TLDR; I absolutely love Mew Tattoo!! 1000/10, top tier tattoo shop. I highly recommend them!Everyone is extremely professional, the décor and atmosphere is so cute and so chill, they are impeccably clean, all of the people are incredibly welcoming and kind, and most importantly the talent in here is absolutely off the charts. I feel so confident about myself after coming to see the wonderful people here. If you’re thinking of going, just do it. I promise you will not regret it. I’ve gone to see Chad for my first tattoo, Brianna did my second tattoo, and I also got pierced by Sasha; I cannot praise each of them enough!-My brother and I found Chad on Instagram and we booked with him for our first tattoos. I was really nervous not knowing what I would be going into, but the experience was awesome and he absolutely killed the design. I had general ideas, but I wasn’t entirely sure of what I wanted. It was like Chad looked in my brain, figured out what I wanted better than I could, and then he leveled it up. His art style is amazing, and he is truly an expert in his craft. I am so in love with how my tattoo turned out! It’s very sentimental, and the level of effort and detail he put into it means a lot. My brother got a somewhat matching piece and they go so well both together and individually, which I love.-I enjoyed my first tattoo with Chad so much, I ended up booking with Brianna too after talking to her while Chad tattooed my brother. We talked about doing a bubbly Pokémon tattoo, and she went so above and beyond and designed the most adorable custom piece for me. I really appreciated that Brianna was so incredibly sweet and patient, as this was my first experience with color and I needed to take a few breaks. I was embarrassed but she was so kind and understanding. The size/placement is perfect, the colors are so stunningly vibrant and crisp, and the fine details and textures are so well done. I am so pleased with it, that I have already booked with her again to continue adding more Pokémon and I’m super excited about it!-I came by when Sasha was running a weekend deal, and I am so glad I did! She is so incredibly sweet, and she did a really awesome job adding to my ear lobes. I walked in and didn’t schedule an appointment, but she was able to fit me in right after a booked appointment and I barely had to wait at all. When it was my turn, she was meticulously clean and put a lot of care into making sure the placement was what I wanted. She also had so many cute jewelry options, it’s basically impossible to not be satisfied. I definitely plan to go back to her in the near future!I am obsessed with this shop! I cannot imagine anyone leaving here without a smile on their face (and probably also a cool anime/manga/tv show/etc. to check out when you get home). They are worth absolutely every penny, and then some. If you’re still reading this, you definitely need to go see them for yourself!

My sister and I got pierces from Sasha here. They had titanium piercing jewelry which I really appreciate because of a nickel allergy. Sasha was super professional and fun! They also give you a cute little plush to squeeze while you get stabbed lol I will come back for all my pierces for sure.

Chad and Brianna are awesome. Brianna did my first tattoo earlier this year and I’ve just gone back to her to start another. The studio is super clean and the vibe inside makes you feel so comfortable while you’re there. Both artists are so genuine and professional! Chad recently started a piece for my husband as well and both artists have been amazing at setting expectations for us during the healing process and explaining aftercare. They are both SO talented. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone and definitely looking forward to more work from either artist in the future!

Brianna has done all 3 of my tattoos and I absolutely love them! She did my first one and made me feel super comfortable and described the entire process to me. Amazing studio. The vibes were welcoming, it was warm and all the cute decorations made me feel at ease and at home. I visited for a guest spot artist (Instagram: @Cattlynnrose) but I absolutely am going to make the 2 hours drive from Charlotte to get tattooed by one of their artists! Its really hard to describe the wonderful and genuine sincere atmosphere. The owners of the shop came and chatted with me and were so kind. All the snacks and water helped too!The bathroom is also a high light just fyi. I immediately felt like royalty.10/10 - Im recommending all my friends travel to go here!

I have been seriously thinking about getting this tattoo for a year now. Since it would be my very first tattoo, I was not sure what to expect. I did a lot of research, and looking at different artists work. I kept seeing artwork that was beautifully done with very vibrant color, which was what I was looking for on this piece. All of that work was done by Brianna.Brianna was very nice, the studio was very clean and organized. Both my friend and I were highly impressed with the entire experience. Brianna and Chad made us feel at home while we were there, making sure we were comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend either of them for your next piece. Their work truly speaks for itself!

I came in to see Sasha for the Friday the 13th piercing special. I got a tragus, conch, and helix done.She was so sweet and easy to talk to. She explained each step of what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Love, love this place! Very comfortable and adorable environment! Clean! I am in love with this place and my tattoo. Everyone was so nice! Im a very awkward person and shy when i meet new people but Brianna made me feel very comfortable and really made sure I was good during the process of the tattoo. She took her time to make sure I liked the placement, size, and color of my tattoo. She also distracted me by talking to me and connecting with me as a person. I really love my adorable tattoo. I also love the idea of the mystery ball machine which is how I got my tattoo. I will be definitely coming back to Mew tattoo for another tattoo in the near future. 🥰

We had an amazing experience at Mew Tattoo. My husband got his tattoo done here by Brianna, and its incredible work. When we heard they offered piercings, we knew this was the place to bring our daughters (Age 6 and 12) since they both expressed an interest. Even better, they had a deal going on the weekend we went (bogo 50%) which made the price unbeatable. I feel like the prices are very reasonable here.Sasha was great with the kids. She explained everything to them and to us. The process was very clean, safe, and professional. She let us check the placement of the earrings prior to starting to make sure we were happy. They even got to hold a pierced Stitch, which was totally adorable. There were no tears or freak outs. Jewelry options were great too. At the end, they each got a dum-dum. The girls were thrilled with the end result. It was a very positive experience.The whole place is very welcoming and the decor is super cool too. I highly recommend bringing your kids here for piercings, if you are debating on where to take them. Or even for yourself! Much much better than going to the mall. You wont regret going to an expert like Sasha. I will definitely go here if I want more piercings or if I can ever decide on a tattoo design. Thanks so much, Sasha!!

This is the best artist and parlor i have been to. the parlor is beautiful and clean, they really take care of you here… these tattoos by chadwick are very reasonably priced and the work reflects that. he should charge even more😭😭 he’s started my sleeve and i can’t wait to finish up. shout out my boy Chad🫶🏾🫶🏾

I’ve gotten 3 piercings so far by Sasha and each one of them has been amazing! She’s very hygienic through the whole process and helps walk you through each piercing. She makes the whole process super smooth and I feel very comfortable from start to finish. Do not pass up a chance to get pierced by her!

I went with a group of friends to get tattoos for my buddies birthday! And it was so awesome they found a way to squeeze us all in! Also brianna was so detailed to making sure the tattoo came out 100% already scheduled my sleeve for next week, and sasha hooked it up with the industrial piercing!

Brianna has done two of my absolute favorite tattoos ever so far (attached below). She is super sweet and professional and makes sure you’re taken care of! She always makes sure you have enough breaks, water, and food, and always makes sure you’re comfortable. When she did my sternum piece she made sure I was comfortable with allowing people to come view it when she was finished and always asked for my consent. She is super friendly and makes sure you have everything you need to have and even allows you to play whatever you want on the tv! She has never had a problem with me bringing +1’s either but I would always make sure to ask if you can bring one to your appointment just in case! (: She does amazing quality work and makes sure you’re comfortable and taken care of I definitely recommend booking with her for your next tattoo!❤️

I went to get my 2nd lobe piercing done by Sasha. She was very nice, she made me feel very comfortable, and explained the whole process to me. The shop itself had really good vibes I appreciated Chad and Brianna greeting me when I walked in and I overall loved the aesthetic. I can’t wait to go back and get another piercing, and I’m hoping to get a tattoo soon!

Everything about Mew Tattoo is amazing. I got my nostril pierced by Sasha and she was super professional and so kind. She even masked while doing the piercing, which I loved. All her supplies were sterile, the room was super clean, she had a super cute pierced Angel stuffed animal, and she spent a long time making sure my piercing was symmetrical to my other nostril.They always offer water, the vibes of the shop are immaculate, and it feels so welcoming. 10000/10 would recommend!

I absolutely love this shop! Me and my partner dropped in to get mystery flash tattoos during their GWYG Pokémon gumball machine event, and we are both extremely happy with our tattoos! Chad and Brianna are super talented artists, and everyone was super inviting and welcoming! I booked Chad for a tattoo idea that I have had for a while and he came up with an amazing piece. The shop was very clean and well decorated for an awesome atmosphere.The overall experience is the best I’ve had from any tattoo shop. Had the opportunity to get one of my favorite anime/mangas tattooed by Chad and it was a great experience! He’s such a professional and made sure that the panels were lined up perfectly plus listened to any comments I had. He also played the show during the session! The tattoo came out perfect!So happy I was able to find Chad because there are not many anime tattooers in my area who have showcased that they do dark skin often as well. Overall a 10/10 experience and I already have my next one planned with him!

I had the best experience with Brianna Dickson! I got my sexual assault survivor tattoo done by her. I knew I wanted her to do it, when I saw her cute videos, and was an advocate for victims. She kept her area clean; I can’t go on enough about how clean everything was. I love my tattoo and it healed amazing, without any infections.Brianna also did my cute Nezuko and Zenitsu tattoo as well! I knew I had to get one of her cute anime pieces, when I saw her drawings. I told her what I wanted, and she went over and beyond with what I got. I think it’s the cutest anime couple tattoo I’ve ever seen and I forever get to see it. The color turned out amazing. I’ve never seen an artist do colors so vibrant. It didn’t fade either. My second experience was just as great as the first.My third tattoo was from Chad Dickson. I had the ugliest tattoo from 20 years ago on my arm. I had looked through his portfolio while at the shop’s waiting area. I didn’t know if he could or would even try to fix it. He worked 13 hours straight, without one complaint. It was amazing watching him work. He honestly gave me the most beautiful tattoo. I went to an Anime convention, with artist from all over the world. I had over 20 artist stop and ask me who done my tattoo. When I told them it was also a cover up; they couldn’t believe it. He was extremely clean and his area. I felt so free getting that other one covered up, I didn’t have to hide my arm anymore. I left that shop crying, I can’t explain the gratitude I have for him being so kind to do it.They both checked in to see how it healed. They both stood by their work, and told me if there was any problems at all to let them know. You two are the best! I appreciate not hearing cussing, it was all clean and professional. I felt comfortable being an older client.

Ive gotten almost all of my tattoos done by Chad and its always been a comfortable experience. I always love the outcome and the attention to detail. Ill be back whenever I have another tattoo idea!

I’ve had 2 tattoos done by Chad over the past year, and I’m absolutely in love with both of them. I’ve given him creative freedom on both of my pieces, and he’s absolutely killed it! He always takes his time making sure to design everything in a way that accentuates the body nicely. Every time I’m in his chair I can always expect a comfortable, clean, and safe environment. I’ve been pierced by Sasha twice now (snakebites and upper lobes) and both times have been such great experiences!! I found Chad through Instagram and came all the way down from Maryland to get some work done, I think the travel is worth it for good work and I couldn’t be happier with how this sleeve Chad designed has turned out, everyone in the shop is very friendly and the shop itself has a great vibe to it definitely would recommend it and I’ll be going back myself 😁

I’ve gotten several tattoos when I was in the Navy, but this shop is by far the best one I’ve been to, very clean and professional. Bleach is my favorite anime and they have done a great job with the designs. One of them was a cover up which turned out fantastic. They make every effort to some of a kind tattoos. I would definitely go back for another tattoo when I decide to get another. 10/10 would recommend.

Stellar stellar artists! I have nothing but good things to say. Brianna recently did a raccoon for me and I am obsessed! The quality is great and the color is the pop I was looking for. Brianna was fun to talk to and instantly made me feel at ease. She made sure I got what I wanted and with the artistic freedom I asked her to have she knocked it out of the park. Would highly recommend this shop!

We went to Mew Tattoo as a group for a birthday celebration and we all had an amazing time! Everyone wanted different designs, and Chad and Brianna worked with us to make sure we each got exactly what we wanted. They were both kind, professional, and made sure everyone was doing well and had refreshments throughout.The shop was also extremely nice. It was super clean, had cute decorations and had one of the nicest bathrooms I have ever been in. The tattoo chairs were comfy and we got to watch TV while we got tattooed.It was also the best tattoo experience I have had so far. I was nervous beforehand and a little nauseous as a result. Brianna made sure that I had something to drink and was comfy before we started - and she checked in the entire time to make sure I was doing okay. And I got watch adventure time while she worked on my tattoo. By the end I felt so great and my tattoo turned out so good - Im obsessed with it!!All of use are planning on going back to Mew Tattoo to get more work done.

This is by far our new tattoo and piercing home. Sasha pierced both my daiths and my nose and made sure I felt comfortable during my visit. She talked me through everything and encouraged me while she was piercing.I’m super happy with my piercings and I can’t wait to go back to get more done.

I cant say enough good things about Mew Tattoo. This was my first tattoo experience and I couldnt have hoped for anything better. Chad and Brianna are phenomenal artists who have created a very welcoming and chill space. From the very beginning, Chad was very engaged with understanding my concept and immersing himself within it to create a spectacular custom piece that I couldnt be more satisfied with. We worked on the piece all day for nearly 8 hours, but Chads experience and talent took an experience that I knew would be painful and made it as comfortable as possible. Although this was not my first tattoo, I hadn’t been tattooed in about a decade. Brianna was super kind and knowledgeable from start to finish. She created a custom piece for me based off of the theme I had of shells, flowers and pearls. When I arrived at the studio she presented me with several sizes to choose from. The shop is spotless and comfortable. Her husband Chad was super friendly and they both made me feel very comfortable. I’m so glad I found them. The shop is conveniently located off of the highway. Sasha Snow is the professional body piercer at Mew Tattoo. She is amazing! I took my daughters to get their ears pierced (they got their first holes in their earlobes done, and I got my third lobe hole). This was my first time having it done with a hollow needle (my 2 piercings prior were with the gun). Sasha was excellent! She explained the process to my girls before she did anything, and then told them again as she was working through the steps. She is very professional and did a fantastic job! She even had a sucker for them when they were done! Just so sweet!

I went to see Chad for a tattoo after following him on social media for a while and I was not at all disappointed. Chad made everything from initial contact to the actual session was super smooth. Immediately when I showed up it was clear the effort that was put into making the studio a very clean and cozy place. The tattoo session lasted a while longer than anticipated but I greatly appreciated the attention to detail Chad showed so there were no complaints from me. I certainly look forward to returning for additional work!

Bri truly exceeded all expectations I had going into my appointment. I gave her probably one of the most plain boring ideas ever and she made something, kinda “ugly” into something so incredibly cute and more lively. When I arrived she had my favorite TV show on already. She offered me tons of water and snacks. Chad was also super amazing and welcoming. The atmosphere was top notch. I have gotten 7 tattoos done by Chad and they have all turned out phenomenal. The tattoos have healed and stayed dark and crisp, and the atmosphere of the shop is always super positive. I’ve had some of the best times over the last year getting these awesome, creative, and super unique pieces done by my guy Chad. His attention to detail is insane and his ability to take my admittedly vague ideas and bring them to life in these beautiful pieces is nothing short of amazing. I’m excited to get back in the chair for my next session. Brianna is pretty great as well and her usage of color in her pieces is some of the best I’ve personally seen. 10/10 experience. Took my partner to get a custom tattoo done for her 30th birthday and the entire trip was awesome. The shop was so friendly, clean and welcoming. The vibes were immaculate, and even just watching everyone interact with the people who came in was awesome. We will definitely be coming back for return business and have already recommended the shop to a few friends. Definitely check out their portfolios on the website/instagram, you wont regret it.

I got a tattoo from Briana, and I love it! This was my first tattoo, was a little nervous but she talked me through the process and explained the aftercare very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a color piece!

I had hit them up about a tattoo appointment to do Shikamaru. Chad did an amazing job creating an original piece for me and did an amazing job tatting it onto my forearm! Definitely will be coming back in the future for more work!

Ive gotten my first two tattoos so far from Chad and can definitely say that I doubt the experience of my first would have been better if Id gone somewhere else. Extremely professional and accommodating, he took a somewhat vague idea I had that he wasnt even sure about at the start and was able to draw up some sick designs for what I wanted that hardly needed any changes once I saw them. The attention to detail in his work is insane and the quality is phenomenal, really showing that he does his homework on what hes creating and that he strives to give you exactly what you asked for and then some. The shop is kept clean and spotless, and the vibes are immaculate between their music playlists, the TV playing whatever you might want to watch, all the cool art and figures they have, and obviously the conversations while theyre working with you. Overall an incredibly positive experience with this shop and would absolutely recommend them, Ill definitely be going back in the future.

Chad is just phenomenal. Takes his work really serious and is very prideful in it. He does an amazing job. Cool dude to just talk to as well while getting your tattoo done.
