I walked in right at opening and was greeted with smiles and amazing hospitality! This is by far the best tattoo parlor i’ve experienced. Great conversation during the time of my tattoo with Amy and Owami. Just met them and they both gave me some wonderful advice and help with my current situation. The tattoo was quick and exactly what I wanted. Lettering was done perfectly, will definitely be coming back and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to get some new ink!

I have been working with this talented artist since February of this year and she is more than worth the wait! The best Tattoo Artist in Texas...Amy is absolutely one of the most professional, kindness and genuine artist and person I ever met. She is an expert in her field, she makes her customers feel so welcome and comfortable in her shop. I started a sleeve with her and will definitely finish with her, I will not allow anyone to tattoo on me ever again once Amy is still in the tattoo profession. Due to her kind welcoming spirit, my tattoo was painless. I waited and was anxious to get into her chair for some years now - not her doing, but due to military deployment etc. which set me back to when I originally wanted to start my sleeve and waited for her schedule availability. I am super elated that I waited for her, because for a permanent decision; I needed a meticulous and permanent artist and that she is!! Additionally, she works super-fast - for my first session of 3-hours, I almost have a half of sleeve.I no longer live in Killeen or Texas, but I will travel to ensure I finish my tattoo sleeve and ONLY with Amy.Her shop is spotless and her attention to detail and artistic mind is spot on.Amy, thank you for your professional service and great attitude and I cant wait for our next session, and I will continue to travel and fly in just for your service. I’ve been working on a large cover up piece with Amy. She has been so accommodating and kind. The tattoo shop is always extremely clean. I never have to wait on her; she’s great at time management. She gets more done in a short amount of time than any other artist I’ve ever been to because she focuses on her work the entire session. Ive been going here on and off for the last few years. Amy puts the art in tattoo artist! She has a beautiful eye for depth and color and composition. Ive gotten so many compliments on her work. My mother has gotten work done with Amy as well and likewise, she always gets so many raves. This is exclusively my shop! I especially like that the shop is run by appointment only so you dont have random people walking in off the street.

Amy was wonderful ,sweet and attentive. I enjoy her energy and vibe. I actually worked with one of the traveling artist for my tattoo, Marlo Marquise is an amazing tattoo artist. I love the work shes done on my half sleeve and she really helped make the burns on my arm look very beautiful. Im excited to be working with her again. Also you have to make it to their consultation day, the people they have cater especially the bakery is delicious. Back to the actual review of the shop, they were amazing. They made my experience for my first tattoo memorable. The establishment is nice and clean and honestly it feels like home.

Amy is absolutely amazing with her work and hospitality. She makes you feel right at home from the time of consult to the end of your session. She doesn’t miss a beat and follows up better than your google calendar notifications. And her artwork is stunning.I needed a cover up done on a project that two of my friends were supposed to get with me, but my best friend bailed and never got it. I had awesome tattoo work done by a guest artist, and it was a great experience with the shop overall! The atmosphere is comfortable, the artists there are amazing, the people there are awesome, welcoming, and fun to be around while you sit in a chair for hours. With well over 20 hours of work done here, all my work looks incredible. The shop is clean, professional, and welcoming. Ive had tattoo work done all over the world, and this is one of the best I have been to. If we werent moving across the country, id only have work done here.

I went and saw guest piercer Ian Bell for some new jewelry and ended up coming back a couple days later for a new piercing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was a very clean and welcoming environment!I also got a follow-up from Amy about how my piercing was healing. NEVER had another shop take such care of their customers.I cant wait to go on consult day to get some ideas started for tattoos!ETA:I went to consult day last year and got started an amazing arm piece with a guest artist! Amazing! The tattoo convention was coming to the Milwaukee area so I checked out the artists coming and their work. I chose Amy for her beautiful life like floral work. I contacted her and she got me in for an appointment when she would be in town. Excellent communication considering it was long distance consultation. When I met her on the day of my appointment she was wonderful and knew exactly what I wanted with what she had prepared for me I was scheduled for a four hour session but I hit my pain tolerance at three. She couldve pushed me the extra hour to get paid for her for full 4 hours that I was booked for, but she said she was not comfortable continuing on. I think that says a lot about her and her character and it not just being about the money. She did a cover-up and it is beautiful. I cannot wait for her to finish it I will be traveling to meet up with her in Minneapolis at another tattoo convention. So glad I found her! Talented honest empathetic and professional! ⭐️

Amy and her staff are amazing! She is an amazing artist that puts her heart into every piece. If you want a custom piece, then this is the place to get it. The shop is always clean and the work area is sterile. You are charged for actual time (not for some tattoo artist to take a million smoke breaks). Amy, does not have a heavy hand and her lines are ridiculously clean. Shes worth every penny and definitely worth the wait!

I originally wanted to go to Precisely Veiled Tattoo to have a cover up done by Amy since my daughters best friends mom has been going to her for years and she does beautiful work. Unfortunately her new client waiting list is up to 2 years. Under normal circumstances she would be worth the wait but I had this awful tattoo that needed to be covered up before a wedding Im in, in October 2019. I went for my consultation with Amy and she advised that I see her guest artist, Sam Castro, and that she had an opening in less than 2 weeks. She showed me her portfolio and I was sold. I met with Sam the Thursday before my appointment to talk about what we could do to cover up my horrendous mistake. On the day of my appointment, she showed me what she drew up and I loved it!! She is an amazing artist and now has a client for life. I cant wait for her to cover up some and revamp other pieces I have. If you choose this shop you will be in great hands!! Honestly one of if not the best shops I have ever been tattooed in. I was in this past weekend for a spot with one of their guest artists Sam Castro who is honestly the most friendly artist I have ever been tattooed by. She is also super talented as are all the artists there. The staff are very professional and I have always felt very welcomed. The owner Amy cares deeply for all of her artists as made obvious when she reminded Sam to make sure she ate before her next appointment.If you are looking for a place that has the best artists, laid back yet professional atmosphere then you dont need to look elsewhere. They are the best and I will be back many more times!

Amy is the best artist I have ever been around and had work done by. She is super professional, her shop is gorgeous and clean and she is so friendly. Ive been going to Amy Shandick at Precisely Veiled Tattoos for about 2 years now. I have 3 out of my 5 tattoos by her and I refuse to go anywhere else now. The shop is always clean, the artists and staff are friendly, the atmosphere is incomparable, and the prices are unbeatable. I trust Amy as if she were family because I know she prioritizes her customers wants/needs above all else and will be completely honest in her work. If I could rate this shop and all the artists with more than 5 stars I would!

I got my both of my tattoos here, and I couldnt be happier! Amy and her staff are warm, funny and caring! I was really nervous about getting my 1st tattoo, but both Amy and the guest artist Mike Oliver who actually did the tattoos, were incredibly reassuring! I just had my first PVT by guest artist Marlo Marquise!I met with Amy on consultation day and we talked about ideas, I wanted a tattoo to remember my dog I lost recently. She gave me some info and guidance to help me with my idea. I appreciated her professional opinion.I then met with Marlo a couple of days before my appointment, we were able to talk about the design and it was nice to meet her in advance before the appt, especially since it had been a number of years since my last tattoo.At my appointment we worked together to get the design just right so my tattoo was exactly what I wanted. I appreciated her professional opinion and I also appreciated that she allowed me to make suggestions so that my dogs personality came through in the piece.Everyone who I met there was super nice and friendly, and I’ll definitely be going back for more work by Marlo. She is a super sweet person and obviously very experienced and talented at her art of tattooing.

I only had a few tattoos before I found Amy at a tattoo convention. I didnt know any artists or have friends that had artists I trusted. Im very picky and paranoid. Amy immediately made me comfortable. Now I have 2 tattoos in progress, one by her and one by Danny. The shop is beautiful, and everyone is so friendly. They are booked up months in advance but the wait is DEFINITELY worth it. Plus it gives you plenty of time to put your money in your tattoo fund! They work with you on what you want and are so helpful with the ideas you come in with! Even if you just want to check them out and ask questions check out their consultation days, discuss your ideas, they all have Facebook with pictures of their work. I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else for a tattoo ever again!

Hands down the nicest tattoo shop anywhere around Killeen. All the artists have their own individual rooms to tattoo in, so you get complete privacy. Theres also not music blaring all through the shop that you are forced to listen to at other locations. Everyone on the staff is friendly. The artist are extremely professional and do the best quality work that Ive seen. Went in to get a cover-up for a large piece thats on my back. Talked to Amy and she recommended one of the guest artists, Mikey Godwin. We sat down came up with a game plan and did the first session. Definitely cant wait to to go back and get more work done! Working on a half sleeve with Amy. I Love her work! After checking out many of the Killeen tattoo artist I knew she was the one I wanted to do my tattoo. Her gentle soul makes you feel at ease while talking to her about ideas or getting work done. The appointments reminders from her, checking up on you to see how you are healing, etc are just great! Never had that before with other artists. Definitely coming back for more :)

I first met Amy when she came to Minneapolis for a convention. We came up with the plan beforehand, she was always communicative, making sure I liked what she was designing and so on. The day came where she did my coverup and I was amazed. I seriously love this artists work.Fast forward a few years...a move to Texas put me within a few hours of her shop in Kileen. We had been in touch throughout the years because I definitely wanted more work done by her, so when she had a chance opening, I grabbed it without a second thought.The shop is clean and neat and very well organized. The people are absolutely fabulous. Everyone communicates with each other, no ego issues here. And as expected, Amys tattoo work for me yesterday was nothing short of epic.Additionally, I just wanted to mention that Amy is one of the kindest, compassionate and straight forward people you will likely ever meet. She may be tiny in stature, but her heart and her talent are enormous.I needed to wait a bit to see her, but the wait was worth it, 110%.

Ive been tattooed by Amy multiple times but from the very first moment I walked in to make my first appointment with her I definitely felt like I was already being treated better than I have ever have before at any other parlor. I cannot even begin to explain the amazing establishment this place is. Amy (owner) is phenomenal and absolutely an amazing artist. The business itself is clean, professional and punctual.Now onto the most important part...... the tattoo!!!! I had an idea ... a Quetzal and left all ideas and designs up to the artist. She blew my mind with the design and technique...the colors pop and the bird is absolutely beautiful. I am in love with my tattoo and it covers my entire lower calf! My day finally came 2 weeks ago and I couldnt of been more happy! Amy did an amazing job on a large watercolor dragonfly that I have been wanting for years on my back and she nailed it! Amy did an amazing job at re-creating my mothers garden. I started a backpiece at the Kansas City tattoo convention. I saw her previous work done and she did an amazing job on her coloring! She made me feel at home and understood when I used to take breaks of a seven hour long stretch. Her tools and work was just as amazing as if I were in her shop. She was definitely above OSHA standards for her equipment! I can’t wait to continue this masterpiece!

This shop is amazing. Ive been getting tattooed by Amy for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. I even got tattooed by her temporary apprentice, Ryan, and she was all about making sure things were done right and sterile. The consultation days make your tattoo days even better. You get your ideas out and onto paper before hand so your tattoo appointment is all about the part you want, your new ink.

I researched and researched places to go, places that would be perfect for what I was looking for. I have found it at PVT. Amy took care on consultation day to listen to my whole silly family, she offered advice to my son on his business endeavor, listened to my little girl about her favorite art and talked to me and my husband about what all to expect. Amy took my ideas and turned it into what will be a gorgeous piece when complete.The shop is friendly, clean, professional and the spaces for each artist offer privacy for their clients to discuss what is happening for the day.I have a few more sittings to finish and many more ideas and will be back to see what Amy and her team can come up with!

People spend time trying to find the artist that does amazing work and who also cares about the people who it is put on. Amy and everyone else at Precisely Veiled Tattoo are those kind of people. I live an hour away in Austin, but Amy is definitely always worth the trip, and I plan on making those trips for a really long time. She is an extremely talented tattoo artist that loves what she does and works damn hard to be successful at it, although her talent and rays of awesomeness do enough of the work for her. I will always trust her judgement to make my idea into her own art, and so far, out of the many sessions for my 2 sleeves, I have loved every outcome of my visits with her. And icing on the cake, shes an amazing person. The vibe coming from her and her shop is beautiful, Ive felt comfortable from the first moment I walked in, and when she interacts with you its easy to tell she is genuinely listening. Check out her consultations days to feel all this for yourself, and however long you have to wait for an appointment, I believe it will definitely be worth it.

There are so many things to love about PVT. The shop is always spotless, the staff are all super friendly and professional. They are SUPER talented and do awesome work.The process from consult to completed work isn’t the typical walk in and sit down but it honestly results in a much better tattoo. And Consult Day is a good time, there’s food and they have no problem with bringing kids in. Another amazing session with the best tattoo artist I know. Amy has taken my tattoo from I keep it covered because Im embarrassed of it to showing it off. I started with her almost 5 years ago and will not let anyone else touch me. I even came back from Georgia, when I lived there, to have her work on me. I had a small back piece that wasnt done correctly from the start and a small hip piece that had similar issues. She took the challenge in stride and transformed my mess into a work of beautiful art. She has a gentle hand and no matter the challenge, she can do it. The shop is clean and comfortable. Guest artists are available to do a variety of styles that compliment all tastes. Its like my peaceful place to escape! Highly recommend!!!

I love everything about this shop. Its so organized with consultation day on the first wednesday, that way when its your turn to be in the chair you dont have a bunch of people walking in and out interripting the artist with questions or scheduling. The artists are all very talented but my artist, Amy, is brilliant!! Her cover up work is amazing and shes just as sweet and genuine. The shop is clean with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Amy is an amzing artist and excellent person. She truly cares about her art and the person carrying it. She is both technically and artistically gifted. The design process is collaborative from the very start. Even though we worked together long distance (I am in Florida and she in Texas) she designed a piece that was better than I could have imagined. The shop features many guest artists from all over and there is a reason this shop is respected by so many big names in the industry. Everyone I came in contact with was beyond professional.

Hands down the best tattoo shop Ive ever been too. Most artists have an aura of arrogance rarely give you the time of day as a person. Amy isnt like that, she sits down with you and gets every once of detail she can in order to pair you with best artist to make your idea a reality. This isnt some hole in the wall shop that turns out tattoos as fast as possible. Precisely Veiled, has a wait list of guest artists trying to work at this shop. Which provides a place in which there is always an expert in each style of tattooing.

I needed a huge coverup done after going through laser tattoo removal. I had been looking for an artist for a while and then I found Amy. I saw her work and messaged her about starting the cover up process. Amy is so sweet and knowledgeable, she told me what to expect while going through the tattoo process. Laser removal can sometimes make the skin harder to tattoo and that it may take a few layers. After our consultation and discussing what I was looking for in a tattoo she came up with a beautiful design that fell in love with. Overall, Im so happy with how my tattoo turned out and finally have a beautiful piece to show. I couldnt recommend her enough!

I was looking to get a tattoo and was recommended to go to PVT and see Amy. I was in Houston, TX though so it wasnt thay easy to get there. I heard Amy was going to be at a convention down here in Houston. I started talking with her to see if she could fit me in. When I showed up to meet with her. I was overwhelmed with her awesome attitude and loved her design. She did an amazing black and gray piece. I love how she took my idea and made it such a work of art. I have since scheduled more spots for work. I will drive the three and half plus hours to get more work done by Amy. Best tattoo artist I know!!! You will not be disappointed!!

I had a tattoo on my neck that I wanted to cover-up. I honestly didnt think i could get it covered with a dainty tattoo- without having to still see the original... but AMY made it happen. :)Her touch is extremely gentle. Which to me was VERY IMPORTANT. Because I was getting a tattoo on my neck. (OMG!)... But she made the experience well worth the wait!Ive only had my tattoo for a few days now- and the healing is GREAT!.. Ive received nothing but compliments on the detail & color. My friend and I wanted to get a tattoo and we googled for the best once around. Precisely Veiled Tattoo was on the top of our list and when we got there they had availability for us. We got lucky. It was one of the best experiences I had so far getting tattoos. Very comfortable, easy going people. Friendly and able to answer all the questions we had. Definitely would recommend them again and again. Already planning to go back for another tattoo. Tommy did great and my tattoo looks amazing.

Awesome shop. Super family friendly. Got a tattoo done for my son on my leg and they had tv in every room so you could chill out while you were getting work done. Also had a great lounge area. Very clean very friendly.My wife was really nervous about getting her first tattoo done because of the pain and the shops she had been in before she didnt feel comfortable in but this place made her feel at ease and the artist totally calmed her down. I had a wonderful experience getting my first tat with Amy Shandick! She went out of her way to work with me on a time and date that I could make it in. Amy was very professional and caring; after consulting and exchanging ideas for the tat, the design was everything I hoped for, during the tat she noticed I was getting cold and wrapped me up in some sheets to keep me warm, and after the tat gave me some great advice for after care and also followed up with me personally on the tat. I loved getting to passively communicate my style with each pin. The deign layout and placement worked great. And per usual the design on the paper paled in comparison to the actual work that she did for me.QUALITY and HANDIWORK of the tattoo: Amy isn’t heavy handed, meaning my lines aren’t super thick. She’s EXCELLENT with indicate details. She did three different versions of flowers, chrysanthemum, hollyhock and a protea. I was blown away with the final product each time; I love them! I’ve now worked with four different artist; I will not go searching for a different artist for future tattoos.STUDIO: very clean, smelled clean, she made me very comfortable. The whole office is professional, you can tell from the minute you pull up with the flower beds to the front desk greeter to Amy’s set up in her tattoo room.

Since consultation day Amy has treated me like family. She made sure I felt uber comfortable and everyone else in the studio is just as friendly. If that doesnt win you over, their work is fantastic. Definitely worth the wait. Amy is amazing, she created a concept for my half-sleeve that incorporated everything I asked for, and more. During the tattoo, she let me pick music or tv. First let me start with this is an AMAZING shop as a whole. From the very beginning of the process. Consultation day, I love the idea that they set aside the time to truly understand what you want to get. Ive been to other shops where guests will walk in and start talking to the artist as you are getting tattooed....which is a little stressful. Since they are just putting something permanent into your body. Second, with it only happening once a month it truly gives you enough time to understand what you want to get done yourself, which makes the whole process run smoother. So you and the artist can really start knocking out more creative ideas about the piece. Once you walk in the shop you already feel a sense that they take great pride in cleanliness and maintaining the shop. Its the best shop Ive had the pleasure to be apart of. Im finally getting some time to write this well deserved 5-star rating. Ive been researching a tattoo artists off and on for months, and when I came across Precisely Veiled, I knew I had found the place of my dreams! I fell in love with Amys artwork and couldnt wait to meet her. As it turned out, the next consult date was a few short days from my initial email to her. I was sooo excited and meeting her was everything I had hoped for! Shes such a down to earth, sweet person. I was only slightly disappointed when she told me she was booked out to 2018, but I knew shed be worth the wait if I decided to wait. But seeing her shop, her artists and learning their method, I knew I could trust her to pair me with a perfect artist. I decided to take her recommendation of one her guest artists, Mike Oliver. He was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what I wanted and exactly how I wanted it. I fell in love with his drawing and knew it would be something Id never regret. (I was getting a cover up). Itll be a week tomorrow since I had my tattoo done and I can honestly say that I love it more and more everyday. Initially, Mike and I were discussing his putting some finishes touches on it when he comes back in July, but the more I look at it, the more I want to see more of it. I cant wait to continue on with Mike and see where my tattoo will go. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, even though I didnt get my tattoo done by Amy, she was still awesome enough to be a quick responding point of contact when I had after care questions. All the artist are awesome. I always go to a guest artist, Mikey. He is able to take my vision and turn it in to a truly remarkable work of art. Amy has done such an amazing job covering up some sweet 90s tribal that I had covering almost my entire left arm. My old tattoo was tattooed on really well and I had 5 other shops tell me that it could not be covered at all.Amy took on the task to cover up the old tattoo and I get nothing but compliments everywhere I go!! People cant even see the old artwork!This shop is super clean, sterile, and very well organized! I recommend this shop to everyone I see!!

Tyesha Reels is hands down AMAZING! She has a way of taking what little ideas I give her and coming up with a flawless design with eye popping color. Amy is an amazing artist and the sweetest person she has working on my sleeve for going on 2 years I have moved about 6 hours away now and still will drive for her to finish my sleeve along with any other tattoos I get. Her shop is very clean and friendly environment to be in I have had to bring my kiddos with me on a couple occasions and she will put a movie on for them to watch or give them paper and colored pencils to draw there own art work. I also love that it is by appt only and what that means is that you get her undivided attention she is great. I have never been tattooed by anyone else in her shop but I have seen the work they have done and met them they are all very sweet and do amazing work and would go to any of them as well. Even thou there is usually a wait to get tattooed by any of them it is well worth the wait I have been tattooed by another shop in killeen and I was less than thrilled... so go and get a consult with them and get yourself on the books have patience because its worth the wait no other better tattoo artists with great customer service.

I love this place! I have almost finished my sleeve with Amys and TyEshas art work. Before coming to this shop I hunted and searched for Amy for almost a year before finally finding her, all because of a tattoo my husband saw of Amys in AIT. Color me excited when I found out she was in the same city that I lived in but I honestly would have traveled just to get work done by her. Her business practices are amazing and love how much variety she has in her shop with all the award winning artist that guest spot. She now has Ian Bell as a guest piercer and I am tickled pink about it. He is an amazing body modifier and piercer. I have several piercings and the one done by Ian was the best one. As he says, hes magic! If you want a place that will really get to know you and provide you with the exact tattoo that fits you and who you are this is the place. Guest Piercer Ian was very easygoing and quick. He walked me through the whole process, which I deeply appreciated as this was my first body piercing. All the other staff I encountered there were also quite helpful and cheery. The piercing is still healing, but I haven’t had any issues so far. Thank you, and I’m sure I’ll be back soon!

When I moved to Fort Hood back in 2012 with my family, we were looking for a tattoo artist that was friendly, open to our needs for a tattoo, and most of all a place we could take our kids. I visited Precisely Veiled Tattoo a few weeks ago to complete my tattoo on my back. My tattoo artist Travis was very skilled and wonderful. I waited and searched for years for someone that could do a scar cover up and Travis did just that!! I can barely see what was there before and thats just because I know what was there and where it was located. Travis had a difficult task but he was able to see my vision and tattoo it on my back. I love the design and the colors, I would recommend him to everyone. I did have a concern but as soon as Amy the owner found out she was quick to offer her assistance and to rectify the issue. I really appreciated her taking the time to make sure I was satisfied. I would give them both more stars if I could.

Amy took a terrible tattoo and turned it into something beautiful. and to the lady that wrote a negative review... they run their shop a different way. you dont go in and pick flash. you go to their consult day and pour out ideas to create something custom. you didnt get an appointment because they are booked. meaning well HELLO. THEY are badass.

I had been looking for years and was turned down by a few serious big named artists. Almost sight unseen Amy committed herself to the greatest full back cover over the most epic teenage failure tattoo. A full tribal back piece is currently more than half gone. Im about 30 hours in and have a small section of tribal hanging out from behind a full color animal scene. Ask her to see pics. My piece is amazing. She is fast with a light hand and great color saturation. Flawless line work and a very creative eye when it comes to placement on the body.

Where do I begin with how much I recommend PVT? Grab a beverage, and prepare for a novel!!•I really like that they have an appointed consultation day each month. It is great knowing that when it is time for your appointment, it is dedicated specifically for your tattoo. I been looking at Amys work for over a year via Facebook/Instagram stalking, and I had finally decided I was ready and knew she was who I wanted. However, if youre not a 100% certain which artist you should talk to, fret not! They will recommend artists that specialize in the desired style youre looking for on consult day! In fact, my husband was matched with an artist at the last consult day and will be meeting with her at the upcoming consult day to make sure they are on the same page, as she is a guest artist coming from out of town. All of the details were discussed at my consultation, and Amy even took steps to find the pinterest board I had created so she could reference it later throughout her drawing process to take all the pieces I wanted and make it into one solid artwork.•Everyone seems really down to earth and knowledgeable in their trade. Since Amy is my artist, I can tell you she is a master! She completed the first part of my tattoo on Monday, and it does not disappoint. She completely captured what I envisioned, and I know I will not ever regret this permanent art! She takes into account every detail, to include your skin tone and background to determine which colors she should use and mix to give the desired results now and years to come. She also 120% cares about the healing process, giving great after-care instructions and following up multiple times/requesting progress pics to ensure everything is hunky dory. This is my fourth tattoo but the first time Ive experienced someone a) truly caring that it will be meaningful and b) dedicated to continuing great customer service.•Ive recieved a lot of compliments already, which obviously reinforces the nonexistent buyers remorse. Although, the best part is my 3 year old daughter always wanting to see my rattoo that I got to represent her. She doesnt fully comprehend its meaning yet, but its still a nice bonus.Whew! In summary, if youre on the fence, get off and Go! Go! Go! You wont regret it.

I was totally unhappy with the scratching tattoo work on my arm. I was beginning to lose faith in finding anyone courageous enough to tackle my half sleeve cover up. I met with Amy on her consultation day, one of the first things I told her was I was okay with pretty much anything as long as it was better than what I had. She turned to me and said I dont want to know what you think will be a good cover up. I want to know what you WANT. Of all the artists I met with she was the very first person to say anything like that. I was totally okay with waiting in a long line of people to finally be in her chair. Im not quite finished with my tattoo and it is amazing. I can say this, I originally found Amy to get this cover up done and now I would not let another artist come anywhere close to my skin with a needle unless it was her. We have already been making plans for the rest of my arm and entire back. 120% satisfied.

Words cannot describe how great this shop is. Out of all the shops Ive been to and tattoos I have gotten, Precisley Veiled Tattoo is THEEEE best place Ive ever been to. I loved my experience. I just got my second tattoo done that day and forgot i wanted to add something so i googled a place and went here. As soon as i walked in they were so friendly! Guest artist jaded moon did my tattoo. While i waited for her i talked with the guy at the front he gave me all the information about the place and how they do things completely different then any other tattoo shop. They actually focus on you and your needs the whole time. After i got done with my tattoo she gave me all the information i needed to know to take care of my tattoo that i didnt get before when i got my other one done at another place.I will be going back. First off let me say that the atmosphere in this shop is hands down the best Ive come across in this area. Now, down to business. I had the pleasure of getting pierced by Ian Bell yesterday afternoon. I came in knowing what I wanted but not a clue which jewelry to use. He had a ton of options to choose from. He was very patient with me for the 15 minutes it took me to finally pick my pieces. Once back in the room he took his time to make sure the placement was perfect. And p.s he does not have a body odor issue. Or a bad breath issue, because he was all up in my grill by piercing my face, so Id know! Lol! I had a double nostril piercing done and my eye watered like crazy! He was kind enough to use a q-tip to fix the makeup under my eye. He was super professional, hilarious, and an all around sweetheart. Even the fabulous lady at the front desk was awesome! I cant remember her name though. Sorry love! But, Ill be back in August when he returns to get another piercing by him. If you are thinking of getting any type of piercing, I definitely recommend Ian. He is worth the wait!

Military areas are always surrounded by dealerships, bars, and tattoo parlors but this is a diamond in the rough. PVT is a fabulous team of professional ARTISTS. This is not a walk in shop. The process starts at consultation day. I was able to sit down one on one with Amy and explain what I wanted and showed her what I wanted covered up. This process allows her and the other artists to have time to draw your custom artwork before your scheduled appointment. Because they are actual artists not just copying a stencil your piece will be exactly what you wish for. The shop is spotless, very inviting and a calm comfortable place to have ink therapy.

I came here for a nostril piercing with guest piercer, Ian Bell. It was such a pleasant experience! He was very professional and fun to talk to. The first time I ever got my nostril pierced was a horrible experience, so this time around I wanted to make sure I got it done by the best. I was initially impressed by the business model of this organization. It is designed to optimize both time and services by hosting a 1 day a month consultation and then the appointment time is for the tattoo, perhaps finalizing the design followed by the tattoo. However the consultation actually starts with their Facebook “Event” where the owner initially vets the desired tattoos, inviting the prospective customer to view recommended artists work. The artists arent only her and her Killeen based crew, but guests artists from all over the U.S.! This gives EVERYONE from the local artists, guest artists, herself and most importantly the client constant variety, inspiration and endless opportunities to create art and receive art. BRILLIANT! As I followed the owner I found that she is a strong proponent of continued training, attendance of conferences, etc... TRULY BRILLIANT. The artist she recommended for me, Travis Johns was indeed a good match. After our very detailed consultation, I emailed him with changes and new ideas. He was extremely gracious and most importantly open and receptive. The day of my tattoo, I had two tattoos completed, I wholeheartedly agreed with one design and very unsure of the second. He was professional and open without compromise to the art of the tattoo. He never made me feel as if it was a burden for me to change my mind, instead allowing me the process to discover that his original design indeed would be the best choice. Travis Johns is not only a true artist but a true professional. I received follow up phone calls to check on my healing and my texts and phone calls with questions regarding the healing process were always answered promptly, professionally, and accurately. I truly havent any reason that would warrant me to recommend any other tattoo service other than Precisely Veiled Tattoo. First time at Precisely Veiled Tattoo for my appt w/ Tyler Hawkinson! I live in Austin, and There are tons of places to get tattooed. I am not new to getting tattooed, my experience was the best I’ve had by far. Not only was Tyler super professional, he was very friendly and one hell of a cool dude! Everyone at the shop was also super friendly and helpful. There was even a huge comfy waiting room for my friend to hang out while I was getting tattooed. Looking forward to going back in October!

Great place and really cleaned and organized. went to get an appointmen on wednesday, they had snacks and also a waiting room with tv and toys for the little ones(something that was really great since I went with my daughter and thought they wouldnt allow her but they are family friendly) and they where very helpful getting an artist that would meet my tattoo design. Mrs. Moon (guest artist) did a great job and my design ended up looking better than what I envisioned deff gonna try and make it my number 1 and only tattoo shop to go to. ** two thumbs up**

I found Precisely Veiled Tattoo at the Star or Texas tattoo convention back in January. I had just gotten an outline started with an artist here in Austin, but I did not have a very good experience and it was left incomplete. I began to reach out to some artists to get some help shading in my outline. I picked up Travis John’s card at the convention and emailed him with my dilemma. He was immediately open to working with me, so I drove to Killeen for a consultation. We worked through some ideas and eventually had a plan to move forward.I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my shading/color work! Travis took an existing canvas and really put life back into it.I am now a big proponent of Fusion Ink- bold, beautiful colors & my sensitive skin took it really well!PVT was well worth the drive to Killeen from Austin. The shop is so clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a badass, zen-like and kid-friendly waiting area. I felt very welcome and comfortable each time I came back for a sesson.

This place is a class act! Professional yet friendly, havent met a person here I did not like. I feel very spoiled to have gotten and continue to get work done here. Just so you know, this is not a street shop, dont expect to walk in, plop your money down, and walk out with ink, this is a quality place that turns out exceptional work. Was there with my youngest getting his first ink. Very friendly place..felt like home.. the artist that did the tattoo was a visiting artist who did an excellent job. My son is very happy with the result so far..time will tell once it heals..Im sure it will look even better once it does..we will be back..

Ian the piercer working in this shop has *horrible* customer service. He is rude to potential clients asking about prices & jewelry, is very pretentious-I doubt he knows what that word really means-, and honestly he smells bad. Not only does his personality & demeanor stink but he needs to clean & sanitze his whole face which is filled with holes, brush his teeth & rinse (A LOT) before telling people about cleanliness & germs, and the quality of the jewlry he sells. The dude stank & had disgusting smelling breath. He lost my business and he cost a tattoo artist some money for a consult that I will no longer be getting after interacting with him.

Went on a whim to get a tragus and rook piercing and was introduced to Ian!!!! Hands down the best piercer that I have EVER met. Ian was very knowledgeable and put me at ease being that I was soooo nervous!!! I picked out the jewelry and left it up to Ian to be creative. I ended up with a tragus and conch piercing and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! I LOVE IT!!!!Ian is the best piercer that I decided to return for another piercing! Ian is the best! I will be returning !!!

Heard good things about the shop, figured Id stop in while running errands to see if they happened to do walk-ins as I know not all shops do. Upon asking, I was told by a gentleman that they didnt. Then the owner cut him off and took over. Not only did she cut me off mid sentence a few times, she couldve easily left it at the fact that they dont do walk-ins instead of wasting either of our time.

Looked around for weeks for a good tat shop before bumping into this one. After reading the reviews and checking out their work on Instagram I decided to go with Amy. Im glad I did. Looking forward to getting more work done.
