The two ladies who worked with us were amazing. They made my daughter feel so comfortable and did such a great job. They took their time and explained everything throughly. The also did a great job of explaining after care. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing! Took my 6-year old to get her ears pierced today and they were so wonderful with her. The staff was incredibly friendly and really went above and beyond with my daughter. They appeared to do that with everyone. Highly recommend!

Katie, the woman who did my helix piercing was incredibly sweet. The vibe that both the employees gave off was amazing. I felt like I could talk to them forever. My piercing experience here was phenomenal and wasnt nearly as painful as I thought it would be. Will definitely be coming back.

I first came here in 2017 to get my then 4 month old daughter’s ears pierced. I came back today to get my 2nd 4 month old daughter’s ears pierced. I drove an hour to get here each time, and I’m sure I passed a few places in between where I could have taken them but I sincerely wanted people who knew what they were doing to pierce their ears. I wasn’t going to leave it up to someone working in the mall. Everyone in the store is friendly and knowledgeable, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. If I was having a 3rd girl, I’d come back again as this is the only place I trust, but I’ll be back in soon as they have the cutest signs and other items to purchase as well.

I havent been but if by there website they use guns. Youre part problem and ruining childrens ears. Piercings guns are not safe. They cause blunt force trama to the ear. please do your research go at your own risk. Only use piercing needles ment for piercing the skin.

We truly feel that Kate is our friend!! After a quick phone call, and an appointment time set, we got our 10 year olds ears pierced with no worries and no tears.Our daughter was openly anxious about the whole idea, but is soooo glad that Kate (and Abby) were there for her. This shop is an inviting place to purchase jewelry, primarily earrings, and small gift items. Theyre touted as being the best place in Greensboro to get your ears pierced. They make appointments for childrens piercings on Saturdays and do adults on a walk-in basis from Mon-Fri. The shop is very cute and has so many things to offer. The owner is so very nice and she did a great job giving me my 2nd piercing in my ears. She takes great care with customers, schedules return visits every two weeks for the six weeks after piercing to make sure the piercing is healing appropriately. Theres no charge for piercing or for the bottle of antiseptic to take with you if you buy the earrings in the shop, which are in the $32-44 range. It was quick and easy so I highly recommend My Friend Kate as a great place to buy earrings or to get a piercing done. Theyre located on Highwoods Ave directly across the street from Panera Bread in the Target Shopping Center near Guilford College.

My entire visit here was great. She is very knowledgeable in what she is doing, treated my wife, M.I.L, baby and I like family, and did an excellent job piercing my babys ears! Highly recommended!
