Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I went for my 1st session today to remove all of the tattoos from my face and this place was absolutely god sent. Not only was the staff and technicians super caring, nice, and comforting. You could also tell they were very knowledgeable at what they do, SUPER professional and VERY fast! They did anything and everything to make this process calm, as painless as possible, and easy and I’ll never stop telling them thank you for what they are doing for me! 10 out of 10

Joanna and Alexa is awesome. They were very kind and knowledgeable at what they do. They treated me like I’ve known them for years and made me feel comfortable especially Alexa, she was so caring and understanding when it came to dealing with the uncomfortableness of the laser treatment on my tattoos and helped me get through the first session. It’s the price you pay I guess when removing tattoos. Can’t wait to come back again regardless. ☺️

5 stars easily! staff was so amazing, i felt so comfortable, the payment plan was so perfect and doable for me, literally saved my butt from having to pay around 3,000 to remove 4 tattoos. Make sure that you understand the prices and what they entail. I have gotten a few tattoos removed and everytime I pay the lump some it includes the guarantee of continuation until the tattoo is gone. Well in one of my visits I decided to have my eyebrows done. I had previously had them tattooed it was faded and looking awful so I wanted it off! I asked the front desk receptionist she told me $250. I thought it was steep since they were pretty light and such a small space but since I’ve trusted them in the past I decided to go for it. Once she finished it was completely red so I couldn’t see if there were any spots she didn’t go over. When the swelling and redness came down, I noticed there were areas of pigment the laser did not touch at all, such as the tail end and a tiny spot in the front. So on my next appointment, where I was scheduled for a tattoo removal I had already been scheduled for I mentioned needing her to pass over where she hadn’t touched. She looked at me and said I’m so sorry but it will be another $250. I was obviously confused and explained that the machine did not touch these areas, so at the very least she should just touch up those small areas. She went in to say she was sorry but there was nothing she could do and I would have to play the money again for her to touch the areas she missed. All in all, I will probably not ever revisit once my tattoos that I already invested in are gone. I felt mis lead, and disappointed of the customer service. After spending thousands, I can finally say I’m done with Removery. I now walk around with a 5 o clock shadow of what was once there and regret even touching them in the first place.

I was reluctant to actually begin the treatment. Joanna and Alexa were so professional, and also knowledgeable and comforting when I dealt with them, so I sat down and immediately began the treatment. It was uncomfortable, and I have had no pain or discomfort healing afterward. So far so great!!!

Today was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing! Joanna and Alexa are so sweet and make you feel super comfortable. The prices were very affordable and I’m excited for this journey!

Been coming to The Removery in Huntington for a year now and every visit is short and sweet and to the point :) Alexa is super kind and patient, and we’ve made great progress on my removals!! :)

While this chain has quite a few locations, I have to say Huntington, NY should rank a top tier spot. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with professionalism and courtesy. I’ve been working with Alexa (remember the name) for some time. She takes the time to walk over every little detail of the removal process from start to finish. While tattoo removal probably isn’t the most pleasant of things to endure, Alexa makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Offering breaks, checking in on you and even just having a friendly conversation to keep you in good spirits. Super sweet and attentive. The staff is genuinely friendly and keep things light hearted. I highly recommend these guys and this location. Candy at the end is the bonus. Oh, and if need to use the restroom, tell them I sent you. You won’t be disappointed.

This place has the best staff I have ever seen! You will feel very safe and even laugh a lot when you arrive. They did my small tattoo that we thought wouldn’t work because of the grey pigment but they started with a test spot and it worked! I’m so grateful they were so willing to try to help! Very affordable and less painful than expected !

First of all- I just want to say, I hardly ever write reviews. That being said…I cannot say enough positive statements about my experience at Removery! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the entire staff. The place is very clean and inviting. Joanna was super nice and explained everything to me and even came in with me because I was nervous. My powder brows that I got 2 years ago were SO awful and Alexa removed them quickly and without much pain! She was AMAZING!!!! After just one treatment, I can see my old eyebrows again and the dark horrible ink is gone! My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner! Don’t suffer with bad permanent make up- go to Removery- you will not be disappointed!

Alexa has been doing my removal of a tattoo on my ribs that I’ve had for nearly 10 years. I just finished up my fifth treatment and I’m beyond happy with the results I’m seeing. It’s a slow and steady process so you have to be patient. The procedure itself can be very uncomfortable, but the team at the office makes the experience much more pleasant. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to this location for at least a few years for my tattoo removal before they were even called Removery. I really loved their staff then and even now with the new establishment. Joanna and Amanda were amazing, friendly, and the process was super easy! I had XS amateur tattoos I needed to remove on my hand for military enlistment, took less than 5 minutes for my session. They were incredibly knowledgeable and informed me of everything I needed to know and amazing aftercare advice/supplies and I highly recommend them over anywhere else! Will come back if needed!!

I have been going to Clean Slate for some time now to lighten a tattoo on my arm. It’s a considerable size, and I changed my mind halfway through that I wanted to laser the whole thing rather than just one part. In any event, I have worked with Tyler last year, and Vanessa this year, and they are both fantastic. Today Vanessa took all the necessary COVID precautions, took her time reassuring me and educating me in regards to my time spacing for a cover up.
