Ive had nothing but positive experiences with them. I underwent approximately 21 treatments due to the darkness of my tattoo, with each session spaced three months apart to allow my skin to recover. Today was another great experience and at this point I thank the Lord for the staff at Removery. Diana is so good at what she does by literally making the process so calm and tolerable with icing and blowing the air fan at the right time and controlling the laser so that the spice from the laser doesn’t really even hurt! You can tell she’s very very Good at what she does. God bless her and every one else working there.

This place makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. I have a very low pain tolerance so I’m crying basically walking through the door. But no matter what, I feel very comfortable, the process is very fast, and their communication during it all is amazing.If you want a tattoo removed, please heavily consider Removery.

Best experience for laser tattoo removal I have had. I am heavily tattooed and starting a large blackout tattoo removal at removery. The technician was fast and efficient. I had less pain this time because of the ice and cold air (I did not use numbing cream)This was definitely a better experience than other places I have been before. I have had several tattoo removals prior to finding removery. And they are the absolute best.

One word.... WOW!! I made a consultation appointment with them at there ft Lauderdale location and I was in desperate need of answers. Ive been going through removals at another location so i was quite knowledgeable in some areas already. I recently got a tattoo cover up that then proceeded to a whole half sleeve I know I know what was I thinking instant regret. Ive been trying to fix it by going over certain areas and changing it up a little. Unfortunately its my ocd that just cant seem to accept such a large piece. Thankfully I landed at the right place thanks to HALLI! and DIANA for being so honest and transparent. They werent after my money they were looking out for ME! and telling me the honest truth and expectations and just the plain reality. Earlier this year, I made the decision to have some ink removed. Im so happy I did, but even happier that I chose Removery! First of all, Halli & Diana are 5 stars themselves. You can literally ask any question- they know everything! Diana is a super star, she puts me at ease during my session and lets me hold my emotional support pillow, and we joke and laugh together. She’s a real pro, and explains everything before she starts, and throughout the session. Today was my 5th session. I have two large areas of ink in both color & black, so we alternative the sessions, right arm had 2 sessions and today was 3rd session for left arm. I’m aware it’s going to take time, and that some parts will be easier to remove than others, and I’m ok with that. I have already seen lots of fading and I feel safe knowing they use PicoWay- it’s super fast! Yes, it hurts. But the good part is that each session is short. Also make sure you follow their guidelines for the aftercare. I’ll post progress photos in a few months. Thank you Halli & Diana and Removery for making this possible. See you in a few weeks!

I had an amazing experience at Removery! The staff was incredibly professional, the process was surprisingly painless, and the in-house financing options make removal very accessible. Do your research and understand that you will likely need multiple sessions to see results but the laser is capable of removing 100% of the ink over time, the staff will explain this process in more detail during your consultation.The studio is great, very upscale location with free covered parking. Very clean, well decorated, comfortable, intimate, and accessible. I also like that they keep the doors locked for our safety and privacy (they will meet you at the door at the time of your appointment or you can ring the doorbell).The staff were incredible. Halli was great and made me feel very comfortable with her overview of the process and smooth check-in at the front, I ended up being able to start with my first session that same day of my consultation. Diana is truly a gem, she is very experienced and knowledgeable and even made me laugh. I was so anxious about the pain of the laser but Diana was committed to my comfort and worked so fast.I would just describe the feeling of the laser as… “prickly” or “sparkly” not necessarily painful. They provide ice packs before and after & throughout the laser treatment there is cold air blown onto the area being treated as well. It’s definitely not even close to being worse than getting a tattoo, save your money, you won’t need to buy numbing cream. Diana is so quick, it’ll be over before you know it anyway.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to remove their tattoos. Five stars!

After years of contemplating, I decided to remove a tattoo that no longer resonated with me. I opted for laser removal and, I must say, the results were impressive! The fading was gradual, requiring multiple sessions, but the investment was worth it. Hollie and Diana are very friendly and professional and made the process a lot more comfortable.

I’ve been putting off getting my tattoo removed because of the commitment in doing it, plus I’ve been scammed in the past, but O M G!!! I wish I would’ve listened to the motto “think before you ink” because it’s 1000x more painful than when I got the tattoo. My first time at “Removery” was such a wonderful experience.First, I called because I was stuck in traffic (due to an issue with the railroad crossings) and wasn’t going to make it on time, so they pushed my appointment, which was really generous of them.When I got there, the environment was welcoming and I was cheerfully greeted by staff. I had my consultation for 20-30 minutes to talk about the treatments, results, and cost/ payment plans. Halli was super nice and she really knew her stuff. I was blown away because the last place I went to I was not informed of a lot of things within the laser tattoo removal process.During the actual laser, I had to use ice like crazy and we went really slow because I couldn’t handle the higher speed of the laser. Next time I’ll try and do the laser faster, but no pressure! Diana, the Nurse Practitioner, was really sweet. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and felt at ease.The best part is when I got home, I compared when I got the tattoo to the results after the laser today. I was amazed at how much was already gone. I’m so excited to continue my removal journey with Removery!

$190 for one removal session and NOTHING happened. My tattoo looks exactly the same. I’ve had 5 sessions already at a diff location with a diff laser. There’s no way that my results should look the same after my 6th session. The area never even got red or peeled. She must’ve had the laser on the lowest setting possible.

It was fast and I got through the session pretty quickly. Tbh it hurts but its manageable. They are very professional!

From the moment I walked in Halli made me feel extremely comfortable which I didn’t think was possible in what I thought would be a horrific experience. Dianna, the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, genuinely caring and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. She’s a master at her craft and did everything she possibly could to make the experience quick and minimize the pain as much as possible. I just finished my second session and looking forward to finishing the process with them - Thank God for these two because I don’t know if I could say the same if it was anybody else. I was doing some research online and came across Removery. I had already been to a few other locations in the South Florida area, but I was not impressed. Most people offer small packages or one-off sessions. The issue with that is, tattoos removals are unpredictable. Most of the time it takes on average 8-12 sessions to get them completely off and even that isn’t promised. The reason I chose Removery over other locations is because their prices are reasonable AND they offer unlimited sessions til the tattoo is completely removed. Halli (the receptionist and former tattoo removal specialist) sat with me for about an hour to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. A few weeks later I went in for my first treatment. I was so nervous that I wouldn’t be able handle the pain, however it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would.Halli & Diana (the lady who did my removal) were so kind, patient and accommodating to me and all of my needs. It was over before I knew it. The 2 year journey begins! It’s a huge commitment and sacrifice, esp since you can’t be in the sun pretty much the whole journey but it’s going to be so worth it in the end. I’m so happy I chose Removery!!!

I have complained about not having any results or difference for better from my sessions, I sent emails and etc, they have only ignored me. They also ask their clients to leave a positive review as soon you sign up for them, not even having a session or see any results yet. I asked for my money back and they only ignore me. I tried pico laser later on in a different place and it was the only way to get my tattoo to fade. Paid $2700 at Removery for nothing.

I’ve been coming to Removery for a couple of months now and must say that the service and the staff are great. The place is very clean and they always have lollipops in the front desk to ease the pain. Strongly recommend it.

The girls at the desk are very nice. But the company offers nothing to numb you for the treatment. The pain is excruciating and if you get a refund on your package, corporate takes forever to respond and they dont give you the full amount. Trust me, go somewhere that offers lidocaine injections.

Imagine this… you and 3 of your closest brotatoes are chillin out in the garage on a vintage sofa eating Cheetos, having a couple brewskies, and watching “that 70’s show” reruns. And then Nasty Nate rolls up on his Schwinn with his backpack, walks into the garage, and unloads 4 needles, a tattoo machine, and soot ink… and that’s how I came to meet Halli and Diana at Removery. I had been turned down for 3 positions because of my extremely immature tattoos. I won’t get into the details but imagine what you’d tattoo on your friends if you were a 13 year old boy. Anyways, I had nuts on my knuckles and no one would take me seriously, I often wore gloves to cover them up but newsflash, if you walk into a job interview with Michael Jackson gloves, they still won’t take you seriously, and that’s bad. So I decided to get them removed. Halli and Diana are so accommodating and easy to talk to. I was super self conscious for obvious reasons and they put my mind at ease, Halli took me through my treatment plan step by step and Diana is probably the best laser person ever! If you have been thinking about it I definitely recommend this team!

These people are amazing, they have helped a dear friend remove one o the worst regrets of his life, and begin a new life after prison, but I also know they did for free the remova of a face tattoo on a woman who was tattoos against her will, and I don’t know about you but that’s the most “love thy neighbour” thing you can do, and a true American value we don’t see much of today, glad to have found this place and their wonderful staff.
