Loved my experience here! Went in to get a small matching tatt with my mom. Tammy immediately got us set up with DJ who did an excellent job! Shop was clean and the whole experience was very efficient and professional. Prices are also very reasonable. I even bought some new jewelry from Tammy for my piercings while I was there. If youre looking for a place to get your piercings or need a tattoo, dont hesitate to come here!

I came here for piercings twice now and today I met DJ and he did my tattoo. He was very nice and understanding, super easy to communicate with. He tattooed me on a sensitive part of my body but it he made it extremely bearable. I highly recommend coming here for all of your tattoo and piercing needs! Go see DJ!

This place was recommended by one of the friends and its the best hands down. Tammy is extremely nice and friendly. I took my daughter for her first piercings and it went super smooth.It took about 5 to 10 minutes for the entire process.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.I paid $50 for ear piercings. You can pay with cash or cashapp only.

I brought my 15 year old daughter for a belly piercing. The lady that checked us in and took our info was really friendly and kind. The piercer, Tammy, was excellent. My daughter barely felt anything. Tammy talked to her throughout the entire process, and calmed her nerves. Five hours “post piercing” and my daughter feels absolutely no pain. I highly recommend Boss Lady. Thank you, ladies, for being excellent!

Partner and I visited, both got piercings. Followed standard procedure for washing the wound, etc, for weeks. Both got seriously infected regardless. My partners got so bad that the skin around the piercing abscessed and the piercing was literally hanging on by a shred of skin because the infection had eaten away the rest. They had to remove the piercing--its been a year since then and the skin is still discolored and slightly inflamed. They cant even touch the area without pain.My piercing was not neat whatsoever--there were two separate holes. Every time I changed my piercing for the first 9 months, I had to re-pierce the hole in my nose. I still cant have a piercing out without risk of the hole closing up entirely within a couple hours.Please for the love of God do not go here. I cant speak to the tattoo aspect since we didnt get those done, but I honestly would not trust any needles in that place. Be safe, do your research, dont get piercings and tattoos from a mall.

I had my eyebrow pierced on 11/4/23. The piercer was quick and explained everything to me in depth, which helps as I have anxiety. She was so sweet and complimented my eyebrows. I will be getting my next piercing done here

I just want to thank BOSSLADY for her services! This was my first time going to her for any services. I went in on Friday and received a piercing. She was so patient with me. More patient than anyone else would have been as I dragged out this service for about a hour that should have taken only a few minutes. She made me feel so comfortable as I filled her chair with sweat.. lol She has an absolutely amazing spirit. I want to say thank you once again BOSSLADY for your kindness, support and patience. My piercings came out perfect. ❤️I will most definitely be back!

My daughter got her nose pierced here, and the lady who did her piercing was so nice and made sure my daughter was comfortable. She was so quick she was done before I got my app open to pay for it. I would definitely return and recommend this shop to anyone it was a great atmosphere.

I have been trying to contact this lady about my daughters peirceing that is keloiding and she will not answer or return calls! I give everyone a chance, but when you ignore calls and emails thats a problem for me. Maam you need to contact me to explain this! ASAP

I got my industrial, lobes, and nostril pierced here. tammy is so sweet, and makes you feel comfortable! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Went here and got my nipples pierced. Piercing seems to be good, but bars were too short and after going back and having her look at it and telling her it looked irritated she told me it was fine and part of the healing process. It indeed was not part of the healing process, I gave it time but it just kept getting worse. I finally went today to another shop for a second opinion and just as I had expected they told me my bar was way too short and had I not came in my piercing may have become embedded. My right nipple initially felt better (pain was almost completely gone) after having a longer bar put in. However, it is very swollen and irritated and I’m not sure if I will have a scar from this or if the short bar and swelling has messed up the placement. Do not recommend her. I may end up having to take out my right one and let it heal and have it re-done if it doesn’t heal right with the correct placement.

Worst tattoo I have ever gotten, and I have a lot. 0/10 recommendation.Edit: nothing can be done other than giving me a refund. I’m going to have to get it laser removed when it heals. I didn’t say anything to him because I felt bad but instantly regretted it as soon as I saw it. It looks like it was drawn on by a sharpie.

Took my daughter here today and I absolutely loved the inviting and home feeling we received. Also very informative before actually doing the nose piercing and now I am wanting mine done!! Rate this place 💯

I had a great experience at BossLady Piercing. I was given proper instructions before and after my lip piercing. She was extremely honest and knowledgeable about the risks and conditions of my particular piercing. I pretty much begged her to do my piercing because she didn’t want to take my money. It felt as though a close family member pierced me which put my mind at ease. Very affordable pricing. She should charge more! 10/10 would recommend.

I went in for a walk in nose piercing, and it was so fast! My experience was 10/10. The piercing was perfectly placed, and my piercer was such a sweetheart. I plan on coming back for any future piercings/tattoos.

I brought my kids in to get their lobes pierced, the woman who pierced them was so amazing. My son ended up having a hard time and she was so patient with him. She was so sweet and encouraging to both of my children. The experience was so quick and smooth, highly recommend!

Got a tattoo done by an amazing artist named Shannon. We corresponded for about a week on IG for the tattoo I wanted him to do for me. Absolutely AMAZING experience from start to finish! Shop was super clean, Shannon is very conscious about hygiene before, during & after finishing my tattoo! All around great shop! I’m definitely going to find him again for another one!!!

Tammy is the best professional piercer Ive ever been to. My daughter has many piercings, and Tammy has done them all. No infections ever. I just had my ears pierced and she caused me no pain at all. We love you Tammy. ♥️♥️

Went in this shop for 3 piercings (two daiths and a set of lobes) and they were able to accommodate us all just as walkins! Super awesome. The piercer was phenomenal, you can tell she knew her stuff! And she was very personable and kind. I’m not normally out that way, but would definitely come back to the shop for any other piercings or tattoos!

Went to Boss Lady’s Piercing and Tattoo shop in August and got a tattoo job that I wasn’t too happy with. Tammy, the owner, sent me a message right away and wasn’t gonna let me go that easy, she insisted to do whatever it took to make me happy and sure enough she did. If I can show you a before an after picture on here I would, Alexis, my tattoo artist, did such an amazing job, she actually helped me choose my new tattoo and I love it so much. I recommend this place to anyone trying to get a piercing or a tattoo, they will treat you like family and make sure you are completely satisfied.

This by far was one of the best experiences Ive had in years of getting a piercing. I was hesitant on getting my septum done, an my anxiety just had me all over the place, but let me tell you when miss boss lady pierced me, she made me feel so relaxed and confident in my decision and her aura was definitely amazing 👏😌 she was super quick all while still holding convo it made me even more relaxed. And I must say ive had piercings that hurt really bad after getting where i was like omg what was i thinking but after Miss Boss Lady pierced me it hurt for a little bit and then it felt like it wasnt even there and I love that ❤️❤️❤️💐💐💐 thank you again for the wonderful experience and convo, i definitely will be back 😁😁

I got tattoo done here two weeks ago. Alexis did an amazing job. This is my first tattoo so I was little nervous but they made me comfortable by letting me know about the process and they also gave me paper what needs to be done to take care of tattoo for first two weeks while it is healing. Place was very clean and they were very friendly. Alexis you are amazing.Thank you do much.

I don’t recommend coming here if you’re coming for a tattoo. I came in for a SLEEVE. A lot of incomplete lines and tattoos aren’t exactly the same as the stencils drawn. Artist was on the phone the entire time and rushed to finish the tattoo. All in all, I give the entire service a 5 out of 10.

Just came here for a quick pierce since I’m on a trip and decided “why not?” But everyone in this store has a very positive vibe and they were all very welcoming (: I didn’t get any names but the person at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and the piercer did a great job in comforting my friends and I during the whole process. 10/10 🫶🏼

I’ve been here twice for piercings. I absolutely love her and positive energy!!

I gave this place multiple chances. Twice, I came here to get my sister’s bellybutton pierced and was informed that the piercer wasn’t there. We ended up going somewhere else. Twice, I came here during business hours and the store was closed. Yesterday, I messaged them on social media and did not get a response. They saw the message. My sisters and I also called the store numerous times over the past few days and they didn’t answer the phone once. We ended up getting our piercings at Corrupted Arts Studio. They were great! I’d go there if I were you.

Her attitude was terrible. 3 days after receiving my tattoo, it was literally disappearing. I went to get my touch up and she had the nastiest attitude telling me she couldn’t do it today and that it was my fault it was fading, which it was fading because she didn’t go deep enough. And she did my tattoo touch up in less than 10 minutes and had an attitude the entire time like she didn’t want to do it. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend. Can find someone better on the streets I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

My man and I went to get our nose and septum pierced. Boss lady was so nice and walk us through everything. I will definitely be using her services again

Hey everyone so I just needed to get this out there. Boss Lady Piercings and Tattoo is my favorite place to go to for all my piercing and tattoo needs. About a month ago they did my second septum piercing and it healed amazingly. Today I went in to change the piercing and left out happy with another appointment for another piercing lol but seriously this place is awesome and they are so nice. They get a 10/10 from me every time!!!

I have got 6 piercings from her and each time was timeless and soothing bc of the sound of her voice that calms the nerves and anxiety I can say I want more piercings

I know the stigma around mall tattoo shops aren’t always good, but this place is amazing! I wanted a small tattoo on my ankle and the artist was able to get me in and out in 15 mins and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. Very pleased with his work and will return for more!

I got my tongue pierced today by Tammy! I think she did a great job, because I got my tongue pierced before, but at my hometown. The person who did it there was great and she did it how he done it!

I got my 1st nose piercing here and it was painless and quick and didn’t have any problems however I came back a few months later and got my other side and for some reason it was wayyy more painful and I ended up getting a bump that will require medical attention bc she pierced at a wrong angle and it also did not line up with the other one I did aftercare right so I know that wasn’t the problem and I noticed my piercing was at a weird angle when i 1st got it done sad about this I did not want to go through all this painful treatment just bc they couldn’t do it right :(
