Had some 14 year old looking kid pierce my sons ears. She told me I would get monthly coupons, which I never received. She never signed me up or informed me that I needed to enroll in order to receive the free monthly earrings. Had to go into the store and they told me I had to call it in, had to call twice just to enroll. Such a hassle to do something that this ill-informed employee should have done at the start.

Juat had an amazing experience getting my daughters ears pierced. Zec the store manage, helped us and he was AMAZING! We had the best experience and highly recommended Zec for your ear piercing. #fatears

I brought all my girls at a young age here to get their ears pierced. My recent daughter I brought, is 5 months old. The staff’s are professional at what they do. I like coming here because if the hole closes up, they’ll be able to do it again, free of charge and not only the ladies are friendly but their careful. With my Lil’ Mama crying, they were still able to pierce her ears.Thank you 💖

This place is absolutely darling my oldest thinks she too cool for this place but my younger girls absolutely love spending their money here. They love that they can buy 3 things and get 3 free they so feel like they are winning. But the staff is always extremely welcoming and has the best attitude unless they are restocking lol. One of the bigger locations here at the Lakewood mall so more of a selection here.

I went to Claire’s to get my sister’s ears pierced for the first time .The service was amazing I got her ears pierced by Andres and he helped a lot.After getting her ears pierced we received the ear rings of our choice and anti bacterial liquid for her ears.overall the service was amazing and a great experience.
