This place is amazing. They get your ears pierced for free when buy their earrings, plus an additional discount on a third pair. I had such a great experience with Cleidys costumer service. She is great! She took the time to show me as many earrings I wanted and explain everything in detail about the piercings. She took the time to mark where my piercings were going to go and correct the position if I didnt like it. I highly recommend going there for piercings if you cant make it to a tattoo shop.

Cleidy was awesome! Friendly, personable, clean, efficient, and thorough with aftercare. She did a perfect placement and helped ease a little anxiety even though it was my teens second piercing. Would recommend!

Absolute joke. I went to Sawgrass Mills location.. I stood there for over 10 minutes while the sales girl was on the phone. Right in front of her. A couple walked up and she pauses her call and ask them if they needed help. I said I have been here the whole time, she said I didnt you. I am a 275lb man, hard to miss. I want to thank her for putting me in a bad mood on my wedding day. I went somewhere else spend a $1000.

I do not recommend it! I bought several jewelry and they sold me insurance that does not absolutely cover what they tell you, the lady who sold me the jewelry told me when she sold me the earrings for my daughter that she would sell me the insurance because in that case the earring was lost, it would be replaced. I went to complain because my daughters earring holder was loose and she lost it. Arriving at the store, the same lady who sold it to me told me that the insurance didnt cover it, that it was only in case it got damaged or broke... I didnt get anything back, Im very upset because I didnt even have a week to get it. I bought
