I placed a $50 deposit for artwork that never materialized last year. I still have work that needs to be done tough, and I may return to see if they can complete. The owner is a good business person and obviously values good work.

I traveled from CT to have my tattoo done here and it was worth it! I spoke to.Derrick the day prior and he was polite and informative. Meeting him in person was equally pleasant. The tattoo artist was also very nice. As for the tattoo itself. I couldnt be happier. The lines are clean and sharp with great color. His hands are light and he works quickly. The entire facility was clean and well lit which coupled with their reasonable prices makes this business an absolute gem. Ive found my new go-to tattoo spot and definitely recommend it to 1st time tattoo seekers for a great experience! Please note that they only accept cash.

I got a piercing here which was fine but he took 20 minutes to get the ball on the end and then it fell off the next day. I came back to get a new one put on and he told me it would be $20… not to mention when i originally called and asked how much my piercing would be he said $30 and then changed it to $40 in the shop which is the same thing other reviews are saying. Go somewhere else.

I had a great experience, when I first walked in there was a guy who helped me decide between two designs I had. The tattoo artist was also nice and showed me that everything was sterile prior to him tattooing me. The prices were also very reasonable and I will be returning.

This establishment is very unprofessional... At first I walked in there enthusiastic about my septum piercing, there was a man with locs there who did my piercing for me. I am going to partially blame myself because I was not paying attention/spoke up about my concerns. When I walked to the back of the store, I noticed him holding the piercing with his bare hands. The piercing was done well but it completely slipped my mind about the gloves. My concern was raised when I got home so I called to ask if gloves was used because when I walked to the back, the piercing was being held with his bare hands, which typically in PROFESSIONAL establishments the gloves are already on before handling the piercing.. The guy with the locs responded so disgustingly and rudely to me over the phone basically attacking me which honestly had me shocked because I was just raising a concern over my newly pierced piercing and wanted it to heal properly. I dont think they were used. As Im explaining myself, he hung up on me. The piercing was done well, but the conditions are unsanitary and puts other peoples bodies at risk. There was also no reason to respond in such a disgusting manner. So I am praying that it heals and there are no complications as i did also pay in cash. I hope the actual owner of the store addresses this. Other than that the lady that was there was very sweet , I will be sticking to my usual piercing/tattoo place (Rebel Ink/Tzar Lines) and will not be recommending them.

Wonderful customer service! Time was taken out to decide how to do my tattoo and to include what I want. As I was getting the tattoo, I was able to take breaks in between. Definitely will come back to do another tattoo.

Stopped in for a last minute tattoo prior to leaving town. Was greeted by the charismatic, friendly owner, who got me right in and was even cool enough to give me a 10% discount for my belated birthday. My tattooist was Yvonne, who instantly made me feel comfortable with her soothing energy and gentle touch. The whole experience was quick, relaxing and quality. I love my tattoo and will definitely be back each time Im back in Queens! Blessings.

Great service and great people. The mood is light but you know they take the art seriously. Very open to suggestions and they give great input on design and sizing. They just became my regular artist and will definitely go back.

Love the owner and love the female tattoo artists, they pay a lot of attention to detail and they really don’t play around. They produce the most quality of quality work. There is one male “tattoo artist” there however that I do not recommend, and if the owner places you with him, politely ask the owner if you could be placed with one of the ladies instead. His name is Paul or something (it starts with a P) He is a very arrogant man and it seems like he does not know how to take criticism. I’ve noticed a lot of male tattoo artists are like this. They get in their feelings when you feel their work is subpar and it usually is. I’ve witnessed it with him and instead of being compassionate and wanting to fix his work he says “oh well” as if he’s content with mediocre work. Even if you are a man who can go toe to toe with him, I still wouldn’t recommend because you’d still end up with an amateur tattoo. I don’t know if he just started tattooing, or what the owner sees in him but one thing for sure, two things for certain I will never get a tattoo from him, and I hope and pray for his clients sake that he improves as a “tattoo artist” mentally and technically. He did a “piece” for my mother that has her considering laser removal. Not trying to “stop his bag” but if you want top tier quality work, with lining so neat and precise I would not get a tattoo from Paul (or whatever his name is..just know it starts with a P). I wholeheartedly recommend Nathalia and/or Ivonne as I’ve gotten tattoos from them and have witnessed how that other boy is with his customers. Much love to the owner D as well.

Went for my first nose piercing. Place is super clean smells nice and has a nice vibe. Otis was super nice, thorough, and professional. Will go back and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been here at least 5 times for different piercings and tattoos. The location is impeccable clean and the staff is welcoming and patient when it come to discussing your interests.Professional and listens well, really enjoyed my experience.

Went to get my piercing done. The piercer did not let me see the jewelry that would be placed in my ear, quickly found out that he used a curved barbell for my Tragus piercing my ear and the earring turned green immediately after it was pierced. I payed all that money for some cheap jewelry to be put in my ear.

Just went to get my septum pierced! They took me immediately and were very sweet and funny! I was done within seconds! Will be coming back for a tattoo soon! Thank you guys!

I got my industrial piercing quick (10 minutes cuz i had to go to the atm) and easy. I believe my tolerance to pain is moderately high so i only felt a pinch twice lol. It cost me $50 which was kinda expected on the high-ish side (but regular if u think about legitimacy and safe standards). Definitely bring cash to offset the ~$8 fee for using card in their store. The store does tatoos too if your interested but don’t let that through u off. They did my industrial with a needle.

The owner there is so funny and lovable! Makes you feel comfortable and knows how to communicate with you. Very clean and you can tell he really loves his job. Wasn’t expensive to get a piercing either! Definitely would go back!

Miss tattoo artist named Natalie did a great job and her and the owner were super kind 🫶 they’re for sure gonna see me again over the years! Gotta keep a good tattoo artist around!

This tattoo shop is honestly one of the nicest and cleanest shops I have seen. Seeing that it was my first time getting a tattoo, I was able to talk about the designs I wanted and they took the time to assist me and made sure it was what I wanted. The tattoo artist is great and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. They’ve made a great first impression and I would definitely go back in the near future.

I had a great experience here. I got four of my piercings done in my ear and he was so patient. He made sure I was totally satisfied with the way my ears looked. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. Definitely coming back.

Today i went with my niece. We both got tattoos. And first the vibe is excellent. Deon is super helpful and straight to the point. He is so funny. The tatt artist Natalia is so detailed and so perfect. Def going back for more tatt. Love this place. Will recommend to everyone.

I got my first tattoo here and the owner was very kind and professional in explaining the process to me and making sure I knew how to care for my tattoo. The owner took the time to help me choose the correct font for my tattoo because I asked for his opinion and I had no idea what I was doing as a first timer. My tattoo artist Sebastian was very precise and it came out exactly how I pictured it, with little to no pain and done in under 15 minutes (it was a short quote). Thank you very much, I will 100% be returning to this business for my future tattoos!

The owner makes sure that everyone is satisfied and that their artwork is to their liking before the tattooist begins. Although at times the place may be busy its definitely well worth the wait. The artist Domingo is the best! If you want great work at a great price then this is the place to go. Definetly a hidden jewel on Jamaica Ave.

Friendly environment but a rip off . Tattoo artist gave me a price then changed his mind and added 50$ . I told him I could’ve finished my session same day for 50$ more but because I was in pain I didn’t . He said when I come back it’ll be more then 100 for only a LITTLE bit of color which doesn’t make sense .. but money wasn’t the issue, it was the principle. Definitely not returning and there super heavy handed .

My friends and I have come to rising Phoenix in groups and solo multiple times and have gotten tattoos and piercings over the years .. I’ve never personally had a bad experience at the shop and would recommend going there to anyone if distance didn’t matter ... The owner is so chill and so are the employees !

The tattoo was very pretty after it finished...but as it heals its like it gets really ugly and the black ink fades...I use the lubriderm lotion like they say but I just think the ink isnt strong enough... the worst part is I called them and was talking to him about how the tattoo was fading out and he hung the phone up and I tried calling back but they would never pick up...so unprofessional. now I will have to get it redo somewhere else...

Extremely rude. I called and they didn’t even answer with “Hi this is ____, how may I help you?”, just aggressively said hello. I still politely asked my question and they said “no we’re booked today” and hung up the phone. I’m never coming to this place just based off of that.

Very unprofessional inappropriate behavior and scam he charges based on customer likeness if he doesn’t like you he’ll overcharge you I was told I get a free touch up when he gave me the price of my tattoo when I went to get a free touch up he acted like as if he didn’t remember me tried to make me pay he was also making my girlfriend feel uncomfortable by saying inappropriate comments about her body also was staring at her in a inappropriate way if you want to be overcharged and feel uncomfortable best place to go
