I’ve gotten all my other piercings here and up till today i’ve had 0 issues with them, they were very nice, very quick and had plenty of staff. however tonight on 08/17/2024 they didn’t seem to have a receptionist. which likely isn’t their fault but the piercer told us to wait 30 mins or more for our turn cause it was busy and he needed to sterilize his equipment which idk what equipment specifically but i thought the needles were pre-packaged and disposed after use so i’m not sure on that front. but we waited an hour and then these people walked in saying that they had gotten there at 4, was told to come back at 5pm and it at that point was at least 30 mins after 5pm. and they hadn’t even gotten done piercing 2 girls ears after at least 30 mins of having them back there. which is odd in my opinion that 2 ear piercings took that long. but i digress. 3 stars because we weren’t told an accurate wait time what so ever, and they knew it would be at least an hour and a half before they could get to us. i came in from out of town so it would have been nice to know if it was more than an hour i could have gone home during that time and seen my family a little longer but now i’ve wasted 2 hours of my last day in town.

It was great I went to get snake bites and they were very clean and sanitary here had a great waiting area the piercer was very nice and did great my snake bites were pretty much perfectly symmetrical I am very impressed because not all piercing shops are as clean as this one now days thank you to the staff it is very welcoming and I love my piercings

One of the only 5 star reviews Ive ever given. Dont let looks deceive you. Inkd Revolution has some very talented artists. The staff that we dealt with were amazing. Riley is the man! The quoted price was honored even though the time ran over. He stayed late, never rushed, and the quality of his work is unbelievable. We live in Tampa FL and are going to be flying back sooner than later to get more work done by him.

Anthony has gone above and beyond to make my whole experience really easy. He made sure I was comfortable and wanted to ensure that I got what I wanted. His patience with me made the whole process amazing. I cant wait to go back.

2 years ago i got my belly button pierced at this place and it was great! i had a women who was very professional and walked me through step by step and took her time to make sure everything was right. the only complaint from that time was the bar was far to short and it wouldn’t heal till changed to a longer one. I recently went back to get my nose done and the guy didn’t not take his time at all to make it as good as possible not to mention he was not very friendly. i waited the time they told me to change it and once i tried to change it back to the original piercing it would not go through even tho i tried to put it in as soon as i took the other one out. it is leaking pus and is purple. there had to be a mistake in the piercing process because there is no reason why it should close up not even a second after taking one out.

Went in for piercings. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. The receptionist answered a couple questions I had with ease. I didnt have to wait long at all. I was in there a total of 30 mins. Andrew explained the process for both piercings. He cleaned and lined everything up in just a couple mins. After it was done, he explained aftercare extensively (even though he could clearly see I had other piercings) which was good. Summary....fast, clean, professional, friendly. I definitely recommend!! I will be a returning customer.

Took my daughter for a piercing and the the guy who did it was a sweetheart the ones at the counter were awesome the wait wasnt to long they are great people loved them!! He did a great job on her septum

I do not recommend this place at all. My sister and I came in for piercings and we waited much longer than they initially told us to wait. They even took someone else back for piercings before us, even though that person arrived after us. They never took my sisters ID, didnt explain aftercare to her, and shouldnt have pierced her to begin with because after going to another local piercer, her anatomy was NOT right for this piercing and she had to take it out. But Inkds piercer Andrew never even bothered to examine or explain this to her so she could make her own informed decision. Overall they do not seem to care about their customer base and their piercer does not know what hes doing.

Drove here from Ashland with two of my friends to get our ears pierced (one got her third lobe pierced and two of us got a double helix done). Andrew did a great job and was funny so all in all a good experience. Was priced well too which helps. I hope to come back again and get more done :).

Had an excellent experience here getting my piercing. Clean and friendly. The piercer was very professional and walked me through the entire experience. Would definitely recommend. They even changed out my jewelry the next time I was in. This will be my go to place from now on.

Great tattoo and piercing shop. Got my first tattoo here years ago and got my first piercing here a couple weeks ago. Super sanitary and the people who work here are extremely knowledgeable.

Went in for a piercing, and the piercer used the wrong size on my septum ring, making it near impossible to put the balls back on the hoop.Had to return, and the other guy was amaze balls!They were all very friendly.

I came in for my first tattoo and all I can say is they are the nicest / funniest people! A man named Charlie did mine and he made the experience absolutely amazing and I will definitely be going back. It came out beautifully, he is very very talented.

So i can’t speak for their tattoos, but my sister came here for her industrial and my usual piecer wasn’t available so I came to them. I got a bridge piercing. The wait took forever despite the fact that it didn’t seem the piecer was busy, though I can’t attest to what he was doing at the time. There was one person in front of me, but I guess a friend of his came in because he took them before me. They didn’t ID me, and after my piercing was done he didn’t give me any care instructions. Since then, my piercing has gotten increasingly red and I’m pretty sure the bar is far too short, not allowing for any space for swelling. I went to another piecer nearby and he told me I didn’t have the anatomy for it and that should have been checked before it was even done. There goes my all of my birthday money for the mistake of trusting them to be knowledgeable piercers.

I just on a splurge wanted my daughters initials on my forearm called they said they might be able to get me in to call at 5:45 I said that I would just stop bye as soon as I walked in the owner Anthony said sure I’ll do it we went straight to his design computer and.In 7 min had exactly what I wanted I couldn’t be happier I’ll update w/ photos once it’s healed but for only being done 2 hours now it already looks better than most Anthony is an artist every aspect I seen on the scene will def be back for the next tattoo I getThanks Anthony

My sisters and I have been talking for a long time about getting matching tattoos. I live near Boston and was coming into town for a visit so we decided to get them while I was here. This would be my first tattoo.I looked into different tattoo shops in the area and liked the work I saw on Ink’d website. I reached out to them through Facebook, discussed what we were looking for, sent pictures, was given price and they booked us appointments for a Saturday at 1:00 pm with Logan. I’ve been excited about this for weeks. We get there, walk in only to be told there were no appointments booked. The guy we spoke to happened to be Logan. He stated he already had someone in for a tattoo but he could get to us in about an hour. There was no discussion about what we wanted and I felt like having our business just wasn’t important.I said thanks and walked out. I was very disappointed and decided not to come back in an hour. I just felt after all that it wasn’t worth my time or money.

Got my nose pierced!!! Loved the piercer....he was great!!!! Also Just took my son to get his ears pierced. Same great guy there. Would recommend 1000%. Very clean. Very professional and Very Funny. Just a great time! Thanks Guys!

I went in for a simple cartilage piercing 4 months ago and it has yet to heal. My ear is swollen and red, plus the earring refuses to come out and price was WAY to high when I got it done. I would NOT recommend this place.

Got my septum done (and redone) here, and 10/10 recommend! Clean, professional, and you can tell the piercer who did mine really knows what he is doing and enjoys the work. I have had no swelling or pain at all from this piercing and it looks great!

Me and a group of friends all decided to get piercings. I got my nose pierced and it was an awesome experience. Andrew pierced all of us and he was super nice, didn’t make us feel like we were taking up his time at all. I love my piercing and will be back again if I ever decide on another one.

My wife needed a cover tattoo on an old one she didnt like. This cover is very beautiful and has made her so proud to show it off.

Reasonable prices, great music, extremely skilled artists, cool location. Very happy with the experience, cost and the way my tattoo turned out. Zero complaints. Will be coming back for my birthday tat. 🥳

My daughter and I got piercings here. My ear piercing is crooked. It shoots up at and angle. Her belly botton piercing is sideways. My nose piercing came out ok but needless to say we are disappointed. Piercings arent cheap and takes a good bit to heal so when they are crooked its definitely disappointing. The staff were very friendly though.

I’ve known Riley for years and have only ever let him tattoo me. The talent he has is incredible! My sleeve has been a work in progress, and each time I leave I’m more blown away than the time before. He takes my vision and makes it into something so much better than I could’ve ever hope, every single time.

My husband had a received a tat and it came out great. Nice vivid color with sharp lines. About a month later he decided to add a different color to it, and that was not a problem. it came out just as nice the second time. So Now I’m wanting to work on a sleeve, and I’ll be going there without a doubt.

I had a septum piercing done here by John last weekend and must say I was very pleased with the experience. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and clean. The piercing is healing beautifully. Needless to say I will be back!

Came here about a week ago (5/2019), and got a helix and ‘flat’ piercing by John. They were really busy and he handled it really well, I was still able to be seen and get my piercings done fast and efficiently! The shop even helped make sure my daughter (10yrs old) was occupied as well and very nice to her. John has done previous piercings on me before & they have all healed nicely & I have always left with the information needed for care. I won’t go anywhere else but here, worth the drive from Ashland and the price. Highly recommend! Thanks to everyone here that gave us a great experience.

I don’t know the name of my piercer but he was very very sweet and made sure everything was good. he joked around with my guardian and i, and overall made me feel very comfortable. the place also seemed very clean! i would recommend

I came in today to get a floral/flower tattoo, and he was very quick and it turned out beautiful! Good pricing and very friendly! I felt very comfortable and they were both so easy to talk to and have a conversation with! I highly recommend!

John did an amazing job with my daughters industrial piercing. This was her first body piercing and he explained everything to her and put us both at ease before starting. Definitely recommend John and Im sure we will be going back for more piercings!

Had my ear lobes pierced after theyd been goofed by walmart. (Theyve been healed for years) the gentleman who did the piercing was super kind and polite and answered all my questions! I got no judgement for being a newbie either. :) would definitely go again if i ever get another piercing

I walked in looking to get a wrist tattoo to cover a self-harm scar and the crew there was so helpful! Anthony whipped up a custom design based on something I saw and liked online, I got it on the spot! For a walk in just expecting some advice, to come out with a tattoo I love, I am so happy with this place! Anthony was amazing and professional and the rest of the crew were also wonderful people. Will be coming back here for all of my tattoos from now on.

Marilyn is an amazing tattoo artist. I came in for an impromptu tattoo for me and my girlfriend. She blew my expectations out of the water. Her line work is on point and her color and fading is spectacular. Like I said, blew my expectations out of the water. John was also very friendly and created a great ambiance for the store. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star! I spent months researching and following different tattoo artists before I finally chose one that fit the bill for what I was looking for. I made an appointment in advance, months prior, with Damion for 2 p.m. I showed up around 15 minutes early and went inside and told the guys behind the counter that I was there for a 2:00 apt. They asked me “with who” and I told them “Damion.” All of the employees, 6+, immediately started laughing and said that I would be “waiting a while” and that “Damion is always late.” They threw around some numbers saying 2:30, 3:00, 5:30 and another cracked off with “maybe even tomorrow.” My apt was at 2:00 p.m. and it is now 4:00 p.m. It’s really sad that these artists won’t treat their clients better ESPECIALLY for the kind of money they profit from tattooing. If you’re considering this place, just don’t. The work isn’t worth the wait. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else. There is more out there that are great tattooers, if not better!

Great artists, great energy. Got my most detailed tattoo so far for less money than my other 2 previous ones. Can’t remember the artists’ name, but he did amazing and everyone in there was easy to converse with. Got it 2 days ago, and I’m going back in tomorrow for another.

They should take piercing off their list of services. I called to schedule an appointment for a piercing and was told I didn’t need one and could just walk in. Not able to come in at the time, I called two days later I called to make sure they were open and was told their piercer wasn’t in and would be in the next day. The next day I went in an hour after they opened and was told their piercer wasn’t there but would be in at 4pm. I returned at 4pm and was again told the piercer wasn’t there. I asked if I could schedule an appointment because I had tried to “walk in” several times and the piercer wasn’t there. He acknowledged that that was a problem but told me if I returned at 6pm they would certainly be available. I returned at 5:50 and asked about their availability and was told to wait a few minutes. I waited almost 30 minutes but no piercer ever showed so I finally left. Don’t advertise what you can’t deliver.

Had an initial great experience here, well the artist/owner was an hour late and i was ready to walk, but needed additional follow-up for a tattoo that “cratered” and required medical intervention because it wasn’t healing.This was the second time this has happened and the first time the shop made good and touched up the tattoo that had scarred up and now I can’t get an appointment to correct the second one that wouldn’t heal over.I’ve never had reactions like this before for other tattoos at different shops and had to go on antibiotics both times for tattoos done at this shop. The doctor suspected it could have been the microban sheet that they applied at the shop but there were parts where I felt the tattoo was heavy handed and ended up like hamburger.At any rate I had to make an appointment with another tattoo shop to do the touch ups and pay out of pocket since the shop isn’t making an effort to make good.Other than that the tattoo artist is talented and the staff are cool until they just don’t care to engage with you.After this I’m done with tattoos. Seems to be this persona out there in the tattoo community that you need me more than I need you out there and I’m tired of dealing with people like that.

If you wanted to get anything pierced, DONT GO HERE. The guy made the piercing crooked, popped a blood vessel, and even after I told him I was allergic to nickel, put nickel earring in them so they got infected. Go to prestige piercing. They are super clean and professional. Not bad prices either

Have been there 3 times when their hours and the website say they are open and they were closed. The phone number you call goes straight to a mailbox you cant even leave messages in. They have lost out on $240 for piercings just from my family. Ill never attempt to contact them again.

I dont have anything to compare my experience, but I was very pleased with the outcome. Tommy took the time to think about my choice and offer some great suggestions. The other artists in the shop were very friendly and there was a good vibe.

Been holding this in a minute. Specifically told them all I had was $200. They said sure we can do what you want for that. Get there and they started asking for more even though we had already agreed on a price. Then a) he was heavy handed as hell I have a tattoo on my hand that didnt hurt as bad as this lower back tattoo. B) he didnt let me look at it when he was done. Got to my boyfriends house and found out why he probably didnt want me to look. I would have never paid that price for what I got and now I have to find someone who will cover it or fix it.

The dude the pierced my septum was a fkn wizard! No blood, in and out. Fkn amazing! I have not gotten Tats there.....yet but definitely plan on it.

This places okay and they do a decent job but theyre way overly priced on their piercings its $30 to get a tongue pierced that bad Buddha but its $60 just to get a lip pierced here way overly priced

Gumbo or gumbie whatever his name is...very rude and unhelpful. Kept wanting to do things I didnt want to do. And said my ideas were stupid...will not go back there at all nor will recommend it. Why do tattoo parlors always act like they are annoyed that you even came in? Just asked about the average wait for scheduling. They were short and not at all friendly. They act like they dont want your business.

My experience was horrible. I got a tattoo on my finger and the whole top layer of ink came off and it looks sort of infected.
