My friend and I visited today and what an experience. I believe Naomi helped us at the front desk and she was an angel! Our piercer Mia was amazing! She was tidy, professional, and light handed! The prices are amazing and the service was beyond phenomenal!! Highly recommend!

I love the piercing itself. It’s amazing! She did a great job. I’m not exactly sure the name of my piercer but I love the piercing itself. Quick and easy! However, I do wish she would have given me directions on how to care for the piercing. But I can figure that out myself as well.

I was a walk-in for a tattoo, but they were unable to get me for a walk-in...fortunately they were able to schedule me for an appointment for the same day. The receptionist, who was also a piercer was fun and the guy who got my daughter and myself scheduled was very nice...Jordyn was our tattoo artist, she listened, she gave me 3 different sizes to choose from, she was quick, friendly, and did an amazing job. I would definitely refer a friend and also I will be back to get another tattoo...mother and daughter tattoos!

I recently got my second ear piercing done by Mia. I was nervous but Mia was quick & gentle! I then went back and got my nose re pierced, as it had previously closed. Wonderful experience both times!

I’ve been pierced multiple times by Shaila and she has always done an amazing job! I also have been tattooed by Isaac and he is amazing. They are both super professional and this location is my go to for piercings and tattoos. I felt very comfortable and got in and out quick! Shaila has even changed my jewelry in a previous piercing for me and made it quick and easy! I have been pierced by a lot of people but Shaila was the one who made me feel the most comfortable and the least painful. If i had any questions about the healing process before, after, and during, Shaila answered them very quickly. I definitely recommend going here for your piercings and tattoos!

I was in town from Ohio for a birthday trip and wanted to get tattooed so I contacted Grade A Tattoos. I explained to them my budget, what kind of tattoo I wanted and where I wanted it. The person working the front desk was personable and understanding and showed a desire to make what I wanted happen. He set me up with Isaac Roque for an appointment later that day. I’ve been tattooed a lot of places but When I got to the tattoo shop I was very impressed by the beautiful modern layout of the front waiting room. I got checked in for my appointment and Isaac came out to meet me. Isaac was kind and professional and talked through the possible tattoo designs with me so I would be happy and get the best tattoo possible. During the tattooing Isaac was professional, friendly, fun and demonstrated great skill in his craft. When the tattoo was finished I was absolutely blown away. It is absolutely one of the best tattoos I’ve ever received. I would not hesitate to be tattooed by Isaac again and the next time I’m in Indianapolis he will no doubt be the first artist I go to. He specializes in black and grey realism but is an extremely versatile artist and is top tier in the area….I cannot recommend him and the shop enough. If you are in the area looking to get tattooed you would be smart to make this location and Isaac in particular your first choice.

Isaac is genuinely one of the best, if not the best, tattoo artists in the tristate area of Ohio. his work always comes out amazing, i discovered him by accident when i wanted a flash tattoo & now i refuse to go to anyone else. he keeps up casual conversation with periods of comfortable silence, which is nice because sometimes it really is awkward sitting there for hours hearing crickets. he also pays attention to how you’re doing which makes you feel even more comfortable as some artists will keep blasting you until they’re finished. he does work fast, but never rushed and it always comes out looking phenomenal. will literally scream from the rooftops about how you need to get tatted by him at least once, maybe 20 times, but at least once 🧍🏼‍♀️also the guy on the other side of his booth is a whole character and I saw him do quite a few crisp tattoos, so if you can’t get to isaac, ask about him!

Mia was absolutely amazing with my nose piercing. She educated me on what went wrong on my last one, she also educated my wife on hers! If you are interested in any piercing go see Mia! I didn’t even realize she was done and I didn’t even feel the needle going in! We will be back girl!!!

Was a walk in for my daughter to get her ears pierced. The Lobby was clean. The staff at the desk were friendly. They asked for a government photo ID for her, to verify she was my child, this impressed me. I believe we were assigned to a piercer named Melani. The piercing room was clean. She used sterile equipment properly (I am a nurse so I take interest in watching that). She explained the steps. She had me check the placement markings before making the holes. The whole process was quick, clean and easy. We are 24 hours out and no sign of redness or infection. I was very impressed with the staff and facility.

Husband came in to get a double nose piercing. The piercer was very polite and professional. They came out symmetrical, and are healing well. I highly recommend stopping by!

I started going to Isaac this year as my main artist. He’s working on finishing up a sleeve for me that someone else at another shop started. I switched to him because of communication issues with the other artist (being ignored + scheduling appointments and no one would be at the shop) but Isaac is amazing compared to what I’ve had in the past. He always answers my messages in a timely manner and I can get in relatively quickly. I’m also blown away by how beautiful his work is - his lines are so neat and crisp and way better than anyone else I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend going to him!! Definitely do not settle for someone cheaper because you will regret it.

My daughter and I have both gotten our nose pierced by Ms. Rodriguez. She is very professional, very clean, and so patient. Our nose piercings healed up great and we returned for my daughter to get her eye brow done. It was a nice experience. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Quincy was amazing! We accidentally got scheduled at another location. At closing he said he would do us all. There was 8 of us! He stayed late and made us all feel very comfortable. This was my first tat and I love it. He is very gentle!

Miles did my boyfriend and I’s first tattoo and he made the experience comfortable and exciting. 10/10 recommend him!

My daughter and I went to get our noses pierced and we Love the environment! So warm and welcoming as soon as you come in. The guy at the front, super nice and sweet! Mia is the one that did our piercings and when I tell you we love her!! Not only is she gorgeous, she talks to you, makes you feel comfortable and will even ask if you want a countdown. I told her I was a thug and didn’t need a countdown it low key I really did! 🤣 My daughter and I both will be back as we have been looking for a new tattoo place!! Got my nose pierced today and it was an absolute amazing experience from start to finish. Very professional looking place of business, very clean, very well put together and friendly. Melani did my nose piercing and I couldn’t have ask for a better person for my first experience. She explained everything very well and her years of experience truly showed. Brought my daughter in for a nostril peircing as my studio doesnt have piercers. Lobby and artist booths were immaculate. Peircing was done professionally and perfectly. Shaelah (spelling) was quick, effiecient, informative and so kind. Artist managing the front desk was wonderful as well. While located in the mall, from the doors to the back it felt like an upscale studio with walk in availabilty. Definitwly recommend. Each artiat booth has walls that allow privacy for sternum or chest tattoos or peircings where modesty is needed. Shaelah was wonderful. We asked for flat back nostril jewelry. And there are plenty of options for those who have metal sensitivities. Thank you both for an easy quick and memorable experience!

I went and got my septum pierced here after being the only walk-in place I could find within what seemed to be 5,000 miles. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and organization of the place. Mia (who shared she had 8 years experience piercing) was the bomb, and she had me in and out within 15 minutes. They also had an awesome panel at the front you could use to look through all the tattoo artists work; having lost my tattoo artist to a move, and seeing how pleasant my experience with Mia was, I’m definitely coming her for my next tat!

Me and my friend came into the store to get our tongues redone. I will be coming back for future piercings. Only place I’ve found that takes cards as well. Piercer was clean and very good at her job.

Mia did absolutely wonderful for my lip piercing and my sisters belly button piercing! It was quick, almost painless and professional. The place was clean, simple, aesthetic and it was such a nice atmosphere to be in! Will definitely come again for my next piercing. The front desk was very nice as well.

Highly recommend this business! My daughter wanted a cartridge ear piercing. John at the front desk was VERY professional and friendly. He was patient and helped us through the decision making of what piercing to get. We had zero wait time as a walk in. Mia did an amazing piercing! I highly recommend her! She was so fast and my daughter had zero pain from the needle. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! This place is GRADE A++++

Awesome experience! First time getting a facial piercing and the piercer was knowledgable and led me through it. She gave proper cleaning guidance and when you can change the piercing. One day after getting it done, and it does not hurt if you accidentally bump it. 100% recommend!

This shop is super clean, and they have the best people working there. Everyone was super sweet… plus the lady who did my piercing was AMAZING. I seriously didn’t feel a thing. I definitely recommend this place to everyone:)

I am so impressed with the service here! John answered all of my questions and was so kind. I got 4 piercings from Bella and she was amazing! She was so patient and funny. I took a chance on the new guy at Grade A, Gerry. It was his first day when I decided to get my FIRST tattoo. Despite my concerns I let him tattoo me and I was pleasantly surprised. After little conversation I discovered that Gerry actually had many years of experience and knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable in his chair. He’s very professional and an overall great guy just to have a conversation with. Needless to say, I went back 2 days later and requested him to do a big back piece, putting a little more trust into him. It looks amazing. I wont be getting tatted by anyone other than him anytime soon. Go request Gerry!

Bella is amazing!! 2 friends and I wanted some piercing from another tattoo shop but unfortunately that piercer was on an emergency leave. Looked around at other places and didn’t see any good reviews but saw that Grade A had really great reviews for being in a mall. We were really surprised. Everything was clean. Bella and another employee greeted us. I asked some question and they were both very knowledgeable about everything. We all got to go back together. We learned that had a BOGO so we went ahead with it. Honestly didn’t expect it to be as good as is was. Bella is seriously amazing, she’s super nice and very accommodating. I had a flat, upper lobe, and a jewelry change, 1 friend had a double conch and the other friend got her nostril. She clearly knows what she’s doing and does it great! We will definitely be using her for our next piercings!!!

Belle did an amazing job with all my piercings. She extremely nice and Anders any questions you have about piercings and the healing process. She was very professional and had one the cleanest piercing booths I have ever seen! Highly recommend her to anyone that needs some high quality work done.

Vito did my hand tattoo! He was very kind and patient with me because I was such a cry baby lol. The front desk service was very amazing , the waiting room is nice as well. Any question I had was answered . I even got to see some amazing work of the others that work there , I was overall pleased with my experience and will be doing business AGAIN!

This guys Isaac and his team treated me like a king, this was my first Tat and they made sure i got exactly what i wanted! They are awesome!

My wife got a tattoo here on her finger while I was in Florida. In a couple days it had completely went away on the lower section. She called and was told to stop by when we were in town next and they would touch it up. Next time we were in town she called and they said they changed there policy because so many people were calling in complaining about tattoos that now they won’t touch it up. I would think that means there not doing there job correctly, but instead of fixing there work they just decided to say, sorry we changed our minds.They wanted more money to touch it up then they charged for it in the first place.I do not recommend because they do not stand behind there word, it seems they use low quality ink, and their policies seem to be changed frequently making it easier for them to charge more for there mistakes.

Ive gotten three different piercings here (Eyebrow, nostril, and septum) and each time it has taken less than 10 minutes. They are very friendly, and my experience is always swift and worth it.

They were amazing. Super professional and courteous. They took my party of 3 walk ins for piercings and got us in and out in no time. The woman who pierced us was great and we will definitely be back

Cannot speak for tattoos, but DO NOT get a piercing from the girl with the extremely long nails. First she did not properly clean the area, then she did not mark the location, THEN did not give a warning or say a thing while shoving a needle through (not even to say breathe in or breathe out). She also did not put the jewelry on right as her nails were too long to actually have a hold of the jewelry. Had her switch out another body jewelry for me as well, and that also was not on right. Both jewelry fell out. Had to put my fresh piercing back in myself, and the jewelry for my older piercing has been lost. Wasted money on trash service and lack of etiquette. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other piercer.

I got a septum piercing done and they were very professional! I did not mind waiting while their supplies were being sterilized/clean. My piercing has healed fine and I’ll definitely be back.

Don’t ask for melani.She did her job incredibly poorly.Didn’t explain throughly, had an attitude, rushed the process, she lost the stud, and popped through the nasal cavity-instead of a slow motion. (Blood ensued).
