Jackie and Katelyn did such an amazing job with piercing my daughters ears. She was very nervous about how bad it will hurt and they reassured her that itll be quick with minimal pain. 1..2..3 CLICK! And they were done. She felt no pain and was so relieved to see how she beautiful she looked after the worst part was over. Thank you ladies against for such wonderful service. We will definitely be returning.

Jackie was amazing today! She helped me find what I need and when I struggled with my piercing, she jumped in and assisted me with that too. I was able to get everything I needed and she helped me with a return and new purchase. Great service and I appreciate her help!

I went there to get my cartilage pierced in my ear and the woman working the counter was very Rude. When I was deciding what earrings I wanted I asked why some of them were turned around and she rudely stated they didnt have those. When I was deciding whether I wanted to get both ears done or just one she was yelling ONE OR TWO ONE OR TWO very loudly. I had previously called asking if I needed an appointment and when I told her that I was the one who called earlier she looked at me very angrily. overall wouldnt recommend going back. prices are good but the service was awful

The “woman” that was working there today Sunday January 8th 2023 at 3:20pm in that kiosk, saw me and my wife went close to the kiosk looking for earrings and she immediately move to the other side and continue talking on her phone. We stood there a few minutes more and she was there looking at us and never do anything to help us. She have to learn and realize that she will have to deal with all races and nationalities, not only hers…. That how we feel it and saw it… cause we don’t look like her, she doesn’t want to deal with us…. With “employees” like that is better leave everything open and probably will make more sales…

Amazing selection of all your jewelry wants/needs with amazing bogo sales. I love that they will tag team a baby with piercings so they don’t have to do one ear at a time. I get merchandise from here often. But today the one sales associate was very rude and impatient! She had the patience of a 2 yr old. Like if someone is handling a 4 month old baby be understanding that somethings take longer than others. She got rude about me and my hubby changing who would hold her during the piercing bc she had to temperature scan us both like it cost her money or extra energy. Then I was trying to get the babies jacket off and needed to do a signature for the card purchase and she got huffy with me about that then got rude about me picking how I want on my receipt. Like lady if you have no patience or customer service skills get a job working with anything but people. But besides the one sales associate I love this store.

Got both my kids pieces here about a week ago. My 8 year son woke up yesterday and the front of the earring had went inside the hole and was bleeding. We had to take him to urgent care and they had to give him a shot to numb and cut it open to get the earring out. When piercing it I noticed it looked like the gun got stuck or something and it was kind of sideways but she didnt say anything it looked OK and didnt get infected so I thought it was OK. Everyone told me not to use a place that pierces with guns. Wish I would have listened now.

Sofia (my spelling may be off), at the Hagerstown location, was fabulous and seemed very knowledgeable about piercings and the likes. I could tell she was a perfectionist and the way she matched all four sets of piercings to their counterparts and to each other was, not only ideal, but practically perfect. Even though I’m bruised, it’s only day two and I already could not be happier with the results. Her energy, conversationalist attitude, and non-patronizing approach are all highly respectable!

I got my ear pierced Feb 21, 2016 for my birthday and I had gotten an infection from it shortly after I had a lot swelling despite fact I cleaned it the way I was told too. Dont get me wrong I liked the piercing but I didnt like how it got infected so quick.
