Sara-Beth is a true professional. Went in for a consultation for my first tattoo without really an idea of what I wanted. She had a bunch of ideas and really helped me through the process and I ended up with a truly amazing piece of work on my arm. I highly recommend this place.

Clean, professional, lovely little place! Gary did my piercing, he was very gentle and walked me through the entire process. He even answered some questions my friend had about their existing piercings and chatted with them about how best to care for them. Definitely going back for my next piercing

I went into their shop on 08/21/2023 which is the same this post created. I forgot to ask the name of the person I was speaking with. It was a he. He’s was at least 6 foot tall, Caucasian, has tattoos cover his entire right arm and some on his left. When I first entered, he didn’t greet me instead I greeted him and started the conversation. I told him that my purpose visiting your store is because you have a pretty good ratings of your work. I just wanted to have a quote on a few simple LOWER BACK designs for women. He replied “Ok.” That was it, and he looked at me like a deer in the headlights. He didn’t even bother to ask or introduce me to the collections/designs from the store. I then asked do you any designs to show me? He asked me “What designs?” At this point, I was irritated with the way he responded. I sighed and replied “LOWER BACK designs.” He looked confused so I said “Alright, let me search on my phone then.” I simply showed him the first result came up and asked can you please show me some of your designs? He didn’t bother with my question and continue saying sure something similar to that it’s roughly $200-$250. He didn’t explain to me in details like how many colors do I want or do I just want to stick with one color? Or what is the size I wanted for this tattoo? Etc. I wanted to see their collections or designs so I can obtain more accurate price. If he was informative then I would’ve enough confidence and gone with their service at the spot.

This place is wonderful. I went to get a botched septum piercing removed, and Gary was SO kind and gentle the entire time. He answered my 10000 questions with no hesitation, and gave me a high quality cartilage piercing. I 100% recommend this place for all of your piercing needs. :)

Chris has been by far one of the best tattoo artists I’ve had an experience with. I was a little chatty, asking him a lot of questions about his profession and personal life alike and he was just so kind. I’m so happy with my Halloween tattoo :) thank you!

Came in as a walk-in for a ear piercing, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Man doing my ear was fantastic and explain after care thoroughly. Great prices for quality and compared to others in our town. Highly recommend!!

My bestie and I had the pleasure of getting tattoos with Craig yesterday. He did a FANTASTIC job. Super to work with, even when we presented last minute changes. The shop and guys there were all awesome and easy to talk to, and personally, I could spend hours checking out all of the artwork in the place. Definitely recommend!

Yours Truly is amazing!! I have been going to Travis for almost a year now and will continue for as long as Im getting more tattoos (a long time)! The store is always super clean and Travis is always so nice. I am always extremely impressed with the work I get done here!

I havent used them yet only because Im going out of the country on a trip in a few weeks. However, I came in and was welcomed by the artist and the receptionist. They was so cool and pricing that I was quoted was great!!! Literally they gave me there undivided attention without having a consultation appointment. Im definitely going back and booking.

Far and away the best tattoo shop anywhere. Super experience. Travis exceeded my expectations and banged out my custom memorial tatto like the professional he is! 100% satisfied!

Horrid customer service i would rate a 0 if i could Made an appointment in December for a tattoo in February, artist canceled in February, they could not reschedule so I would have to wait until March. Tried to have someone get ahold of me to see what the design was he came up with and never got a reply to any e-mail, never got a return phone call, never saw anything in 4 months. Getting my deposit back and going somewhere else.

Went here for the first time about a week ago. got a partial coverup tattoo (and expanded on it slightly). my daughter also got her very 1st tattoo. we had back to back appointments. we both had chris as our artist. he was SUPER friendly, patient, kind, and GOOD! well definitely be going back for more :)

I like Yours Truely and Craig. Craig did a retouch of my daughters name and added hibiscus flowers around the name. He did a really good job and everybody likes it. I will be working with him again in the future.

I had my septum pierced years ago by Tasha. Idk if shes still there or not. Never went back for any other services. Was clean and chill.

My wife and I got our industrials pierced here and had no problems, very friendly, clean and great pricing. The wife came back 2 weeks later for her daith and everything was great.

My mom and i drove a little over an hour to this place because some of our friends highly recommended it. This was my 3rd tattoo, but my 5th shop ive been in. It was by far the cleanest, nicest, most welcoming shop ive been to. I will definitely come back for more!!! Brett gave my mom and i both beautiful tattoos, and it was a reasonable price! Dont hesitate to come here :)

Chris Caldwell is absolutely amazing and I followed him to this establishment because he is that good of an artist.. He just did another tattoo for me and includes a portrait of my newborn and is spot on. Go here for any artist and I promise they will not disappoint.

My Mother and I went today for piercings, I got the industrail piercing and she got the daith piercing. Piercing artist name was Gary.Both of us felt so welcomed. Everyone was really nice and we made jokes. Ill remember this place for the future. ♡♡

I went to get a nose piercing and Gary was absolutely fabulous about explaining the process to me, he was super clean and opened everything in front of me, and it was so fast. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone

I got a belly button piercing and picked up a new piercing for my nose. Gary was so kind and entertained my incessant talking and questions. Everyone here is so gracious. Looking forward to being back here for more work.

Got a septum piercing 3 weeks ago for my self and a friend and tipped $20. So $130 spent. Was told an extra septum ring was $10. One of the balls fell off, I went back and they gave me another one that wasn’t the right size or same color. Then the other ball fell off and the whole piercing ripped out in my sleep. Told by Gary that he would repierce and just charge for jewelry. Went back today and that was incorrect. Thanks for wasting 4 trips to end up with money spent and no piercing after all. Called and spoke to manager, he didn’t try to remedy the situation at all and hung up the phone.

I called at the open of business to inquire about getting a tattoo (3 words), the gentleman on the phone stated they didn’t have any time today. I then started to ask about making an appointment and I was hung up on in the middle of my sentence. I called back and stated I was just rudely hung up on, and wanted to inquire about making an appt. Im assuming it was the same guy who then stated they were booked 3 weeks out and I have to come in and put a deposit down. I definitely did not have a problem making and appointment or putting a deposit down, but I will not give money to a business that can’t even treat me with decency and respect as a customer. Customer service is everything, I’m sure I’m not the first and won’t be the last person that decides to take my business elsewhere. Humble yourselves.

The piercer who did my dauggters nose and lip was wonderful. very great staff that takes the time to listen to u on every concern, and took every precaution to keep the customer and their selves safe.

Ive had now 2 tattoos from Chris and im headed in today for 2 more from him. Very creative staff there and always made us feel welcome. Told him what i was thinking and this was what he free handed drew me! I cant thank him enough for this beautiful unforgetable memorial for my 2 baby JRT.

Went in to inquire about a Tatto the place was empty. When I told the gentleman what I wanted he quoted one price he the looked over to his tatto artist who went up another $15 . Wheb he asked him if he felt like doing me he looked at me and said NO..even he admitted my small tattoo would only take 15 min!!!!!SORRY SORRY SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Called to inquire about getting my daughters ears pierced, I told them she was 10 and he said We dont do anyone under 14. Click, he just hung up on me.

Not a very friendly enviroment at all walked in the door anf was told to leave because i had my daughter with me. This is a poor buisness practice for a tattoo shop.. Make me curious what they arr doing besides tattoos.
