO HERE!!!! He didn’t even tell me about any after care for any of them.

Went into the shop for an industrial and conch piercing to match my other ear. Piercer was great, I was in and out in 10 minutes. 100% recommend this place to anyone. Cannot believe the quality of work for the price.

Love this shop followed my artist Adam there great work very patient and everyone else there is great too. Have been pierced by Jim great person fast and patient when piercing. Both my husband and I love it there.

Got a miami dolphin logo, they didnt color too good so I came back for a touch up and they used the wrong color. When I asked them to fix they told ME I was wrong that nothing was wrong with my work. TERRIBLE ‼️ so I walked off Def to never use them again. Also they talk bad about any work they dont do themselves to hype their own shop up. DO NOT GO THERE

Very clean establishment, friendly and professional staff but most importantly was the price. We called every tattoo parlor in hope mills and Fayetteville area and to have an industrial piercing done was $60 but inkd out was $20. My fiance needs a cover up tattoo done and that price was also very reasonable . Will definitely be back for that.

First time coming her was A pleasant trip I got my nose piercing done twice , the guy who pierced it was very easy I was pretty nerves her talk me thru it and was veryPatient another pro was I got my snake eyes done on Friday I was pretty freaked out because it was on my tongue but he talk me thru it once again and I didn’t didn’t even realize he already stuck the needle thru and it was over , he waited till I was finish and comfortable with it before I left , another pro they Pricing was amazing definitely will go back for Another one in due time , thank you guys

I went to get a septum piercing and specifically asked for it to be high enough to be able to flip back into my nose. It was too low and when I mentioned it, he said that it would flip up and to just not touch it then. It obviously will not flip up. His phone was also ringing and vibrating during the piercing which I thought was really unprofessional.

The guy that pierced my septum went through my cartilage. I thought it felt weird, but didn’t know better so I left it until people were telling me it’s not pierced right. Went to American tattoo society for them to remove it. The women said “wow they really messed this up, it’s in your cartilage and crooked.”Either way I got it redone somewhere else and unfortunately don’t plan on returning.

The older guy with salt and pepper hair was rude. Completely unprofessional. Turned around and walked out. Take your business elsewhere.As for your response how can I be mistaken for what tattoo shop I went to when you are the only house for a tattoo shop on Hope Mills Road.

Wouldve gave a 0 if it was an option. There are much better tattoo and piercing spots than this place try Evolution ink, American tattoo society, New Addiction all have A1 service and artist. Theres a reason why this place isnt top 10 on Yelp

Fantastic shop! All tattoo artists are extremely talented, friendly, and professional. Very fair pricing for absolutely beautiful and complex artwork.

They messed up my girlfriends septum piercing, pierced it too low and argued it wasnt. She reached out to numerous shops after they sent her home and all agreed it was done wrong and to take it out and get it redone. When she reached out to about the situation on Facebook, didnt really offer any help, was just unwelcoming to help much and just blocked her afterwards.

Went to get a tattoo and was told I couldnt get what I wanted...the guy point blank said he wouldnt do it... but thats ok....I now have the best tattoo artist ever at another shop.

The piercer was just not very welcoming and they did my belly button piercing wrong. Did not give me any information about cleaning the piercing afterwards or healing times or anything like that.

Got a snake eye piercing & it wasnt pierced correctly!! One whole was higher than the other!! The piercer wasnt friendly at all & was rude!!!!

I got my septum pierced here by Eric and it is so low on my nose I can’t even flip it up and some jewelry won’t even work in it.

Went in to get my top bellybutton re-pierced and I told them before I got it pierced if it wasn’t gonna heal correctly let’s just do the bottom since it hasn’t been pierced before. I was reassured by the piercer that it wouldn’t look thin, and should heal up well. At the end of my healing journey it started to look like my belly ring was hanging on by a thread of skin. I was scared it wouldn’t end well so I took it out and came into the shop which I received no help. Left with ugly dark scaring which I feel very insecure about.
