Both me and my wife have been going to see Dave for about seven years about twice a year at least. Every time is a wonderful experience and filled with fun conversations. Both Dave and Kim have made a wonderful place to get tattoos or piercings. I’ve never seen some leave unhappy. We also drive 2.5 hours just to see them because it’s always worth it.

Each tattoo and piercing I have gotten at Olde Line has exceeded my expectations and this is no different. I am beyond thrilled with my newest addition. This is my second time being tattooed by Sage and she’s outdone herself again. Stunning work and so much fun to talk with as well! I cannot recommend Sage and the rest of the Olde Line team enough! Thanks again, I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I already have other tattoos. We were in the area and had been considering getting some new ink. My wife called to see if walk-ins were available and was told that there was availability.As soon as we got there, Katie was amazing in helping us. She had us discuss our ideas with David B. He helped us discuss our ideas.My wife ended up having David do her tattoo while I did a little more research into my idea. When I was ready Kike was available.We were both extremely satisfied with the finished tattoos. Both of our tattoos are amazing!... and the price was considerably less than quoted from other shops!Thank you Katie, David, and Kike!

I traveled over two hours and got a tattoo from Dave today, and it was easily one of the best experiences I have had in a tattoo shop. I have been to many tattoo shops over the years, and all of the artists and staff are among the friendliest people i have met. The coolest part is, the artists rotate and you have the opportunity to be tattooed by fantastic artists from all around the world! Super clean, safe, and fun environment and I cannot wait to come back again! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I had a an excellent first time experience this past weekend! I walked in asking questions and trying to decide if I really wanted a tattoo. Kim was so helpful and had answers for everything! Dave Kruseman is wholesome af and is such an amazing human! He made my experience one to remember at Olde Line Tattoo. He created an original design for me, and made it look even better than what I had going on in my head. I’ve had friends and family tell me it’s the perfect tattoo for me…the colors and style match my personality! I could not be happier. His artistic talent is other worldly, and it brings a giant smile to my face every time I look at my tattoo.The shop itself was spotless and had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere…Very clean and very professional. Their customer service was on point and all of the staff members were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this shop for all of your tattoo needs! Second piece from Dave and very pleased with it. Art was drafted by my husband and Dave transferred it EXACTLY as written. Parlor is very clean and good pricing.

We were walk ins and they looked at what we wanted and went above and beyond to accommodate us. David did a phoenix on my leg and only looked at an outline and my inspiration then he took it from there! The coloring, and shading and detail I’m so happy and amazed with! If I ever get another one I will drive the hour and 10 min it takes to get there from where I live! Definitely happy with this place and can’t say enough!

The nicest tattoo shop, hands down. Beautiful, clean space. Professional, polite, and talented team. I have had three tattoos done here by three different artists. One from an artists book, one designed from my idea, and one walk in. All amazing. Cannot say enough good things. Theyre the best!

I’ve been coming to Olde Line for all of my tattoos, but this is the first time I finally got in with Dave. His work is insane & I couldn’t be happier with how this piece turned out. The entire staff is super friendly, nicely designed & cleanly shop. You’re not gonna find better! Thanks again Dave!

Great place to get a piercing. Took my teen here to see Jake who is FANTASTIC; patient, knowledgeable, funny, and good-natured. The shop was impeccably clean, the staff was extremely helpful and polite, and their service procedures were effective and well executed. We felt like we were highly valued as customers; therefore, we will definitely come back for tattoos. They are well worth the money, and I have nothing negative to say about my experience.

On 11/17/22, I was introduced to Mike, I explain to him that I wanted a hoop, but he explained that I needed a regular bar. They did not do hoops to start I would have to come back once my piercing healed. I picked what later I was told to be a blue curved barbell. The piercing was extremely painful. Mike said,“ it will take 6 to 8 months to heal to use the disinfectant sprayed twice a day and to not sleep on it.” After a month of still being red and hurting I stopped by, Mike gave me the same instructions. After this it would look and feel better for a time and then it would start to hurt and get red.At 3 & 5 months I went back in, Mike told me the same thing as before. At 6 months again I when in to talk to Mike and to get more disinfectant. He would ways stand about a couple of feet away from me never really getting close to look at it. The pain and discomfort continues and he never truly looked at it. He would just say the same thing. At 8 months the pain and puffiness was still there, this time Mike was not there but I was told it could take a year. I was so frustrated but continued to trust that they knew what they were saying. At a year I when back in and Mike told me it could take 3 yrs to heal. I said, “if you would have told me that it could take 3 years to heal I would never had this done!” 3 years what the heck, I left furious and so discouraged. A a few weeks later I stopped in again and Mike was not there but the gentleman there told me that he did not know why Mike had told me it would take 3 yrs. He could see that it was getting very puffy and red. On 12/11/23, I called another Piercer to make and appointment because I knew something was terribly wrong and that Mike had done nothing to help me in over a year. And on the 12th I called my doc’s office as by now my ear was so swollen and painful I couldn’t stand it. On the 13th my doctor confirmed that I had a raging infection and the piercing needed to come out immediately. By pure chance one of the nurses also worked at a local piercing shop and she was able to take it out. The infection was so bad she gasped when she finally was able to take it out. She also questioned why I had a blue curved barbell? She said “it should just had been a regular stainless steel.” I was put on some heavy antibiotics. And it took over a week to actually feel better. The next day I also paid to go see the other local piercer, who also said the same thing the nurse had said. She was disgusted as she examined my ear. They both also told me that from the start Mike should had taken me into the back and look at my ear carefully to see what was going on, Mike should had offer to take it out and retune my money or at least change the piece. I would never recommend going to Mike. He was careless and irresponsible. The most horrible experience I ever had getting a piercing.

I have never had a piercing done so well in my life. I’ve had my belly button piercing now multiple times and it’s never healed right or caused me a LOT of discomfort. Mike was so nice and patient with me as I was practically sweating scared to death, it didn’t even hurt, as soon as it was pierced there was absolutely no discomfort and the healing process there has been no discomfort. It almost already looks like it’s healed (obviously it’s not but it looks so frickin good) my expectations are through the roof and I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else again.

Awesome experience as usual at Olde Line Tattoo. The whole staff from the Front Desk to the Tattoo Artists (have gotten tattooed by two different artist from Olde Line) always are professional and care about doing a great job! Kim was so helpful getting my latest tattoo organized after a cancellation.My brother and I just got a matching tattoo for our older brother who passed away. Kike did an great job and both my brother and I couldnt have asked for more.

I love this shop! Their artists are top notch and add a variety of skills to each subject matter. I’m pretty much a walking billboard for them! I get asked all the time, “your tattoos are gorgeous, where do you go?” I now carry business cards with me to hand out when I get asked. They are a very clean establishment. They are such a friendly shop and after one appointment they know you by name!

Got my mid helix pierced today and I had an amazing experience. It was super easy to get an appointment for the same day just a few hours before! I felt so welcomed, so comfortable, and felt like I knew exactly what was going on. I am so happy with my piercing and felt that they were very open about prices before I even sat down to be pierced! Absolutely incredible, will go back for many many more! Absolutely nothing bad to say!!!

My piercer, Mike was awesome!!! He went far above and beyond what he had to with me, spending a lot of time explaining everything to me. EXTREMELY professional. Would recommend him a million times over.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my wonderful experience. Booked my appointment for AB back in March for July 15.. that was his first opening.. I was a little bummed I had to wait so long, but I am SO glad I waited, it was so worth the wait. I was ecstatic when Kim called earlier in the week and said they had a cancellation and could get me in sooner, and alas it was done yesterday! AB is truly such an incredible artist, and I’m so glad I chose him for this tattoo. It is a memorial tattoo (for my dad who passed away a few years ago), with his handwriting from a card in the middle of my favorite flower.. so it is super special and important to me, and he nailed it. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it and I have told everyone about your shop! I will definitely only use this shop for any future tattoos I want! If you get told you have to wait a bit, trust me it is soooo worth the wait to get artists of this caliber who are truly exceptional at what they do. Plus AB is just a down right cool guy, very nice, very professional. I was shocked at how fast he finished it! Plus he had me laughing (he knew I was a little nervous but he put me at ease) and was just good conversation. Thank you all so much, I needed this tattoo for my grieving heart, and it turned out exactly as I had hoped.

Worst tattoo experience EVER!!!! The owner came out with his big D energy shutting down the place as he barked in my face about how the artist was uncomfortable because I didn’t like her interpretation of what I wanted on my body forever. Over priced, unprofessional, and apparently unapproachable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sage did my tattoo today and I am extremely happy with how it turned out, she did such an amazing job! I will be returning soon for my other. Thank you!

Been coming to Olde Line since they opened. Collected many piercings and a bunch of great tattoos from various artists in the shop. All the artists are professional & friendly and the shop is always super clean. Love it here!

Tonight , went with my daughter in law and her friend, we all got our nose pierced. Mike was who took care of us and was very thorough in explaining the process and helped us pick the best piercing area and post. Everything was cleaned between all of us and sterilized. Thank you for a wonderful experience and your professionalism.

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. However, I believe the line work in my tattoo should have been better for the price I paid. All in all, not the worst place to get a tattoo, but not quite the best either.

I just got my septum pierced today by Mike, he was taking walk ins thank god, and he was the absolute best, he explained everything to be step by step, got the best jewelry for my nose, and the septum piercing went so smooth, the pain wasn’t that bad, but he did a amazing job, super nice & loved talking with me to make me feel so comfortable! Will definitely be going to him only for the rest of my piercings!

This shop is top notch. I’ve been coming here for years. They have a wide selection of artists with varying styles. What I love the most about this shop is they have several guest artists visit the shop yearly. These guest artists come from all over the country to tattoo for a few days at a time at this shop. This allows people who normally wouldn’t be able to get a tattoo from these artists.The customer service is AMAZING. Kim is a wonderful person and truly cares about her customers. Her husband Dave is equally as enjoyable and super chill and down to earth.Anyone wanting a quality and lasting tattoo, come to this shop. Yeah you might have to wait a little to get an appointment or the prices may seem “high”, compared to other shops, but wouldn’t you want to pay more for something that will last and look good on your body forever?

From beginning to end, hands down, best tattoo experience I have ever had. Kim was unbelievably nice and accommodating with my appointment setup. The shop itself was very warm and inviting, as well as clean as a whistle.My artist was Trey and my tattoo was a bold American traditional rose. Trey absolutely killed it in every category, perfect placement, size, color, etc. Not to mention, the least pain I ever experienced with a tattoo; this artist definitely has the magic touch. Every tattoo I have has one spot that is slightly raised/scarred. With Treys tattoo, perfectly flat and smooth, no scarring or raised areas at all. That is quality by definition in my opinion.I live over 2hrs away from this shop in another state but will gladly drive to Olde Line every time for a new tattoo, I can guarantee that.Thanks for everything guys, and keep doing what you are doing 😁

Scheduled a septum piercing. The ladies checking us in were great and super helpful. Mike did the piercing. He was thorough, clean, quick, answered all of our questions, as gentle as possible, and made sure I was ok when I got super dizzy sitting up. I will definitely be returning to this shop to see Mike again. Thank you for excellent service!

I went to get a piercing. The piercer, Jake I believe his name is, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He joked around to ease me and my friends anxiety and explained the whole process thoroughly. I would definitely recommend going to him or the shop in general. They were very clean as far as making sure everything was disinfected (due to covid) and the whole shop itself was very clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

I got my septum pierced here about 2 weeks ago. The place was very clean and the workers were very nice. I felt very comfortable getting my piercing here, and if I decide to get another one I will definitely come back.

I took my 6 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. She was super nervous and scared but really wanted to get them done. Mike and Jake were absolutely wonderful with her!! So patient, kind, gentle and professional. They talked to her and explained everything that was going to happen. She started to get alittle upset when it was go time, but they helped calm her nerves and waited until she was absolutely ready. She did great and these 2 guys were the best! I am so glad I took her to Old Line and would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I got my lobes pierced 3 months ago at another piercing studio, I was unable to get my earring back in after taking it out for less than a minute. They were quick with getting me in with one of their piercers who was able to help get it in but also walked me through what was going on and guidance for how to save myself from some pain later on. I fully recommend them; their amazing customer service and their focus on maintaining the health and safety of their employees and customers was phenomenal!

I got my first tattoo here and would definitely recommend to other people. The atmosphere was very laid back and helped me be more excited than nervous. All the staff/ artists there were extremely nice especially the one who did my tattoo (Trey Mann). I am very happy with the my tattoo and Trey did a great job!!! Got my 6 year olds ears pierced, the staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. They made her feel very comfortable, will def be taking my other girls there for piercings.

I got my nose pierced here yesterday and the staff was so friendly and nice. Corrine helped me choose the best jewelry that would match my complexion and the piercing Itself was very fast and painless (Just a little pinch). They were also very sanitary and made sure we hand sanitized before coming into the shop, and all of the staff were wearing masks. I had a great time here and would recommend this place to everyone!

When I had a problem, I swelled a lot and needed a longer bar because I swelled so much and it was unexpected by everyone, they took me right back and fixed it for me. Everyone there was so patient with me too.I had an amazing experience and am so grateful to Jake for taking the time to put my worries at ease and for them helping me get the longer bar. 100% will be going back for another piercing and will never go anywhere else!10 out of 10!

Got my nosed pierced here and it was a great experience! I wish I could remember the piercers name, but he was wonderful! Very nice, explained everything great and told me as he was doing everything. It is very clean and everyone is very nice!! I returned after ~5 weeks to get a smaller nose ring and had the same wonderful service again! highly recommend!!

This is the cleanest tattoo shop I have ever been in. It is impressive how clean it is. Ive gotten 6 tattoos from one of their artist and plan to go back. They typically have a waiting period for an appointment but their communication and scheduling is very good. Everyone Ive ever dealt with has been very friendly and professional. This shop is worth the wait and the prices are fair. If you can, make an appointment with this shop.

I went in for my first tattoo today, and while I didnt leave with a tattoo, I did leave with an amazing experience. Hawk drew a couple of beautiful designs for me and ultimately they werent what I was looking for. I was very embarrassed, but he couldnt have been more patient, kind, and upfront with me. Kim was also wonderful and gave me a little pep talk and made me feel so much better. Thank you so much!!! I appreciate yall!!!

On October 12 of this year , my daughter and I got our first tattoos celebrating 25 years of bringing her home from Russia exactly on that date..This was a very special occasion and Old Line did right by us.I do not recall the artist’s name but you can see her in one of the pics.She was great. She listened and her advice made the tat even better. Note the feathering on the birds!Great place, great people. Super clean.My sincere thanks to OLT and in particular the artist. I hope I tipped you enough ❤️

The piercer totally screwed up my ear. Not only did he give me an industrial which 2 piercers from another shop agreed I don’t have the anatomy for (this being after I had gotten it and I was looking for advice to heal them since it wasn’t healing), he pierced me with a bar that was too small, and one of the piercing holes was totally crooked forcing the bar to push my ear to an unnatural position. I urge everyone to do their research on whoever the current piercer may be.

This rating isn’t based on the piercer cuz Mike is great at his job! It is based on the lack of communication. I understand things happen. People get sick due to Covid. I drove from another city to be on time for my appointment. To cancel on me when I arrived wasn’t very professional! Then to tell me you could take me later that day… like WHAT! Were you picking & choosing?? I was already there! No PHONE CALL! Yes I’m still upset, wouldn’t you be. I drove 45 minutes for nothing! This could have been prevented! DO BETTER!

First of all, I was so nervous, but Mike was literally Ahhh Maze ING!! He was so calm, walked me through everything, like over and over again. He was so nice and very thorough with everything!!! I was impressed. I had piercing tragedies before and was scared to try again, but getting my nose pierced meant something to me before my birthday for a special. So I took the chance, and was glad I did! I recommend Mike all the time! Ive had ppl come back and tell me, theyre definitely going back to him again! Love the feel of the shop and all the vibes well except for the one chick at the register, but the young dude that was working with her made up for it! Definitely excited to get more now! Ive been pierced by both Corinne and Jake and Ive had great experiences! They take their time, dont rush you, and completely explain everything to you. Both times I went in nervous but was completely relaxed by the time I was actually pierced! The shop is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. I wont go anywhere else for my piercings and Im definitely getting my first tattoo here!

Nose Piercing. They are super accommodating and CLEAN. This is the third time I’ve had my nose pierced, FIRST time having it done here, and it’s healing beautifully. I had an unexpected surgery come up, so I needed a retainer put in. They only charged me for the retainer, not for the act of switching it for me. Which I think is a stand up move.I’m older now and kinda out of my tattoo and piercing stage, but I can tell you should I get the urge again... I’ll definitely come back here.Oh, if you’re a walk in, you’re better off walking in during the week... because this place is hopping during the weekend. Business must be good!

I got my fourth tattoo done at Olde Line after frequenting another shop. I was interested in a floral design and worked with Adam Cashman who did a truly stellar job. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and was handled swiftly and professionally. The shop is clean and well laid out with awesome artwork absolutely covering the walls. Staff at the shop were super friendly and really helped me feel comfortable especially considering it was my first visit. COVID precautions were handled very well and I felt quite safe. HIGHLY recommend this shop, and I will absolutely be revisiting in the future.

Got a rose tattoo from here looked good at first but when it healed it had some ink come out they said they would touch it up for free but then someone called and cancelled so I called squid and they took care of it with a cover up so there is no way in hell I will ever come back here they simply dont know what there doing so dont waste your money

I went here with my love to get my eyebrow pierced. The place is very well done! It has a subtle feel that provides a homie atmosphere. Mike was awesome! He was very knowlegable and took great care to explain the process as well as find the perfect alignment for me. The front staff were amazing and very patient as well. I truly enjoyed my experience there. They even took time to help my lady look for more jewelry! 5 star shop! Will mos def return!

TLDR: Great overall experience, customer service was top notch.First time experience at Olde Line Tattoo Gallery. Decided to use this venue for my daughters first tattoo given the positive reviews. Scheduled the appointment approx. 2 months out with a set date and time. One day prior to the appointment I received a text confirmation regarding the appointment. Long story short I did a quick glance at the text, noticed the words appointment confirmation and date, figured they were just providing me with the standard dont forget message. Showed up at 1 p.m. the following day with my daughter to check in and they informed me they had texted me details regarding my appointment time change. Should have actually read the whole text because the change was annotated as such, however just as feedback it would be nice to maybe receive a quick call just to confirm a change last minute. Moving forward I figured the experience of being there with my daughter for her first tattoo was abruptly halted, however they were very professional and quickly reached out to another artist to see if they had time to knock out the tattoo. Without missing a beat I was introduced to Jason who was super friendly and reassuring to my daughter for her first tattoo. Tattoo was a small piece and only took 10 minutes, but turned out great.They could have easily said sorry reschedule or go somewhere else, however they were very understanding of the significance of someone getting their first tattoo.

I went to Olde Line Saturday to get my forward triple helix. I was so ridiculously nervous and everyone was very kind and easy to talk to. They provide a comfortable setting. The guy who pierced me (cant remember his name) was INCREDIBLE. He was so knowledgeable about the whole thing, he gave me very easy instructions on care and everything. Everything was sterile and easy! Also his calm attitude helped me stay calm. All in all GREAT place. Id definitely recommend them!

After losing my Mother unexpectedly, I was looking to have a Mom tattoo updated with the date of her passing and a koi fish updated/touched-up. I reached out to this shop and was told:I ran your ideas by our artists and unfortunately this is not a project that they are willing to take on....we are hoping to keep our artistic skills at the finest and do imagery that represents our talent so that we are being well represented. We are looking to take on design based ideas.I can almost understand that they dont want to do touch-up/updates to tattoos that they didnt do (I guess not all shops do these types of work but this is the first shop Ive ever seen that doesnt), but not wanting to simply add the date of my mothers passing because it wasnt worth the time for their artist to do.....just ignorant. I found another shop in the area that has already added the date of her passing and has already completed all the lining for the updated koi fish along with my new half-sleeve (love Tomahawk Tattoo Shop).

I got my new favorite tattoo done by Adam today. This is my 3rd tattoo done at olde line. I’m never going anywhere else!! Adam’s work was amazing & he made the experience so smooth! I definitely will be going back again and again for Adam.

I got three of my four tattoos done here, including my first one. The artist are extremely personable, friendly, caring and professional. The entire shop is clean and very appealing to the eye. They answer emails and calls right away and are all very good at what they do. I recommend olde line to everyone I know who wants to get tattooed!

Great tattoo shop. All the people were very polite. I got my tattoo from Terry Morgan at the suggestion of a friend. He was just guesting there and now has his own shop. The shop is very, very clean. All of their artist are very talented. They also have great piercers as well. I recommend making an appointment. The only down side to their shop is that they are in a mall; so they are limited to mall hours.

Heard good things from multiple people about this place but they seem to be too picky about what they will and will not do.. at the end of the day its our body and we are paying customers.. odds are we will go somewhere that wants to put the effort In and to be paid accordingly. If you want a new run of the mill tattoo not in any offensive areas Heard this is a good place. If you want a true ARTIST willing to WORK and let there CRAFT shine... its my experience it aint happening here.

Awesome shop and people! All the artists are great...Justin just gave my daughter her first tattoo and she’s completely in love with it and can’t stop talking about it and showing everyone. If you’re looking for a shop that treats you like family and a great crew of artists and piercers this is the place to go.

Front desk lady was super nice and willing to answer my crews 900 questions lol, didnt catch the peircers name but he was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I had my lion with a crown tattoo done by A.B. He did an excellent job and gave me the exact detailed tattoo I wanted. He was very professional, friendly, and is a great artist. If you need any tattoo work done I highly recommend A.B.

I got my first ever piercing here back in August and I still love it. The guy that did it helped talk me through it, considering Im not big on needles. I love this place, the employees are awesome, and I hope to go back for my next tattoo!

Worth the drive. I followed my artist, Dave Waugh, from DC to his new work at Olde Line Tattoo. It was a little over an hour coming from Virginia. Shop was clean and comfortable. Lots of artwork and the staff couldnt have been friendlier. Do yourself a favor and get your work done there.

I did a lot of research prior to coming to Olde Line for a daith piercing. Mike did my piercing and he did a fabulous job. I was so pleased to see how attentive to cleanliness everyone in the studio were in addition to being friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely come back!Follow-up: And come back I did! About 1.5 months later, I came back with my roommate so that she could get her daith piercing, at which time I also got a snug piercing. I had Mike again; he was once again amazing, friendly, and very professional.2nd Follow-up: My roommate and I came back to get our original piercing replaced with smaller jewelry since the swelling had completely gone away after about 10 months (which is totally normal). Mike switched out our piercing and remembered us. I have recommended others to Olde Line and will continue to do so!3-rd Follow-up: So, my roommate and I came back for more piercings and brought her sister this time. Mike was excellent, as always, and remembers us each time we come. I got a forward helix piercing this time and have not had any trouble with it. In fact, Mike took a look at all of our piercings that he has done and commented on how good everything looked. I have literally nothing but good things to day about this business and about Mike!

My experience at Olde Line was great. Professionally run while still being easy going. The artist created a tattoo to my specifications and he worked quickly and did what he could to make me as comfortable as possible. I love the results!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! They were emailing with me all week about the design and wanted and very honest about what would work and what wouldn’t. They got me in for a consult that week and AB was able to tattoo me right then and there. He had great design ideas and was a cool guy to talk to. Thank you guys for making such a big decision and process an easy one!

I went to OLT with my sister. She got a simple tattoo in memory of a friend we lost to Covid and I got an Edelweiss flower. Lorena did the work and she was fabulous, personable and fun, and she listened to what we wanted. My sister is already thinking about her next tattoo and when inspiration strikes, Ill definitely travel from DC to OLT. The studio is clean and has a great vibe, the people are friendly and know their craft.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I have gotten a lot of piercing work here and EVERYONE in the shop is always super friendly and helpful. Not to mention, its the cleanest shop Ive ever been to. Since my last visit, I moved to Boise, ID and recently went to a shop that made me really miss these guys..

They do great work and are friendly. Shop is clean. Only gripe is the prices are WAY too inflated and only because an artist of theirs was on tv. I was quoted over $120 for ear lobe piercings, which is almost triple the cost any other tattoo shop would cost. Go elsewhere for that for sure.

I got my first tattoo here and the staff were nothing but nice and welcoming. I’ve had a couple piercings done here as well and have never had a problem. Everything healed amazingly.

Got a piercing. I am an ex nurse so I was really looking at their technique, watching their sterile procedure. I can attest to the fact that they are more than competent. The friendly staff will answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend it for piercing....I am saving$ to check out their tattoo artists.

Had a problem with my labret jewelry pulling all the way through. I spoke to the so called piercing professional, he said that I needed same gage but longer bar and that the skin would shrink to the new jewelry. Mind you this piece of jewelry still pulled through. Thought I was eating dinner, but guess my 30$ piece of jewelry that I had bought a few hours before went along with my dinner. If they cant get a piercing right, I definitely wouldnt let them touch me with a tattoo needle.

The artist that work here are amazing. They are very personable,, professional,and awesome at what they do. I personally get work done by Kike and could not be any happier.Getting ready to have a sleeve completed.If you want ink,this is the place to go!!!!! Thanks guys...

I got my Tragus pierced here and Corinne was really nice. She didnt mind giving me her oppinion on the placement when I told her what I wanted to wear in it and ensured I would love my new piercing. She also made the actual piercing process quick.

Very friendly staff. Went in for a consult. Told artist exactly what I wanted down to every detail. Was told that wouldnt work. It would fade. An tried to change my entire tattoo. An wouldnt ya know told me I should get 2 separate ones. Went to two other places an bam both artist who are well known said it would not be a problem an has no clue what this artist was talking about. Tatoo dynasty is worth the trip folks.

I went to this shop a month ago and got an absolutely amazing tattoo. Everyone in the shop was awesome and my tattoo artist, Christian, was great from going over the stencil with me to bandaging me up. The process was awesome from start to finish and this place deserves a 5/5.

Work is really nice but they wont do certain tattoos like rebel flags and when they do, they wanna charge $800 when I can go else where and get it done just as good if not better for half the price. I wanted a pin up with the american flag fading into the rebel flag and they refused to do it. I would not recommend them for even a little butterfly tattoo

I come here regularly for my piercings. Fabulous studio. Very clean, very professional. Pricing is fair for both piercings and tattoos. Definitely a studio I highly recommend.

I have ongoing appointments with Dave Kruseman, working on an American Traditional sleeve commemorating my Navy career. You may know him some from Ink Master, but I have to tell you he is WAY more talented and a WAY cooler dude than they were able to portray with limited screen time on that show. If anyone is looking for an American Traditional tattoo, I have yet to see ANYBODY as good as he is at it and I would HIGHLY recommend him. His wife Kim runs their tattoo shop and they are super nice people as well. Go there to check them out; you will be GLAD you did!!

Got my ears pierced here. Done by hand. The guy who did it was hilarious and kind after seeing I was scared. He even gave me a discount. Im not sure if Jason is there but my parents have had their tattoos done by him and adore his work.

Sells tattoo gift cards to young teenagers. My son wanted a tattoo and thought if he bought a gift card that would some how let him get one. I took him in there to take it back and was told to come back. I came back to the owner who seemed more offended at my stance on not letting my son get a tattoo. And tried her best to embarrass me.She called me a bad father. She accused me of YELLING at her under paid staff ( I actually was almost whispering). She claimed she had me on camera throwing a fit( not even close).She called me poor and fine i will give this to you cuz you need it more than me and so on. Anyone like this is getting nowhere near me or my family with a needle.

Very clean place and friendly staff. And when people say they are to expensive, they will be more than happy to fix a cheaper tattoo.. Its going on your body, why cheap out? Working on my sleeve now and very happy!

The tattoo I got at olde line was a) not my first, b) an impulse descision, and c) the first time Id even considered a mall tattoo parlor. I have to say the work was reasonably priced and absolutely flawless. It was just some lettering but it was sharp, elegant, it changed my pre-conceived notions about parlors in malls. I would totally go back for more work. ( Note my tattoo is still healing in the picture...)

They ok. I think they prefer u to pick a design from their many books. While the pics in the book are very creative, the artist should still be able to provide you with a tattoo u bring to them aswell.
