If you want actual tattoo artist that arent full of theirselves and up their own rears dont go here. I was really explaining it to stuck up little Brad up a woman that I literally had to use skin germs multiple times because I had a skin infection and she was trying to argue with me saying supposedly I made it works. Ok if thats how she is if you had an infection in your leg and after you cleared it up and you were getting the infection out would you just leave it wide open for more bacteria to get in? This exactly why I have a hard time trusting female artists they dont take no for an answer and they are entitled. She did nothing but interrupt me and talk over me. I am fed up with these toxic women thinking they know MY BODY. Iit says a lot about her partners and how she views the word no. I am reporting this parlor to the health department and the ADA since she talked over me as a somee who is autistic. GET OVER YOURSELF YOU DINT KNOW IT ALL

I took my daughter to get her first tattoo, and we had a great experience. The ladies there were friendly, informative, and accommodating. The tattoo turned out fantastic. We would definitely return there again.

I absolutely love this place! I had my first tattoo with Kailee and she was wonderful with stepping me threw the process of tattooing, explaining how to take care of my new tattoo and willing to ask any questions! The pricing is perfect and the staff is so friendly

Started coming here two years ago because i had an extremely bad experience at a previous tattoo shop in hagerstown. i didn’t like the service or tattoos i got. i felt pressured into getting something that the guy had no interest in even doing to begin with. When i came here months later after getting removals and dealing with the mental toll of my tattoo trauma i knew immediately i could trust kali because of how genuine she was from my first consultation. She did an amazing job changing the style of my tattoo to fit the original style i was going for, because of this i was able to finish out my sleeve & i couldn’t be happier. i went back to her today to get some more work done it’s not exactly what i wanted because it’s better! 😊 im so grateful to have found this shop & kali, one of my best experiences here in hagerstown! Everyone in the shop is super friendly and helpful Thanks everyone!

Got my first three tattoos done by Megan, and absolutely love them. If your tattoo has more detail you may have to get it slightly bigger than expected, but I’m glad Megan was upfront about it and takes integrity in their work so it doesn’t become blown out over time. Throughout the whole season Megan was very nice, and offered help when it came to placement and what shading would look best :)

Megan is AMAZING!! she is so good at seeing the idea you have and executing it so beautifully! she makes you feel so comfortable while you’re in her chair and is so gentle. everytime i am at the shop all of the other artist are so so nice and welcoming! they all truly love their jobs and it shows. all around great people ♡

Absolutely love the atmosphere, the art on the walls, and the lovely tattoo artists. My piece took over four hours and I was comfortable the whole time there. Definitely would recommend going there, and specifically recommend Mina!

Ive gone here 3 times this year for their flash sale tattoos and theyre so awesome there. Everyone is real nice and considerate of how youre feeling throughout the process and its such a cool and relaxing place. I was just there a week ago and got a Vulpix tattoo that was part of their Pokemon flash sale and I couldnt be happier with it. Highly recommend.

I love this place they are really clean and the stuff are really friendly the person who did my tattoo I loved her because she explained to me every instruction how to take care of it how she was going to do my tattoo the way she did it was excellent I definitely would come here to do my tattoo again

My son went in for a very small tattoo and was charged $200...absolutely ridiculous. They took advantage of the fact that he was young and it was his first tattoo. It was a simple design with literally NO detail. Sad they chose to take advantage of someone that was just excited to get their first tattoo.

Very clean shop with talented artists. Prices are very competitive, without sacrificing safety or quality. Highly recommend. Candace and Dan have both tattooed me and theyve made a lifelong customer.

Peirced my lip, stud fell off an when I went back and told them, the girl charged me to push it back through. Then I thought (people make mistakes) tried again an then the girl did my dermal. It was placed great and I loved it. Sadly I needed it removed to do a medical procedure because they could not confirm what type of metal their jewely was. Tattoos I have never gotten from there. But please get peirced some where else. Ive seen there tatoot work and it looked great. Peircings stay away.
