Jill was fantastic with my daughter. Very informative, clean and gentle. We had a terrible experience elsewhere with her 2nd earlobe hole not being done correctly and Jill explained her options to make it less noticeable and to make her feel more comfortable with her piercings. We will be going back for any future piercings.

My daughter and I got to experience our ears being pierced together. This was my 2 year olds first ear piercing and my second piercing in the ear. Me and my boyfriend went and got a conch and both lobes done with her. I’ve never had a piercer give so much information about after care and even a sheet with all the aftercare information to take home! She had music playing quietly in the background and the fact that it’s in her house definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable. Her prices are also extremely fair. I was able to make a same day appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced before going back to school. She was a little nervous, but we loved the way Jill explained everything she was using and what she was going to do before doing it. She also had lollipops at the end, which gave my daughter something to look forward to past the pain she was anticipating. Jill was honest in letting her know it would hurt but not for very long, and she was able to get everyone to relax. Overall it took a short amount of time and we are very happy with the results!

Jill was awesome. We just got our 3 month old daughters ears pierced and she explained everything that was going to happen and went over the care instructions prior to doing the piercing so we could focus on soothing her after the piercing. She even offered a book for my 2 year old so he could be entertained while sitting on the bench behind where the piercing was being done. And was very patient with the fact that he was with us. She did a great job on the piercing and was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Jill. My two young girls both had their ears pierced. Though they were excited, they were also feeling a little nervous. She put them at ease with her calm, welcoming demeanor and talked them through what to expect. They were also excited about being able to pick their favorite color for the stone. Jill was incredibly professional and thorough from start to finish. I felt comfortable and at ease the minute I walked in. Everything was clean, sanitary and explained in layman’s terms. She provides a comfortable and relaxing environment which is such a different experience from the trauma of getting my ears pierced at a booth in the mall 25 years ago. That piercing ended up requiring an ER visit in the middle of the night for an infection. Everything we were told to do back then is the exact opposite of what is the gold standard now.Jill came highly recommended by family and friends and not only lived up to the expectations but exceeded them. Great experience! Being that she had 800+ five-star Google reviews, I figured I would give it a shot. My three year old has been wanting her ears pierced for a while and I finally found somewhere I could trust to do it. From scheduling to the piercing, everything was seamless. I made the appointment online, showed up to the address prior to the appointment time, let her know we were there and she greeted us with a smile. I had a great experience with Jill. I got two different piercings during one appointment, one being an industrial and she was supportive and professional through it all! Being that this was my first time going to Jill I was initially a bit nervous as anyone would be but I really enjoyed the experience. I got three piercings daith, conch, and tragus which all ended up being an easier process than I imagined. Jill made sure to check up on me after each one and left me with clear and concise aftercare instructions. Jill welcomed me in and sat me down to explain what she’d be doing. There was music in the back which was nice for me as it filled silence that typically makes me anxious. Everything seemed to be very clean and I know that she used sterile tools. The piercing itself took less than 5 minutes and she explained what I need to do to care for it very thoroughly. I had a terrible experience at a tattoo shop with my nose piercing, it was already pierced, could very clearly still see the mark and the piercer didn’t listen about wanting it done in the same place and just pierces it without even asking if she had the right place, which she didn’t, completely pierced a different area. I reached out to Jill and explained what happened and if it would be out of the question to get it removed and re-pierced the next day, luckily she was able to do both and it was the BEST experience ever, she was very accommodating and listened to everything I said with the placement and it was quick and pretty painless compared to my previous experience at the tattoo shop. Jill was extremely professional & was responding to my text when I arrived. She gave us all of the after care instructions first, let us pick out the earring and pay first via CashApp so that we can focus on soothing my 6 month old baby after she was done with her piercing. She took out all of the tools (packaged), opened, and sterilized them while she explained the entire process. Marked my baby’s ear and then confirmed with us that it was in a good spot. She showed us the best/safest way to hold the baby during the piercing. She was quick and I LOVE that she pierced her with a needle and not a gun. I didn’t want my baby to be traumatized by the pain and the loud pop of a piercing gun. She didn’t rush us out, let us get ourselves together. My Piercings by Jill experience was wonderful. I was suppose to come with 2 other people so she worked with me on how to get the 3 appointment times together on the date I wanted to come in since there wasnt three back to back appointments at the time. They ended up not being able to come and Jill was understanding.As for the appointment itself, we started right on time. There wasnt any dilly dally. She took out the equipment which was still wrapped in its sterile bag. She opens it on the table in front of you so that you know it has not been used before. I asked her to walk me through exactly what she was going to do (bc i was so nervous) and she did. I asked her to do 3-2-1-go and she did. She marks your ear where she thinks is best and lets you look in the mirror before she does it. I wanted it in a slightly different place and she gave me the pros and cons (very helpful). She hands you a piece of paper with aftercare instructions that way you dont forget. In total I couldnt have spent more than 20 minutes there (I got two piercings done).All in all, very good service, very understanding, and very cleanly. No funny business! This picture is 4 days after the piercing was done. I got the second lobe piercing and a helix piercing. I definitely recommend coming here.

My two daughters got pierced by Jill last night. Everything was clean and ready to go for them. She was soft spoken and we were all very comfortable with her. My youngest got her septum pierced, and it went without a hitch. It was very quick with minimal pain. My oldest got her navel pierced, and while the actual piercing went great, she had what I can only describe as a vaso vagal syncope episode when she was standing in front of the mirror and fainted...twice! Jill was calm and helped carry my daughter to the couch where she pretty quickly came to. Jill gave her a lollipop and my daughter, while very embarrassed, was great. She wanted to make sure I mentioned that Jills couch is the most comfortable couch shes ever laid on and 10/10 recommends it.

Saw Jill today for 4 piercings in my ears, she did a great job making sure everything was perfectly matched on both sides. Everything was very clean. She had a wide selection of earrings to put in and they were all very pretty.

We had our 10 month old’s ears pierced with Jill & it was such a good experience overall. She was thorough with the instructions for the appointment as well as the after care process. She was so patient & kind with my little ones as well as my husband & myself. Each piercing was quick & my daughter cried just as long as her hands were being held, which was about 2-3 minutes if that. She allowed time to comfort our daughter as long as she needed in between ears as well. She was sterile with everything she used & touched. 4 y/o, first piercing. Loved that the piercing was a barbell -> she complained the day of but by the next morning she said very little about it. Traditional earrings jab you whenever you lay down. The barbells are way more comfortable.We did one ear, my little cried. Jill was patient, tried to distract her with questions and calming techniques. She didnt push or hurry us. I asked for options to get the second ear pierced and she was straight up. 1 Bring her back in a week or so, 2 Give her some more time to calm, 3 Hold her and get it over with.Knowing my kid, I chose to hold her. I did not feel judged by Jill at all. I got the feeling that she knew I knew what was best. My kid screamed like a banshee, Jill was super quick. Afterwards, she happily ate her lollipops in the car. She spent the weekend talking about how brave she is and how much she loves her earrings.Thank you so much!
