Very clean, very professional studio!! The artist Tim Adams who did my daughters tattoo is an excellent artist and did her tattoo quickly and effortlessly!! Will definitely be going to him in the future and 10/10 recommend as your artist too!!

Ive come here at least 4 separate times now for flash from Jada and every time has gone wonderfully. Whole shop is friendly and the other artists produce great looking work too. Every tattoo I got from here has healed and held so well so far. :)

This is the nicest shop I have ever been to. This is my 14th tattoo and from start to finish this was the best experience I’ve had. All the staff was super nice and professional and my artist Joey was nothing short of amazing. I’m a little awkward and uncomfortable by nature but he magically knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable enough to sit for a 6 hour session. 100/10 would recommend this shop and Joey !!

I have gone to several artists from Michigan to Kentucky, Dusty is by far the best artist I have found. He pays attention to details and is extremely thorough. Iron crow is very clean and I plan on getting more ink done very soon.

Such a friendly atmosphere. Amazing receptionists along with an amazing beautiful piercer. So happy I decided to get my septum and nose done here. I was super nervous about the septum being crooked but the piercer quickly put my anxiety away by doing an amazing job and making sure it was straight. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone who needs piercings. Definitely coming back for more.

Hannah does all of my work, but the whole team is SO committed to their craft and the comfort of their clients. These are talented, kind, honest people and I’ve got to give it to the owner, Bren, who keeps everything running smoothly while tirelessly advocating for the proper treatment of her tattooers. I don’t go more than a few days without recommending Hannah or Dusty to someone! I will always go to Hannah for my work and something I love about her process is her openness to give her professional opinion regarding placement and overall design of the tattoo. Again, kind and honest people and the absolute cleanest shop I’ve ever seen!

All the staff, from reception to artists, were welcoming. The artist, Joey, helped me with my first tattoo. He talked me through some good and bad ideas with font, sizing, and location. The experience itself was quick and effortless.

I had two new tatttoos done along with geting a previous one from about 25 years ago touched up / re-done. All of the work was done by Tim Adams. Tim did a great job especially on my second tattoo. I had an idea for a tattoo but did not really know how I wanted it to look. Tim took a few minutes and came back with a design that knocked it out of the park. My wife also got her first tattoo done at Iron Crow and couldnt be happier. Everyone that we dealt with were nice, helpful and professional. I would recommend Iron Crow Tattoo to my family and friends.

Ok so honestly kind of afraid to post my experience bc of the responses to other reviews, but alas, I feel like it needs to be said. If you go on the website to try and book an appointment, you’re met with a form to fill out about your personal information and your tattoo. I filled that out and most definitely remember specifying that I was going to want to use numbing cream. If it’s not your cup of tea, that’s fine and dandy, but I was going to be heading into work after my tattoo and wanted the pain lessened as much as possible. When I asked about it, I was told the shop didn’t have numbing cream and that “if I would’ve told them they could’ve told me otherwise…” when I did exactly that because I have a few tattoos and know that it’s an important thing to specify. The response I was met with was downright RUDE. I know the form I filled out was read bc how else could I have been contacted by the shop owner? I was literally too stunned to even bring it up. I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I ended up paying $108 PLUS a 20% tip to my tattoo artist for their “wasting their time.” I understand that I took up a spot, but this issue could’ve been avoided entirely if my inquiry was handled with care. I feel for my artist, but whoever was at the front desk though: do better. Most people would laugh in your face for asking for that when it was specified in my tattoo inquiry, but I work in the service industry and felt too bad to say no. So now I’m out $130 and a tattoo. I wouldn’t have cared one bit to pay $130 to my artist if whoever greeted me treated me with kindness and respect, but my experience rubbed me the wrong way. If you’re slightly socially awkward/ anxious and want a comforting and reassuring environment to be tattooed in, do not go here. I mean— I’ve been tattooed in a random person’s house and had the time of my life because they were so respectful and understanding. For me, it’s about attitude and whoever “helped” me today unfortunately did not have a good one.

The absolute best tattoo shop and artists Ive found! Theyre so clean, so thorough, and do easy to work with. Nathan gave me my favorite tattoo years ago, and will still do touch ups if ever theyre needed. Thank you Nathan, Dusty, Bren, and the entire crew. Love you all.

Dusty’s work is amazing! He is very talented and knows what he is doing. I went in kinda nervous getting a memorial tattoo for my cousin who passed away 2 years ago and Dusty nailed it. Definitely worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. Can’t wait to finish my piece soon.

I have a dozen tattoos, and my tattoo from Dusty is far and above my favorite and most impeccably done. He was so patient and was willing to put in the extra time to make sure the color and detail were perfect. This company is amazing. The tattoo they did on me was well thought through before Dusty even put the ink on my skin. He made sure it looked good, and that it was exactly what I wanted. The enviorment is so chill, and his work is high class. I get compliments on my tattoo all the time because he did such a great job. I totally think you cant go wrong if you pick iron crow as your next place to get some ink!

Relaxed environment. Amazing staff. Top notch artists. Joey was amazing. He is not heavy handed and he is very well trained. When the worst part of getting tattooed is your tailbone hurting from sitting for so long you know you have a winner. I will be back for more.

What can I say about Iron Crow? I love these guys. Dusty is not just in it to ink your skin, he creates true works of art. I got my third tattoo at Iron Crow and its the best one I have. It healed up perfectly with no complications. The studio is very clean with medical grade flooring and counter tops. Dusty was wonderful to work with. It took a few messages back and forth for him to understand what I wanted, but once he got it, he captured my idea perfectly. I recommend Iron Crow Inc 100%.

For my first large tattoo I wanted to make sure I went to the right place. I spent many years pondering about the tattoo and had all of these ideas in mind, but I just couldnt nail them done. My fiance introduced me to Dusty who worked hard on the details and design of the tattoo and honestly blew it out of the park. Hes kind, listens to you, cares about the work he does and does incredible work.If you care about your tattoos and want a great work done go to Iron Crow! Its clean, safe, fun and full of art!

LOOK ELSE WHERE! First off, let me give credit, where credit is due. The artist that did my work did a great job but thats where it ends. What was supposed to be several sessions of tattoo work turned out to be only two sessions with then Iron Crow no longer returning calls for follow up appointments or emails.Not exactly sure why this type of behavior would be coming from a business but Ive dealt with the public for decades and to completely ghost a customer who is willing to spend money at your establishment and not follow up with them is completely unacceptable. So do your research. There are many other tattoo establishments that would love your business and will have much better customer service that this place. Go there, not here, and certainly not again by me.

It was very easy to book an appointment at Iron Crow. I booked an appointment with Tim via Facebook messenger then called in with my deposit. They were able to get me in quickly. I love the space and location as you enter through a courtyard then up some stairs into a bright, clean space. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. She offered water, coffee, and snacks while I waited. I did have a bit of a wait, but that was okay as Tim was finishing a large piece before me, and tattoos are living art so sometimes it takes longer. Mine was a small piece that I plan to add to in the future. Tim was prepared with what Id requested then we discuss font (I sent in advance the style I was looking for), size, and location. I made a minor change and we were off. He took a couple minutes to clean his station in between myself and the previous tattoo which I appreciate. The needles were individually packaged and single use so I felt confident that they were rigorous with cleanliness. Tim took a couple times to apply the script to make sure it was perfectly straight/even. I appreciated the thoroughness. The actual tattoo process was very quick as my tattoo is a simple script. I appreciated that he checked in before he started that I was ready. Afterwards he confirmed I wasnt allergic to medical tape which I also appreciated. He gave me the aftercare and some recommendations on when it was okay to go back to the gym (he didnt want the tattoo to get infected and gyms can harbor germs). 10/10 would recommend. Great experience and I felt confident in my choice of going to iron crow. Thanks!

Dusty has done 2 tattoos for me, one for my boyfriend, and one for my daughter. All of them are top quality and healed wonderfully. With mine, I gave Dusty an idea of what I wanted and he ran with it, creating custom pieces, both of which I didnt change a thing on after he drew them up. I constantly recommend him to any of my friends looking to have work done, and as long as he is doing work, he will be the only place I turn to for future work.

My husband and I have a piece by Joey. Both he and Dusty are very professional, kind and put a lot of detail/effort into their work. They genuinely care about their clients! Forever grateful for the beautiful work — theres no doubt we will be back!

When my son talked to me about getting his first tattoo I told him Dusty was the only person I trusted to do his tattoo. I knew Dusty would be honest and the shop would be clean. I was not disappointed in anything about the shop. They go above and beyond on their work and standards required for the safety of their customers. I called the shop to try and schedule an appointment, I was directed to an email address to schedule through the artist directly. We emailed back and forth a few times and set up a date and time in about a week. I also sent him a screenshots of the work to be done to ensure we were all set. The morning of the appointment I emailed again to confirm with the artist and was told, I have today filled unfortunately. He also gave me more dates and times in about another week. I let him know I was disappointed and hes not bothered to follow up.I dont understand the process if your not going to stand behind the schedule, which you created with me. Just as your time with a client is valuable, so is the clients time. Disappointing for sure.10/18 -In response Bren - you may want to let the young lady that answered the phone when I called your shop your policy, as she is the one that pointed me to email your artist for an appointment. While emailing your artist, he never brought up a consultant or a deposit, which I would have gladly paid. Heck I would have paid the entire fee to hold my spot, if he would have just asked me to. Thats the point!

Waited almost 2 hours even though I had an appointment. Wasnt allowed back with my sister even though we were seeing the same tattoo artist for the same tattoo. (they said it was due to Covid but there was no social distancing, no mask requirement and no other safety measures. Healed nicely, but 3 weeks later there is no definition and no color.

Got a tattoo from Dusty and I am beyond impressed with the work he did. His attention to detail is second to none. I have found my new tattoo artist and will be going back soon. The shop is clean and everyone is very professional.

Took my son to Iron Crow for his first tattoo. Very classy place. Very clean facility and friendly people. Front desk offered soft drink and water while we waited. The artists are top notch. There isnt anything these artists cant do.Entrance is through the courtyard which is to right of building. Door is to the left.

This shop is AMAZING! By far the cleanest tattoo shop I have ever been to. They changed their gloves so many times I cant even count. I went in with an vision for my tattoo, with no picture or outline. They made it in to something more than I could of ever imagined. Great work and LOVE my tattoo. I wanted to love this place, but in all honesty the staff was incredibly condescending and rude . I tried to go back for a touch up and they gave me attitude and tried to tell me it was my fault because of the tattoo location. Also Told me they’d get me in and never have followed up. Very shady. I legitimately only needed a single letter touched up…. 0/5Edit: your response just goes to show why people shouldn’t waste there money with this shop. If it was such a big deal then the artist should’ve advised and made that know before the tattoo even started. Not after I say hey my tattoo faded and you tell me it my fault? My sister in law and I came to Dusty with an idea for a sisters tattoo. He worked us in late one evening on a work night; he sketched us up and had us tattooed (perfectly I might add) within just a few hours. I dont have many tattoos but I definitely plan on going back to Iron Crow for my next one!

Very disappointed in the mini tattoos my friend and I received here, by artist Nathan. We reached out last minute hoping to get an appointment while she was in town, and after seeing everyone’s work, we were very excited. Our “matching” tattoos look nothing alike, they’re blown out, very uneven, patchy, and just messy. I left the shop with skin torn/lifted from the pressure the artist used on the line... it was just a bad experience.My friend also received toe tattoos that day, and what were supposed to be dainty clean lines (almost henna inspired), turned out chunky, blown out, and larger than the stencils the artist initially placed. I’m not sure if we were given the new guy or not, but 10/10 don’t recommend.

Absolute incredible experience at iron Crow. Tattooing isnt like trying out the latest restaurant in town where if you have a bad meal or negative experience oh well. From the moment that you walk in, Dusty owns your project. They were able to take abstract ideas that I had and turn them into art.Professional, courteous and very approachable. This can be a very intimidating process, but not at Iron Crow, they listened and gave honest feedback if they thought something wouldnt turn out well in the end.Repeat business says it all and Ive been twice and have made many referrals of family and friends.

The Iron Crow has received 100 % rating in the past 2 years from the health department. As a RN l would hope that you only go somewhere safe and has great work. Joey and Dusty are fantastic artists.

This place now has two very different areas/aspects...one being the tattoo parlor portion and the other and amazing coffee house, art gallery, amazing little nook to eat lunch! Amazing daily soup and sandwich specials and their iced coffee competes with the best!! Visited recently with a friend and while tattoos are not my thing, food is! We both had lunch sandwiches and they were delicious. The side of pasta salad was too sweet for my taste, but my friend loved her iced mocha. Highly recommend.

Tried weeks getting an appointment with dusty. Sent multiple emails directly to dusty and though their website. Finally got a message from someone saying they’ll look at the schedule. Been 4 days now still haven’t heard back so I’m just going to find somewhere else.

I received a tattoo last August and it is BEAUTIFUL! Im planning on getting another one from Iron Crow in the next few months...after I decide on what to get. lol. On a sadder note, the one star left by Rebecca Costa should be removed...why did she only leave one star....pray tell! Did she get a tattoo????? Every tattoo I see on the site and on their Facebook page is wonderful. If you leave a poor rating, you should say why.
