Was absolutely lovely to go here and get my first tattoo. They were kind, professional, and reassuring. So knowledgeable and very friendly. Not to mention, it was done beautifully! Thank you, Annie, for caring for me! :)

Absolutely amazing experience!! My 8 year old had been wanting to peirce her ears for a while but as a momma bear you can only prepare them for so much. Mike was super super gentle with his approach as well as patient with her & her fears. She is SO proud of them!!

Got my nipples pierced & my girlfriend got her nostril and ears pierced afterwards, thank you so much for the professionalism and privacy - it truly made the experience so much better! I had such an amazing experience here! Me and my sister came to get our second earlobe peircing done here and our piercer did such an amazing job! I’m pretty sure Mike was the one to do them. We were both a little nervous but he made sure to explain everything and crack jokes to keep us calm! 10/10 fs came out gorgeous

Everyone was very nice. I came a week or 2 ago and got an ear piercing. Unfortunately the piercer (don’t remember her name) used the shortest jewelry in my helix which did not allow for any swelling. My ear ended up completely swelling over the back of the jewelry. This picture is showing the tiny hole left that I had to shove the back of the jewelry through, not fun! Please use longer studs!!

Everyone is always so nice. It’s very clean and they do an amazing job. The guy that did our piercings was a hoot and make the whole experience so much . 5⭐️

Tonight I got a really meaningful tattoo and I have been wanting it done for a while now but waited until I found the design that felt right. Fast forward I found one and heard amazing things about solider mikes so I decided to stop by and check them out. Vince helped me and talked with me and we decided to give it the green light to go ahead and start the process, he made it just the way I pictured it and was very gentle. Sorry for the rambles but thanks again Vince. Definitely check him out, he’s amazing.

Went in for a piercing and had a great time with it. Mike is a great guy and made the whole experience fun. And he cares a lot about safety and the care following. They make ya feel like family while you’re there and make you want to come back for sure.

This was the first time we had ever been to Soldier Mikes Tattoo and the staff was very friendly and very respectful and made you feel comfortable and would answer any questions we had. The guy that did my daughters piercing walkthrough through the procedure to do the piercings and made sure she was comfortable and also made sure she understood how to do the aftercare to the piercing definitely would recommend this place. I cant yet give a rating on the tattoo part of the shop because I have not got a tattoo from here myself but I am looking to get one from this tattoo shop in the near future and I will make sure and update my experience with the tattoo part of the shop.

I came in not expecting to be able to get this piercing. My ear is kind of small and I have two piercings in that area already. Mike himself made it work and offered to help me with another piercing that had bad jewelry in it. Overall the atmosphere was calm and welcoming and Mike knew what he was talking about. Loved this place and will come again! Also they had cute opal balls for the end of the bar and they were super cute with no extra charge.

Took my son to get his first tattoo today- all the guys were so nice and personable. Cameron made the process so easy and did an amazing job and we will definitely be back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I gotta say outta all the shops I’ve been to soldiers mikes was by far the cleanest and most professional shop I’ve been too. I got a tattoo from Vincent and he was awesome. Tattoo looks amazing. I got a 3 eyed sphinx on my left forearm and it is probably my favorite tattoo to date. My girlfriend also went in to get her belly button pierced and it looks amazing perfectly straight and yea overall an amazing shop will make my normal go to 🤙🏼💯

Wanted to get a picture of a healed tattoo from Soldier Mike up here! For my first tattoo, he did a great job ensuring I was comfortable, the job was fast, and the details were perfect. I absolutely low my tattoo and he provides a great pricepoint and aftercare.

I had Mike do my cardinal, and Annie did my wifes cover up hummingbird, both knocked it out of the park with each will be making the 2 hour trip back to get more done from here, one of the cleanest, nicer tattoo shops Ive been in also.

Got this tattoo from Vince. The was a mistake in scheduling and he took me last minute. Designed my tattoo and did it the same day. SUPER friendly guy. Great work. He was quick but really did very well.

Came in to have help with my gauges and was very well taken care of. I also decided to have my eyebrow pierced, they were super clean and it came out perfect. This is the best shop in Lafayette indiana for piercings. Haven’t had a tattoo yet, so I can’t put any input about it.

Got my belly pierced with my mom. They were really sweet and patient throughout the whole thing even though we were there almost until closing. They do plus-size piercings and regular piercings. Price is fairly reasonable as it includes the cleaning solution. It was all around a great experience and Ill be going there for any future piercings or tattoos I decide to get

Love getting my tattoos done by Mike at Soldier Mikes. He has also done piercings for my daughter. Mike and the other employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I get compliments on any of the work done by Mike, I make sure they know where and who I got it done.

Friendly and warm as soon as we stepped in the door. Fulk(the Hulk😂) took care of my nose piercing and put me at ease. Walked us through the process and made us very comfortable. He had great customer care and had us laughing our heads off. Definitely recommend them and will be back😁

I came here twice -First time I visited was bc of a piercing i had done well I was out of the area (daith). It was pierced with a curved barbell that I did not know was improper and causing major irritation. They happily swapped it over to a ring for me back in the fall.Came back today for the same piercing just not healing correctly. Wanted an opinion on its health, if down sizing would help, or it was a lost cause. Folk ( I REALLY hope I am spelling his name right ) helped me out. He took a look, offered a suggestion we could try to downsize but sometimes the body just doesnt accept piercings. He asked Mike to take a look.. when Mike examined the upper portion of the piercing he said he was placed incorrectly and it was likely in the beginning stages of rejecting. Keep in mind I did not get the piercing done here so they had no oblication to even offer advice.Folk took out the piercing for me at no charge and would not accept a tip besides come back and try again in a few months. I would highly recommend this shop for solely good merits and honest people. I will be back here for piercings and maybe even a tattoo down the road!

The day prior to going here, I had tried going somewhere else to get my navel pierced. There I was told my stomach smashes like a sandwich when I sit and am not right for the piercing. Being so self conscious and having someone say that to you freaking sucks. Visiting friends in Lafayette we found solder Mikes. I didnt get the name of the piercer but he was incredible. Very kind, hilarious and did my piercing for me. Was very professional and made me very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would 100 percent recommend them. If he ever sees this, thank you so much

I got my helix and conch pierced here just over 2 months ago and they have heeled very well already!! The staff were so kind on our visit, Fulk was my piercer, and I would recommend him and this shop to anyone for piercings!!

Mike actually took my call on a day that the shop was closed and told my friend and I to go ahead and come on in. The shop was clean and inviting. Loved his hand chairs in his office! He was very thorough when explained the piercing process and what he was doing each step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and just a cool dude to be around! I will be going back to get a tattoo I have been wanting for a long time. If you need anything done go see Mike!

Brought my son in and Matt did An amazing job, the whole staff definitely make you feel comfortable! Great bunch of people!

We went in and had a consultation with one artist and agreed on a price and set up our appt for the next week. The next week we show up to our appt and I wait for awhile and they take me downstairs next to the artist I was supposed to have and someone else starts drawing up my design. Then I realize I am not getting the same artist I had my consultation with and I had to ask. No one told me they double booked him and they needed me to switch artists they just did it. I went ahead with the tattoo because I liked the design. The tattoo was completed in less than half the time and I was charged the same amount as what I was quoted for. The same went for my husbands tattoo. I was not a fan of what little he did to my husbands tattoo for the price he charged us. Not overly impressed with the way they conduct business and their lack of communication. The price was high.

Out of my 5 tattoos I’ve had done, this place is by far the best place I have been to. The shop is super clean and very inviting.Shari made it super easy to schedule an appointment on fb messenger. I supplied her with an idea for my cover up and she had an appointment made in minutes along with a quote.I requested a tattoo by Soldier Mike himself, as I had heard numerous good things about his work and he did not disappoint. He hand drew my design over my existing tattoo and nailed it. He has an awesome personality and made the 4 hours fly!Mike and his other employees provide an upbeat fun atmosphere. This is the kind of place you want to come to for your first tattoo for sure. None of that overwhelming feeling with this group.I want to also mention Vince. He is in the booth next to Mike and he is an awesome individual. If he doesn’t make you fee comfortable about getting a tattoo, no one will.This will be the only place I refer people to. Thanks

He is not only an amazing artist, but a genuinely good person who does a lot for others and the community. I will definitely return.

Went in a few days ago after getting pierced at a different place and realizing that i needed to switch where i was going. Mike switched out one of my healing piercings that was very messed up with titanium and gave me the proper aftercare. My piercing has improved a ton in just the few days! Going back to have the rest switched out and fixed up.

Got a very hateful tattoo covered up on Tuesday. Best tattoo I have ever had. Great place, great guys. Mike and Vince are awesome. Making a change in your life to get something covered up like that and having a place cover it up for free and not judge you for it is amazing. This place is the most inviting and welcoming shop I have ever been in. The second I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and treated with the upmost respect and kindness. I’ve been to quite a few other shops in my life and my experiences there have made me uncomfortable going in to them. Not this place. He also dedicates himself towards helping Operation Tattooing Freedom by helping veterans dealing with traumas of war and their service. Stunning artwork and super clean and friendly Would recommend 10/10 for sure!

So I only got three tattoos all three are from this shop they do amazing work for affordable prices they always check that everything looks just how to want it to be and they treat you amazing I spent half of time while getting the last tattoos talking about my cats

My experience at Soldier Mikes I would have to say was AWESOME!! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Annie is an amazing artist.

Not friendly at all. One tattoo artist was watching a movie while tattooing some guy on a table. Everything takes place in one, open, small room.To owners reply: We called before we went to the shop and were told to come in anytime to answer our questions. Once we arrived, nobody wanted to talk to us. The only three people we saw in the small room, we interacted with all of them. Handed off from one to another, still without answering our questions. This was our first time entering your shop, first interaction with the people we encountered, and the first impression we experienced overall. I stand by my original review, not impressed.

Can definitely recommend Anne- great line work and polite and engaging conversation. The place itself it clean and very comfortable.

I’ve gotten a couple piercings here and it is one of the most professional yet chill place to go. I love the people especially Annie and they are so welcoming and knowledgeable about what they do. Couldn’t go to a better place!

Got some work done here. It was my first big and decent tattoo and I love it. We be back for more. And he worked with me on what I wanted and made I got it. Plus he does free touch up. Awesome place.

This place really needs to rethink about how they will do their Friday the 13th tattoos. If you know you only have 2 available tattoo artists why would you sign so many people up! Also if you are having people write down their names with their phone numbers so you can call them when it is their turn, you need to honor that. I went in at 5:15 pm and put my name down on the sign in sheet. Around 10pm I went in to see where I was at in the line and they totally let people that had signed up wayyyy after me, skip my place and get their tattoos! I wasted my entire evening waiting for them to call me, when I could have signed up somewhere else if I had known I would never even get a call. At the very least they could have told me that they probably werent going to get to me when I initially signed in. I totally understand that it was a very busy day, but maybe next time consider giving people that signed up early a rain check to come and get their tattoo another day.

Got my daith and tragus done with Mike. Such friendly people! It makes the tattoo/piercing experience much better when you are comfortable with the person doing it. The next time I want a piercing/tattoo, I will be going back to them!

I went in today there at 11 when they open the dude said to come back at 7:30 that today he was pretty booked up and I was doing a walk in and dude said he would do it. I drive home and waited cause I live an hour away at 7:30 I came back like he said for dude to tell me they close in 30 mins he’s not doing it I just wasted an hour drive even tho he said to come back at 7:30 idk why he would say that pretty disappointed because I’ve done service with you guys and for him to turn me down like it’s nothing is upsetting cause you guys do good work he could have just told me to schedule an appointment very upset !!!!

Emily was extremely sweet and professional while she did a piercing for me. Although the shop is a little hard to find, its very ascetically pleasing inside and everyone was friendly.

So the girl that did my nephews tattoo did a decent job but a 20 minute tattoo took her an hour and a half because she had to keep answering the phone and stuff.
