Crown & Anchor Tattoos

Walked in on Friday for a Vertical Labret and was greeted by just about everyone in the building. Jordan set up his station and took me right in. He was so kind and welcoming. He talked me through everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. He even sat with me and gave me a cold compress when I got dizzy. My biggest fear when getting this tattoo was that it would be crooked. Jordan absolutely rocked it and got the piercing perfectly center to my lip and it looks amazing and is healing beautifully!! Today I reached out to them because the ball to my piercing fell and went missing when I was cleaning it. Once again, Jordan took me right to the back and got me fixed up with a new ball immediately. He is truly a superstar. I’ll definitely be back to get more work done. ♥️

My daith earring was needing to be switched out for a clear earring for school. Jordan J was able to help me with this! He was so kind and was knowledgeable about what was talked about. Amazing tattoo shop as well as amazing tattoo artists. Me and my husband went to get a couple of their $30 apprentice tattoos and the artist we got was very nice and made us feel like we had been friends for years. He talked to us the entire time we were there and tried to make the conversation about things we all liked and shared in common. The tattoo he did came out amazing. My best friend and I are traveling through on a road trip. We stopped to stay in Lafayette for two nights in order to get our two tats done along our way. We had two different artists and considering we were walk ins, they did an amazing job! Shop was clean and staff was friendly!

Best best best bestttttt place for tattoos and piercings!!! Ive been going here for 5 years and gotten pretty much every single piercing I have on me at crown and anchors (I’ve pierced me myself lol) but these workers, they neverrrrrr disappoint!!! I even go there for jewelry changes and the workers are so nice and understanding, no judgement at all and it’s such a welcoming place. I always leave satisfied and happy and also with higher self esteem lol. I will never go to a different place ever.

Josh came in on his day off to do some gorgeous matching pieces on me and my aunt. We gave him creative liberty with the design and we loved what he came up with. He is gentle, but still extremely consistent with his lines. Other artists have been a little rough with me, but I felt no extra pain other than the obvious. I definitely will be returning for more work in the future!

Ive been twice, the first to get my tattoos started and the second time for a touch up. The touch up was with a different artist. When scheduling the touch up, I found that the original artist was not there anymore.Ben and Rita did not make it a problem. They told me to come back on and theyd take care of me. When my appointment came, Sketch did my touch up and made the original 100% better.The service here is amazing and they make sure you feel okay throughout the entire process.

I got a tattoo done over here today by tattoo artist Shaw. I showed him the tattoo I wanted and it didnt take him long to draw it and it didnt take long to tat it on my arm. I got my lip and nostril pierced by Cooper, hes the absolute best! When I went in for my nostril piercing, I was extremely nervous due to a bad piercing experience I had at Ink Gallery, which hurt extremely bad!Cooper talked me thru it and was very gentle and quick, and he was finished before I knew it! I love Cooper and will be seeing him again soon for my next piercing! 😁

Felicity did my nipple piercings yesterday for free since they were using me for practice and they did an amazing job. I got very lightheaded beforehand and they were very patient and helpful. On top of that, my nipples are smaller and harder to pierce and they still managed to get them perfectly straight. The piercing didn’t hurt at all and I’m not in any pain today. Go to them, they’re great

I’ve gotten most if not all of my piercing from here and just went in tonight to get my tongue pierced by Cooper. He was super friendly and super professional. I was very nervous but he made me feel comfortable and got it done fast no bs. He also made me feel super comfortable and cared for when I almost passed out lmaoo HIGHLY recommend going here and asking for him when getting a piercing!!

3 of us ladies all got nose piercings done here today by Cooper. Wonderful service. We called ahead and walked right in. Cooper is very detailed and safe with his work. Awesome shop and great artist

I didn’t want to leave a bad review but after much thought I just had to.On Saturday, June 12 at approximately 1 PM I went to this business and I was pierced by a lady whose name I believe was Sam.1. I had the piercer change out my jewelry for an old conch piercing I have. I told her 3 or 4 times that the angle of my conch was a little wonky because my original piercer had to pierce it like that to fit my jewelry top in my ear. I told the piercer NUMEROUS times that when changing my jewelry in the past, a piercer used a taper to thread it through to help with the angle. HOWEVER, this lady insisted on shoving it into my ear over and over again without taking into account the angle and causing me a lot of pain/discomfort.2. I went in to get a flat piercing on my upper right ear (same ear that already went through a lot of stress because of her treatment to my conch). SO MANY THINGS WENT WRONG.-She did not sanitize the area and this should have been the first red flag.-Once she pierced me she stops and says that she “did it wrong” and it was “backwards”. She then proceeded to take the needle out of my ear and insisted on piercing me again.-At this point I was very uncomfortable and began to panic. I told her that it was okay and we just weren’t going to do it today. However, she got my ear anyways and WITHOUT CHANGING HER NEEDLE or SANITIZING the area, proceeded to pierce me for the 2nd time. To make things exciting, she pierced me from the back of my ear in a completely different location from the first piercing associated with a “I messed up again.”At the end of the day, she took out the needle and I left with my ear gushing blood, two holes in my ear and no piercing. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I have quite a few piercings and I’ve never had an experience even somewhat similar. Piercings aren’t exactly like getting a bad set of nails done. This was hands down the most pain I’ve ever felt with absolutely zero reward at the end. Hopefully no one else gets to have this oh so wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing! Good vibes. The piercer is a beast, he fixed up my nose and made it look bomb as hell!! My bestfriend got a messed up bellybutton piercing at the bottom, and he fixed it and repierced it at the top AND IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! YOU GUYS NEED TO GET ALL YOUR PIERCING WISHES DONE HERE MAN!

Well I looked them up and found them on the internet...anyway I got my tongue pierced and he took his time Cooper was really patient with me although I was nervous he had patience and he was kind. He explained everything to me and he made sure before I left that I was feeling okay...It was very clean and sanitary he showed me the tools he was using which were freshly out the pack to ensure me that the needle he was using was brand new. I would go back again in the future and I recommend every one to go holler at my Cooper hes awesome 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Horrible experience! HORRIBLE! I went here to pierce my ear lobes and also my daughters, I went first, the person piercing my ears was very shaky, pierced the first ear and after 15 minutes of fighting with the earring, I had to put it on. Moved to the second ear, the needle was pulled out too soon and the earring wouldn’t go in, after trying to shove the earring through with much much pain, it was pulled out and tried to pierce again with the needle. I was told the needle wouldn’t go through (my lobe), I was hurting tremendously, I called it quits. I left there with one earring in. I was also told that they do offer discounts if you bring in your own jewelry but no one was there to authorize it. I brought my daughter to a different shop in Lafayette and the whole experience was much better and more professional. Very disappointing especially since I’ve gotten several tattoos and piercings at Crown and Anchor before with no problems. Oh, I forgot to mention that when I looked at my ears when I left crown and anchor, I had 2 holes in the front and 2 holes in the back of the ear that the needle wouldn’t go through.

Just went a had my first piercing done by Cooper and it was a great experience. I was a little nervous at first but he made the process go off without a hitch! Would recommend a thousand times!! Thank you

Can’t speak to Tattoos here, but for piercings it’s 5 stars for sure. Brought in my 5 and 7 year old little girls for 1st time ear piercings. They were both a little nervous but The Crown & Anchor staff were just wonderful with them. Friendly, calm, and encouraging! Cassidy did their piercings and no tears were involved! A little ouch was all we got. Id recommend them to anyone!*For minors make sure to bring in a birth certificate!

I went to have my first ever tattoo done this last Friday and I must say it was by far the best experience! Friendly staff, only thing that some might complain about was that on this day I had to wait maybe a little over an hour but that didnt bother me. I would recommend this place to all my friends wanting a tattoo.

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!! The new piercer here has absolutely NO IDEA what shes doing. She pierced right through my areola, and I had to take the piercing out the next morning. She then suggested redoing it that very day, literally the day after I just got it pierced, which is a rookie mistake. When I called in about it and even sent in pictures of the botched piercing, the owner refused to take my calls or to call me back. Total WASTE OF MONEY and very unprofessional!

When I first came to your shop I looked at all safety and sanitations, being certified in this area, I was very pleased to have my whole family get a tattoo, and I have had 6 since then and have had some amazing art work and have been impressed, because every tattoo I received was the same safety and sanitation conditions. I have had many compliments of my tattoos. If you check C & As clients youll see that theres not any negative comments. I will only get tattoos at c & a!

My very first time going into a tattoo shop. I got my nostril pierced. Cooper was very professional and very thoughtful of my nerves. But, I was very impressed with the outcome.

Went and got my 9th. tattoo last week. Met several people here and they were all very professional aand helpful. The studio was clean and presented a confortable setting.I had my tattoo completed by Bobby and I have to tell you...it came out soooooooooooooooo much better then I expected.I have had 4 tattoos done here in Lafayette over the last 10 years and this studio and Bobby are by far the best yet.Dont waste your time going anywhere else....you want it done right...come here and ask for Bobby....Im going to get a full back tattoo next in about a month...guess who is going to do it????

I went and got a tattoo at this location back on the 26th of April . I believe the lady name was Sarah who did my tattoo. I have several other tattoos but the one she did is red and still swollen almost two weeks after , I’m currently at urgent care now due to this issue.

Absolutely BY FAR...the cleanest, most professional, and kindest artists!!! Everyone was super friendly...and I felt like I was getting my work done in a hospital...it was super clean, super sanitary, and the tat looks amazing!!! Never going anywhere else!!!!!
