Jamarkus was absolutely amazing ! My daughter wanted for her 8th birthday to get her ears pierced. We had to wait a little because of a customer before but he was so great with her. He was able to keep my daughter at ease and remove any fears or concerns. He has outstanding customer service and was able to explain everything including after piercing care. Thank you, thank you Jamarkus!! I would highly recommend him and making an appointment online. It was very easy to do. We will gladly visit him again and do not go anywhere else!

I had an amazing experience at the Banter in Coolsprings Galleria. Jarmakis was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and body piercing. He was very professional and talked me through how to change my piercing. After I wasnt able to do it on my own he assisted me in finding another piece of jewelry that I loved and made sure my piercing was just what I wanted. He made this experience so enjoyable. I would recommend a 100 times and will not be purchasing my jewelry from anywhere else. Thanks Jamarkis you are the best!. He deserves a bonus!

Jamarkis was personable and professional. He calmed nerves and made the process quick and painless. He clearly communicated and offered welcomed advice during selection of products and all that the protection plan covered. He explained each step in a way that welcomed input but with a degree of confidence that only comes from lots of experience. He used a few strategies like counting down and he even coached breathing, helping to make the actual piercing go quickly, smoothly and painlessly. He gave clear aftercare instructions and assurance that he or the nearest Banter would be there to help if we had any issues down the line. 5 stars Jamarkis!

I went to buy some jewelry and the blonde lady (overweight) no offense. Just trying to be very direct of who it was! She didnt even want to work. She never said hi or offered help. After looking for myself for some mins, I called her and she got annoyed by that. I left. Terrible experience.

The manager jamarkis is very experienced with piercing with a piercing gun and made the entire experience pleasurable for my daughters first piercing. We went to several places before and after our initial visit and chose to come back because he made us feel informed and comfortable.. glad we didn’t go to Claire’s. This was the perfect fit for us and such a smooth process!

If I could rare 0, best believe I would. They dont take your own anatomy into account and they ruin peoples ears in doing so. Please go to a licensed professional for all of your piercing needs! I know the price point might be attractive but just remember you get what you pay for. Not to mention when this client that came to me about this problem, she told me she went back to this location (who pierced her to begin with) and she told me they laughed in her face and told her they didnt know what to do because they never dealt with this before.... That is not a way to treat a client who comes to you for help .. do better, and please be smart and safe when considering your next body modification. Any licensed body piercer with APP certification is always a great tool to utilize!

My daughter was charged an extended service agreement without her permission. I was later told thats a mandatory charge with a piercing. Really? Hummm, in my opinion, this should have been explained in the beginning.

Jamarkis was awesome! He did a great job piercing my daughters ears and even fixed a hole that was too low! I would definitely recommend going to see him!

Jade was personable, professional, and efficient. She had 4-5 customer groups in line for a piercing and was able to not only attend to all of them, but give a wonderful experience to the group as a collective whole by staying cool under pressure and hospitable to everyone. I have near 10 piercings already from many locations and Jade alone is the reason this was my best experience getting pierced. Big kudos to her!!

The manager sold me a necklace. When I checked the receipt I noticed that there was no final calculated taxes. Then, I went to the website to check my Progressive Lease contract details, and there is an extra $300.00 early buy fee option, also not on the receipt. When I called Kadeen she immediately began to lie and said that it was Progressives responsibility for the hidden fee. Our conversation didnt go well after that. This person had the never to ask me to be respectful after hanging up the phone on me twice, without ending the conversation professionally. She knows dang well that the customers receipt must have a calculated tax, and all fees included. That is state law. Better Business Bureau here I come.

Markis was awesome he went above and beyond to help me. I actually had the pleasure of working with him twice and he was so sweet and made it a pleasant and easy process. Because of him I will continue to buy from this company.

Great service with them piercing my 2yr olds ears. She was against getting her second ear done, but they were very helpful with calming her down. Her piercings are perfect, definitely recommend!

Jamarkis was very helpful with my daughters helix piercing issues. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. I cant recommend PP enough!

Very disappointed. I got a lobe and helix piercing in both ears. I looked online first to see how their piercings were done, and it said they measured and would use a sterilized hollow needle, the same thing you would expect from any reputable tattoo parlor for piercings. Contrary to this, they did they did all four of my new piercings, including the cartilage piercings with a piercing gun and eyeballed the location. I now have four uneven piercings, all at different angles. I cleaned them all twice daily after and still ended up with an infected helix piercing. After doing research, I know now that piercings guns come with many more risks than needle piercings and come with a much greater risk of infection and not healing properly. I was not informed of any of this, and the piercers didn’t seem to be knowledgeable at all. Complete waste of money. I will be letting these piercings close up and getting them redone at a tattoo parlor.

Great experience for my 8 year old….and the only place we could find to pierce ears in Franklin (aside from Claire’s). Very professional and took the time to measure her ears precisely before piercing. Highly recommend!

It says they open at 11? I have been there 3 times within the past week and I have stood there till at least 11:20 and noone is ever there on time. I am limited to what times I can come because of work so when it says you open at 11, be there open and ready to help your customers. Why have an opening time if you cant open on time!
