Draw The Line Tattoo Club

Done on May 9th, Paul finished and touched up this custom piece for me. The colors are vibrant, lines are crisp, and they are healing nicely. Originally a cover up and needing some help on its own, I couldnt be happier with how it turned out!

Ryan did a wonderful job at capturing my cat Noelle (whom I literally gave birth to). The atmosphere was welcoming and the entire process was very relaxed and fun. I’d highly recommend Ryan if you want a tattoo that is uniquely you! 10/10 MEOWS 😼👍

Even though Paul Hall has been my artist for years, hes new to this location and I visited the shop yesterday for a new tattoo. The shop is easy to find, the atmosphere of the shop was great.. very calm, clean, and comfortable. Paul, of course, never disappoints with any of his work. He drew up exactly what I wanted and made it look beautiful. He has the best line-work of anyone Ive ever seen.. A light hand, fast, and all-around amazing. I wont let anyone else tattoo me. I recommend him for any and all of your tattoo needs! I get compliments on my all of my work that hes done and Im so proud of my tattoos by him. They are all perfect!

Best tattoo experience. Ryan is very easy to connect and communicate with. Hes an amazing artist and I believe its effortless for him to see your vision and execute it. My tattoo has very fine lines and they are perfectly straight and flow so nicely. Hes very light handed and it doesnt seem like hes trying to tattoo your bones. Im going back for contrast to pull all of the elements together and we have a date set for my next tattoo already. Ill update with a more finished image next month.Highly recommended 🖤🎃🧡

My wife came along for my consultation and trusted him to give her first tattoo (it’s really 2 separate tattoos). Ryan’s professionalism, artistic ability (the dude has a BA in Art - not every tattoo artist can say that), and great personality made me proud to have him add some ink to our skin. Highly recommend! Ryan is so accommodating and professional, and incredibly talented! He really listens and works with you to make sure youre getting exactly what you want and that youre comfortable throughout the process. Plus his flash sales are incomparable. This place isnt just a little hole in the wall, its a stand alone store. The shop is charming inside and out, with a great waiting area, comfy seats. Every time Ive walked in, its always smelling great and looking awesome. Ryan is super friendly and helpful. Hes attentive to your needs and will do his best to make sure you get the tattoo you are looking for. His shop may be newer than most of the other in Hendersonville, but he is definitely an experienced tattoo artist. Dont believe me? Walk in one day and talk to him. Walk in and see what he can do. Hes laid back and easy to be around. My husband and family are seriously considering using him in the future after seeing what he did for me and others. He even had Sorry Mom products for me to buy, take home, and use right after mine was done so I didnt have to go to the store. This is my 3rd tattoo and I am very pleased with this artist. I had a big birthday coming up, & my husband surprised me with a trip to NC (from New Hampshire) to see an amazingly close friend I hadnt seen in person in 20 years. Ive wanted a tattoo for the past 19 years, but kids & their stuff always came first. ;) Finally I decided YES, Ive wanted a tattoo for long enough, Im going to get one! No regrets. My friend had never gotten one either, HER kids always came first, but shed always wanted one too & was ready to get her first also.On laughably short notice, Ryan GOT US IN after I quickly semi-designed matching tattoos for myself & my friend that we both loved. Honestly, the second I stepped inside & started looking over his collection of stickers on one of the cabinets in his studio, I knew I was in the right place. His vibe was super chill, the place was immaculate, I felt completely at ease. His work was beautiful. It was the coolest thing ever to see a design that Id just done in my sketchbook come alive through him on my arm! He added in shadows that really just brought the whole thing to life. We were both SO PLEASED with him & his work. :)Theres a reason this dude has 115 GLOWING 5-star reviews, yall. :) When I visit again, I fully plan on trying to have Ryan do another one for me, NOT on such short notice, next time. ;)Thank you Ryan! :)

Ryan is a fantastic tattoo artist. He listened & delivered the perfect image for our tattoos. Everything is very very CLEAN & SANITARY. i highly recommend using him. I am not local, but if I ever get another tattoo, I will drive back up to North Carolina to have Ryan create the tattoo.

I went to Ryan for a coverup tattoo with a flower in mind. He drew the most beautiful flower ever! My old tattoo just vanished without a trace! This tattoo is without a doubt the best cover up ever! The shop is sparkling clean. Ryan carefully follows all Covid Safety Protocols. I couldnt have felt safer. He is calm and patient! I am so happy with my experience! I was able to get a beautiful sternum flower piece done recently by Ryan. This was my first tattoo so I was quite nervous coming in. Ryan was amazing! I emailed a photo of some wildflowers and in 72 hours they were perfectly tattooed on my body. The first illustration he showed me was exactly what I imagined. Honestly I was skeptical that he fit me in so quickly, but this place must just be the best kept secret. Incredible human and artist. Already planning my next one with him!

I was searching for an artist that could do a watercolor tattoo. I asked everyone and with no satisfactory answer. I went on a search and found Ryan. All the stars and reviews don’t do him justice. I had a very detailed tattoo with watercolor and Ryan confidently took on the challenge. Absolutely beautiful!!! I have had so many compliments. So YES, we do have an artist that does amazing watercolor!!! Ryan is very detailed and a true artist!

I had Ryan design a really large piece of art and it turned out beautifully! I had communicated with him prior and showed him a few examples and he took it from there and did an outstanding job doing something completely custom. He was a complete pleasure to speak with and when it was time to sit in the chair, he just made everything go like a charm. His playlist of music is really good too. He and I will doing another fairly large piece of art very soon and Im looking forward to it. I would suggest anyone come see this man for some really special work. He has such an outstanding talent! Besides being an incredibly talented artist, Mr. Pratt also seems to be a genuinely nice and cool guy. Studio was immaculate, and he walked me through the process at every step to make sure I was comfortable (it was my first tattoo, and Im glad I chose to get my first with Ryan). Ryan is absolutely amazing, he made me feel so comfortable and was super gentle. He even offered drinks and snacks the entire time, the overall experience was 10/10, if I could give 10 stars I would. The shop was very clean and very up to date with covid expectations, you can’t bring anyone with you but it doesnt kill the experience because Ryan made it so much fun, and this is coming from a 5 hour tattoo, I definitely recommend going here. Not to mention his work is absolutely incredible and he does everything he can to make sure you’re satisfied ❤️❤️❤️

If I could give Draw The Line 100 stars I would. The shop is really chill and the vibe of it is super fun. Everything is really clean which made the shop feel safe (Im always really sketched out by dirty tattoo shops). Ryan was so sweet and did a great job on my and my friends tattoos! There are also flash sales every few weeks that usually benefit local organizations which seem super fun. Would definitely go again in a heartbeat!

Ryan had such a professional and down to earth demeanor; I felt comfortable and relaxed in his chair. He brought to life exactly the vision I had in mind and worked with my budget.

It took me a long time to even get Ryan to respond to get a tattoo, about a month. He never responded to my messages in a timely manner. I unfortunately had to cancel an appointment I was finally able to get with him, and when I was able to he took me in the next day. I thanked him a ton for it and was very excited.I gave him my idea and a reference for my tattoo and when I finally got to my appointment I fell in love with the stencil he showed me and was impressed with what he gave me on such short notice. It was exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t wait. After the tattoo was finished, it didn’t look anything like the stencil.I’ve been getting tattoos for a long time and I have a bunch of them so this is not my first experience getting one. The tattoo looked like a lazy attempt at the stencil. He also missed a line connecting a major part of the piece. I felt a little intimidated so I didn’t speak up. I figured I’d let him know when I came back for a touch up, which he told me to contact him in a week or so to set up. I did as such, and months later still have not heard back. The lack of communication was really annoying and I felt as if he didn’t want to fix a problem he caused. He didn’t even post the tattoo either on his social media which he seems to do with a majority of his work.I was still nice, I tipped, and went on my way. I tried to like it, but it made me very sad to look at. I wasn’t proud to show anyone.Don’t get me wrong, Ryan was very clean and professional in his work. I wasn’t worried for a second about any infection or COVID. But I was very much let down. What he gave me compared to the work his other clients get was a major disappointment. I’m not certain he draws his own stencils, just tattoos them. Unfortunately I will not be back to get it fixed and will now have to pay someone else to hopefully do what was supposed to be done in the first place.

I highly recommend!Update: getting in touch for touch ups was a lost cause. Tried for 2 months n no reply. Had to pay to get touch ups done somewhere else.
