Claires

Since Ive been working up here I hate that I have to come into this store to get my free pair of earrings every month, yes I have an allergy and Im an adult who has to shop at Claires for over 20 years! Ive only had 1 good experience at this store and that was when an adult was working! Today 3 teenagers were at work and once again, I was not greeted, offered assistance,offered a basket with a hand full of earrings, and as per usual I have to tell them to please put in my acct bc I guess black people must usually dont get reward points. Let alone shop! The girl in the brown shirt didnt even have on a name tag. The girl in the blue actually was sitting down on the counter, or a cart while they had discussion hour while I shopped! I wont make it completely a race thing, they ignored everyone who came in while I was there for 15 minutes! As we all know I hate bad customer service! Im adding a pic of my operating room and personal earrings of the past 19 years and thats not complete, when I say I shop at Claires, I really only get my earrings from Claires!

They treated my 11 year old grandson with much care. I been going here for years now. I love the staff, always nice. The sales are fabulous. I just love window shopping when broke and love to go there with money. Clairs is awesome.

Clean, well stocked. Good for little girls, teens and young adults.

First ear piercing was great experience! Debated gun vs needle for long time but chose quick trip to claires. Tammy was wonderful! Not the usual teenager as she was the manager. Our daughter didnt even cry! Very pleased with the experience.

Love this store. Great place to buy things for my daughter. They always have nice specials.very friendly staff

Took my little girl in to get her ears pierced and the girl was very unpleasant! She kept rolling her eyes Everytime I asked about a price on the earrings. 🤔🙄 Very poor customer service and not to mention her piercings turned out crooked looking and got infected. 👎👎👎

Two ladies working at the desk. Nobody greated anyone as they came in. They were eating a big sandwich and on their phone. More interested in themselves than the customer. Not coming back.

My girls like Claires allot in the Hagerstown Valley Mall. Im glad they have these stores for young girls, allot of variety of merchandise to pick from & prices are reasonable.

Always a great place to shop with little ones. The staff was very friendly. Customer service goes a long way with any business.

They pierced my ears 3 times (I already had a singular piercing) for under $50, which included 4 earrings & 2 BIG bottles of cleaning solution (1 per piercing order) included

We purchased little wallets for the kids here. The store is filled with bright, colorful cheerful gifts for girls.

They have really affordable stuff and also nice stuff at the same time and the people that work there are very helpful hopefully they keep up the good work

One of my Granddaughters favorite stores. She liked the mix and match specials.

Just great..but the wait is a little long for piercing on weekends but thats to be expected
