Poor customer service experience. DONT EVER BE LATE! I showed up just a few minutes past my apt cut off time. I never been late before. My procedure literally takes 5 min. I was turned away and charged a $25 no show fee even though I was there. I was told “oh sorry it’s unfortunate the system is automated there’s nothing I can do” it would have been nice if they could have worked with me. I would have accepted the $25 dollar fee if they would have at least worked me in for my 5 min procedure. Not a single other person waiting in the lobby. I’m not sure I’ll return and definitely will not refer friends. Hope my $25 bucks was worth it. If you like robotic automated front desk help this is the place! Life happens sometimes you’re late and they apparently have no choice but to cancel and charge you. They can do nothing for you. I could see if I was habitually late for apts but I’m often in fact early. That’s just sad. Rant over.

Khloe is amazing!! She gave me my first Hydrafacial and dermaplane and my skin felt SO GOOD after, she was so sweet and knowledgable and answered all of my questions, i cannot recommend Skinworks enough!

I can not thank Kayleigh enough for the wonders she has done for my skin! She does it all; if you want to relax her facial massage will put you to sleep, but if you want to really want to see good results she does AMAZING dermaplaning and her hydrafaicals will make you feel like. whole different person !! Sweetest person with the magical touch!!!!!

I was given a Mothers Day appointment for Friday the 17th with a confirmed email.(which my daughter made on the 10th). I told them when I walked in a had an appointment which they confirmed. However, when I got back to the room, I asked her what they bought me, and she said the facial for $150. Obviously it was in the system. But asked me my concerns(usual) and suggested the hydration facial, so I said yes. Then said the facial with that(an hour long goes another 15 minutes with an additional $25). She said yes. It was over in 38 minutes. When I went to check out, the guy said there’s nothing in the system of this being made(as I said gift card). But had to call my daughter, went back to the front desk, he asked me for the last 4 digits of her cc. He saw the whole thing on the screen/monitor whatever he was looking at. It was unacceptable. I will send the text for confirmation. And I want my money back. Worst experience. A customer shouldn’t have “to work for it so to speak”. I showed him my phone and he said “that doesn’t mean anything”. I could also see the look on the girl sitting next to him. Gift card, card on the file, however you want to “term” it. Either way

I’m not sure where to start! I’ve gone here several times for everything from facials to laser hair removal. Kristen and Danielle are truly masters of their craft!I was a little nervous before getting filler for the first time, and Kristen explained the process step-by-step, and really put me at ease.The entire staff truly provides all the bells and whistles you would expect from a luxury med spa experience.

Professional setting and quality products. The face cream I get there is amazing! I enjoy seeing Kristin and Josh too.

Arrived for a consultation appointment. I was greeted, then immediately told I would need to reschedule because I brought my son with me. To be told my 8yo son is a liability at a consultation is so ridiculously unreasonable in my opinion. One star for wasting my time and not telling me about this rule at the time of scheduling the appointment.

I just had CO2 laser done and I was very nervous. Kristen at Skinworks made me feel so comfortable. She put me at ease during my procedure and checked on me the entire week of recovery. My results are amazing and my skin has never looked better! Would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I moved to Nashville about a year a half ago and was in search of someone that could continue bioHRT for me. My initial experience was great-Kristen listened to my concerns and addressed a major issue with my previous treatment. Things I value from SkinWorks and Kristen include her competency with aesthetic treatments as well as the BioHRT, the office is clean and comfortable, scheduling is efficient-I’ve never been rushed or even had to wait. I see Kristen for aesthetic treatments as well as bioHRT. I trust her recommendations for treatments. Super happy with SkinWorks!

While my initial visit went well, and I rescheduled a follow up appointment , I was unable to attend . I woke up the morning of appointment and had a fever, sore throat, so I cancelled my appointment as to avoid infecting anyone else. Not only did the business charge me a fee, they kept my credit card number on file without my knowledge. BeWARE, this is a dangerous practice and they can use your card at anytime. Beware of FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ON YOUR ACCOUNT!

I have struggled with my overall health for a few years. We have tried diet, exercise, medication, etc, nothing seemed to work to get me past a plateau I had hit of getting healthier. I spoke with Josh and Kristen and they recommended getting my testosterone checked. I pulled previous blood work from the year prior and sure enough, my T levels were below 200. We got new blood labs and my T was super low for a 30 year old. It’s crazy the doctors didn’t think to address the low T but that was ultimately the underlying factor of the way I was feeling. I started the pellet therapy back in January of this year. I just got my second dose of pellets and it has absolutely changed my life. The pellets have helped my overall mood, appetite, energy levels, and sleep pattern. I definitely recommend men checking their testosterone levels and if you need testosterone therapy, Skinworks is the place to go!

I have been going to Skinworks for over a year. Danielle did my consultation for an IPL laser to help with some redness in my face. I had great results and also started with Dermaplane -which I do monthly. Danielle takes her time and my skin feels so smooth & looks so healthy when I’m finished. It’s such a treat and she is so sweet and knowledgeable about skin. I also love the HydraFacial. And, Kristen does such quick & painless job with Dysport injections. She’s very helpful and informs her patients of best procedures that is individualized for them. I use her for Botox, Hydrofacials, lazer, filler, and micro needling. Heather was amazing! Began tattoo removal this past week and although it was zero fun, she made it bearable. She calmly counted to 15 seconds and then stopped. We repeated this several times. This help me so much! I have several more sessions but because of how clean, kind the staff was, and truly knowledgeable I will succeed in getting this poor choice removed! Ha!

Letting Heather at Skinworks Hendersonville do Laser Hair removal on my lower legs was truly life changing. At every session I felt I was in the best hands possible. She knows her business. She informed me about what to expect after every session, she adjusted the high tech laser to my individual skin and hair condition perfectly and after 6 sessions my legs are virtually babysoft. Never a wait and always professional attitude and smiles from the staff. This was my first experience with a medical skin care place and I dont feel the need to ever explore and go somewhere else to get a better service.
