The few times I came to this Location, the boards were up on a Wednesday at 6pm and the mall closes at 8pm. I wasn’t acknowledged by the young girls on their phones. They were not knowledgeable about information I asked about certain items, and they don’t not follow dress code.

Lydia was really awesome. Had my daughter ears pierced and she explained Thoroughly and she was very gentle. Highly recommend this place.

Ty was amazing! We took my 5 month old niece! We were so nervous and Ty was so sweet and calm the whole time! She was very patient. We also loved the deal we got! Free piercing work purchase of earrings. We also got half off of the second pair.

Just brought my daughter to get her second lobe piercing. Ty was meticulous with the sanitation and placement of the piercing. She was both professional and compassionate. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Love my purchase and loved the jewelry store clerks. They were very friendly and professional helping me to find a good pair of gold hoops after one of my earrings were ran over in a parking lot. Even the general manager was really nice and helpful with making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase!

The girls are awesome and took care of me so well ! I’ve gone back a couple of times to get my ears pierced. And purchase a few items for myself and others. Celissa is very helpful and explains what warranties do cover or my credit card options I have each time I have purchased - I’ve been able to get some amazing pieces at Banter ! With the holidays coming around the corner, I’m sure I will be making another purchase soon!

Wonderful experience. I took my 7 month old daughter here to have her ears pierced and was very happy with the customer service and the end result. I called ahead to see when they would have two people on so we could get my daughters ears pierced in one go, and they informed me of the best time to do that. They helped me compare earring posts so I knew which ones would be best for her ears and accommodated me wanting to look at a few different pairs before choosing. They placed the dots and adjusted one per my request with no issues, then were extremely quick and precise piercing her ears with two attendants at one time. I would recommend them for child ear piercings in a heartbeat.

Im am very disappointed with the service I received. I spent quite a bit of money on the jewelry that I purchased, after being approved for the leasing program. I know the manager personally so I applied as a favor. Almost, every piece of jewelry either lost the jewels. I went up there more than once to have it replaced, and as of today, I am still waiting for the black diamond studs. I made a complaint with the corporate office and I havent heard from them. I dont recommend purchasing jewelry from them.

This is for the Killeen TX location only. I had a bad thing happen at the store Dec 21 and it was very stressful getting everything back on track. The store manager there Celissa has been nothing but amazing and helpful trying to help me get this thing resolved. It finally looks like everything is good and I’m glad its over. Big thanks to her for being patient and following up with me and getting the situation fixed.

I absolutely love this plays the ladies and the gentleman that work here always really helpful I always get the warranty on my products and I never have a problem exchanging them if something breaks or bends. You should definitely shop here the manager is really nice and helpful

THIS IS ABOUT A PIERCING NOT THEIR JEWELRYI decided to go there today to get my ears pierced and when I got there one of the ladies was busy with a customer and another one was doing nothing(she ended up piercing me). They didn’t talk to us until we said something. We talked about a piercing and which one I wanted and she decided to cash me out. On the machine( I was paying with card) it asked me if they told me about how to care for a piercing(which I wasn’t)and I asked the lady and she said she’d tell me after it’s done. I thought it was sketchy but whatever. When she put the dots on my ears and gave me the mirror I told her it looked uneven and she redid them and said it was good now. I checked again and it was slightly better but not much. I told her again and she said it was good. After the piercing the earrings were EXTREMELY uneven. I told her what I can do about it but she decided to help another customer. I then asked her again and she said that the warranty said I can come and do it again after it’s healed. She then threw the solution in a bag and let me go. She didn’t even tell me anything about what or how to do it until I asked. The whole process happened in 5 minutes and you could tell she was doing it to her her sales up. I took out the earrings when I got home but I can tell you that I am not going back there to get it redone.

So I went to the mall to buy my daughters some earrings something I do often. Except this time the lady who claimed to be the store manager told me in order to get the buy one get on half off, I had to buy the warranty they offer for both sets of earrings. I asked her to show me in writing and she said, it is a new policy, not yet on the signs. I told her if it wasnt in writing they cant make me get the warranty to get the half off deal. So then decided to try to refuse me service. After I asked for the corporate number she told me they were closed and then called security trying to get me booted from the mall. Security showed up as I was on hold with a very OPEN customer service line. The lady at the 1-800 number was very nice, called the store to talk to this store manager the store manager told her I was trying to get buy one get one half off on clearance, and while I was buying a pair of clearance earrings, I was also buying two regular priced earrings. I ended up getting the half off one of the regular priced items because this is NOT their policy. The best part about all this is the district manager did call me back, and instead of being customer serviced minded accused me of yelling and cursing at the lady, she said customers and security guard had told her I had. Now if I had cussed and yelled at the mall in front of security I would have been escorted out. Even though this lady was lying with every word that came out of her mouth I never cussed or yelled. So if customer service is important to you, buy your jewelry elsewhere.

Honestly, I would have to say great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great quality jewelry for all price ranges. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

(7/13/18) I was just there today and unexpectedly decided to get my 5 year old daughters ears pierced. I had been promising her for a long time. The two women there that pierced were fabulous, friendly, accurate and so quick to get it done! It was amazing!

I was struggling to find my hubby a double piece necklace, and the ladies there were extremely helpful from finding the perfect size (not too small or not big) to accepting my patience. I will be back soon!

I have been to this store several times. Ive had my ears pierced here twice (two separate holes) and bought several charms and bracelet as well as a chain from here with no issues. Everyone has always been courteous and professional and I plan on bringing my daughter here to get her ears pierced as well.

The employees are constantly trying to get you to buy more and then they add the warranty without telling you. The first time I shopped here, I got my ears pierced and paid $97 because I got the warranty without anyone asking me if I wanted it. The second time, I got some rings but quickly realized they were fake. I paid over $100 for all of them and one of them began bending after one hour at work. I work at American Eagle, so I was just folding clothes. My coworker also had a bad experience. He went the same week I did to get his ears pierced and they gave him a short post. The earrings almost imbedded themselves into his ears and he was in so much pain. They refused to give him a larger post because he didnt buy the warranty, even though it was their fault. Overall, do not shop here! Look somewhere else!

I have tried several locations yet the jewelry always breaks. Cheap products. I just bought a set of earrings and pulled them out of the bag at the counter to show my daughter and one was already broke. I showed the girl and even though I just purchased them I had to return them and go through the bull instead of just swapping them out with another set. Cheap!

Great service. Quite knowledgeable on. Prices are really good. Lots to choose from. Very organized as well. You dont have to run around just to look at gold necklaces. Its all in one area.
