Damon did a great job on the tattoo I requested, my first, asking good questions, advising me on placement and adjusting the size and some details from artwork I brought in. They were professional, accommodating and reassuring. I had several weeks to get touchup if needed, but I didnt need that. I was extremely pleased.

Every time I go in here, its always really chill. Me and my bff have gotten our lips pierced here and it was affordable and super quick. The guy with the cute heart in his hand is super nice and informative. I would 1000% recommend coming here if you want a piercing that doesnt break the bank. You dont even need an appointment either~ 💙

Me and my friends walked in an asked if they had any availability and we were able to go eat and come back and Hayden was available to get our three small tattoos done! He did a great job and the lines are beautiful! This is my first tattoo and I will be back.

Don was great at getting me and my friend in for Minion tattoos. They turned out great and he was nice enough to put up with our crazy selves.We will be going back for more shenanigans. Will add pictures once healed. Thanks Don!

Walked in and they happened to have time to get my friend and I in for a few tattoos. Gene was so patient and detailed with us we never felt rushed as a walk in. Definitely a great shop!

I went in to get my nose ring replaced. My nose piercing isn’t new but was very tender from having the previous nose ring snatched out when taking off my masks a few days prior..so I expected some pain. I have a low pain tolerance and sometimes act like a big baby. Roy, the piercer, was so patient and gentle with me. It did hurt a little but Roy was very gentle and quick at the same time. He was done with everything before I even realized it. He will be my go to from this point on whenever I need help with piercings. Roy is the man!!

The piercing artist was very sweet, reassured my daughter several times and helped us get the nose piercing she had been wanting for her birthday! The shop was clean and she sterilized everything in front of us very well so that was definitely a plus! The only reason its not rated higher is that I feel like the price was high. We spent $65 for a nose piercing.

Ive been going to Seven Sagas for a very long time and Gene is always great , and the staff is awesome and very polite. Its always a pleasure to visit Seven Sagas.

Stepped in to get a tattoo of a drawing I had done. I didn’t have a tattoo artist in mind because I was just looking for a basic line drawing so I didn’t think style/skill mattered. Daemon greeted me so I showed him the picture, told him it was of my boyfriend and that it had sentimental value so I wanted him to tattoo EXACTLY what I drew, paid my $80 deposit on my credit card (half of the estimate), scheduled my appointment, sent him the reference sketch then left. When I finally made it to my appointment daemon showed me what he worked up on his computer and it was nothing like what I drew. Essentially he copied the idea, swapped the gender and stylized it like a classic Disney movie. I checked his instagram and realized that was the only style he used. After that meeting I lost faith in Daemon as an artist so I canceled my services and didn’t bother asking for my deposit back. I blame myself for not doing enough research into the artist before paying so much to get nothing out of it.One positive part of my experience is that Daemon was very patient with me after I missed my first appointment. I’d just like to recommend you guys change your policy to include a free extended consultation and not charge the deposit until after agreeing on a design.This next bit doesn’t factor into my rating but I feel like it’s worth mentioning:Daemon was not very polite, didn’t make small talk, didn’t apologize for misunderstanding my request and was in general pretty aloof during the entire process, especially when I ran into him at a parade the day after I scheduled our appointment. I try not to judge people for their disposition because sometimes people are just awkward. But if I had waited more than 2 minutes after meeting him to pay my deposit, I probably would not have done so simply because I would have realized he didn’t feel very comfortable around me.

Got my daith pierced here. Roy was super chill, helpful and knowledgable when explaining things. I ended up passing out, having not eaten in a few hours, and he was very patient. My partner and I will definitely be back here in the future.

Seven sagas rocks! i have gotten 3 tattoos from damon. everytime i go the staff are super friendly and the shop is very clean. damon is super talented and takes time to listen to your needs and work with you on making sure your tattoo is perfect which i love! i will definitely come back and i always recommend it to friends.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Seven Sagas and would recommend them to anyone! By far the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had with Mike Harris. Everyone at the shop was so attentive, kind, and patient. I got my septum and eyebrow pierced and Mike was incredibly thorough. He made sure that I was laughing and comfortable throughout the process. When he says he’s an expert, he is THE EXPERT! He shared such a wealth of knowledge with me about how to care for my new piercings, what to expect, placement, and empowering me to trust the body’s natural healing process. You can tell he’s passionate about his job and wants his clients to be happy and love their piercings. Mike doesn’t just pierce because he can, he does it so you can feel confident throughout the healing process and through the years of having the piercing itself. Got my first tattoo ever here. Super easy. Just walked in. The staff explained everything to me, and helped me choose the perfect design for the concept idea I had. After we made a plan, we went straight to work. Inwas very surprised how quick and painless it was. If I am ever in the area again and want another tattoo, I will definitely go back. It was also fairly inexpensive and I am very happy with it. I have already recommended this place to a friend who is considering getting a tattoo in the future.

Had my nose repierced due to the hole closing after just a few days of the stud coming out. I simply walked in and with dumb luck Alex was available to help me. She was very personable and professional. The shop is clean and had many options for jewelry for those considering piercings or changing to something different.

I have been a client of Jason Harris for over 10 years. He has consistently exceeded my expectations each visit. I moved to Richmond years ago; Richmond has several tattoo shops that are highly rated but no one here even comes close to his talent. I drive 3 hours each way to be tattooed by him and it’s well worth it. Several of my pieces were free handed by Jason due to sizing, placement issues. A laid back, easygoing artist whose talent is unmatched.

First off, the whole studio is nice and clean. Got a welcoming vibe. Mike took me in at the last minute which was pretty dope. Most other places probably would’ve told me to come back tomorrow. And let me tell you he was awesome. Explained the septum piercing process step by step when I was signing the forms, took his time and walked me through each step when I was in the chair, made sure I was good throughout the whole process. Was hella fun to talk to during the piercing as well. 100% recommend seven sagas and mike!

I had a great experience here a couple years ago! I don’t remember the artist, but he tattooed my mom’s wrist and my forearm. This was my mom’s first tattoo and he made it a comfortable experience with her, and she’s thrilled with her wrist. She wants to come back, and I do too. My tattoo is a couple years old now but still looks great. He was able to draft it quickly and it did not take long to get it done. Can’t wait to go back! Wish I remembered the artist’s name!

Awesome place. I went here almost 10 years ago to have a tattoo done and they did a phenomenal job. My 9 year old wanted her ears pierced. After having a horrible experience at Claires where her ears got infected pretty badly, my wife and I decided to take her to a professional piercer.Mike, who did the piercing, was awesome. He was very gentle and understanding to my 9 year old, as he has 3 kids himself. He got the job done, and Im just happy my daughter got pierced correctly and with top notch surgical titanium jewelry. Sure, it cost me a lot, but its worth it to get a piercing done with a professional, and with high end hardware, as opposed to going to Claires where the people dont seem to know what theyre doing.Definitely recommend this place. Speaks volumes if Ill come back here after 10 years.

My daughter got her nose pierced here and the staff was great. Very nice and helpful. Were going back for a tattoo soon so I cant comment on that yet but the piercing staff was awesome. Overall great experience.Edit** My daughter got her tattoo!! She had a comic book cover she wanted and the artist was so knowledgeable, he told her that it wouldnt come out looking very good because of what she wanted and where she wanted it. He recommended something different and it turned out awesome. Instead of getting a mediocre tattoo she got an amazing one. Lots of praise to a great artist who knows his stuff. 🖤

Ive gotten 3 tattoos so far done by Damon. First off they are an amazing artist, friendly, will work with you on your design and try to get you as close to your original design while making sure the tattoo is going to last. They price reasonably, and have a lgbtq safe space, and clean booth. Literally I cant say enough nice things about them. I get compliments on all of my tattoos and have referred multiple friends to them. Im not going to a different artist like ever.

Day tattooed me & my best friend and they did an amazing job! They were super patient and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean & they were thorough when explaining aftercare instructions. Would definitely recommend & if youre interested, they have some really cool predrawn designs available!

My sister and I went in to get our outer helix piercings done together for her birthday. Every member of the staff was very welcoming and friendly and Q did an amazing job! She took the time to explain everything before and then went over after care when she had finished. Amazing personality and really made us feel comfortable! Incredibly clean and professional environment, you cant go wrong here!

Went here a few years ago when all the piercers and tattoo artists were different and have never had any problems. came in today just to get a different stud to go into the post of my piercing on my nose and the person there couldn’t even help me with that they advised I come back in two days when the piercer was available to sell me jewelry. What is the point of selling jewelry if no one has any knowledge on any kind of sizes unless there’s a piercer. I understand that tattoo artist specialize in tattoos but they should at least have some flexibility to sell jewelry when your other staff is not around. educate your staff please.

Just got my daughters Septum pierced here. Mike was really good at explaining what he was doing and made her feel very comfortable with it. I will definitely be back again to get my nose piercing redone. He was so nice as well as the lady that explained the aftercare to us 🖤🖤

I’ve wanted my septum pierced for years. While out for breakfast my server had hers done. I asked where she had gotten her septum pierced. She gave me the info and I called immediately. A week later its done! Mike explained the process step by step which made me feel comfortable. A real cool dude and enjoyed our conversations. Next visit will be for a tattoo.

Mike was amazing I came to see him about my irritation/pressure bump on my nose piercing and he was the 1st piercer out of about 6 that I talked to that was able to give me good advice about it. He changed out my jewelry, we went from an L shape to a straight post and literally in 2 weeks the irritation bump was gone. I love my new piece of jewelry.

Had my right nostril pierced by Q today. She did an amazing job, was super friendly, and made sure I had the best possible experience. Everything was sterile and surgery-grade, and she made sure to answer all my questions about after care, and explained things I didn’t even think to ask about (like sneezing lol). Waiting room was super comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I’m definitely coming back for future piercings. :)

I got my nipples pierced my Mike Harris yesterday and he was so professional. Mike talked me through the whole process of how thing would go ! And to be honest it was so quick and pain less, what hurt me the most was the claps lol other than that I really enjoyed the experience I would definitely recommend going there the atmosphere of the business was inviting and professional. He also went at my pace and when I was ready for the piercing that’s when he stuck me with the needle. Thanks again you have a forever customer in me.

I really give them zero stars because I went to get a small all purple semi colon tattoo on my wrist and it turn out to be an infected two dot scabs 👿😤😠😡 and paid 50$ with no refund, will not go back and that was my first time there and I did everything thing right for after care bevause this is my 7th tattoo, so not wrong on my part at all

Ive always been skeptical about other piercing shops aside from my usual place, but after I moved I didnt have much of a choice anymore. I absolutely all around loved this place, the piercer was so sweet. She made me feel totally comfortable, walked me through everything and gave me constant encouragement, not to mention she did an all around amazing job. I will definitely return in the future.

I had an appointment to get a piercing with my friend and when we got there we were told it would be just a minute. Thirty minutes later no one had come back or updated us on how much longer we were going to be waiting (which would have been fine). We just felt ignored and a bit disrespected. I also noticed that their waiting room didn’t seem like anyone had cleaned it in months. We ended up leaving and going to Little John’s and Tuna was amazing and took care of us within minutes. I’d go there if you want a better experience.

Wonderful experience, got a tattoo done with Gene in memorial of my grandparents. He worked with me, redrawing new options until it was exactly what I wanted and was so understanding while doing the tattoo, giving me a break when needed. I definitely recommend Seven Sagas and Gene.

After being turned away from another local studio (rather rudely, might I add) I stepped into Seven Sagas looking to get a moth tattoo. Aliyah was so stoked to take my name and fit me in later in the day! She is so incredibly professional, kind, and receptive to the ideas of her clients. Im a client for life - 19 + tattoos and a full year later I literally wouldnt trade her for anyone!

Had my ears pieced here and the lady was super nice and made the whole process great. Went back today(a year later) and got a Tattoo by Damon and I absolutely love it. Damon was super nice as well and I will definitely be going back to get them to do my next tattoo.

He was polite, friendly, and easy to work with.The actual tattoo was fantastic. Gene Cash was relaxed and easy going, which was great for my first tattoo experience. Had a great Experience being pierced by total professional, Mackie. She made me feel totally at ease and explained the process, even when I asked her a million questions.She is a perfectionist, and exactly what you want when you get pierced! Cant wait to go back for another hole. :P

Went to take my daughter to get a piercing. We arrived about 10 after 7 (they close at 10) and we were told the wait would be about 2 hours. We were told that we should receive a call and never did. Sat outside of the shop for 30+ min and still no call. Walked in at 9:45 and were told that he would not have time to do the piercing. No call saying that the piercing would not be able to be done... Horrible customer service. No apology for the inconvenience.

Aliyah did my tattoo. I was so impressed by the cleanliness, privacy and just overall professionalism but laid back vibe of the shop. Highly recommend Aliyah.. she listens to tweaks that I wanted done to my tattoo and her touch is very soft.

Gene is a true artist and a stellar human being. Every tattoo my wife and I get is beautifully rendered, and we enjoy the looks of amazement on peoples faces when they see his work. I took my 8 year old here to get her ear pierced. I wanted a cleaner and more professional piercing than you get from the piercing places in the mall. It was a great experience. They explained exactly what they were going to do ahead of time and during the piercing. They gave my daughter time to ask questions and were patient while she worked up the courage to get the second ear done. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars was that they didnt have prices listed for any of the jewelry and so I wrongly assumed it was reasonably priced to get a tiny stud. They didnt mention the price until after the piercings were done and it was $120 for the piercing and jewelry. I should have asked the price of the jewelry up front but they also should have mentioned it too.

Mackie has done 4 piercings for me (soon to be 6!) and Bobby Rotten gave me my first tattoo a few weeks back that is healing beautifully. Both artists are super clean and professional and will answer any questions you may have. I always refer my friends in Greensboro to Seven Sagas and already have plans to go back!

I got my cartilage pierced this weekend, Mackie was so kind and professional. Any questions I had, she was able to answer. The process was clean, safe, and stress free. 13/10 would recommend Mackie to anyone looking to get pierced. I will be back for any other future piercings.

I went there yesterday and on top of the quality of the work, I especially appreciated how nice and welcoming Cee and Mackie were (I got both a tattoo and a piercing). Very thorough in their explanations for process, aftercare, etc... I was made to feel very comfortable, which is extremely important when you are going to be in a certain amount of pain.

Got my septum done by mike and he is top notch. He went through every step of the process and actually taught me some anatomy of the human nose lol. I felt very comfortable there and will be recommending this place and mike highly.

Got an upper arm piece from this shop, my first tattoo @ 53 years old. Gene Cash was the artist and did a great job from design to explaining the process to application to aftercare. Very relaxed and welcoming environment. Love the tattoo and would highly recommend Gene or any other artist from the shop.

Im quite disappointed in the service I received tonight. (8/20/16) Despite asking many questions concerning pricing and heal time, I ended up paying $70 for jewelry. Mind you, my party included three people; two receiving piercings and myself skeptical about piercing and ended up only buying jewelry. The entire visit was a little under three hours. The work itself was solid however; It was not until my card was swiped that I was told my new rings would be $70. (I changed my rings myself...). Mackie failed to mention that to me, but was very thorough with the other girls in my party about their services. I cannot stress it enough...If youre seeking services, definitely ask the price for EVERYTHING!

Took my teenager to get her ears pierced. Mackie was great. She spoke to her directly which we both appreciated. She’s happy. I’m happy. Very professional and thorough.

Gene owns the shop, and Jason is my dude. They are literally two of the coolest dudes around. Jason and Gene actually understand the art, not just wanting to throw something on your body. They will do what you want, but they have an eye for it. They are excellent with color and depth. They arent heavy-handed, but they will do what they need to do to float the ink in the right area of your skin. I have a gorgeous, fully-colored sleeve, done by Jason Harris. It is 6, almost 7 years old, and it has literally barely faded. I gave Jason a picture I had drawn, and he put his incredible spin on it. It has now turned into two sleeves, and we plan to do the chest and upper back. Space, Earth, Ocean; its going to be epic!

DONT MISTAKE SEVEN SAGAS FOR GOLDEN SPIRAL! The real address is 1702 Spring Garden Street Greensboro, NC 27403.My fiance and I set up an appointment with Gene after seeing his portfolio online. We had the idea of getting matching tattoos that required lots of detail and color work. Gene got pretty excited about doing it and he had a great time making suggestions and helping to redesign the piece that my fiance and I wanted. Two days later, we each left with perfectly matched tattoos that neither of us could be more happy with. I will be going back to this place for a long time. THANKS GENE!

Super clean and the staff was very nice, however the pricing bothered my friend and I. She was getting a nostril piercing and they told us starting at $55 no big deal but we thought that would include the jewelry since that would obviously be needed. Then when we got there, the woman told us $55. But after she showed my friend the jewelry and my friend chose a stud, the woman then said alright, that will be $65 total. Ten more dollars isnt that big of a deal, but it was still a bit annoying that we werent told the entire price up front.

Gene Cash , owner/tattooist is a top notch man. I brought him a sketch that I had been working on for a while.He then took my half ass sketch and gave me a tattoo that exceeded my expectations.Gene is a perfectionist. He took the time to do right by me in every way.Im going back to get more color done (since my tattoo is pretty large) but Im impressed with how much attention Gene gives to detail. There is no other parlor in town, or any where else I would consider going. If you want a pro tattooing you , look no further than SEVEN SAGAS Id give 6 stars if I could. The staff was very professional and nice. Bobby did my tattoo. He was very nice and professional, however, my tattoo turned out poorly. It is not symmetrical, he colored outside of the outline of the tattoo in two spots, and the mistakes are very noticeable. Im very disappointed and ashamed to show it to people. Im so unhappy with my tattoo that Im going to someone else to fix it.

Q was great! She pierced my nose a couple of weeks ago and it looks great. Everything was clean! She took her time to make sure I liked the location of the piercing before she did it.

Got my ears pierced and the staff was super friendly, spent a lot of time making sure I was informed and comfortable. Wait was a bit long but only because they spent a lot of time making sure everything was clean and the tools they used were sanitized.

The lady that pierced my ears was very calming and professional. She pierced my ears with very little pain, it was like a bee sting. The atmosphere is zen and calm, which I personally enjoy over the busy and loud parlors back home.

This shop was our choice as me and my girlfriend got piercings I got my eyebrow and she got her nose mike was very informative he knows what he’s doing and does it very well it’s about 2 weeks out from piercing date and both ours is looking amazing

Mackie did an awesone job with my 2nd nose piercing. Had a bad experience with the first one (at a diff. Place years ago), which made me apprehensive, but Mackie eased my fears, answered all my questions, was extremely patient and made me comfortable....She is extremely knowledgeable. I got my ear pierced on my conch and helix and wasnt in the place I wanted and hurt like hell when it shouldnt have. The guy that pierced me was all over the place and even dropped the ball end of the piercing at one point and had to get out another.

The shop is so unorganized the young lady did know what she was doing or knew where anything was she look so confused like she just started working there I came in for one thing and it took forever for her to tell me that they didn’t have what I came in for then when I went with the second option they didn’t have that either A WASTE OF MY TIME ⏱️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
