Came here for a Friday the 13th flash tattoo and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Micah did my tattoo and he did an amazing job, I’m so happy with how it turned out. The experience was great and I’ll absolutely be looking to book with Micah in the future.

Told my two year old daughter in today to get his ear pierced and Sam did an amazing job!! She was sweet and quick!! My little girl didn’t even flinch. After we checked out my little one wanted to go check out the back where people were getting tattooed (she said she wanted one lol) the nice guy up front game her some temporary tattoos and she’s loved them!! 10/10 would recommend

Recently, I went for the first time with a friend and got two piercings - tragus and conch - I initially only went for my tragus but wanted a conch if the tragus was a no-go, but I ended up deciding to get both! And Im so happy I did! The person who did mine was Sam - and omg I love her! She was super sweet and very professional- all of the employees seemed very kind and professional! Im currently waiting for my two peircings to heal so I can go back and get both on the opposite side done!They also have the get what you get tattoo bubblegum machine - I hope to go do that in the near future 🖤Ive gone to 6 different tattoo parlors in total now, and this was by far the cleanest and friendliest Ive been in yet.

I’ve been twice for piercings and both times were a 10/10 experience. The shop is so nice and clean, everyone is so welcoming (even when I’ve brought my crazy kids in), they are so nice and knowledgeable. Erika pierced my 3.5 year old daughters a few months ago. Nicole pierced my conch yesterday. I went in not 100% sure what I wanted and she took all the time to map out options and give suggestions. Not to mention, she (and Jessie) were just so fun to hang out and talk with. Made the entire experience so much fun. Oh, and their pricing and jewelry options were so great as well!

Today I got 4 piercings at American Society Tattoo by SAM! She is amazing!!! She gave me my 3rd lobe piercing (both ears) and a conch piercing in both ears. I was very nervous/anxious but Sam’s demeanor and professionalism was very calming. She made my piercing experience a breeze. I’m very happy with her service and piercings! Brook at the front was very professional and helpful as well. She has a beautiful conch piercing that helped me confirm exactly what I wanted. I do recommend and I will be back for more piercings!

I came in today for my second lobe piercing and helix, the piercer was amazing and did a wonderful job and was truly so nice! When i called the store twice, both people who answered the phone were very professional and nice answering all my questions. i spent $80 before tip, which was very reasonably priced. the whole atmosphere of the shop was great. even the person who checked us in offered us cupcakes lol. I definitely will be coming back for more piercings!! i highly recommend this place.

Went in yesterday with 2 concepts and an idea that Josh Riley turned into a fantastic reality. I’m super thankful and glad that I walked in and got to meet Josh who is a wonderful person and artist.

Emily was amazing! I love how my tattoo came out. She made it a very comfortable experience, kept me in the loop on what she was doing, and overall gave me a great looking bold tattoo. She was friendly and the place was clean. I’ve gotten several tattoos here and I’d definitely recommend it Emily and American tattoo society to others. (Tattoo isn’t healed yet but so far it’s healing great!)

This is by far the most professional and streamlined tattoo shop I have ever been to. Everything was very simple from the front desk to getting the piece itself. I highly recommend Emily as an artist, she made the whole process very relaxed and drew an amazing piece for me. Will definitely be going back for more art.

I cannot recommend American tattoo society enough.The front desk was amazing, the shop was sparkly clean, and everyone was insanely friendly.Emily did my first tattoo ever. For context, I immediately starting planning my second during the session. That’s how good they are.She went above and beyond, consistently checked in for my comfort, worked closely with me during the design process, and ultimately produced a true work of art for my arm.If I could give them 50 stars, I would. Absolutely great experience at the shop. I brought in a design that I expected to lose some detail in and Cory actually increased the detail from my original black work design and surpassed my expectations. His lines were solid and consistent, didnt have to spend half the time touching up missed areas. The rest of the staff were super friendly and kept checking up on us regularly. Will be back for my next piece and will update this with a healed photo.

If youre going to any place else youre just doing it wrong! This is the best shop Ive been into. The whole staff was extremely welcoming and made my time there very enjoyable. I will be stopping by again. AND THE ART! every artist here is amazing and extremely talented. you will not regret choosing them!

I have gotten 2 tattoos at ATS in Fayetteville in the last 6 months and both times were great experiences. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. Emily did my tattoo the second time and she was great. She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I love the final result!

Hands down one of the best studios I have ever been to. The front desk ladies are AMAZING and a huge help with answering all your questions. Every one of them are friendly. You can tell everyone who works there are more like family not just co-workers you can tell they enjoy coming to work. I have received two tattoos so far from Josh. Working with Josh has been hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. I have gotten two tattoos from Josh. When working with him on a thigh piece he was not pushy and led me in the right direction. If you are looking for an amazing artist this is your guy. Thank you Josh and all the staff at ATSFAYI will update this review after I’m healed from my next session.

My artist Emily did absolutely amazing work! It was not only the work that was amazing…Emily constantly made sure i was okay and created a wonderful environment to get an amazing tattoo in! Her work is so unique, vintage, and sharp y’all should definitely check her out. She loves what she does !

Today I decided to get my first tattoos and decided this destination based off recommendations from friends and I’m sure am glad I came because the reception I got once I walked in from Michelle was super positive, she was able to help me with my choices and catered it to what I was asking for without any difficulties. I already know I will return here in the future when I want another tattoo no hesitation. Highly recommended just checking it out if you just had a thought of getting a tattoo.

I had my very first tattoo ever done today by Emily at American Tattoo Society. I cannot express how amazed I am! I went in not knowing what to expect and a lot afraid. The store is welcoming and clean. The front desk ladies were so sweet and very friendly. Emily immediately made me feel at ease. She is so kind and warm. It was like chatting with a friend. The tattoo turned out amazing! She was so gentle and reassuring throughout the process. I totally recommend Emily for your next tattoo! I cannot wait to go back for my next one!

Ive done my very 1st tattoo by @tattoosbytoombs today.He won a lot of awards .He did great job with so much detail.If you wanna get realistic one ,check with him at the American Tattoo Society in North Carolina.

I’ve been here before, but this time was super unpleasant. I was charged 400 by the artist when I was quoted 300 by the front desk associate. Artist wasn’t ready at scheduled time. Had to wait two hours until we could even start. Tattoo got bacterial infection two days after getting it. Had to get antibiotics. Assuming the artist did something unsanitary as I’ve had many tattoos and zero issues with them healing and not being infected. Tattoo looked good but not sure if it will even properly heal now due to the infection. Tried to message the shop, but got no response. Overall not super pleased. My friend got a simple tattoo at the same time and had to change artists after the first artist messed up and panicked. Another artist was cool and fixed it, but overall she wasn’t pleased either. There are better shops and artists.

American Tattoo Society has the best service, they were nothing but friendly and kind. My tattoo artist Matt was so patient. The tattoo is beautiful and I am going to come back for every other one I get. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Nicole was awesome! She was kind and gentle when changing my nose piercing. The staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be returning for other services.

Hello again,My second visit went well. The staff is super polite as always. I reserved time with an artist (Sabastian) to add another piece to the on-going sleeve. The man does amazing work.

I highly recommend American Tattoo Society.My artists”Toombs” did my tattoo too and I must say it was fast , painless and turned out exactly how I wanted . He’s one of the best . Also their staff “Brooke” & “Savannah” and the others were extremely respectful, professional, and easy to talk too . The atmosphere in that place was beautiful and clean . From start to finish the entire experience was amazing and very professional. Taylor was the sales representative who greeted my friend and I with a welcoming nature. The hosts were helpful and reassuring since it was my first time getting a Tattoo. My tattoo artist was Jeremy. The Laurel Wreath I had done by Jeremy was extremely detailed and looks godly. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

My boyfriend and I had Emily work on our tattoos! It was my boyfriend’s first and my 9th! Nothing big, it was simple, but her line work was amazing and she was so kind and helpful through it all! She fit us in last minute and left an amazing mark (literally) on us! Thank you, Emily and ATS!

I got my snake bites pierced by sam and first of all she didnt use long enough bars so i had to go back and get longer ones which they did for free and had another piercer do it which im thankful for but ive noticed that they are very uneven and one points downward and the other one is straight. so the plates on the inside of my mouth are out of wack and the left one is at the top of my tooth. 23 years of piercing experience and you cant pierce it straight through crazy to me. and it was $100 for both of them just to look awful.

Ive been getting tattooed by James Vaughn for a few years now. Typically at tattoo shows whenever hes somewhat local to me. However, I decided to pay him a visit at ATS in Fayetteville. Im extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the layout and design, and fair pricing. The staff is extremely accommodating and very nice. Tattoo aftercare is for sale at a great price as well.Its a 5 and a half hour drive without traffic from where I live, so its a bit of a hike, but this shop is most certainly worth it.If I cant catch James at another show, Ill most definitely be booking my next session down here again.

Had a wonderful experience, Matt was my artist and he was extremely patient with me and my requests! Also my apologies for forgetting the names, but the ladies at the counter were also very lovely and sociable, really helped with my anxiety that was skyrocketing lol!

The bottom ball of my daith earring came unscrewed literally the next morning after I got my piercing; I went back to the shop, one of the ladies from the front desk assisted and screwed it back in. Literally a week later, the same thing happened again, went back up there to get the same results then it lead to the actual piercing to completely fall out this time and no, I did not attempt to re pierce the earring back in because of the pain.…. To answer some of the assumptions that may arise; yes I was taking the proper steps in clearing my piercing (because this is my 9th piercing and I have prior knowledge with dealing with the after care process), no I did not intentionally messed with my new piercing/ unscrewed the ball of the earring, no I did not wear/ cover anything to irritate the piercing (I.e. wear headphones, AirPods and avoiding my hair getting caught in the jewelry) in any way, shape or form.After looking at the earring now in my hand, I honestly believe that the screw-in part of the earring had broke off and no one from the shop (after two times going back up there) actually took the time to just replaced it.This has been the worst experience thus far with a piercing I’ve ever experienced.

Walked in and got matching tattoos with my best friend/cousin and we had Sean as our artist and he was great! I would definitely recommend this shop and Sean! Very clean, big shop, and very nice people!!

I absolutely recommend this place to get your ears pierced. I got 2 lobe piercings a month ago, they healed really good and I had no issues. Today my mom got her 2 lobes done by a young lady (she did an awesome job but I didn’t get her name) and I got my helix done by Sam. This place is super clean, everyone is very nice and they always make you feel welcomed. I recommend getting your ears pierced by Sam, you can tell she has a lot of experience and she talks you through the whole process, plus she is Mexican and it makes me feel more comfortable 😌❤️🇲🇽.I’ll be coming back here soon to get more piercings 🙌🏻

My tattoo artist was Toombs and i’m here to sing his praises. I wanted a flower tattoo where the stem was my daughters name. The original was a purple outline and Toombs took it to the next level. Im obsessed with the attention to detail and care he took while making such a special tattoo. Toombs is an ARTIST through and through. The staff here is so friendly and the establishment is very cleanly as well.

This place is INCREDIBLE! We brought my 5yo daughter to get her ears pieced.Let me tell you! They were so welcoming and kind! While we were waiting they offered her some “tattoos” (temporary) and even put them on her arms.The artist Sam was so gentle and efficient. She explained to her what was going to happen and let us take pictures and hold hands. My daughter didn’t even flinch because she was so quick.I got my helix pierced right after and it was so well done.I will recommend this place to anyone looking to get any piercing.

Awesome staff! Awesome experience. Best tattoo experience Ive ever had by far. My artist was James Vaughn who is a phenomenal artist. He hand draws your stencil directly to the area so it fits the structure of the area. He knows what he is doing my tattoo was less painful afterwards and healed faster than any of my others ever did. Thats experience! All I can say is give them a try. You wont be disappointed. Remember, you get what you pay for. Now Im waiting on my 2nd session. Cant wait.

The shop itself is definitely my go to spot and in the past year alone I’ve gotten about 5 from the awesome artists they have staffed. Not only is everyone kind and understanding, but they definitely want to show off quality. I won’t lie when I say I have a tendency to jump artists due to my own scheduling, however most recently I was tattooed by Billy “Bones.” Not only was it a great experience for my sister and I, but it was also exactly what I was looking for with my most recent piece. He’s definitely caught me and I plan on getting more work done from him specifically because he takes his time and really values the quality of his work. Add that with great conversation and he’s made my 9th tat top of my list for favorites. Luckily, we’ve both got lots of ideas, and I’ve still got lots of room. Check him and the rest of the awesome staff out!

I went to get my nostril piercing on the day where they had free piercings (only a few locations on the body). It was my first piercing besides my ear lobes and I was quite nervous. The front desk was great! Very friendly and reassuring. My piercer was pretty good overall . She did a great job, hardly felt any pain, and it was a very clean environment. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because as I was waiting two piercers (including the one who pierced me) came out and were asking questions to the front staff that didnt show them in a good, warm, inviting way. They were basically complaining about how long they had to work. Not a good look. It made me feel even more nervous and it made the piercers seem quite unfriendly, even though when I got to the back, she was fine. Otherwise, great experience!

I am a frequent at ATS and always have a great experience but today was worth writing about. I got a piercing done 6 months ago somewhere else and came in today to have it removed. Shaela was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She helped me understand what could be causing the irritation, and exercised a comforting level of care upon jewelry removal. I am sooo appreciative of her and my experience at ATS today.

Best quality work at an amazing price. The artists care about how your tattoo looks and do an amazing job. Ask for Todd! Hes one of the best. Very insightful and professional.

This shop is clean and the staff is friendly but the star here is George Weibe, he is a very talented and versatile artist with an awesome personality. George worked with me to design a tattoo that would cover up a 37 year old tattoo. The black and grey design from my elbow down is the cover up. Then George re-colored another 37 year old traditional tattoo. I cant recommend George high enough. Read the many reviews on here and you will see his name mentioned over and over. If your considering a tattoo, call and make an appointment with George, you wont be disappointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEE THIS SHOP. I got my septum pierced by MEAGAN & it was so easy & almost painless. The piercer was SO nice & professional. The front desk staff was OKAY, one of their husbands came in & it was like we were nonexistent even though we were there to get a tattoo and piercing but ended up only doing the piercing because when my friend went to ask questions is when the receptionist ran out to greet her husband & dog. No biggie , a little unprofessional & inconsiderate. But if you don’t really care about the customer service of the front desk staff then definitely go here. My main thing was about how the person actually doing the service was & it was great for me. I’ll FOREVER recommend her !

Had such a great experience with my spontaneous decision to get a tattoo today! Chris was super great! Didn’t rush but did a really great job and very quickly. I think he just sold himself as my new artist for all my next tattoos.

I walked in last night to get a tattoo done. I had a few I wanted done but it was super late so I settled for a simple one. My tattoo artist was David. Soft spoken polite gentleman that believes in treat others how you want to be treated. When I showed him the art I wanted on my leg, he was ecstatic especially when I asked him to throw his own design into it as well. Needless to say David did an amazing job, ten times better than what the picture looked like! And played great music and kept up good conversation. Also the other staff checked up on not only David but me as well to see if I needed a drink.Im coming back to get more ink done here. Definitely recommend.

Me and my friend called at 9:40 for piercings to see if they would take us in, they close at 10, and they said they would happily take us which i am beyond grateful for. i got a bridge and even tho they were closed when it was my turn to get pierced, she didn’t rush it and instead took her time to where she had to stay an extra 20 minutes. i can’t remember her name but she was wonderful, but all i can remember was that hispanic. i recommend all my friends to get piercings here. thank you all of the staff at american tattoo society.

I have seen Sam (for piercings) twice now. The first time was for a jewelry exchange from a piercing years ago, and she was super sweet. The most recent was this past weekend when I got 2 new piercings. Even though I was nervous she made me feel at ease and I knew I was in great hands. She took my thoughts into consideration and made sure I was super comfortable throughout the process.

Got my tongue pierced by Shaela! She was SO sweet, talked me through the process and was super careful about the placement with my slight tongue tie. It turned out so cute and didn’t hurt. The girls in the front were super friendly too! Such a professional, clean, and welcoming shop, can’t recommend it enough!

Came in as a walk in today for both my daiths to be pierced. Was greated immediately. The atmosphere is extended clean, open, and their art is beautiful. It cost me $60 per daith, that included the jewelry. Sam was my piercing artist. She was so sweet and informative, and honestly, pretty dope. She has been piercing for 23 years, and knew to ask me if it was for migraines. She walked me through the steps and it was quick and simple. Ive had my daughters ears pierced here years ago, as well. I had the same experience. This is a 10/10 tattoo/piercing studio.

Myself and several of my siblings decided on a whim to go get tattoos while all together for the first time in awhile (we all live in different states and came to NC to visit our parents). From the minute we walked in, we knew we went to the right place. Taylor spent a wicked amount of time helping us size out what we wanted and working with the artists to get us the best pricing. She was an absolute gem and putting up with our huge group and getting us all in as a walk in was no small feat. I cannot put enough emphasis on how absolutely wonderful she was. Micah & Sham ended up being our artists (they each did two of us). They both did a phenomenal job. We all walked out absolutely thrilled with the way the tattoos we wanted came to life and all of us got tattoos with important meaning to us. We are a close family and now that we’re grown and all living in different places/states, we don’t get to see each other often and ATS as a whole did everything to make it a “core memory” for us as a family. The tattoos came out great, but the experience was really what made it for us. Highly, highly recommend.

She was so awesome and explained everything great by walking me through the piercing process as well as taking care of it after. Definitely recommend. Great shop with great people

This place is very inviting and friendly. As I walked in I was welcomed and asked how can they help me. They listened to tattoo requests before deciding which artist to recommend. Billy bones Bowermaster did my consultation and designed my tattoo. He was very professional and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was my first tattoo and he made the experience very pleasant and participated in my conversations to keep my mind off the discomfort. The tattoo was perfect, this guy is a master at his craft and he works very quickly and accurately.

I went with a group of people and 3 of us got piercings. Shaela was easily the best and nicest piercer I’ve ever been pierced by. She was super careful placing everything and made sure to create a welcoming and happy environment. She even showed me some amazing tattoo work on herself done by other artists in the shop. I will definitely be going back to this shop. Everyone in the shop from the second we walked in was so welcoming and friendly!

We went with our kids keep in mind they were all toddlers and they were great… they were so nice. Cory was the best even with the little ones .

Need a piercing for a child? Go here! Their customer service exceeded my expectations! Sam pierced our 7 year olds ears and she did such a fabulous job. We are now one full week into healing and everything is going wonderfully. Its absolutely worth it to have it done by a professional piercer. The facility was VERY clean, they provided my kids fake tattoos which they were so excited about, and water for all of us. I cant recommend them enough!

This shop is very nice inside with a variety of artists with different specialties to choose from. Everyone from the receptionists to the piercers are very professional and from what Ive noticed take the time with each client answering any and all questions. I personally get my work done by Govina. I’m getting a Dragon Ball Z full sleeve and this is by far the best tattoo I’ve ever gotten or seen in person. I still have a few sessions left and will add photos once complete.

Got my first tattoo today and I LOVE IT!! Amber is such an amazing artist and she definitely know what she’s doing when it comes to anime! Definitely check them out! Also that guy Rick is pretty cool too!

I went in and the staff were all very friendly and had availability for a walk in. I showed them my design and they got working almost immediately. They set me up with Kerry, who was very funny and very nice. He made sure to listen to my concerns since I’ve had some past issues with shading and whatnot. Overall the experience was good until I got home. When I got home and really looked at the tattoo, he was careless with the outline. He added an extra line that made the flower (the main piece) look weird. And the line was then curved around the other design in the tattoo because that line was not supposed to be there at all. It was also a little more expensive tattoo then I’ve paid at other places but I didn’t mind paying it at all since good tattoos aren’t cheap, the issue is this isn’t a great tattoo. I will give him credit for his shading though, the shading looks wonderful. Mistakes do happen but I wish there was more attention to detail when permanently tattooing something onto my body.

Just got my first tattoo done with vanessa (she’s awesome) everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Vanessa made sure I was very comfortable and honestly we talked the whole time I was getting my tattoo and really helped keep my mind off of the pain. Rude staff who seems like they could honestly care less about keeping business. Ive gone in person to get a tattoo and left after being very rudely treated by the counter girl. Tried again a year later, same thing happened. I recently called for a quote on a piercing because despite my treatment Ive heard good things about their piercer. I was quoted a price well over what I found other shops charge. I will literally never in life darken their door or ring their phone. I give it two stars because it is nicely decorated and very clean.

Marc is phenomenal. I wanted a piece finished that I had started years ago and honestly what I was asking for was no easy task. He really took his time and get creative with finishing my chest. We’ve completed the line work and I am beyond happy with how it turned out. Not to mention he has one of the smoothest hands ever. I highly recommend him. Hannah and Corbin at the front desk are also very accommodating and quick to respond to messages.

I brought my 7 year old daughter over to get her ears pierced. She was a little nervous being it was her first piercings, but Samantha helped keep her calm, all while being quick and precise. I cannot recommend Vanessa enough! Vanessa and I worked through multiple sessions to have the perfect Halloween sleeve of my dreams. Her line work is incredible and the details even more so. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she ran with it to give me a tattoo that will last me for life. She is also incredibly honest and told me what would look good where, what would fit, how things would look in the long term, etc. Definitely go check Vanessa out if you want a detailed sleeve with incredible line work. And make sure to tip well, she deserves every penny! ;)

If I could leave no stars I would but since I can’t hear you go. This place is crazy. This is the second time that I came up here to get a tattoo. The first time I called and they said come on up here we will get you taken care of tonight. I get up there and waited forever and then was told they couldn’t do it after waiting 2.5 hours (which is why I called ahead) The guy came out and said it’s for your best friend that passed I’ll get it done tonight for you. (It was only his hand writing) well fast forward to tonight. I called early this evening at 5 to come up to get a tattoo tonight of a paw print and sentence in hand writing and they said they could do it and I drive well over an hour to get it done tonight and sit and wait forever for them to tell me they can’t do it. Now why didn’t they say send me pictures before you come if there was a possibility they couldn’t and why did they not say that from jump street? I’m well over an hour away and drive down here for that and on top of that work 3 jobs and can only get in when I get time off. Being a single mom I could have spent that time my kids.Thanks for reminding me why I never do anything for me because the one time I do blew up in my face. I seriously can not believe the way this was handled.

They lie about their staffs experience and they will mess you up, without any responsibility or recourse. I made sure to call ahead and ask about the individual doing the piercing I was wanting and the staff said the individual had 12 years experience come to find out 2 years, and Ive been sporting a messed up face and a messed up piercing that was a second one that wasnt even the one was supposed to get

My family, husband and I have gotten multiple tattoos here. The people working are always so nice, explain everything and listen to details. Every tattoo artist we have had has been so talented and amazing (we have had different ones every time). This is the only tattoo shop we go to— to get our piercings and tattoos done. 10/10 recommend! The only downfall is the shop is usually very busy when we go, which isn’t the shops fault AT ALL. They are very good so of course they will be busy, we are fine with waiting for a great tattoo! I would recommend this shop over every other shop in Fayetteville any day.

I was there with my boyfriend not too long ago AT ALL and at first when the piercings started, it was to be as expected. But the piercer (Spanish lady) kept messing with the actual holes repeatedly for no reason. I have had dermal piercings dine before so I know whats supposed to happen and the piercer OBVIOUSLY did NOT know EXACTLY what she was doing or how to properly implant the dermals!! After she was FINALLY FINISHED, I looked in her hand held mirror and from the angle I had to see them they looked OK I guess. For lack of better words. The dermals bled and bled for SEVERAL DAYS CONSTANTLY and I had to keep them cleaned with the dial soap small container we bought there. That was fine. But she DID NOT go deep enough whatsoever by any means, I told her many times that I NEEDED an A LOT bigger anchor to be put in bc I had scar tissue, she didnt even have the knowledge to go BENEATH amthe scar tissue and she DID NOT even attempt to put in a much bigger anchor. Then the same night when my boyfriend and I had made our journey back home, i immediately went to look at my dermals and sure enough NEITHER OF THEM WERE PROPERLY IMANTED AT ALL NONE WHATSOEVER!! The BOTTOM DERMAL was sitting on its side already starting to come out but I managed to stop it from progressing for a lil while, but the other dermal was ALSO improperly implanted and that dermal was doing the same thing. Both dermals were still bleeding heavily. The skin around them was swollen A LOT MORE than it should have been. THERES A TON MORE THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID AND FIXED, BUT WE DONT HAVE ALL THE TIME ITLL TAKE TO LET EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING SANISH LADY THATS SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL PIERCER AND CLEARLY IS NOT, BUT I DONT HAVE ALL THE TIME THAT WE WILL NEED TO DESCRIBE MUCH MORE OF OUR EXPERIENCE. BASED ON MY EXPERIENXCE, IF YOURE GOING TO BE PIERCED BY A SPANISH LADY, SPEND YOUR DOLLARS ELSEWHERE. SOMEWHERE WHERE THERES A REAL PROFESSIONAL PIERCER!! SO I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT THIS SITUATION GETS RESOLVED FAIRLY QUICKLY. This company is SUPPOSED to be PROFESSIONAL AND FAIR, then PROVE IT and make OUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE XS 10000 RIGHT. Personally, my boyfriend NEEDS a FULL REFUND OF BORH OF THE DERMALS THAT SHE CLEARLY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY DO. This does NOT look good on the company. So I hope that yall right yalls wrongs. Granted its nobodys wrong doings EXCEPT FOR THE SPANISH LADY PIERCER who CLEARLY knows not a single thing about dermals, their implantation, the aftercare, ZILCH. SHE KNOWS ABSOLUTELY NOT A THING ABOUT THEM FROM START TO FINISH!! THERES A LOT MORE TO BE SAID BUT WE ALL JUST DONT HAVE THE TIME ITLL TAKE. SORRY IF THIS REVIEW CAME TO YALL AS BEING MEAN OR COLD HEARTED, BUT TO MY DEFENSE, DO YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO BE NICE KNOWING WHAT I WENT THRU THE ENTIRE TIME UNTIL LIL UNDER AN HR AGO WHEN THE BOTTOM DERMAL JUST FELL COMPLETELY OUT ALL ON ITS OWN?? NO MUSCLEMEAT WERE EVEN REMOTELY ATTACHED TO EITHER FOOT OF THE ANCHOR FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! THIS IS UTMOST THE MOST RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE ADULT LIFE WHEN GETTING PUERCINGS. ITS TRULY A SHAME. She needs to be more than ashamed of herself for doing to me what she did. TOTALLY UNCAED FOR IN EVERY WAY KNOWN TO MAN!!

This is absolutely one of the best experiences we can get at a tattoo parlor. Everyone there is nice and very attentive, they are constantly remodeling to make room for more artists to serve more customers. We’ve seen amber for 2 tattoos now and she is stellar. If anyone wants a sweet tattoo with some crazy color she is the artist!

If you are traveling/visiting out of town and happen to land here please make sure you have you a Birth Certificate”On Hand” otherwise you will be turned away for anyone who is under 18 does not matter if your teen had their valid ID showing their age. Also website does not mention birth certificate needed

Walked in to get a nose piercing. Front desk people were nice, professional, establishment was clean. I waited for Bree to finish a customer ahead of me. Went in to get my first piercing, was nervous. She was very thorough. She said close your eyes, take a deep breath, it was over. She gave me my care instructions I was out. Thank you Bree and Staff.

I set an appointment with Corey after my daughter got her first tattoo with him. He was very professional, and always made sure i was comfortable through the process. He transformed my old tattoo into something i will be proud to show off. Amazing work, he showed me what it should have looked like and I thank him so much for that. Would recommend anyone this shop. They are all an amazing bunch of people.

Love the tattoo artists but wouldnt recommend getting a piercing here. Got my daith done about 2 weeks ago and it was pierced way too deep and with the wrong jewlery. Due to it being so deep it moved around everytime I made any type of facial expression. On top of that it wasnt secured properly and the ball came off and fell out within a few days. Hated that I wasted money.

I went here on a whim and im so glad i did. im visiting from Hawaii and just wanted to stop and see what was up. to start, everyone was extremely nice and quick at the front counter. no question was too dumb and they helped me get the design of what i wanted before i met my artist and then my artist made it perfect. the entire shop is so we’ll it and super clean, even the bathroom. i hate going to shops and it just looks like people live there. my artist was Billy and he was so patient and sweet. he made me feel very comfortable, got me some water, talked me through the process, and checked on me periodically to make sure i had everything i needed. when it came to the aftercare; this was only my second time having the full adhesive cover. i LOVE it. unlike my first time with it, when i removed it after a few days, my tattoo didn’t itch at all and barely scabbed. im so so happy i found then and Billy. couldn’t have asked for a better experience based on an impulsive decision lol. thanks again !

Ive been here three times and the staff is always phenomenal. From the front desk to the artists, Ive always had a great experience. Im currently working on a piece with Shane and I recommend him to everyone. He sits down and helps me plan and customize design until its perfect. He drew a design for hours to make it work with a previous tattoo I had until it was perfect. He also has great ideas to help it become that much better. I love that he includes my thoughts, addresses my concerns and helps me customize my ideas! With all of his experience, he always knows exactly how to tweak something to really make it stand out and look amazing. Hes fun and knowledgeable and Im so excited to go back again to finish it up. I really appreciated how much time and effort went in to this on his part. Ive waited years to find someone to help me put my ideas in ink and Im so glad I did! I couldnt be happier with my tattoos or my experience. Im so grateful to Shane for all the hard work he has done.

After doing research of many tattoo shops, finally decided on ATS. The reviews were great and they are highly recommended by some friends. ATS have many artists on site compare to others that only have one or two. The staff in the front are very nice and helpful. But afterwards thats were the disappointment began. I visited 3 times to get the feel of the atmosphere and prices. Each time I visited the price was different, I understand the quality and artists skill, but all I wanted was a simple, Marine Corps emblem, black and gray, about 4 inches on my forearm. The last time I was quoted was $400.00Unbelievable! To continue on my research. You might have a better experience than me.

I am an active duty soldier and got work done at the fort bliss location. I was very impressed with the staff as well as the choice of professionals they offered. Very well pleased with Amber and Cassidy who made my appointment happen. They guided me in the direction that was best suitable for me to get the best result. Great energy all around. My artist of choice was Serge. Perfect artist to execute my requested piece. I will 10 times out of 10 be going back.

Not a single bad thing to say about this place. Customer service is more than amazing. Kenny gave me two tattoos and Im lined up to get another one! The piercer, Bri is incredible as well. Bro and Kenny both made me feel very comfortable for my first ear piercing and first tattoo respectively. Super sanitary, they do most of it in front of you. The people who work the front desk are always super helpful and kind without being overbearing. Ive been to a few different places for both tattoos and piercings and this is hands down the best place Ive stepped foot in and I am more than happy to give them my money.

I went here on 1/8/21. They were amazing! I love my tattoo. They were very clean. And the staff there is amazing. Sham did an amazing job and was very understanding of all the breaks I had to take. I love them and all the future tattoos I have planned out I will be going to them.

Came in for a walk-in immediately met with great customer service. Cory was a great artist and completely professional. Will definitely be back for my next tattoo!
