The shop is very clean and the artists there are super dope! Love the people there! I went in for a tattoo with Sanika and she was very personable and made me feel comfortable the entire session. Anthony, the owner chad and All the other artists are great as well! Would definitely recommend getting your art work done here! My tattoo came out better than imagined and It healed so nicely!!

I 100% recommend this shop! Everyone there is super friendly and makes the entire atmosphere top notch. Ive been tattooed multiple times by Nika, who is an absolute dream to work with. Would not recommend this studio to anyone, my husband went in wanting a full arm sleeve (still unfinished as of over a year later). This could be common practice here but they had him pay for the entire tattoo upfront (I’m covered in tattoos and have never payed full amount before even starting). Pricked his arm in multiple places and tried to deny it? Idk how you can deny ink that’s literally right in front of you. Also the lines of the tattoo are very shaky and not “20 years of experience” quality. The artist was bragging the whole time about how expensive all his equipment is and how much he spends to tattoo and that’s just odd to me I’ve never had an artist brag about “$150 needles” . After choosing to not finish his sleeve at this studio he waited a few months to get the money back for the unfinished work and appointments. Added just 2 of the 12 pictures of bad work on his tattoo here.

I went and saw Nika today and she was amazing. She laughed and joke with me which was awesome and helped with my nervousness. It was her first time doing Yoshi and boy did she do her thang. I will definitely be going back to her as I like to stay loyal especially since I am in love with my tat and she does an excellent job.

Ive gotten tattooed here multiple times and each time Ive had an amazing experience. The artists are all so friendly and do such amazing work. Its obvious that they take pride in what they do and really value their clients.

The artist and staff at Aces and Eights were a pleasure to work with. The owner has been tattooing for 20+ years so I booked an appointment with him to get a color touch up on my half sleeve. He was very flexible and was able to work with me navigating my very busy schedule. Would highly recommend this shop for any of your tattoo needs!!

By far a step above the rest. The quality of the work speaks for itself. If you got a free moment stop in flip through their flash books . Talk to them for a bit lots of knowledge between the crue .Very helpful honest and 110% upfront. Ive been using aces and eights for 12 years now. Feels like family when you open the door.

I went to see Anthony for a consultation for an addition to a back piece I had for years. I even drew up my own design and showed him reference photos of what I liked. We texted back and forth about the tattoo a few times and when it came time for the tattoo he did not even use a stencil. During the session he was extremely heavy handed. I have a high pain tolerance so I did not mind. When he found a spot that hurt a little he would tattoo even harder in that area. He would go over it 4-5 times. When we finished he put a piece of plastic wrap on my back with a few short pieces of tape. When I got home, I let that tattoo sit for a day or two before washing it. when I finally washed the tattoo almost all of the ink was gone which was surprising on how heavy handed he was. When I took a picture of my back to see it I realized he did not use any of the photos I sent him but instead when on inspiration in the moment. In the photo you can see the lines outside of the leaves. The random lines in the flower and even the different leave sizes/ vines which are different on every leave. He also added a cut off stem which I specifically asked not to do. Highly do not recommend Anthony as a tattoo artist.

Aces and eights is the only shop I will go. From the professionalism to them making you feel apart of the crew lol. Theyre my therapy sessions. I highly recommend Sanika!!!!!! Shes a beast! or anyone from aces and eights!!!!

Have been wanting to finish my sleeve for a few years now (tattoos are so addicting). After hearing nothing but good things from friends and family about this place. I finally decided it was time. I have stalked Grover’s work (mostly roses) for a while and knew he was the guy for the job. Everything is looking great and can’t wait for my next appt. Although he will be my primary artist, EVERYONE does great work and I’m sure i’ll Have at least one done by the other artists. Thanks again Grover and Aces n Eights. I got a Nezuko tattoo done by Anthony and he absolutely killed it! This was actually one of his own designs that I claimed off his IG story. He was very easy to talk to and that helped me take my mind off the pain throughout the whole session. He always checked to see if I was doing okay or if I needed a break. Also the vibes at the shop were super chill and everyone was having fun while they were working. Anthony does amazing work, and I will definitely be hitting him up whenever I want to get more work done! Came in hoping K would be able to make an industrial work in my ear and we were able to do a floating industrial! K gave me several options to choose from with my ear size and shape and we came up with a really cool unique style for it! The piercings were quick and expertly done with no issues. K also answered some other questions about other piercing I had and was an all around great person to I work with! Highly recommend!

I been going to this shop almost a year now . I love all the tattoos artists in this shop . The atmosphere is amazing they are like my second family honestly and their work is amazing everyone is good at what the passion about and they all just unquie in their own way , most of the time u can get appointment for a bigger price pretty quick but they definley do Walk ins for smaller pieces almost everyday. 10/10 I reccomend this shop to anyone. Not professional over charge for all tattoos. Charges 200 an hr. For mediocre work. They aint no Kat von d she charges 210 an hr and shes well known. If you value quality for a high price you aint going to get it here.

I had come into the shop looking to get my sleeve fixed that was poorly done at union Ave. Jesses the one working on it and so far is doing a great job. Clean lines, willingness to work with my ideas while still giving a good professional opinion and very fair pricing. The shop is clean and sterile and has good vibes. Overall great experience so far and ill continue to come back here for future pieces.

I was super excited to get the Libra constellation tattooed on my ribs. My design was super simple and the artist said he could do it. It was very painful as tattoos are but I took a look at it later and noticed there were a lot of blowouts and he cut me pretty bad. Its disappointing to spend a lot of money, time, and experience pain to get bad artwork permanently on your body. The shop looked clean and professional but the artist was not professional. I took a look at his portfolio and all his work looked good, could be a fluke? Im a young woman and the artist was an older Male who made some inappropriate comments while I had my shirt and bra off. He said things like want a free tattoo? Then gestured to his privates. Looks like Ill need to get a cover up which means more money, time, and pain...Make sure you do some research on the artist!!!!

Best place to get a tattoo. I have 2 and I got my second from this place and I love it! Im going to be going back for my 3rd here shortly. I had mine done by Grover hes really nice and pretty far on prices... Hes got a very clean work space and is pretty good in art.Update I went and got my third done here by grover. he free handed my rose and it turned out amazing! he loves drawing them and is really good at it. I need to go back in and get my color put in to it. but I love both my tattoos from here! best experience ive ever had. I just moved to Oregon and ill be making the 3 hours drive up here just to get tattoos from him. thats how good he is!2nd update! So I got my rose colored in. I %100 LOVE it. ❤️ Ill be coming back for my next one. Grover is absolutely amazing. Hes very calm while working, fun to chat with, keeps his work space clean and does so amazing work. He loves to do wierd tattoos the ones that people create with him. He does wonderful work. My next tattoo will be of my dogs paw who recently passed. Fair warning. He does NOT do names. He has had bad experiences with people who have gotten names. He does do cover up tattoos... so if you need a fix He can help. I cant wait to get my dogs paw done.

Just came back from Aces and Eight Tattoo/Pierce shop. I only got piercings so I can only talk about from that perspective.They only do cash only with in-person appointment scheduling/walk-in. Jade works there & did my piercings, shes amazing. Piercings didnt hurt much, super knowledgeable about piercings. Everyone there was really nice and professional. Would highly recommend at least for piercings. 10/10 1000x better than if you went to Claires.

55 years old and first tattoo. Wanted my kids names on me for years and finally got the nerve to do it. A couple that work for my wife recommend this place so I decided to stop and see what they could do about putting my kids names on me. Well I worked with a artist named Ross and he took my kids names and came up with the great idea of putting a scroll with my kids names, birthdates on it. I was just going to have there names put on me and he came up with a beautiful tatoo. Went way above and beyond what I was looking for. The thing I most liked about it was it didnt come out of a book. Ross set down in front of me with my kids names and I watched him draw this wonderful art work. He then gave me the drawing and set me up with a appointment to get it done the following week. He wanted me to think about it sense it was my first tattoo. Took the drawing home and showed my wife. Now both my wife and I have our first tattoos. This wasnt even anything my wife was thinking about until she seen the drawing Ross did. Thank you guys for the wonderful work.

I got my tongue pierced by Ali and she did a substantial job! She was kind, respectful, and knew exactly what she was doing. My tongue has already healed and I had 0 issues. If I had to do it 10 times more id pick Ali every time. I want be going any other places Ill come here for all my tattoo and piercing needs. As for the comment below pertaining to her being rude Ali was never once rude to me she told me from the straight she couldnt Mark my tongue cause the ink would just wash away. Disregard the negative review Ali rocks and is the BEST!!!

I wouldnt return here if you paid me. I went in, expecting to work with an artist to create something I would be proud to wear for the rest of my life. Since it included my daughters name, the artist started going through fonts on his computer, not seeming to acknowledge what I was saying I wanted. Eventually he said if he didnt have the font on his computer, he couldnt help me.Expectation fail

The tattoo artist ross was so light handed and artistic I couldnt ask for a better artist . The rest of the people that work there all help eachother out and love eachothers work and grow as a family . Wanna get a tattoo by someone you trust ans can grow with come here .

I got my tongue pierced here two days ago and had to take it out yesterday. The girl (who didnt give me her name) who pierced me, sat me down in the chair, and I told her I had my tongue pierced before. It was in the perfect spot, I never had any issues with it, no lisp, swelling was down three days, it was perfect, so I wanted it in the same spot. She asked if it was okay to pierce it a little further down towards the tip of my tongue to avoid scar tissue. I was fine with that, she pointed out the scar so I assumed she would pierce right below it. She put the clamp on my tongue and immediately pierced me. She didnt mark the spot, she didnt show me where I was about to get my piercing, she didnt count to three, nothing. Once I got to look at my piercing, still in the shop, I was in absolute shock. She pierced an entire centimeter (thats a lot of space on a tongue) away from my scar and HALF A CENTIMETER from the end of my tongue. She literally pierced the TIP of my tongue. When I pointed it out, she literally said, I quote her words exactly, Well, you still have to pay for the service. I like it. You can always take it out and get it repierced somewhere else. I was in aw. My friends stood there speechless. I payed her, thanked her, and left. I took it out because it was so far forward it hit my teeth when I made any sound like th, s, t, and gave me a lisp. Let me clarify, I have had my tongue pierced before and I did NOT have a lisp, and it did NOT hit my teeth. This girl LITERALLY pierced my tongue INCORRECTLY. DO NOT GO HERE. She was rude and clearly does NOT take into consideration anatomy, or preference (never showing me where she was going to pierce my tongue.)

They’re nothing but money hungry and don’t seem to care for their customers and their customers happiness. I’m telling everyone I come across not to come here. It’s sad, really.
