Francesca was great! Super quick and efficient service I came in and chose my earring super quick. The piercing barely hurt she was quick explained and took the time to do the placement on both ears and decide with me. Will definitely come back here for any other piercings!

My new favorite shop! I’ve come 3 times, twice with Karma and I will always refer people here!! She has a light touch and can pull off very thin delicate lines, and always very sweet and kind, my favorite tattoos are with her! In general the shop has a good environment and good music, will keep coming back

Walking in the door off the bat, I was greeted and taken care of immediately. They asked if I needed a water or anything to keep me comfortable while I waited for my artist. Andreina did a fantastic job on my simple tattoo! Her Instagram shows off more of her work. I came on a Friday the 13th for their flash tattoo specials and left completely satisfied! I got my tattoo same day by Zay, he is a master of the craft for sure. This was a random spontaneous tattoo that I just said, what the heck let’s do it. It came out amazing and he was very professional and chill. Ryan, the owner is very nice and friendly. He is here everyday meeting every client and will talk to everyone in the shop. You can tell that he loves what he does and has put his heart and soul in this business and it shows. It is not that common anymore to have great customer service and feel welcomed into a business anymore, but I can guarantee you will here. I will only be coming here for all my future tattoo’s and you should too!

Went into the shop for a piercing. Everyone just sat there staring without a welcome. After initiating verbal contact I was asked “what are you getting ?” And received rushed and annoyed response while inquiring about the jewelry. The shop just lacks professionalism. Makes you feel uncomfortable as if you’re being rushed through the process.

Franchesca is the best piercer I’ve ever encountered. I went in not really knowing where I wanted to pierce my ear but I brought the future jewelry I want to use once it is healed and she helped me pick a cute location. She made sure I liked the location and was very transparent with everything. I loved her sense of humor and she’s so so sweet. Now that I have found Franchesca, I don’t want to go anywhere else, lol. She has a professional and gentle touch. She really knows what she’s doing and she’s get it over with quick since it obviously hurts. I ended up getting these snakebite studs and they came out so gorgeous! I highly recommend Heartbreakers for your piercings and tattoos! There is a lot of love poured into the shop and they won’t disappoint!
